Hey guys! So sorry for not updating for a while. I'm on vacation and don't have internet at the place I'm staying at. So updates are going to be slow for both stories. Only for a month though. Enjoy!
Chapter 10
Forever and Always
No One POV
"You know what go, see if I care!" She yelled in anger and frustration as the boy who had said he had loved her had left banging the door on the way out of her home. She remembered clearly it was a Tuesday, she had jokingly insulted him again and he decided to tell her looking right in her eyes saying that he loved her.
It seems like a joke now as the long distance relationship they had tried so hard to keep carefully together with of course all the tours that was going on with Lemonade mouth. When she had finally returned he hadn't returned any of her calls and hadn't visited her until she finally decided to visit his house which she felt unwelcome at.
She didn't understand they had kept their relationship strong during their tours. So, why now? The girl had thought to herself in annoying tone. When she had visited his home she was rudely rushed out and got told that he would visit her house at night to talk. Only to end in a horrible fight and him leaving her house.
Expecting him to call her, she taps her foot impatiently while staring at the phone on her bed. Giving up she decides to call up the only people she trusts. She had an idea of how to get an imprint into his mind of what she really felt as she left her house in a rush to meet them up.
Chalk in her hand on all four on a driveway is what a short Asian girl was doing in the middle of the night with her two best friends, the beautiful smart Indian and the nice shy songwriter. They were helping her with her grand scheme only because she said this would be her closure.
She repeatedly reminded the two stay quiet as possible so they wouldn't get caught. They used the entire driveway and worked around it. When they were almost done Olivia stood up and tripped taking the garbage can down with her.
They all stared at each other wide-eyed and were about to make a run for it but the light came on and standing right in the driveway was no other than Ray Beech.
He was in his pajama pants and a tank top and seemed a little groggy. His eyed popped open when he finally realized what they did to his driveway and decided to not say a word. Stella was waiting for anything, for him to yell, scream in anger or frustration but he just stood there. She felt a couple of drops of water on her face but she assumed it was her tears flowing down her face.
His face was cold and stone hard as we walked up to her. "Why are you doing this?" He asked with anger flaring in his eyes. She didn't back down though, "you said" gasped in mid sentence as the rain poured down on everyone.
She still continued yelling at him, "forever and always." Her friends tried to pull her away but her feet stayed planted to the wet ground. His face had a momentary flash of guilt but his face soon turned back to anger.
"Stella, you left me for a year to go touring with the band. How do you think that makes me feel. Our story finished a long time ago. I just don't feel it anymore." That sparked her anger, "you don't feel it anymore? You said forever and always! Do you just want to throw away what we had? Look at these images. Did you forget everything?"
She pointed to the chalk mural that she had made on his driveway. It was images of when they had first met to the point of where they were fighting just that night. They are being washed away by the rain. She took breaths and said, "when did you stop loving me?" Her friends tried to pull her away to prevent her from getting hurt but she had stayed still as even more tears welled up into her eyes.
"After I realized how famous you were when I saw you on television." This time her eyes felt no more sentiment and turned as cold as his. "You fell out of love with me because you were jealous of my fame?" She took a step towards him. He did nothing but nod. She slapped his face and yelled, "you threw us away because of my fame! You were jealous Ray! If you don't want me anymore, that's fine but I hope you know it was because of a stupid reason. I hope the rain washes you away like a bad dream." She said with her sopping wet hair on her face.
The rain wouldn't give up but it perfectly described the hot anger and cold shivers running through her body. She turned around head held high with her friends on her side deciding to walk in silence back to her house. She didn't look back she didn't need to. He was the one who promised forever and always. When she got home it hadn't felt like the rain stopped. She felt like it was still raining in her room. It was probably from the fact she was cold and damp but it felt there was a storm in her heart as well.
She felt like it was raining with him, without him and now in her room. She knew she had been stupid and her actions were defendable but all she could do lying in her bedroom was feel so alone. Her friends had gone to the bathroom to change and decided to stay over for the night to support him.
She couldn't deny the truth that was going through her head at that moment. She was there when he said it and she knew now…
He didn't mean it.
Sooo... I think it's interesting. I had this kind of original idea for her way of showing her anger. Anyways review and I hoped you enjoy.
