This story starts at the end of season 10, and of course as the title suggests it begins 5 years after season 10, of course is the re-write. Just wondering if anyone likes this better than the original one and why? If not how could I possibly improve it?
Chapter 10: The Baby Shower. (Two Months after the last chapter)
Central Perk!Monica and Phoebe are just hanging out and chatting catching up as they usually do, Phoebe has a latte and Monica has a hot chocolate and a raspberry muffin. "How have you and Chandler been getting on lately? Have you been arguing much recently?" Phoebe asked "We have been having a few arguments but thats pretty normal its over silly things and we get over it pretty quickly especially when we don't even remember what it was about to begin with." Monica said bacj taking a bite of her muffin. "Good. Mike and I aren't really doing so well at the moment if I'm honest." Phoebe said sadly. "Oh that sucks. You both looked fine together the other day though." Monica replied "We were in public, we are fine when we are with others but when we are on our own it is weird like almost as if we start an argument just to start one. I don't want us splitting up cause that would be awful and I really do love him and want it to work out. " Phoebe explained "Hmm well have you maybe tried going to couples therapy together you never know it may help you work things out and have a good conversation to talk things through without it being awkward or strange." Monica said "I have tried suggesting all these kinds of things to him but he just doesn't want to know, its really frustrating." Phoebe said getting upset. Monica pulled her into a hug "Oh hunny, you know what if its meant to be then it will all work out in the end. Maybe he feels embarrassed if he goes to the therapy. you just need to talk to him, I know you already have tried but keep trying because it will be completely worth it in the end." Monica said looking at her watch "I will try everything I can, I really want this to work out." Phoebe said sipping her coffee "Oh shoot! I have to go and pick up the twins are you going to be okay?" Monica said. "I will be fine, thank you for listening to my problems hunny!" Phoebe said hugging Monica goodbye.

The Bings are all sitting down enjoying family time together which they have every week at least 3 times. "Daddy did you pick out a name for our little sister yet." Jack asked "Well actually we did!" Chandler said "We have decided to name her Elizabeth, It isn't any of your suggestions but we just didn't think barbie would suit her really." Monica told them gently. "That is okay, she is out sister so still part of us in some way." Erica said. "Can we show you both out paintings now?" Jack asked "Yeah go and get them, and no running in the house please." Chandler said but before he had even finished both of them had run off to get their paintings and they both come running back. "Look its like the toy car I want." Jack said "It looks lovely. Erica yours is great too well done to both of you. They deserve a sticker on each of your charts." Chandler said
The Next Day! Monica and Chandlers house
Living Room!
Monica has just come home from food shopping and has finally placed all the food away in the storage containers and various places that it goes. she decides to go and have a nice sit down in the sitting room before having to go and take the twins to her parents house later that night so that her and Chandler can spend the weekend together alone. Monica enters the sitting room and has a big surprise seeing all of her friends and family in there waiting to surprise her for her baby shower that Rachel and Phoebe had been planning for her for the last 3 weeks. a couple of hours later, Most of the people are slowly going off home now as it is getting a little late, but Rachel, Phoebe, Judy and Nora are still there. "So Phoebe how are you and Mike getting on now?" Monica asked "We aren't doing too bad, we haven't had that many arguments lately and it seems as though things are fixing themselves out a little bit. We are talking and stuff now which is great too!" Phoebe said "That is really good then." Monica said
After everyone had gone home Chandler and Monica are going through all of the things that they were gifted in the baby shower. "We have here lots of clothes, about 10 blankets and so many different teddy bears, lots of diapers and all this other kind of stuff." Chandler said after they had done the final count up of everything they had gotten. "Where are we going to put all of these things, I'm not sure there will be enough room in the nursery." Monica said "Don't worry babe we will find somewhere for it all no need to panic. Just chill!" Chandler said "I'm so tired so can we just leave it out for tonight and find a place for it all tomorrow morning." Monica said yawning "Who are you and what have you done with my Monica?" Chandler joked "Shut up Chandler and just come to bed." Monica said before slowly getting up and walking up the stairs.
