It was a dark and stormy night, cliché but true, and the knocking at the door rang throughout the large house.

"You get it."

"Nope your house."

"It's a little shady that someone's banging on the door at this hour."

"So true." Robin paused the game any way and walked down the hall to get the door.

"Robin!" a girl's voice called from the hall.

"Whoa! What are you doing?" I heard Robin say.

"What are you doing?" I stood behind the sopping wet girl who stood bear hugging Dick.

"Kid you're here too then?" She asked.

"How do you know that I'm—"

"That's the thing. I have no idea I just remembered." In Rachel's monotonous voice the hint of sun shininess was out of place.

"Anyway where's Star?" She questioned though she didn't wait for an answer. As if drawn to the room she found the door to the coma girl's bed and, rudely if you asked me, went in (didn't even ask).

"Raven." An unfamiliar voice said.

"Who was that?" Dick asked before rushing into the room with me on his heels.

"She's awake!"

"Robin!" the used-to-be-asleep-girl called before jumping on Dick. I really need to find out about his double life because if this is what it gets him I also want to cash in.

"Wait, who are you?

"They haven't regained their memories yet." Rachel told coma chick.

"I see, so Robin doesn't remember me?"

"Do you remember her?" I asked.

"No."

"Shame, but seriously anyone want to explain what's going on? You" I pointed an accusing finger at coma girl. She drew back a little taken a back.

"I don't know why or how but we have our memories." Began Rachel.

"Is that to say that we don't?" I was a bit offended.

"Yes", the red head stated.

"In our world we are all superheroes. A cloud devoured the city and I guess it took us here. To this hell hole where we have no powers."

"Excuse me?" I ran around the room to make a point. "YOU have no powers."

"How do you have powers?" Coma chick questioned.

"He's always had them." Dick defended me.

"But those memories are fake and incomplete." Rachel said.

"That is just really offensive." I said. Rachel gave me theses no nonsense eyes and so I no nonsensed. "Okay, then why don't you have powers?"

"There's no magic in this world. When Cretor said he created it he wasn't lying. But this spell is extremely difficult and since I regained my memories my best guess is that Cretor's control is slipping. If this keeps up who knows what will happen." I never knew Rachel liked to talk this much, but what she preached did made sense in a weird way. There was no proof it was just a feeling I had.

"In our world you are Robin and you are kid flash. She is Raven. I am Starfire." The Red head who had been quietly observing said.

"And this is beast boy." Rachel motioned to her green dog; he's usually a person, sometimes."

"Sometimes?" Dick asked.

"He's a shape shifting vegetarian." She said.

"Oh"

"Anyway we need to find the anchor for this spell before it disintegrates, if that happens we'll never escape." Rachel seemed deadly serious. "And my boyfriend will be a dog." She gazed longingly down at her green pet.

"And we'll never know why he's green."

"Come to think of it I don't even know the answer to that." Rachel said.

"Well, I think I know a good starting place." I didn't want to believe she could be involved in this but something told me ( that something was Cretor's creepy fascination with her) that she had the answers we were looking for, or at least that they were looking for I'm still a bit confused.

Sorry i don't update much but my new school kicked my ass. Thankfully however it is summer and so i will be updating. I've decided that i will either finish all of my neglected stories or post a farewell for that story with a short summary of what would of happened if i hadn't given up on it. I think i will try and finish this one since im so far into it already.
