Dear Journal,
Today I thought I might ask Zelda what the name of those birds were. However, I think I came across something...odd. I ended up unintentionally sneaking up on Zelda and Peach in the lounge while they were talking about ships. I didn't think Peach was interested in boats. Zelda seemed very flustered about them, which I didn't understand. She was a pirate ship captain in one life after all. At least the toon version of her was.
I'm still not quite sure if they were talking about boats though. Peach kept using the expression 'I ship it' and that didn't seem quite right to me. Then she started talking about kissing and other… awkward things which made me feel, well, awkward. They finally noticed me standing there when I was just about to start sneaking away. Peach laughed and Zelda looked embarrassed and asked me what I wanted a little rudely. At that point I felt more confused than anything that I decided to run- I mean sneak away like I planned. Even though they were already looking at me. Which would mean sneaking would have been completely impossible. I can't even lie to myself about this, can I?
It seems I'll never find out what the dapple doves are really called.
