(Hey everyone, how's your summers going? Yes I was able to get this chapter done in during the last 4 weeks and now am able to post it for you all to read to your hearts content. Sonic as exposed Robotnik for the backstabbing usurper he really is, along with his little nephew too.

I'm sorry that I have not been able to write as fast as i used to before 2014 it's been hard for me to keep up with both my college work and my writing. please continue your support of me and I'll do my best to keep writing.

Chapter 11: It takes One Mistake: King Eggman.

The next morning, Sonic and Company were in the room given to him by the king as a thank you for all he had done. The blue hedgehog, however, was not as thrilled as he was since he made the wish to become a prince. Tails and, in some sense, Tommy watched their speedy friend with concern as he repeated, "The king? Me? They want me to be king?"

As he walked he accidently rubbed his lamp from which Lokee emerged, singing, "Hail to the conquering hero!"

He then transformed into a DJ and began playing a song, "ALL HAIL SHADOW! HEROES RISING AGA-!"

Lokee stopped the CD, pulled it out, looked at the title of it, and said sheepishly, "Whoops, wrong hedgehog."

However, his antics weren't putting a smile on Sonic' face. So, dressed as a fan and camera in hand, he got close and asked, "Mister Sonic! Mister Sonic! Can I take a picture of the hero who, not only got the princess to love him, but also exposed that shifty advisor and nephew for being villains?!"

Sonic's expression didn't improve. He went to his bed and laid down on it, face over pillow, before letting out a stressed sigh. Lokee floated over, sitting down next to his mortal friend, with a script titled 'Sonaddin' on the cover. "You're supposed to say, 'Lokee I'll free you.'"

Noticing that Sonic was stalling on the wish, Lokee encouraged, "Whenever you're ready."

"Sorry, Lokee… I can't." Sonic told the red hedgehog-genie, regret in his voice.

"Of course, you can! I mean, All you need to say is…" Lokee took Sonic's mouth and used him like a ventriloquist with a dummy, "'Lokee, I wish your freedom!'"

"Lokee, I'm serious!" Sonic exclaimed as he pushed the red genie away. This not only shocked the red hedgehog but also his two friends, "You- ...Look, I'm sorry… but what happened last night changed everything. They want me to be king. Ah, Correction, they want Prince Soni to be king. Without you I'm just Sonic the Hedgehog!"

"But you won!" Lokee pointed out.

"BECAUSE of you! It's only because of you that we were able to exposed Ro-butt-nik for what he was."

He paused. A thought came to him, "What if Sal found out? ...She'll never want to see me again…"

Looking back at the red genie, Sonic said, "Lokee I'm sorry but, without you I can't keep this up… I can't set you free."

Hearing this, Lokee became crestfallen. After dealing with so many dark and evil people, he thought that he finally had found someone who'd keep his word; even after that one master who made the wishes that caused the genie forget his original name and form. Lookin away darkly he said, shrinking as he talked, "Fine… Here I was thinking you left me out in the whole lying shtick since you actually promised to do something about my imprisonment but instead you turned out to be like everyone else."

Glaring up at the blue speedster, Lokee gave a mocking bow, "If you'll excuse me, master. I'll be in my jail cell, for the next ten-thousand years!"

He slipped into his lamp. When Sonic heard him being called "Master", the blue hedgehog knew it wasn't a compliment. Feeling badly for what just happened, Sonic went to the lamp, trying to patch things up, "Lokee… Man, I'm sor-"

At that moment, the enraged Lokee stuck his tongue out from the lamp's spout and let out a raspberry at him.

On seeing that, Sonic's sadness into anger and he shouted, slamming a cushion on the ruby lamp, "Ya know what?! Forget what I was about to say! Stay in there forever for all I care!"

Both Tails and Tommy watched nervously at what was happening before the irate Sonic snapped, "What're you two looking at?!"

Though he was an intelligent young fox in the body of a young adult, Tails was still a child at heart and not used to being on the receiving end of his best friend's and hero's, anger. Seeing that he caused the fox-boy genius to swell up in tears, Sonic tried to explain himself, "Look, I-I'm sorry… Tails- wait! I didn't… C'mon you guys…"

Both the fox and the nanite infused turtle left, however, without giving Sonic a chance to explain to them. Sonic looked down, sighing, "What am I doing? Lokee's right. I gotta tell Sally the truth…"

Picking up the crown he said, "No matter how much she'll hate me in the end…"

Sighing, Sonic went up and overlooked the garden, and began to sing. Even as the servants and one Swat bot, which was double checked to make sure it didn't still serve Robotnik after his betrayal, entered his chamber. They were there to help Prince Soni get ready to be seen by the people of Mobotropiles. He began to wonder what his parents would've thought if they knew…

"I know that I was a louse and a loafer
You won't get a fight, I agree
I was a goldbrick, a goofoff, no good
So how did this happen to me?"

As he sang, the servants helped him get into an outfit fit for a prince who was being presented to the populace. One servant took his old cloak, and crown; another shined his shoes. All the while no one watched as the Swatbot took the used pillows, sheets, and cushions used by the "visiting prince" from the night before to be washed.

"Proud of your boy…
I hope you're proud of your boy"

He sang as a third servant slipped a new top shirt and coat over the hedgehog's body, the spines on his back not an issue as the outfit was tailored just for him.

"Cause I don't feel any taller
or smarter
or handsome or wise…"

He closed his eyes as the new cape and crown were placed on him; all the while unaware of the robot walking off with the lamp. As it left the chamber, everyone ignored it as it kept walking. No one at all realized that the Swatbot was actually Snively in disguise! In a robotic suit no less!

"And now I know what I have to do…
How can I be a prince? When it isn't true!"

The Servants bowed to Sonic who nodded back his thanks. They left his chambers as he walked out to the window and finished the verse,

"So I will try to try hard
To make you proud
Of your boy…"

Sonic turned in his new outfit and walked out, unaware of what was missing from his chambers. The need to tell Sally the truth was overweighing on the hedgehog's mind.

Snively grinned in satisfaction as he hurried to show his uncle that he was able to accomplish the task without anyone being the wiser.

On top of the Castle's entrance, King Max Acorn was addressing the people of Mobotropiles about his daughter's chosen her future husband. From behind the curtain, which was behind the king, was Princess Sally. Dressed in a formal outfit for the occasion. She was smiling at the excitement of it all. Next to her was Bunnie in her usual personal handmaiden attire, happy for her best friend.

"Sally?"

The princess and handmaiden turned towards the voice and saw the future King Soni at the bottom of the stairs. To say that she was thrilled to see her beloved hedgehog prince here and now would have been an understatement.

Hurrying down the stairs to him, Sally called, "Soni, where have you been!"

"Listen, Sal. There's something I need to tell you…" Sonic began, but was grabbed by his fiancée, and was pulled up the stairs by her, followed by the rabbit handmaiden.

"Later, the entire kingdom came for Daddy's announcement!" Sally told him

Sonic tried to stop them and cried out, "Hold on! Sal, Bunnie, listen to me! Please!"

The redheaded princess began to straighten the blue hedgehog's outfit. Bunnie didn't help matters as she said, "Ya'll can talk about w'atev'a yah want after' today."

Before Sonic could protest, he got a quick peck on the nose from Sally, who whispered excitedly, "Good luck!"

"Prince Soni Rebawa!" King Max introduced, the moment that both girls pushed the hedgehog out to meet the cheering crowds below him.

With a gulp, Sonic whimpered, "Whoo boy…"

In their hidden laboratory, the two villains watched with venom in their eyes at the spectacle before them.

"How dare that impertinent rodent get all the praise for our hard work!" Snively angrily snarled, at what was happening.

Robotnik, however, remarked, "Let the rabble cheer all they want. It will not stop us now that we have this."

The egg-shaped villain took out the lamp, placed it in free hand hand and rubbed it. In a flash of red smoke, Lokee appeared with a shower head and a back brush as he was sang to himself, "Singing in the bath tub… All throughout the day!"

He stopped and said, still annoyed, without looking at the soaking pair. "Now don't even think about getting back in my good graces Sonic. Because I've just about - "

Lokee saw two Overlanders instead of the two Mobians; one was, an overly large Overlander with a walrus like mustache and another was a Mobian sized overlander with a large nose.

"Think yer not him…" Lokee finished upon seeing the two. He scream hysterically, "EEEEEEEEKK! A PEEPING TOM!"

Tossing the brush away, Lokee covered his body in an over dramatic manner.

Robotnik, not finding the red hedgehog's antics funny at all ordered, "Knock it off!"

With a deadpanned star on his face, Lokee said in a somewhat high pitched voice, "Oooohhhkay!"

Lokee then floated down and consulting a playbill in his hand, "The role of Sonic the Hedgehog will be played by a tall, dark, very large ugly man with a big walrus mustache and a hideous mutated little sidekick."

Having had enough of the insults and antics, Robotnik grabbed Lokee by the ears and shoved him to the ground, foot on his cheek, squishing his lips together to look like fish lips.

"That's far enough, genie! From now on, I'm your master!"

"That was what I'm afraid of…" Lokee commented, his voice sounding like it was speaking through a kazoo.

"Now then, for my first wish: I wish to rule above all, as Emperor!" Robotnik commanded, looking down upon the red hedgehog, Snively grinned evilly from behind his huge uncle.

"My Name is Lokee!" the genie shot back, defiantly.

Back outside, large, dark, storm clouds appeared overhead. They appeared to be encircling the castle just as it began to shaken. A crack appeared in the roof above Sonic, Sally, and King Max, but the speedy hedgehog pulled the king and princess out of the way.

"By the Source of all… what is happening?" King Max asked, fearfully as he looked at what was happening around him. However, it didn't end there. The royal cloak on his shoulders and the king's crown on his head lifted up high into the air before everyone present saw them shot forward and place themselves on Robotnik's body, the cape turning into an emperor's cape and the crown shifted to become more evil looking. Everyone watched in shock as Robotnik let out a cruel chuckle.

King Max, scratch that, Ex-King Max looked outraged by this and exclaimed, "Julian, You Vile Betrayer!"

"That's Emperor Vile Betrayer to you, acorn-breath!" Snively shot back.

Sonic smirked, "I don't think so, Egg-head!"

He then reached into his cloak for the lamp and gasped when he discovered that it wasn't in his cloak, "The Lamp…"

"Looking for something, Hedgehog?" A smug Robotnik asked, pulling out the very same lamp that the blue hero was looking for.

Seeing this, Sonic gulped at his mistake.

"Oh man… How can it get any worse?" Sonic asked getting scared.

Snively had his turn at taunting as he said, smugly, "You haven't seen anything yet, Hedgehog."

He proceeded to point skyward. Everyone looked up and saw a gigantic and demonic looking Lokee. Sonic gulped again at what he was seeing.

The demonic looking Lokee raised the castle up in his burning claws. Hurrying to the side of the wall, Sonic whistle, catching the attention of the Tommy who was still inside Sonic's transforming car.

"Yo Tom! Could use your help here!" Sonic cried out, for the nanite-infused turtle's help.

Tommy converted the car into its jet mode and flew to the blue hero, who jumped onto the seat. Together Sonic cried out, "Lokee! You need to stop!"

"Sorry, bud… I'm serving the egg-man now." Lokee told him, sadly. Placing the castle on top of the highest mountain, overlooking the city.

"Now that I'm the sultan, everyone must bow before me!" said the villain.

"We will never bow to you!" Sally declared, speaking for herself, her father, and Bunnie.

Snively rolled his eyes, "Why am I not surprise, sir?"

"So, if none of you won't bow before a king, then prepare to cower to a Techno-sorcerer!" Robotnik roared in outrage.

Turning to his gargantuan servant, Robotnik ordered, "Genie! For my second wish to be the most powerful techno-sorcerer… IN ALL OF MOBIUS!"

"My name is Lokee!" Lokee shot back, again, getting tired of being called "Genie" or "Slave" by people who possessed his lamp.

"NOW!"

Lokee gulped, knowing he had no choice in the matter. Covering his eye and extending a finger. Sonic jumped off and pushed Lokee's finger away from aiming at the villainous Overlander.

"Lokee! NOO!"

Lokee zapped Robotnik with a blast of his mystical lightning, which transformed him from that overly obese Overlander to one even became taller than he was.

"Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to present… his mechanical majesty. The techno-sorceror, Dr. Robotnik!" cheered Snively, clapping along with the changes that were taking place to his uncle.

"That's Dr. Eggman now, Snively." The newly christened Eggman said. His new voice made everyone shiver in fear as he raised his hands, "Now… time for some… abject humiliation!"

He blasted everyone in his presence with his techno-sorcery forcing all everyone to bow to him. Any robots that were there stood at attention with a digital green color in their visors. Muttski came charging in, attempting to maul him. Eggman, however, spotted him, and ordered, blasting him with techno-magic energy, "Down Boy!"

This turned the Mobini dog into a puppy-dog who yipped in surprise at his change. He went over, gently lifting Sally's head up towards him as he said, grinning, "Oh, My dear princess, I believe it's time to introduce you to someone we both are acquainted with."

"Robotnik! Get your hands off of her!"

Eggman turned, seeing Sonic, on Tommy, flying towards him. In a mock worry, Eggman placed his hands together, before blasting the soaring hero with his techno-magic. From the blast of techno-magic, Tommy was forced away.
"Prince Soni
Yes, it is he
But not as you know him.
Read my lips and come to grips with reality"

As he finished the last verse, Eggman moved the two closer together like puppets on a string.

"Yes, meet a blast from your past" Eggman sang, standing close to Sally

"Whose lies were too good to last" Eggman sang, closer to Sonic this time before returning to Sally's side.

"Say hello to your Precious! Prince! Soni!" While singing, he blasted Sonic thrice with his techno-sorcery. This caused not only his princely clothes to disappear but left him in his fez, purple vest, and ordinary sneakers.

"Or should we say… Sonic the Hedgehog." Snively added salt to the wounds in Sally's heart by mockingly joining in.

Sally was shocked when she saw the truth. She went to him, "Soni? What?"

"Sally… I tried to tell you everything. I'm only…" Sonic told her, saddened by the fact he wasn't able to tell her the truth in time.

However, Eggman kept going on his roll by pushing the blue hedgehog away from the royal chipmunk, jabbing in song verse,

"So Soni turns out to be
Merely Sonic the Hedgehog!"

He spotted Tails and Sonic's transforming vehicle coming at him. With a blast of his techno-magic, Eggman reverted them back to normal. Tails plopped down as he looked at himself surprised at being changed back to his twelve-year-old self. Tommy, unfortunately, like all the Swatbots in the area, was placed under Eggman's control. His eyes glowed a digital green much like the robot's visors.

"Just a con, need I go on?
Take it from me"

He then used his magic to make a spiral of techno-magic energy to trap both fox and hedgehog, turning them upside them.

"His personality flaws
Give me adequate cause- " The villain sang like he was speaking to a toddler, before slapping Sonic on his face.

Next, Eggman deployed his techno-magic to send the two heroes into one of the spires of the castle. Sonic tried to call Lokee for help.

"To send him packing on a one-way trip
So his prospects take a terminal dip
His assets frozen
The venue chosen
Is the ends of the earth, whoopee!"

With his techno-magic, Eggman made a futuristic golf club and swung, causing the spire to shoot up towards the sky like a rocket. The airboard made from Tommy's Nanites shot to life and flew off after them before it took off.

"So long!"

"Farewell, see ya!" Snively added his own good-byes to the hedgehog and the two-tailed fox.

"Ex-Prince Son-on-ni!" The techno sorcerer started to emit an evil, maniacal laugh. Those in the palace were left to huddle in terror of Eggman's new power. Lokee looked down sadly at what was taking place, unable to look anyone in the eye.

(So what do you think? Did anyone like how I made Robotnik become Eggman when he became a techno-sorcerer? And incase anyone was going to ask; Yes, I did use a song from the Aladdin Musical in this chapter, to help with the story line on how Snively gets the lamp for Robotnik. He most certainly not gonna disguise his voice to that of Sally.
