Hey guys! Here's the next chapter. I know how much you guys wanted me to update quickly so here it is!

Lily woke up to loud chatter and realized the she had been sleeping in Marlene's bed, soaking all the sheets. She didn't realize she was numb everywhere until she heard the clanking of her teeth against each other and goosebumps that covered her body. Her body was wracking with uncontrollable shivers, and she realized how stupid she'd been to get into the water. Who ever had left her here had also left her wet clothes on, so that wasn't helping at all.

She got up and changed only to find Marlene and Alice debating, not surprisingly, about her.

"I can't believe he said that to Lily!" Marlene exclaimed. "Oh, hey Lily! We've decided that we're going to dress you up for all to see so Potter will never know what hit him! Okay? Okay. I'll go pick your clothes while Alice does your hair."

Marlene said this all within 15 seconds before rushing off towards the Head dorms. Alice shook her head and threw a look towards Lily. "This was all her idea, and you know when it comes to Marlene, there's no arguing." Alice pushed Lily into a chair in front of her dresser before picking up a brush to comb out Lily's hair. Lily sighed. She really didn't have the energy to argue and it seems Alice saw that.

"Oh come on Lily. You were never the person to mope over a guy. If you're going to do it now, at least put on a show for James. Let him think you really don't care about what happened. That's what guys hate, and at this point, you'd think you would want to get back at him, even if just a little." Lily was about to contradict but Alice cut in. "Don't even think about saying you don't want a little revenge. I know you to well to know that you do. You finally let the guy in and he trampled all over you. Well, now you're going to trample all over him."

Marlene walked in. "She's right. Get over it Lily. It happens and you have to go out there and let James know that."

Lily sighed again. She understood where they were coming from and couldn't be more glad that they were there for her. She straightened her back and took a deep breath in before opening her eyes and said, "Well than, we better start moving, because if you're planning on making me look pretty in this state, you've got a lot of work to do." she said with a smirk.

Through the mirror she saw Marlene and Alice share secretive smile and couldn't help but get a little worried...

Hoped you like it. The whole speech might seem a little cheesy, but I kind of imagined this chapter to show their close and unbreakable friendship.

PLEASE, PLEASE, REVIEEEEWWW! PLEASE? I love to read your review and comments on how to make my story better, but please no criticism. Just good stuff and helpful comments! :-)
