"You have to stop her. You are the only one who can, Sam," Jacob says.

Sam looks toward the entrance of the cavern, "Dad, I just…"

She trails off and drops her head. Jacob put his hand on her shoulder and turns her around to face him.

"I know kiddo, and I am sorry. If this antidote works then maybe you won't have to do this alone."

They stand in silence for a moment. Foot steps fall near them causing Sam to turn her head. She smiles briefly as she sees Teal'c standing beside her.

"Jacob Carter is correct; you will not be alone in this endeavor."

"How can you be sure?" Sam asks.

"My memories have returned. I can recall all that has transpired."

Jacob nods to another Tok'ra then looks at Sam, "We have enough to take care of a handful of people, we should take it to the SGC now that we know it works."

Within minutes the small group is headed back to the SGC. Sam and Teal'c go thru the gate first followed only by Jacob. As they walk down the ramp General Hammond stands at the bottom to greet them.

"Major Carter, where is Colonel O'Neill?"

"Ash'ka took him and Daniel when we arrived on the planet," Sam answers.

Hammond starts to ask something then sees Jacob standing a little behind Teal'c, "Jacob, it's good to see you , but why are you here?"

"Can we talk in your office Sir?" Sam asks.

Hammond looks at her for a moment, then nods, "Take care of your gear, I'll be waiting for an explanation. Jacob, would you care to walk with me?"

"Sure George, how's the family?" Jacob asks as he and Hammond leave the gateroom.

Sam turns and leads the way out of the gateroom and into the ready room. She begins taking off her gear.

"Do you think we will be able to find them?"

"I believe that Ash'ka will attempt to hide herself. However I do not feel as though she will hide O'Neill and Daniel Jackson with her."

"So there is a chance that we can save them, but I want to make sure that she can't do this to anyone else."

"As do I Major Carter," Teal'c says.

They make their way to Hammond's office. Sam knocks on the door and waits for a response. After a moment the door opens and she and Teal'c step inside. Hammond is sitting in his chair turned facing away from them.

Sam looks toward Jacob, "How'd it go?"

"As well as could be expected, I don't think he knew what was happening."

"How long till he is conscience?"

"Hard to say, with Teal'c it was different because he never lost consciousness. But because I could risk bringing a weapon I had to take George out the old fashioned way."

Sam looks at Jacob disapprovingly, "If there is anything wrong with him you can take responsibility for it. I never agreed to knocking my commanding officer out."

Jacob chuckles, "I will take responsibility."

Teal'c smiles then looks at Hammond, "I believe he may be gaining consciousness."

They turn around just as Hammond groans, "Will somebody tell me why the hell I am tied to my chair?"

"Sorry George, I had to make sure," Jacob says walking over to untie him.

"I feel like I have missed a lot in the last few days, you want to catch me up Major?"

"How much do you remember Sir?" Sam asks.

"SG-1 came through the gate with Ash'ka and then before you could find anything out about her she escaped from this base. Things are still a little fuzzy but I think I sent you to find her."

Sam takes a breath an quickly fills Hammond in on the situation.

"Do we have anyway of knowing where she took them?" He asks once she has finished.

Jacob shakes his head, "No we don't but we know that they have to be on the planet because the gate has been guarded since we arrived and I left two Tok'ra to keep an eye on it."

"I didn't realize that you had enough people to do something like that," Hammond says.

"Well when I told the high council what the alternative could be they sent me with three others to do what we could."

"So they have to be on that planet somewhere."

"Unless she was untruthful about how she arrived to this galaxy," Teal'c says.

"Like maybe she has a ship?" Sam asks.

"Precisely."

"I doubt it, we would have heard about a ship in the area near the planet where you found her," Jacob says.

"Okay, so that means that they have to be on that planet somewhere. Sir, we could use an unmanned drone to scan the planet for life forms," Sam says.

"Well, how much of that antidote did the Tok'ra come up with?" Hammond asks Jacob.

"At least enough for two teams and so far I have used two shots."

"Major Carter, I want you to pick a team and get them in order. We will give one to Dr. Fraiser and put her to work on the other one to see if she can make more in case getting rid of Ash'ka isn't enough. Okay, let's get our people back."

After discussing the details of what is about to happen, Sam makes her way to her office. She sits at her desk and logs into the personnel files. She scribbles four names on a notepad and turns off her computer. As she turns to leave Jacob walks into the room.

"So, how are you doing?" he asks.

"Well I have decided who I want to go with me…"

"That's not what I mean and you know it."

"I haven't taken the time to think about it."

Jacob puts his hand on his daughters shoulder, "I don't buy it. I know how you feel about him, and how he feels about you."

"And because you are the reason I am in the Air Force you also know better than I do that we can never act on how we feel."

"As your father I just want to know that you are happy with your life. I don't want you to have any regrets."

Sam smiles slightly, "I don't regret anything. I am aware of my feelings and his. And the fact that he has yet to act on them either tells me that it is better if we keep this strictly a working relationship."

"And I am afraid that is the part you may someday regret. Look Sam, I am not saying that you should give up the Air Force or even your position here, I just think it would be a good idea if you two talked about whatever is happening between you."

Sam shakes her head, "If I promise to talk to him about it will you drop it?"

"It is my right as your father to be worried about you and what is going on in your life. But yes I will drop it."

"Good, now I have my list. Let's go give these guys the antidote so we can get the rest of my team back."
