First of all, I'm very sorry it took this long. I wanted to end this story immediately so that I can start another fanfic. This is the final chapter of "A Soul and A Bless".

Tohru P.O.V.

I slept uncomfortably from the headache that attacked in my sleep. I couldn't lift my head out of my pillow just yet. I decided to close my eyelids in hoping I could fall asleep once again. Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I tried to move my body upward and push the covers aside in the same time. The moment I did, I froze. I felt something on me. Something was attached to me. I realized the covers were below my chest. Whatever was attached to me was below the covers. I hesitated to remove them. Was there an animal or someone under me holding onto me as there pillow? I remove the covers in a flash to get over my doubt. My eyes widened as I saw a body, someone had slept with me!

Black elegant hair was next to my waist. The person had his long hand stretched around my waist and the other one under my backside. I looked to see a leg crisscross with my left leg. Was this…..Akito Sohma?

I looked straight into his face. By the look on his face, he slept very well. I tried my best not to interrupt his sleep. But…how am I supposed to do that? I could only stay still in my sleeping position. I realized that the only thing that would upset him is having a numb arm in the morning.

I moved myself little by little away from Akito. He needed more rest than me. I imagine he must be sore from fighting. Laying here would make me feel guilty of getting more relaxed then him.

The moment I was about to free myself, I was dragged backwards by two strong arms. My legs were now scattered across the bed and my back was being leaned with someone grabbing me. A whisper came into my ear as did a head leaning on my shoulder.

"Don't you dare leave me."

I turned around to find Akito's head on my shoulder, his eyes were still closed. His voice didn't sound that threatening as he was still unconscious. I blushed heavenly when I noticed his arms and hands were nowhere on my waist. But across my stomach and on my chest.

"Umm…A-Akito sa-"

"Shhhhh" Akito hushed me close to my ear. I felt his lips touching my ear. My blush turned redder. His lips were very soft.

I immediately shook the thought away from head. I hadn't realized why Akito san was here.

"What's wrong?"

Akito's voice sounded clearer. Was he awake?

"Hey, if something's wrong tell me." Akito's voice has suddenly turned into his normal threatening voice.

"It's just….w-why are you here?"

"So me showing my love to you have made me a bother?"

"N-No…I-"

"Then you should have said you were uncomfortable."

Akito snapped at me. Before I could say anything, he leaned closer to whisper; although not to close enough from before.

"You really are stupid saying you are the only uncomfortable one here. Don't you think you numbed my arm enough?

"I'm sor-"

I almost gasped as Akito had his lips closer to my ear again. My blush returned once again.

"We're together aren't we? I hardly have any moment to be with you. Don't you realize I'm not supposed to be here right now? You should be honored."

Even with his harsh whisper, a feeling struck to me.

Akito is supposed to busy everyday. He hardly has any time of his own. Hatori is supposed to watching him everyday. And yet he's here with me….

"Do you realize it now? If so, what is it that you want me to do? Leave?"

I turned around facing him.

"No…!"

I realized after turning around, I was face to face with Akito. My eyes star deep into his. His were also locked into mine. The more I stared the more I blushed. Akito's eyes were beautiful. They weren't so dreadful up close. They had a hint of silver inside of them. His coal eyes must have been full of black since he didn't smile at all. I raised my hand to touch his hair. His eyes match perfectly with his hair. It took me less than a minute to realize I started enjoying touching his hair. I stopped my hand when I saw Akito raising his hand to my cheek. He caresses my cheek while I did nothing to his hair.

"Did you think I was going to let you touch me without doing anything in return?"

I looked downward blushing. Akito made me look selfish.

I looked at Akito in astonishment as he finally left my cheek. He had leaned over to hug me.

"As of today I will not leave your side. Leaving you yesterday was the greatest mistake of my life."

My eyes widen. He wants to be with me…

"Akito..."

A tear escape from my eye. His eyes were now facing me.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't of been wandering alone…I'm sorry I cause to much trouble."

"What the hell are you sorry for?" Akito furiously asked. As he embraces me in another hug, he pulled me into him this time. My head was now against his chest.

"Don't you know you troublesome from the start?"

I looked up to see his face. He was smiling. I turned red just staring at him. He was so handsome with his warm smile. He's looking at me while smiling.

I smiled back warmly.

In a sudden move, Akito cups my cheeks with both of his hands and kisses me. I already know he's not letting me go. I lean my lips closer to return the kiss. He then slipped his tongue in my mouth. I groan, gripping his shirt tightly. I didn't think he'd kiss me like this so suddenly…like last time.

To my surprise, Akito had broken the kiss between us. He still had his hands on my cheek, looking at me with his eyes. He rested his head against mine having the tip of our heads touching. Our lips were close but they were not touching.

"You still haven't told me you love me Tohru."

That's right. He confessed to me in so many ways. How could I forget….He saved me, slept with me, hugged me, cared for me, worried for me, cried for me, kissed me twice, and he said I was the one who changed him. He wanted me here because he loved me. To see if I could love him in return. And I did. I fell for him. My heart belongs to him now. All this time, I fell in love with Akito ever since I got near him.

"Yes. I love you Akito!"

I hung my arms around Akito while his arms attached me from behind. And we embrace each other in the same time for another kiss.
