Last time...

The phanthomhive crew went into the Houndsworth village and the young doctor went to the infamous Undertaker for some information regarding her Aunt Angie, or Madam Red..

After knowing the truth about the demon dong, Lord Henry had being captured and locked in an underground jail, not long before they discover a broken jail with blood splattered eerily inside it. A haunting howling resounds through the village and the mystery almost reveals itself, as they notice the rumour is true after all.

"He's dead bocchan, and it seems that his hands were cut, or more like being bitten out from his arms..." the black butler stated while inspecting the dead body that leaned against the stone walls. People were crowding in front of the dead body of Lord Henry while chanting some sorts of songs about cat and dogs; some went `meow', some howling loudly at the same time in an eerily harmony. The heavy shower of rain seemed to wash away their grief and at the same time asking for forgiveness from an unknown entity they called `the demon dog'.

The black suited butler seemed annoyed with their strange antic and watching them with his burgundy eyes that was practically scream 'pathetic human'.

"It seems that the Demon dog is real..." the young master stated and a loud thump can be heard as the white haired maid fainted at the gruesome scene, the trio servant went panicked at the sight of the collapsing maid.

"Miss Angela, are you alright!?" the honey blond gardener pulled her body from the ground and shaking her gently.

"No use, we must go back to the manor quick" Bard said as he noticed the maid face becoming pale all of a sudden.

"Well then, we better headed back to manor Bocchan, it's raining hard and you might catch a cold if you stay in this rain..." the black butler said and heading towards his master.

"Fine then..." the young master replied with a single nod and turning his back, heading towards the manor where they temporarily stayed during their visit in the village.

...

A large window glinting dimly against the light lit inside a medium size room. A small table was placed opposite to the window and beside the table, a large shelf occupied by many books.

A girl with scarlet hair was beside the window, leaning her shoulder against the wall while overlooking outside the window.

It was night time and raining heavily outside.

"Such ominous feeling...This rain..."

She placed her palm onto the surface of the thin window. The coldness from the rain seeps through the glass and spreads through her palm slowly.

The coldness seems to bring back her bad memories and she shuddered inside. The memories of being cold during the winter, sleeping in a ragged house with only thin blanket to protect her .She clenched her cold palm, trying to regain back the warmth into her hand.

She watched the rain splattered against the window but she can't see anything outside since it was dark and only lightning clear her sight in the darkness.

She turned her back against the window and leaned her head to the window behind her, not knowing there's something watching her from the darkness. A pair of red eyes, watching her form with a smirk.

"Scarlett..."

The red head eyes widen and she whipped her head back only to see the same darkness she saw earlier.

"What the..."

Her turquoise eyes continued wandering outside the window, trying to find where the voice comes from. She didn't even care if the voice she heard earlier belong to human, or non-human. She began contemplating; either she should go outside or just stay inside.

"Stay inside Scar, it's raining hard outside and you have to work tomorrow..." a white haired girl entered and crossed her arms together firmly.

Scarlett frantically looked outside the window with her eyes showing nervousness. She turned her back, watching her white haired house mate standing in front of her.

She sighed in relief and smiled tiredly, watching her friend in front of her.

"Snow, I'm not going outside...Why did you think I'm going to?'

"Your face, that kind of face you made when you want to find something...Your face, it's irritating..." Snow stated with annoyance in her voice.

Scarlett gives small smile and turned her back once again to pull the curtain, so that she will not see anything outside.

...Anything outside the window that was calling for her...

The rain continuously falls heavily in the dark night, with an occasional lightning that brighten some part of the dark places. A silhouette of a dark suited man can be seen in the dark, standing directly in front the window, where the shadow of the red-headed girl can be seen through the curtain.

The unknown suited man placed its gloved hand on to the window glass and a smirk can be seen as the lightening strike.

...

"Bocchan, here's some warm tea..." Sebastian handed the ceramic cup that was filled with warm tea to the young earl.

"Such a heavy rain tonight..." the young earl stated, holding the cup with his finger while looking at the window. Sebastian nodded his head once and looking outside the window with worries in his eyes. There's a doubt and something out place tonight that the black butler ended up feeling 'worried' about something, or certain someone...

"Bocchan, there's something that I wanted to tell you, about Miss Scarlett..." the young earl quirked his perfectly shaped eyebrow and place the cup onto the table in front of him. He crossed his legs and placed his clasped hands into his lap.

"What is it?"

"Miss Scarlett, I've get some information saying that she was investigating the Jack the Ripper case..." the young earl tilted his head and a creased of his forehead can be seen clearly. He brought his gaze towards his butler, a questioning gaze that clearly asking why without him to ask verbally.

"She was investigating about Madam Red death and she went to ask Mr. Undertaker about it..."

"Undertaker?! Is this true Sebastian?"

"Yes, according to my source, Undertaker...Laugh..." he pauses and the young earl eyes widen before he placed his hand under his chin.

"She is indeed not an ordinary girl..." he smirked and his sapphire eyes glinted in amusement.

"Amusing..." the black butler added.

...

Somewhere in London, on the roof top of some building...

"William, have you met her, the soul that I brought here..." A white haired man with jade eyes said while observing the surrounding. It was raining heavily but his white attire seems dry, like it wasn't raining in the first place.

"I haven't met her, but if I did, I will do what I suppose to do..." William replied dryly while pushing his glasses using his iron clipper.

"Haha, not so fast William, she is not an easy person for you to reap...Ironically, she was the opposite of you. She's a doctor who saves live but you are a death god, who reap people soul out...Haha, such coincidence..." the white head remarked happily.

"You are having so much fun, Nix...But you didn't realise it will bring so much disaster afterwards...Physically and mentally...You are stirring something forbidden in other territories Nix, can't you be serious for once?" William remarked with a usual frown on his forehead.

Nix pressed his lips in a straight line and his eyes seems to convey a bitter sadness.

"Serious, I have been that once and I lose something important...Something that I can't change back..."

William glanced at the corner of his eyes, seeing the white haired men face contorted with bitterness.

"We death god mustn't involve in human relationship, it's what we are..."

"It's you and not me William...I'm different..." William sighed, feeling disturbed with the man comment earlier.

"It's is raining with sadness..." Nix whispered silently.
