Chapter 8 What Doesn't Kill You

I received a large applause for that number and as i said my tanks to the audience i announced that i let the boys have some of the limelight.
After i sang my song i let the boys chose the next two songs my eyes were still trained on Jasper, my emotions were all over the place the satisfaction of going through my feelings as i sang and letting go of the past and getting ready to plan my next mission in life well after you've talked to Jasper that is.
Jasper god where do I start I have no clue what to say to him or where to start and the fact that I'm annoyed that Peter and Char didn't tell me they know Jasper and my feelings for him that a completely different matter altogether i mean how could I start feeling something for someone who hurt me abandoning me leaving me to fend for myself against Victoria leaving me to choose either my father or my mother & Phil.
Arrrgh thank god I've only got one more song to sing and i need to make it count I am a strong and independent woman I chant to myself over and over until we finish playing the second to last song.
I get up off the piano seat and heat to the front of the stage time for my final song to prove not only to myself but everyone else is and can be strong and to fight for what they want.
I take the mic out from the stand as the boys go back to their original places they started in at the beginning of the night.
"As you all know... "I spoke into the mic and gave them my usual little speech about being strong and fighting through whatever gets in your way.
I gave the go ahead to the boys the start our final song for the night

I sang the last three lines with everything I had left in me.
I always love leaving the crowed all pumped up making them feel that they are strong that they can get through whatever life has to throw at them.
"Thanks for coming out and listening to us hope you all enjoyed the music and a reminder that its dance night tomorrow and I hope to see you all there, drive home safe and if you've be drinking see Jess at the bar and she'll sort you out a ride home and goodnight."
As everyone started to leave I saw Jasper waiting for me at the side of the stage it was now or never.
I check with the guys to make sure it's ok if i left now and let them to the packing up of the instruments, they look behind me and see Jasper waiting and they all gave me their ' you're spilling everything tomorrow' smirk and nod.
"Thanks guys I'll see you all tomorrow say bye to Jess for me and that I'll see her tomorrow"
I turn around to face Jasper hoping that he's ready to hear what i have to say.
Well i hope you emjoyed this chapter as from the next chapter thing are going to get more intersting so i hope you stick arounf to find out.
