Hello all of my wonderful viewers! I hope you all have had a fantastic week. Well, this one was kind of tough for me. Another bully has found me, and I am determined to not let it get to me. Thank goodness I have the wonderful gift of writing to keep me calm and collected. Anyway, ready for another chapter? Here's chapter ten! See you at the bottom of the page! :)

I was too stubborn of a girl to admit that Robbie was right. All I needed to make my stress disintegrate was a fun night out somewhere. Time continued to creep forward as we walked the London streets. I had hardly even thought of my problems since we got off the plane.

"It looks like it might rain. Maybe we better head back home soon. It wouldn't be much fun to stay here during bad weather." I said as I looked up at the sky.

"Yeah it does look like rain. I will call Wilhelm and see what the status will be about flying home soon." He said as he released my hand and took out his cell phone. I could not hear much of the call through the speaker, and only a few short words were exchanged between the two within a matter of minutes.

"What did he say?" I asked as Robbie placed the phone back in his jacket pocket.

"It's not just rain. It is a huge storm that is hovering over our flight path. Wilhelm doesn't see any way that we will be able to get back home tonight. He said most likely it will be tomorrow before it clears. I'm sorry." He said as he took both of my shoulders and rubbed over them with his hands.

"It's alright. Emma can take care of Lucky tonight, so everything will be fine." I said. As soon as the last word came out of my mouth, the rain began to pour on us. I grabbed Robbie's hand and dragged him underneath the awning of a shop across the street. The rain was so intense that I could not even hear the sound of my own breathing. My hand found Robbie's shoulder as I took off my shoes.

"What are you doing?" He asked as I handed him the wet heels.

"You told me this was a night to have fun, so that's precisely what I am going to do." I said. I stepped out into the rain and smiled as I decided not to care how wet I was getting. I stomped in every puddle and twirled at the sound of every thunder roar.

"Shall we dance my fair lady?" Robbie said as he joined me in the middle of the street.

"Why of course good sir." I replied as he found my waist. Our dancing was not really even dancing, it was more like skipping with a few terribly coordinated spins and dips. Our dance was interrupted when a strike of lightning hit not too far away. "I think it is time for us to go inside for the night." He said. I smiled and agreed. After gathering my shoes we took off down the streets once more.

I was thankful that Robbie's house in London was available for us to take refuge in for the night. I had been staying in a hotel for a long time by now, and I began to feel quite tired of it. As we entered the house I couldn't help but feel that Robbie's eyes were staring me down.

"What are you looking at?" I asked him as I turned around and found him smiling at me. It's those little half smiles that make my heart skip a beat, in case I hadn't mentioned that before.

"I don't know. I guess because you are soaking wet and it just reminded me of that time when you ran through the rain to the airport to find me. I guess I just got a flashback." He said as he slipped his hands in his pockets. I smiled as I ran to the kitchen to ring my hair out in the sink.

"This is going to be really difficult to detangle, but I guess it was worth it." I said as he turned the main lights on in the room.

"Well you look beautiful anyway. No matter how tangled and wet your hair is." He said as he managed to free one section of my hair from a tangle.

"If you say so." I said as my hands found their way to his shoulders.

"Yes I do say so." He said as he leaned down to kiss me. Perfectly blissful. "Alright, go on and change and we can watch a movie before we fall asleep." I smiled at the thought. As I peeled off my wet clothing, my heart was warmed as I enjoyed a cozy house during a cold rain storm. I was more than happy to take my place on the couch as the movie began to play. Robbie was right, because I went to sleep very quickly.

The clock struck 3 a.m. a few hours later, yet I did not hear the sound of my cell phone ringing until the second call. I flipped out of the couch and landed on the floor. After flailing around some, I finally gained enough consciousness to answer the call.

"Hello?" I said in a really sleepy tone as I scratched my head.

"Yes, Miss Robinson? This is Sherry Reed from Mr. Evans' office. He asked me to inform you that he has read your manuscript and desires another meeting with you today." The women said.

"Today? I am stuck in London as of the moment. Is there any way we could reschedule?" I asked.

"No, I'm sorry. Mr. Evans leaves for Spain tomorrow morning and will not be back for several weeks. He has been very busy. I am afraid that his only opening will be today." She said.

"Alright. Thank you. Tell him I will make it there as soon as I can." I replied. With my last few words, she hung up. I put my phone down on the coffee table and took a deep breath. Somehow I had to get back to the states. The clock said 3:05, which meant it was a little after 8:00 in the US. I smiled as I looked over at Robbie and found him sound asleep.

"Robbie. Robbie. Wake up!" I said softly as I stroked the top of his hands. He jostled awake and smiled at me.

"What time is it? What's going on?" He said as he tried to snap back into reality.

"Mr. Evans' office called. If I don't make it back to town for a meeting with him, then my chance with his company is gone. We have to go, now." I said in a frantic mode. He stood up and kept telling me to relax.

"We will make it. Come on lets get our stuff together." He said. This meeting was either going to be the end of my career or the beginning of my career. All I could hope for was that we could make it back in time. Ready. Set. Run, Lizzie.

Will Robbie and Lizzie make it back in time? I guess we will have to wait to find out! Stay tuned in to read more coming soon! Remember to R and R and follow/favorite! :)
