Elysea PoV
Me and Akira went into Shadow Forest a while ago. It was completely silent and seem to be always night here. The creepy tree's everywhere didn't help either, everything was in a purple like glow, however, there was a crystal clear river flowing nearby inside the ghastly place. It somehow looked beautiful and menacing at the same time. Akira sure did enjoy the scenery but I sure as hell don't. I heard from Mr. Lenphad that Shadow Forest was crawling with spirits. Spirits equal ghosts and I'm fearful of ghosts. He also mentioned that the spirits are generally peaceful but I don't care, a ghosts a ghost and I am not about to spend any longer in here. I just wanted to find the boy and go home. I repeatedly tugged on my dark blue ribbon on my waist to comfort me.
"Ugh..Akira, where is this guy. This place gives me the creeps" I said
"I don't think he's that far off. Hey! Maybe we'll meet some ghosts~." Akira creeped up towards me, making moans and groans. "Ooooo~ I'm going to get you Ely-chan~"
"Ack! Akira!" I slapped Akira by the back of his head in anger. "Stop playing around!"
"Hehe, sorry~"
"There are sure a lack of ghosts here.."
"Spirits"
"Whatever. Mr. Lenphad said this forest occupies so many ghosts-"
"Spirits"
"Whatever! That there is this ancient tree called the Entire that guards this forest and the ghosts."
"Spirits"
"Akira! I swear to El!"
"What, I'm just correcting you~" Akira stuck out his tongue playfully
"Wait...do you hear that?"
There was a faint weeping sound. From how it sounded, it wasn't that far from us. Me and Akira cautiously followed the weeps. As we got closer the sound gradually got louder and louder until it or should I say he was eventually within eye range. Akira and I both quickly hid behind a bush just in case.
"Aww..poor guy...why are we hiding? We should approach him, he needs to know about his friends. And needs comfort" I said
"But you never know Ely-chan, one of his family did almost distroy the whole village. Who knows what he might do to us." Akira protested
"Akira look at him! He's hugging his knees crying, does that look like a bad kid to you?"
"I don't know...he looks..." Akira pulled a sun glasses out of no where and put it on. "Like a black kid" he said smirking brightly and cheerfully
"...Ok that is both racist and annoyingly stupid. But that sun glasses go well with your messy black hair"
"Heh, and your white kimono is adorable. But your hair is white, are you sure YOUR not a demon~"
"I'm done with you Akira"
As I get up to talk to the poor boy, I was interrupted by this weird feeling. Like someone was breathing on my shoulders. I shuttered and prayed that it was Akira messing with me again as I slowly turn my head. When I finally got view of the presence my worse fear was realized. A purple glowy ghost was floating right beside me. We simply stared at each other due to my paralysis caused by fear. The ghost got closer and open it's mouth to speak.
"Hey baby, I'll make you groan and moan if you strip right now" The ghost said
"KYAAAAAA!"
At that point my body started reacting on it's own. I instantly got up from the bushes and ran for safety, bumping into the boy in the process. Before I know it I was on top of the boy, giving me a clear look of his face. He had neat hair with long bangs dropping from the side of his face unlike Akira. On the base of his hair was a red streak. I wished our faces weren't so close though...and the fact that he looked adorably cute didn't help. I felt my face flush as I make eye contact with him but...I wish I hadn't. Something about the way he looks at me makes me feel weak and drained. It was as if he was trying to discover my inner most secrets. This boy's blue eyes were definitely those type of eyes that penetrate you. But weren't Scorpio's the only ones who could do that? The boy quickly wiped away his tears before looking at me again.
"Erm excuse me..can you get off me now little girl.." He said quietly
"L-little girl!?" I inadvertently stood up, folding my arms in anger and spite. "I'll have you know I am 13 years old. I'm OFFICIALLY a woman"
"That explains your tedy bear panties.." He said in an impassive tone
As Akira gets out of his hiding spot, he snorted at the comment as I clench my fist and backhanded him Hard.
"PERVERT!
"Ow!" The boy got up, holding his head and looked at me with the same level of annoyance as I have for him. "What's your problem! And I'm not a pervert jerk! I was only observing and claiming your level of maturity which I might add, you don't have any!"
"Ya right you lier! No one observes a girls panties!"
"Huh? What's wrong with looking at a girls underwear?"
"Don't act stupid, you know clearly what's wrong with that"
"Uh..is it some kind of girl thing..?"
"He seriously doesn't know what's wrong with what he just did..?" I thought
He looked at me with a confused look on his face and shrugged. Before I could say anything Akira stepped in front of me.
"Before we continue this convocation, it's so weird talking to someone when you don't even know there name. So do you mind telling us yours?" He asked
"Oh, I'm Sencho."
"Sencho? As in, ship?"
"No no akira, thats Senchou. He means Sencho as in commander.
"Wait, my name means something? Aw man! I thought it was unique" he pouted
"Looks like that ship has...sailed!~"
"...anyways im Elysea. The idiot next to me is Akira."
"Hey!" Sencho pat Akira on his back and chuckled cheerfully.
"Don't worry Aki, she's just playing hard to get~ she probably dreams about you in her sleep~."
"Hehe, ya. We might be married in the dream~"
"And share the same bed~"
"I bet she also dreams that we have-"
"THATS ENOUGH! Gah! I almost feel tempted to not tell you what happened to your friends!"
"Wait..what friends?"
"Ya know the red-head and co"
"If I recall they were captured..what happened to them..?"
"There uh..going to be..killed"
"What!"
"It illegal to be friends or acquaintance to a demom and/or half-demon"
Sencho almost looked like he was in a state of panic. Akira made it worse by jokingly but stupidly telling him that they were going to be beheaded. Sencho held his hands against his mouth as his breathing rose sharply. He was hyperventilating and it was getting worse by the minute.
"I have to (hic) find (hic) them..! I-it's (hic) it's (hic) my fault!"
"Woah, Sen calm down! What good would it do you if you die from an asthma attack!" I tried calming him to no avail. It only seem to increase his need to save them. He pushed me and Akira to the side an ran.
"I don't care! I have to save them!"
"Do you even know where they are!"
Sencho stopped upon realizing a futile effort it would of been looking for them. He dropped down on the ground in disbelief.
"But...I have to...save them..."
"Hehe, cheer up Sencho~ you know two incredible people who knows where they are, so turn that frown upside down okay~" assured Akira
"I swear your almost as stupid as Akari..and with all the security and the bandits in the town you are bound to need help. So we'll come with you."
"But...I can't put you guys in danger.." He said
"Believe it or not Sencho, I think of you as a friend. And friends stick together till the end."
"You barely know me though.."
"Akira likes to think of everyone who's not an exact enemy a friend. But he's right, we can't just let you go alone. Besides, we can protect ourselves pretty well. We got weapons of our own."
"Thanks guys..." Sencho slowly but surely stood up and faced us, smiling brightly. "Your the best~"
Akari held Sencho by the shoulders and laughed.
"Of course I'm the best. I'm too good looking to be second best haha~"
"Optimism is a great thing to have Akari, but everyone knows that I look sexy~"
"Oh get over yourselves" I rolled my eyes at there stupidity as they laughed among themselves.
"Alright, so for here on out. We're team El, any objections?"
"Nope"
"Meh"
"Alrighty, than it's official! Sencho, Ely-chan, let's make the greatest breakout ever!"
"Hai!" We both said (hai in uhh..idk japanese means ok...or was it yes? Took this word from Kat Winn who would say it when I'm teaching her something)
"Heh, Sen huh. Only Els called me that..I like it~"
"Well I thought it's only fair to give you a nickname~"
"Guys enough chit chat, your boring me"
"Aww, want a kiss~"
I gave Sen a quick slap before walking off
"Ahaha..I guess it's time to head out anyways. AUTOELBOT'S ROLL OUT!"
I guess that makes Akari our leader? Oh god..something bad is bound to happen with him in charge. I hope this doesn't end with someone dead...
