A letter from another estate is excitable for anyone, so when one arrived to Misselwaite from Cuffnells, everyone was excited.

Mrs. Alice Hargreaves, wished to see them. She had heard that there was a touch of Wonderland in Misselwaite, and she would like to see it.

Lord Craven knew she was talking about Daisy, but how she knew, he could only guess.

Mary's bump was growing, Dr. Craven & the Welfishes said she was in her 2nd trimester. She was happiest in the Garden, she said that her child did too.

Mary was in the beloved Garden when the news came. Martha had heard the news from Larry, one of the footmen, who had delivered the letter to Lord Craven when it had arrived in the mail. Martha wanted Daisy to know right away, and since she was with Mary & Collin, Martha nearly ran to the Garden.

"Mary, Collin, Daisy, Ben!" Martha was nearly out of breath, "I've some news fo' thee!"

They all looked at her. "What is it?" Collin asked.

"A letter arrived fo' his lordship. All the way from Cuffnells!" Martha answerd.

"Cuffnells?" Daisy asked.

"In Hampshire?" Collin asked.

"Isn't that where Alice Liddle lives?" Daisy asked.

"Aye, an' her name's Alice Hargreaves now." Martha answered.

"What does she want?" Mary asked.

"She heard about Daisy, and wants to meet her." Martha answered.

"She wants to meet me?" Daisy couldn't believe it.

"You're famous, Daisy!" Collin jokingly said.

"I-I, I don't want to be famous." Daisy just wanted a simple, quiet life. She didn't want the whole world to know who she was. She… "Quiet! Narrator! Focus on someone else!"

Ok, I will. The others tried to comfort her. "What's the likelihood that the whole world, will know you?" Ben said to her.

"We're in a narrated story, Ben. It's very likely." Daisy replied.

"From her letter, I thin' Mrs. Hargreaves just wants to talk to thee." Martha said.

"You think so?" Daisy asked.

Martha nodded.

"Martha," Mary asked, "how do thee know what the letter said?"

"I was getting to that." Martha answered. And she told them what happened.
