Red: Why was I dead?
Me: I kinda left this story alone. I needed a longer break than I anticipated.
Red: Whatever.
Me: Man, you're cheerful today.
Red: Well, I was in a coffin for few months.
Me: About 3 months to be exact.
Red: Just do the disclaimer.
Me: Uhhh, no. I have a challenge and the winner gets an OC in this story.
Red: Why am I not surprised?
Me: Anyway, I left this story dead for about 3 months and I'm so sorry. The truth is and I don't think I posted it was that I had no ideas for the next chapter. So this might be good or bad depending how you perceive it.
Challenge: A few Pokemon were shown on by accident. They were taken off a few minutes later. Their names can be seen on the GTS but they are not available anywhere. They are considered the three _ of Kalos. Their names are _, _, and _. Their types are _/_, _/_, and _/_. They are also considered _ Pokemon since they cannot be found in game at all. Their Dex #'s are _, _, and _ respectively. Please type the whole excerpt while filling in the blanks and send me the PM "Pokemon Challenge for OC" as the title. The challenge's deadline will be 1 week from tomorrow. Only ONE can win. I will not play favorites. I will not give any heads-up. This will be fair game. For each region I will be posting a challenge that will allow an OC to be entered in. However, if a person who already entered an OC has applied again and won, they will not be given an OC but allow Red to capture a Pokemon of ANY choice(Excluding the Legends, Semi-Legends, and Starters since I plan on him catching everyone of those.)
Me: So there is the challenge. I hope you enjoy solving this. I have the list of Legends and on which order he will catch them in. Since Truereader has not contacted me back about this particular subject I decided to make the list myself. I will explain in further detail why some of them are not in the correct order of Regions.

Now for the reason why they are out of Region in which you catch them in. Honestly, I don't have a good explanation. Lugia was supposed to be first but since everyone voted for Dark Aura, I thought that a Legendary Pokemon that could use the Darkness(DARKrai) would be an excellent teacher to Ash. Chapter 15: Celadon City, Rocket Base and Celadon Gym Battle (Special)
Previously: Not even going to bother telling you what to do.
Now:
After Red rescued the mysterious white Pokemon, it got up and left. Red just shrugged his shoulders and returned all of his Pokemon. The remains of the Rockets and their Pokemon were still there. He speed dialed the Officer Jenny that he had met outside of Cerulean City and hung up the minute she answered the phone. He took out a pad of paper and wrote down what had happened. He signed it in red ink. He put the note beside a burnt Rocket and headed for Celadon City.
After a couple of days, Red reached Celadon City and found out that Team Rocket was occupying the city right now. He looked through a couple of bushes and saw that Team Rocket blocked the entrance to the Gym. He got up and headed to the local restaurant. He took a seat and ordered some food. He began eating when a couple of Rockets came in. They demanded money, the money was immediately handed over and they sat down across from him. Red just looked at them. A waitress came over and was taking their orders. One of the Rockets grabbed her and forcefully put her down on his lap. Red stood up and walked over to them. He saw that the waitress was shaking and crying. He tapped the Rocket's shoulder and got him to turn around. Red punched him and knocked out a couple of teeth, broke his nose, and knocked onto the floor, while catching the waitress from falling. He set the waitress down and she ran behind him.
"Boy, you got a lot of nerve messing with Team Rocket!" A Rocket said tossing out a Poke Ball that held a Golbat.
"Gooool!"(2) The Bat Pokemon came out with a screech.
"Kadabra…" Red tossed out a Poke Ball that had Kadabra inside.
"Kaaabra" Kadabra appeared with its eyes closed.
"Use Psychic on Golbat and throw it on the floor." Kadabra obeyed and flung Golbat down on the hard ground.
"G…o…o….l"
They all heard a snapping sound. The Psychic had snapped Golbat's spine and it started to cough up blood. It had died. The Rocket's were running out of the restaurant. Red ran after them.
Red had reached the Game Corner. Apparently this was their base of operations. He went inside and found that a Grunt was guarding a poster. He walked up to the Grunt and punched him out. Everyone in the Game Corner was absorbed in their own games and did not see what transpired. Red lifted the poster to see that their was a button behind it. He pressed it and stairs appeared. He went down the stairs and was immediately challenged to a battle.
20 Grunt Battles Later
Red had finally reached the bottom floor. He walked through the doors to see a man sitting on a couch. The man stood up.
"So, you're the boy that has been destroying all of my operations. Incidentally, I'm missing a few Grunts. Their last known location was a forest just outside of Celadon City." The man said.
"Yeah, I killed them." Red said pulling out a Poke Ball. The man did the same.
"My name is Giovanni, the Leader of Team Rocket." Giovanni threw the Poke Ball and a Rhyhorn appeared.
"HORRRRN!"
Red threw out his Poke Ball and Rhydon appeared.
"DOOOON!"
The two Pokemon stared at each other intently, trying to intimidate one another.
"Red Noir, remember it for it will be the last name you will ever hear."
"Rhyhorn, use Take Down." Giovanni commanded his Rhyhorn. Rhyhorn charged and hit Rhydon. However, Rhydon was perfectly fine. Giovanni was wide-eyed at how it was perfectly fine.
"My Rhydon and I have been working on Curse, Rhydon Counter!" Rhydon lifted Rhyhorn up in its arms and threw it across the room making a hole in the wall. Rhyhorn was unconscious from the impact.
"Horrrrrn…."
"It takes a lot of skill to knock out Rhyhorn." Giovanni said.
"…..I doubt it. Water, Grass, Fighting, Ground, and Steel. Anyone of those would have ended your Rhyhorn in a single hit." Red said getting Giovanni shaking with rage.
"Go Nidoqueen!" Giovanni threw out another Poke Ball. It opened and an armored, blue Pokemon appeared with a roar. "Use Surf!" Giovanni yelled at his Pokemon. Nidoqueen gather a blue ball of light and proceeded to throw it into Rhydon. A huge splash of waves Rhydon drenching it in water. Rhydon was on the ground with its eyes closed.
"Rhydon, Return…" A beam of red hit Rhydon and she was pulled into the Ball. He looked at his ball. "Forgive me, my friend."
Giovanni had a flashback at the sight he saw.
Flashback:
"Rhyhorn!" A young Giovanni was looking at his downed Rhyhorn. He had tears in his eyes. He looked at the man in front of him. His Rhyhorn had been knocked out by a Poliwrath. The man walked off while laughing.
End Flashback
Giovanni had his eyes closed as he was reminiscing of his younger days. He opened his eyes to see that a new Pokemon had not been chosen yet. "Why haven't you chosen a new Pokemon?"
"I didn't want to interrupt old memories." Red said getting a smirk from Giovanni. Red pulled out a Poke Ball.
"Go, Wartortle!" Red threw out a Poke Ball and a Wartortle appeared. Wartortle pulled out shades from nowhere and put them on.
"….What?" Giovanni was looking at the Wartortle in front of him. A turtle wearing sunglasses. Now Giovanni had seen it all.
"He was a gang leader." Red looked at Giovanni who was gob smacked. "Wartortle, use Water Pulse!" Wartortle gathered a ball of water and launched it at Nidoqueen. Nidoqueen took a direct hit and wobbled upwards.
"Nidoqueen, use Earth Power!" Nidoqueen stopped the ground making cracks appear. Lava shot out and hit Wartortle slamming him into the nearby wall. Wartortle coughed up blood and fell on its back.
"Wartortle, Return!" Another beam of light hit Wartortle and it was sucked back into the Ball.
"Kadabra!" Red threw out another Ball. "Use Psychic!" Kadabra's eyes started glowing a bright blue. Nidoqueen was glowing with a blue outline and thrown into a wall, crumbling it into pieces.
"Return, go Kanghaskhan!(1)" Giovanni threw out a camouflage Poke Ball that opened up to reveal a huge, brown, Pokemon. There was a baby in its pouch.
'The Maternal Pokemon, Kanghaskhan. This one is going to tough.' Red thought.
"Kanghaskhan, use Bite on that Kadabra!" The Kanghaskhan launched its attack by opening its mouth.
"Kadabra, Teleport out of the way!" Red yelled. However it was all in vain when Kanghaskhan clamped its jaws on Kadabra's abdomen. Blood was drawn and Kadabra was limp. Kanghaskhan threw it across the field in front of Red. Red ran up and checked for a pulse. There was a very faint one and it was fading fast.
"Return!" A red beam hit Kadabra and was returned to the Ball. Red hit the center and the ball shrunk. The middle turned into a blue hue signifying that it was in stasis and needed immediate attention. "Rize, Let's Go!" Red threw out a Poke Ball and it opened to reveal a huge, black Dragon. Rize gave a mighty roar that made the baby in the pouch cower in fear. "Burn to Ashes, Fire Blast!" Rize shot out a blast of fire that took the shape of the kanji meaning Fire. It hit Kanghaskhan and it fell to the ground burnt. Giovanni took the Safari Ball and returned Kanghaskan. Giovanni left the scene with a smirk, but not without a few parting words.
"This isn't the last time you will see me, Red." Red looked at the floor and saw a Scope on the ground. He took it and left. When he exited the Game Corner, he ran to the Pokemon Center to get his Pokemon healed. He gave Nurse Joy Kadabra's ball first and she saw the blue center. She immediately ran in the back and hooked him up. Red was told that Kadabra was in the ICU. He gave the other balls to her and they were healed almost immediately. He was asked questions how Kadabra was in such a shape. He told her the story and she understood. Red asked how long it would take for Kadabra to finish healing. His answer was 2 weeks. Red nodded his head and left the Center.
Red was walking around the Celedon City. He stopped in front of a fountain and sat on a bench.
"You're hard to track down." Red looked beside him and saw Lance.
"What do you want?" Red just looked straight and Lance could hear sadness in his voice.
"What happened? We got a tip that a Rocket Base was located under the Game Corner. When we arrived, it was empty, destroyed, and we found traces of Pokemon Blood at the bottom floor." Lance was looking directly at Red.
"I had battles inside, I fought the Boss, Giovanni. The blood you saw was from his and my Pokemon." Red said as he got up. He began walking and Lance was behind him. They entered the Center. "I'm going to be here for the next 2 weeks." Red said to Lance.
"Why is that? You know you have one year to gather all the badges." Lance said.
Red walked in the back with Lance behind. Red stopped at a certain window. Lance peered inside and saw a Kadabra hooked up to wires and tubes. "My Kadabra suffered a near-fatal wound in the battle. I got him here in the nick of time."
Lance was angry with Red. "How could you let your Pokemon suffer this?!" Lance grabbed him. "Furthermore, do you have a shred of sorrow in you to see your Pokemon in this condition?!" Lance pushed him away making Red's mask come off. Red's eyes were bloodshot from crying.
"Does this answer your question?" Red said putting his mask back on.
"Sorry, I didn't know." Lance said bowing his head.
"Don't worry, how could you, I'm wearing a mask." Red told Lance.
Lance's pocket was vibrating. He looked at his phone and saw the name. He answered the phone. "Hello, Clair." Red looked at him. He dulled out their conversation.
They both heard a Dragon's roar in the sky and saw a Dragonite.
Lance walked out and saw Clair as her usual self. Red walked out of the Center and walked past them.
"I'm not done with you!" Lance yelled getting his sister's attention. Red stopped.
"I have a year remember. I have to get the badge without Kadabra." Red told Lance and walked away. They waited for him to come back. They were catching up when they heard footsteps.
"You got the badge already?" Lance asked with astonishment that he was back within 10 minutes.
"Uhhh, no. I stopped by the Mart and picked up an order of Stones. You can watch my battle." Red told them.
"Fine, I want to see another battle of yours anyway." Lance said getting Clair's interest piqued.
Red, Clair, and Lance walked into the Gym. Lance and Clair sat on the bleachers and looked beside them and saw Brock.
"I'm here to challenge Erika to a Gym Battle!" Red shouted getting petals in the center of the Gym to swirl. Erika was in the middle of the Gym.
"This will be three on three. The Challenger is allowed to substitute but the Gym Leader cannot. Begin"
"Go Vileplume!" Erika tossed out her Poke Ball to reveal a mushroom with legs.
"Viiiii!" The mushroom Pokemon said.
"Go, Ivysaur!" Red threw his Poke' Ball and it popped open to reveal his Ivysaur.
"Saur!"
"BEGIN!"
*Pokemon Kanto Gym Leader Battle Remix by GlitchxCity*\
"Vileplume, Sunny Day!" Vileplume gathered a ball of light and launched it into the air. A bright, artificial sun was shining brightly above them.
"Ivysaur/Vileplume, SOLARBEAM!" Erika and Red both yelled. Both Pokemon had instantly charged their attacks and launched them. Naturally, Vileplume's was stronger and split Ivysaur's in half. Red smirked, gaining the attention of Erika, Lance, Clair, and Brock. In the cloud stood a burned Ivysaur with cauterized marks. It had a bright green outline.
"Thanks for activating Overgrow. Since you're a Grass-type Gym Leader, I suppose you know what it does." Erika just nodded.
"It dramatically boosts the power of Grass – type moves when the user has taken massive amounts of damage. It also gets stronger when the said Pokemon is closer to fainting." (A/N: Note this is not true in the Video Games, I added this little part to make it more interesting.)
"Ivysaur, Solarbeam, Maximum Power!" Ivysaur lowered itself and instantly charged a massive ball of green, red, yellow, and white energy in its bulb.
"IVYSAURRRRR!" Ivysaur yelled and released the massive attack knocking itself out from exhaustion. Vileplume, still being a Grass/Poison taking only 1/4th of the damage was still knocked out.
"Both trainer's Pokemon are unable to battle, this battle is a tie." The referee said swinging both flags down. Erika, Lance, Clair, and Brock were in astonishment at the power that Red's Ivysaur had. Due to Red's mask covering his face, you couldn't see his expression. Underneath that mask was pure happiness and proudness.
'Good job, Ivysaur. I'm very proud of you.' Red thought.
"Go, Tangela!" (A/N: My original plan was to have this a Tangrowth, however, since it wasn't discovered yet until Sinnoh, I plan on it making an appearance when Red goes around challenging the Gym Leaders again to get ready for the Conference. IF I get there of course, Stupid SOPA!)
"Go, Toxicon!" Red threw his Poke Ball revealing a huge, purple mass of sludge. It has one arm, and a gaping mouth. It had a slice threw its right eye. If one looked closely, they would see that it forcefully solidified its sludge to make this possible.
Lance was wondering why it was like that. He would be asking about it after the battle.
"Muk versus Tangela, BEGIN"
"Toxicon, use Poison Exceed!" Everybody in the room was curious at what he said. Toxicon proceeded to use Toxic which covered Tangela. Erika worried shouted out a command that made Red grin.
"Tangela, use Growth." Tangela tried to use Growth. The Key word was 'tried'. Muk was the one that grew instead of Tangela. It then used moves that had knocked out Erika's Tangela.
"What Happened?!" Erika was returning her Tangela. Red was chuckling.
"Poison Exceed. I decided to make some moves that no one would know about. It starts out with Toxic and three other moves after. Those moves are my own creation. The names I gave them are Snatch, Gunk Shot, and Venoshock. When Toxicon uses Toxic the opponent makes their stats boost to end the battle faster, Snatch then takes place. Whenever an opponent is going to use a Stat-Boosting move, Snatch steals that boost and gives it to Toxicon, while the opponent doesn't get anything other than pain form poison. Gunk Shot is a special move. It takes all of the fluid from Toxicon and he launches it out. As you can see, there is a lot of fluid. The last one is Venoshock. If the opponent is poisoned, the move does a lot more damage." Everyone was astonished at this. THREE new moves, and he used them to their full potential.
"Muk is the winner! Leader, choose your last Pokemon." Erika chose a Poke Ball.
"Go, Weepinbell!" A Pokemon appeared and it had a huge mouth.
"Muk Versus Weepinbell, BEGIN!"
"Toxicon, Return!" Toxicon was hit by a red beam and was returned. Red reached up to a necklace that had a shrunken Poke Ball in it. The said necklace had a Dragon's Mouth holding the ball. Red took the ball off and tossed it.
"Burn to Ashes, Rize!" A hulking, Black, Charizard stood on the field. It was bigger than the average Charizard. "Rize, Arc Strike!" Everyone was once again, confused. However, Weepinbell was on the ground smoking and knocked out. Everyone was astonished at his revelation. It had happened so fast. Rize had picked up Weepinbell, breathed fire on its victim, and tossed a fireball down to the ground. Erika returned her Pokemon. Red did the same.
"Here is the Rainbow Badge." Erika handed him the badge and he walked out. Next stop, the ICU.
