I'm back with a REAL chapter! I saw Wasabi Warriors on TV the other day and reminisced on my KI memories.. I haven't watched s4 at all because I don't agree with some things in it, but seasons one through three are still my jam :)

I time skipped to eight months now. Here's hoping I can write like I did then- how did my writing abilities deteriorate this much? If anyone still reads this, thank you and sorry for the wait haha. It's legitimately almost been a year since I even posted an authors note..

AND BY THE WAY I TOTALLY FOUND A TFIOS THING IN ONE OF THE OLD CHAPTERS IN HERE. "Okay?" "Okay." AHH

PS. Jack's hair is season 1-2 style in this fic, NOT how it is now. Ponytails are weird to me lol. No offense to y'all if you like it though

Kim was sleeping on the couch when Jack walked into their house, quietly shutting the door. He walked by and kissed her forehead before heading toward their room to take off his work dress clothes. As much as he would've liked to throw them in the corner, he decided to hang them up. Kim's mood swings were to die for, literally. He could almost see the death glare now.

He reentered the living room to find that Kim had woken and was sitting up.

"Good morning, babe" He teased, sitting on the couch next to her.

"A, it is not morning, and b, it is not good." She grouched.

"Why isn't it good?"

"The refrigerator was making this awful noise while I was trying to sleep last night, and I think my ribs are broken, and then today the UPS guy showed up during my nap, and I've only gotten like TWO HOURS of sleep today! TWO!"

"Hmm" He replied, trying to sound interested but not too interested, so she wouldn't have anything to react to. Boy, was he wrong.

"Hmm? That's all you have to say?"

"I, uh?"

She started bawling. Jack sighed but shook his head, smiling. They only had about two weeks left of this pregnancy. He could handle these swings for another fourteen ish days.

He pulled his gorgeous wife into his lap, one arm curling around her bump protectively while the other reached around her back. He leaned up, kissing her softly.

"Hey, babe, you've only got like two weeks left. Then I'll be the one staying up, you've lost enough sleep. Okay?"

She sniffed. "Alright.. But why am I in your lap? I'm humongous!" She had tears running down her cheeks, which he brushed away.

"You aren't humongous. Bobby Wasabi is humongous. You're just pregnant." He kissed the tip of her nose quickly. "You're still the most beautiful girl that I've ever seen."

She wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him as tightly as Alexis would allow. Jack was sure this probably looked very awkward, like a watermelon between two people trying to hug while being twisted through a dough hook. Oh well. He had a hottie of a wife and she was hugging him.

He tried to change the subject to avoid further bawling. "So.. Have you eaten dinner yet?"

"No.. I was thinking maybe we could order something?"

"What are you in the mood for?"

Bam- swing time. Obviously she was in the mood for mood swings.

"I don't KNOW, Jack! I could eat a barn and still not be full! I'm so hungry all the time, it's not even funny!"

He moved a hand to the top of her stomach, splaying his fingers across it and smiling. "Well, that means Alexis is growing pretty fast then."

Kim sighed, laying her head on his shoulder. "Should I be scared yet?"

Jack's eyes met hers. "I don't think you should be scared at all. You're the strongest girl I've ever met. You can do this.. And I'm sure meeting Alexis for the first time will make you so happy that you won't even have time to be nervous."

"You're right..."

"Of course I am." He grinned

Kim slapped him upside the head. "Go order us some dinner, you dork."

"Yes ma'am," he teased, moving her off his lap, onto the couch, and standing up.

"So.. You never said what you wanted." He mentioned while walking toward the kitchen where they kept their collection of takeout menus.

"How about Chinese?"

"Sounds good to me"

Jack watched her prop her feet up as he dialed the number for their favorite takeout restaurant. Heck, they ordered food from there so much that it might as well be on Jack's speed dial.

"Hello?"

"Yes, I would like to place a takeout order for Brewer."

"Sure, the special sounds great. Can I get two of those with extra rice?"

"Okay, thank you."

He hung up the phone and grabbed his wallet from the counter. Another great thing about this restaurant was that it was really cheap. He pulled out a twenty- twelve for the food and eight for the tip.

He walked back into the living room and dropped the twenty on the table near the front door.

Kim was asleep on the couch when he turned back around. She was definitely not lying about the two hours of sleep thing. He sat down on the couch near her head. Kim cracked an eye sleepily and moved herself so that she could use his thigh as a pillow.

Grabbing the remote, he switched the TV on and looked for the news. He made sure the volume was very quiet before clicking on the channel.

About fifteen minutes later, there was a knock at the door. Jack placed a pillow underneath his wife's head and stood up to go answer it.

He opened the door to find a teenaged boy standing there with a takeout bag. He handed him the twenty, told him to keep the change and have a good night, and shut the door.

Jack contemplated whether or not he should wake Kim up. She was hungry earlier but she was also tired..

He woke her up. Which, if you were wondering, was sort of like poking a sleeping bear with a stick. She did calm down after she realized that there was food. Jack was pretty sure a bear would do the same.. He didn't mention this theory to Kim.

Okay. Well, this was short, I know. I'm hopefully going to continue, so don't worry too much.

PLEASE review? I love reading them and it makes me want to write. I think we all know what the next chapter is. Get in a review if you wanna see what happens next :)

Thanks for reading!
