Chapter 10: Chunin Exam Finals
Naruto and Neji faced one another and a cruel smirk tugged at Naruto's face. Then Naruto deactivated his sharingan deeming that he no longer needed it.
"What's so funny Uchiha?" Neji asked.
"Uchiha!" Ōhnoki though shocked. "Then what Kurotsuchi told me is true not only is Madara's grandson here but he also wields Hashirama's Mokuton. This is bad very, very bad I need to reconsider my part in this invasion if he can utilize the eternal Mangekyō then he could very easily control the Gobi and Ichibi and turn the entire backbone of the invasion against us."
"I'm laughing and I'm happy because now I can finally show you the true terror that is Madara Uchiha." Naruto said laughing
"You hide behind your grandfather's name like it's a badge of honor if he was so powerful then why was he so easily killed by Shodaime-sama." Neji smirked thinking he would get a reaction out of Naruto and to his joy he did, but not the one he was expecting. Neji expected Naruto to get angry and lash out and Neji would capitalize on that mistake but Naruto just stood there…laughing.
"If Hashirama killed my grandfather then why I am have this conversation with you?"
"How can you take this so lightly?"
"I KILLED MADARA UCHIHA!" the whole stadium stood in compete silence. "My own grandfather fell by my hand."
"MONSTER!" Neji roared hoping to disrupt Naruto's focus but Naruto was done playing games and charged him swinging his scythe and Gunbai then threw the objects in the air and kicked Neji in the chest and then he jumped into the air and grabbed his Gunbai and scythe and Neji started spinning as Naruto slashed down. "Hakkeshō Kaiten." (Eight trigrams palm rotation) Naruto's scythe went crashing down but was knocked out of his hand. Naruto sealed his Gunbai back in his shoulder seal and grabbed his scythe and places it on his back.
"So looks like you can dance a little too." Naruto said disinterested. Neji sneered at Naruto an overconfident look on his face.
"See that?" Neji laughs "This is the power of the Hyūga clan."
"You want power I'll show you power." Naruto weaved hand signs and finished in half tiger seal. "Katon: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu." Naruto exhaled seven dragon heads of flame at Neji who started to spin again and roared out.
"Hakkeshō Kaiten." Neji blocked the attacks but Naruto was one step ahead of him and as soon as Neji started to slow his rotation Naruto weaved hand signs and ended on the cross seal.
"Taju Kage Bunshin no jutsu." (Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu) Naruto made a bunch of shadow clones and they formed a circle around Neji all glaring at him.
"Kage Bunshins interesting he's distributed his chakra evenly among them so not even my Byakugan can distinguish the original."
"Neji come at me with your full power and watch me crush it into dust before your eyes."
"DIE!" Neji roared as he dropped into a battle stance. "Behold my ultimate Taijutsu move." Neji smiled as he dropped in his Jyuken stance and Hiashi's eyes widen in shock.
"This can't be only the Hyūga elders and myself have mastered this technique!" Hiashi thinks in shock.
"Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō." (Eight trigrams 128 palms) Neji spins around striking the clones but just as the last clone was about to be killed it taps Neji on the shoulder light enough for Neji for him not to notice. Naruto's clone marked Neji and Naruto smiled with great glee.
"And so begins the end game."
"Kit what was the point of that clone barrage why not just activate your sharingan and end this prick?" Kurama asked
"I'm proving a point I'm proving that Neji takes his bloodline for granted so I'm not going to beat Neji without my sharingan or Mokuton."
"You're call kit I just hope you know what you're doing."
"Watch me reenact my great uncle, Izuna's, death for the sake of this demonstration imagine I'm Tobirama and Neji is Izuna."
"Alright kit let's see you're big finisher."
"See that Uchiha?!" Neji laughed. "You're no match for me you clones couldn't do shit to-" Naruto smiled and drew a blade that belonged to Izuna and then he vanished and he sliced into Neji's kidney.
"Hiraishingiri!" (Flying Raijin Strike) Naruto stopped moving behind Neji his blade still in hand dripping with Neji' blood. Neji looked in shock at what had just happened and then he coughed up blood. Then Neji collapsed to the ground and Naruto walked over to Neji and then when he was in Neji's line of sight Naruto crossed his arms and glared at Neji.
"Th-that was Tobirama-sama's jutsu." Sarutobi thinks as his eyes widen in shock
"Look at yourself Neji, you claim to be the pride of the Hyūga clan but now you lay at my feet, at my mercy and, you want to know what the really sad fact is." Naruto said with a disappointed look on his face.
"W-what?" Neji asked coughing up a bit more blood
"Never once did you force me to activate my sharingan." Neji's eyes widen in shock as he looked at Naruto and he saw that Naruto was right his eyes were their normal blue.
"B-but before the match began you had it active."
"You were so focused on your 'Mr. Superior pants' speech I looked you over with my eyes and seeing that your charka levels were about mid to upper chunin I knew I wouldn't need it I deactivated my sharingan." Naruto shook his head. "You claim that those without strength are doomed to die but look at me now, I am the pinnacle of power and I started with nothing. Do you understand now, the difference between us?"
"Winner by near fatal blow Naruto Uchiha." Genma said. "MEDICS!" a bunch of medics rush out and grabbed Neji and rushed him to the medic tent. Naruto looked at Hinata a sad look on his face and then he walks back up to the stands.
"This boy is dangerous. He's going to be a threat to my plans I'm going to let Gaara assuming Sasuke loses to him." Orochimaru thought as Naruto walked back towards the fighter's box and Naruto turned at looked at him and smiled evilly and mouthed.
"You're next Orochimaru." Then Naruto walked chuckling to himself.
(With Neji)
Neji was lying on one of the beds as he recovered from the wound Naruto dealt him, both physically and mentally.
"Do you see now the difference between us now?" those words echoed in Neji's head.
"How could I have been so blind?" Neji asked himself. "Any time Naruto wanted to he could have killed me. Was this what he wanted? I guess it was now that I think about it." Neji chuckles.
"I'll shatter that fate and tear down everything you hold dear and then and only then, when you beg for death and mercy, will I end your suffering."
"Well Naruto you did it….you tore apart fate itself I was outmatched this whole time I was up against something I could never comprehend." Just then Neji heard someone outside his room and he heard some whispers. Then the door opens and Hiashi walks in he was wearing his normal blank expression.
"Nurse could you leave us please?" Hiashi said.
"Of course Hyūga-sama." The nurse bows and walks out and Hiashi looks at Neji and his looked softened.
"Neji."
"Hiashi-sama…to what do I own the pleasure."
"There is still hatred in your eyes…hatred for the main branch of the family."
"It's because of you that my father is dead."
"That's why I'm here." Hiashi pulls out a letter and hands it to Neji. "I should have given you this earlier but I was selfish…I held on to this because I wanted to have something of my brother's to hold onto." Neji looks at the letter in shock.
"T-T-T-T-T-This is my father's handwriting."
"These are your father's last words." Neji's hand start shaking as he opens the letter and as he pulls out the piece of paper inside the letter. Neji started to read the letter his hand shaking.
'Dear Neji, my son,
These are my last words to you, oh so many things I want to say and I have so little time to say it, I guess I could start with why I'm writing this letter in the first place so here it goes….Neji on this night of January, 14th I write this because this night will be my last on this earth, a few weeks ago my brother killed the head Kumo Shinobi that was sent here to sign a peace treaty with our village but in the dead of night that same ninja snuck into our compound and kidnapped Hinata-sama. Kumo has professed shock at this willing murder of their shinobi and have demanded Hiashi-sama's head in exchange but he and I are twins and I have been chosen to be sent in my brother's place but not because I was ordered to, not for the main branch, but because I will stop at nothing to protect my brother. I am sorry you have found out this way, my only regret is that I leave you behind, you and everything I hold dear. Don't blame Hiashi for my death it's my decision I hear my brother's steps coming down the hallway, this is my final goodbye. No matter what here hear this will always be true, I will always love you my son.

"He gave his life…to protect, you, his brother, not because he had to…but because he wanted to." Neji looked over at Hiashi and he was bowing not even looking at Neji.
"This is the truth….I'm sorry." Hiashi said
"Please Hiashi-sama don't bow to me." Hiashi stood up and looked at his nephew. Just then there was a knock at the door.
"Hyūga-sama your daughter Hinata-sama is here to see you and Neji-san." One of the nurses said outside.
"Send her in." Hiashi said and then Hinata walked in and looked at Neji.
"Hinata-sama." Neji bowed his head.
"Neji Nii-san." Hinata said evenly.
"Hinata-sama I have to apologize to you, what I did back in the preliminaries was unforgiveable."
"I forgive you Neji Nii-san I know why you did it but just because I forgive you doesn't mean Naruto-kun does he may hate you for all time but just remember the ass kicking he gave you today. Because next time you piss him off again I think you won't survive the next encounter." Hinata turned on her heel and walked out.
"Well Neji when you've recovered I want you to join me and Hanabi in the stands." Hiashi said smiling for the first time in ages.
"Yes Hiashi-sama." Neji bows and Hiashi walks out and back to stands.
(In the stands)
Naruto was leaning over the rail trying to think on what his plan was for the inevitable invasion. Just then Han tapped him on the shoulder. Naruto raised an eyebrow but otherwise kept his face impassive.
"We need to talk, so do our friends." Han said Naruto instantly understood it's meaning, Naruto gripped Han's hand simultaneously opening a communication channel and marking Han with his Hiraishin formula.
(Biju Subconscious)
Kokuo and Kurama stood behind their respective hosts as they face one another.
"So what's the emergency you needed to tell me about?" Naruto asked.
"It's what Orochimaru plans to do with the invasion."
"What happened?" Naruto asked.
"He's planning on using the forbidden Jutsu of your Nidaime Hokage, Edo Tensei." (Reanimation). Naruto's eyes narrowed in anger at the mention of Tobirama Senju the man who killed his great uncle and marked the beginning of the end of Naruto's chance of every having a proper family.
"I know what that jutsu does and let me just say that I don't like it. So who is he bring back?"
"Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju and…Minato Namikaze, your Yondaime Hokage." Han was instantly floored by Naruto's KI as he heard that his father would be resurrected and forced to attack the very village he died to protect.
"Kit calm down." Kurama whacked Naruto over the head distracting him long enough for Naruto to stop focusing his KI.
"Is something wrong Naruto?" Han asked genuinely confused at Naruto's reaction.
"Yeah there is….what I'm about to say stays between us…understood?"
"Of course."
"Alright….but you can't be mad at me." Naruto inhaled and looked at Han. "The reason I got so upset about Yondaime-sama being summoned is….because he's my Father." Han's eyes widen in shock.
"How did I not see it? Blond hair and blue eyes, if it weren't for the fact that you have Madara's Hair style you could pass for his twin….well minus the whisker marks."
"The point is something needs to be done but if Hashirama and Tobirama as well as my father have entered the equation then I need to the one there who helps Jiji but if I leave then if the plan is to unleash Shukaku on this village then someone is going to have fight him and while Fu is strong she can't use Chomei's power to its maximum only you can control Kokuo in a full Biju transformation."
"That is correct Kokuo and I have and understanding."
"How long can you hold a Biju transformation?"
"15 minutes tops." Kokuo said gaining Naruto's attention and he looked at her.
"Kokuo I'm about to ask you something that you might not like."
"Shot pup."
"I'm going to ask your permission to control you using my eyes." Kurama instantly growled indicating his displeasure with the idea. "I know you don't like the thought of that at all Kurama but I do this not for the sake of power but for the sake of protecting my fellow Jinchūriki. If Kokuo and Han attack Shukaku normally they will be executed as traitors or worst turned over to the Akatsuki and then Kokuo will be sealed inside the Gedō statue and as of right now I don't' know how to get a Biju out of that statue."
"Fine but I don't like this but if it's in the interest of keeping Kokuo and Han safe then I'll let it slide." Kurama said but Naruto could tell he still wasn't happy.
"Naruto when would you need to do this?" Han asked
"Just before your fight with Omoi but you can't show any signs of my control over you. I will hide the sharingan over your eyes with a small genjutsu. Do you understand?"
"Yeah I understand but what do you think Kokuo?" Han looked at Kokuo who just sighed and looked at Naruto.
"If I have to submit to your will if it means that I can protect the pup then I will." Kokuo said.
"I recognize how hard this on you." Naruto says looking concerned at Kokuo. Then Naruto looked at Han. "By the way if you need my help fighting Shukaku channel chakra into your right palm and I'll flash to you."
"What?" Han looked confused then he looked down and saw the Hirashin formula there. "Well would you look at that I've got the Hirashin formula on my hand."
"Yeah so if you need my help fighting Shukaku just channel chakra into this mark and I will appear if I can help you."
"Kokuo our jinchūriki need to stop talking now." Kurama said gaining their attention.
"Alright Kurama I'll trust your judgment." Naruto said and then he broke the bridge between the jinchūriki. Then Naruto looked down at the arena and looked at Genma who cleared his throat and called out.
"For the next match of the chunin exams Sasuke Uchiha and Sabaku no Gaara will you both come down into the arena for your match." Gaara sand Shunshined down to the arena and looked bored but excited at the thought of fighting a strong opponent. A few seconds passed and Sasuke never appeared. "Sasuke Uchiha please report to arena for your match or be disqualified." A few more seconds passed and still no sign of Sasuke.
(Kage box)
The 'Kazekage' turned to Sarutobi with a quizzical looked hidden beneath his face mask.
"Hokage-sama." The 'Kazekage' said gaining his attention. "Where is the Uchiha brat? I'd hate to think something bad happened to him."
"If you are referring to Naruto he's in the stands if you're referring to Sasuke then I have no idea but if he doesn't show up soon I'll have no choice but to disqualify him."
"That may be the only option left if he can't be bothered to show up on time he is a disgrace to you and your village Hokage-sama." Ay said. "If he isn't punished then Konoha could lose face in front of the Daimyo."
"I have to agree with Raikage-sama here." Ōhnoki said. "That boy needs to learn a lesson in punctuality so he should be banned from participating in the next 3 chunin exams and be banned from earning the promoting via field promotion." Sarutobi sighed and looked at Ōhnoki.
"You have a point Ōhnoki, very well." Sarutobi says and gets up and the crowd instantly fell silent. "Due to his inability to show up on time Sasuke Uchiha is here by disqualified." The crowd started booing and hissing but Naruto had enough of their kissing up to Sasuke and unleashed a huge torrent of KI this prompted everyone in the whole Stadium to shut up and anyone who wasn't a shinobi of chunin class and above froze up seeing the moment of their death.
"ARROGANT FOOLS!" Naruto roared his voice clearly audible to everyone in the stadium. "WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IF YOUR PRECIOUS 'LAST UCHIHA' SHOWED UP LATE FOR A MISSION AND EVERYONE OF YOU GOT KILLED?!"the crowd looked at Naruto in horror. "I'D BET THAT YOU'D CHANGE YOUR TONE THEN! WE ARE SHINOBI WE ARE EXPECTED TO SHOW UP WHEN WE ARE NEEDED AND IF WE DON'T THEN WE ARE A DISGRACE TO THAT TITLE!" Naruto stopped his KI and let the audience go then Naruto looked at Sarutobi and then scoffed and turned back to the fights.
"Winner by disqualification Sabaku no Gaara." Genma said and then he looked at a small piece of paper in his pocket and then called out. "Next match, Temari vs Shikamaru Nara. Will both combatants please report to the arena?" Shikamaru and Temari walked down to the arena and faced on another. "Hajime!"

Naruto face palmed and glared at Shikamaru.
"That's the nara Clan for you I guess always too lazy for their own damn good."
"Shino Aburame vs. Kurotsuchi, will these two fighters please report to the arena." Shino and Kurotsuchi walked down into the arena and Naruto watched with a small smirk on his face.
"Let's see how the Aburame goes against Ōhnoki's granddaughter."
"Yeah I'm curious to see how Shino will fair against someone who has the ability to disintegrate you with one jutsu."
"Yeah this ought to be good."
"Now for second match of the chunin exams." Genma said. "Shino Aburame vs. Kurotsuchi." Kurotsuchi charged instantly hoping to knock Shino out but Shino side stepped and struck Kurotsuchi with sever quick blows and strikes then spun around and kicked Kurotsuchi away.
"The hell is going on that was definitely mantis style kung fu but no Aburame is got at or even knows close range combat techniques what the hell was he learning?" Kurotsuchi thought
"Give up now this match is mine you can't win." Shino said. ThenKurotsuchi jumped into the air and started changeling a huge amount of chakra into her palms.
"THAT'S IT! YOU'RE GONE AND HERE IS YOUR GOING AWAY PRESENT!" Kurotsuchi palms expanded and the small box that signified Jinton appeared in her hands. "JINTON GENKAI HAKURI NO JUT-" suddenly the small box disappeared and Kurotsuchi collapsed to the ground huffing, wheezing and coughing. "wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-what d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-did y-y-y-y-y-y-y-you d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-do t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-to m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-me?"
"When I attacked you before with those punches and kicks I planted an insect swarm on you one that I've spent the last three weeks allowing to breeding inside of me these insets are the size of the Nano ones but with the chakra draining abilities of their predecessors but because of their small size I can attach so many to you that even for a single second of contact as many as 5000 insects can be attached and I counted atleast 7 blows against you, so do the math yourself." Kurotsuchi's eyes widened in shock.
"S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-So I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I've g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-got 35,000 i-i-i-i-i-i-i-insects o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-on m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-me d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-draining m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-my c-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-chakra."
"Yes you have about 45 seconds before you die as at that point you won't have enough chakra to keep your vital organs functioning. Give up and I will retract the insects and make sure you live."
"F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-Fine I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-give u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-up." Shino retracted the insects but it was too late Kurotsuchi collapsed from chakra exhaustion and it looked like she was dead but Shino ordered the insects to channel a bit of the stolen chakra and enough to keep Kurotsuchi alive. Then he looked at Genma and then back at Kurotsuchi.
"She's going to need medical attention from extreme chakra exhaustion." Shino said.
"Very well." Genma said. "Winner by forfeit Shino Aburame. MEDICS!" a bunch of combat medics ran out to the field and grabbed Kurotsuchi and carried her away to the tent. "Were going to have 10 minute intermission to allow some fighters to recover then we'll continue with the next match up." Naruto smiled as he watched the people in the arena get up and stretch. After few minutes Han appeared behind Naruto and placed his hand on his shoulder.
"It's time Naruto." Han said and Naruto instantly understood Naruto locked eyes with Han and activated his sharingan and adorned a somber look on his face.
"Sorry brother." Naruto held his hand in the half tiger seal. "Obey." Han's head shot back and his eyes shifted to the sharingan. Naruto then cast a small genjutsu over the entire stadium making it seem that Han's eyes were his normal ones. Han then walked down into the arena and Omoi was facing him.
"Omoi and Han fight!" Genma said and Han instantly charged at the command of Naruto's sharingan. Omoi swung his blade and Han blocked with his armored hands and punched Omoi and then he charged Omoi who channeled lighting chakra into his blade but Han dodged and struck Omoi with a well-placed kick sending Omoi flying. Omoi crashed into the wall and then he slumped to the ground and Omoi just laid there. Winner by knockout Han." Genma said. Naruto smiled then he looked at Gaara who had a very impatient look on his face and Naruto's sharingan saw flickers of Shukaku's chakra dancing through his chakra system.
"Gaara's getting inpatient our fight is going to have to sedate his bloodlust but now comes the really problem, if I can force the Shukaku out of him I can seal it again with the Hakke Fūin and so that way Gaara can finally sleep."
"That's certainly an idea but in order to implement it you need to force the Shukaku full out perfect possession the full shebang." Kurama said
"But we have Kokuo fighting Shukaku I'm going to have to beat the Shodaime-sama and Tobirama."
"It's interesting that honor Hashirama but you speak Tobirama's name with venom."
"He's the one who killed Izuna and made Jiji go nuts and thus began the spiral that ended my chances to have a normal family!"
"Look at it this way if Tobirama hadn't killed Izuna you and I would never met and become friends so some good came out of it."
"I guess but still would have liked to grow up with a family told jokes with Jiji pull pranks with Kaa-san maybe even have a sibling or two an Imoto or Otōto to protect."
"Sometimes to gain something another thing must be abandoned."
"I guess anyway I think it's time for my fight with Gaara." Naruto looked towards the arena when Genma walked towards the center.
"For this next match will mark the beginning of the semi-finals." Genma said. (A/N: Yes skipped Yugito vs. Han but I really didn't feel like writing it but Yugito won because of her natural flexibility.) "Naruto Uchiha vs. Sabaku No Gaara." Naruto and Gaara jumped down into the arena.
"You will make me feel alive Uchiha!" Gaara said as his eyes widen in insane glee on his face.
"Let us dance." Naruto said smiled and looked at the proctor. "Hayate-san start the match."
"For the first match of the semi-finals Naruto Uchiha vs. Sabaku no Gaara, BEGIN!" Naruto drew Izuna's Katana and channeled lighting chakra and charged Gaara to begin his attack when suddenly a swirl of wind and leaves Sasuke and Kakashi appear Naruto stopped and glared at his weakling of a relative.
"Yo." Kakashi said. "I hope we aren't late."
"Actually you are." Genma said. "Hokage-sama had to disqualify Sasuke because if he didn't Hokage-sama would lose face in front of 3 other major villages and their land's Daimyo."
"What!" Sasuke growled. "I am an Uchiha, an elite, I am the one who's going to fight Gaara not some dead beat loser like Naruto!" Naruto looked at Sasuke with a bored expression on his face.
"Sasuke I'm done playing games with you I am not going let you stand there and tarnish our clan's warrior prowess with tardiness and demands of power." Naruto growled out. "Our ancestors weep at your weakness your clan was known all over the world as a warrior clan with remarkable chakra and the sharingan. Now we are the last of our clan and you taint our name with your whining. Stand aside you are about to witness the true power of the sharingan you have no idea of it's power."
"I am an elite among the Uchiha I am son of the great Fugaku Uchiha!"
"I am the grandson of Madara Uchiha and I worked my ass of for my power and I sweat and bleed and I cried tears of pain. NOW LEAVE BEFORE I KILL YOU!" Naruto unleashed a torrent of focused KI at Sasuke and he left grumbling and glaring Kakashi looked at Naruto and then he walked away Naruto then looked at Gaara. "Now where were we?" Naruto charged Gaara and started slicing at the sand and cutting through it with his sword enhanced by lightning more sand rose up and attacked Naruto who jumped back and started weaving hand signs. "Suiton: Bakusui Shōha." (Water style: Exploding Water Shockwave.) Naruto exhaled a huge wave of water and it washed over the arena drenching the sand and Naruto smiled.
"Really Naruto with an invasion on the way you pull out an S-rank Ninjutsu." Kurama complained.
"It was strategic move because, A: I have enough chakra for it and even if I need more you would be kind enough to refill my chakra and B: If Gaara's sand is drenched then he will have to use a lot more chakra to move the sand which will be a very strong advantage."
"Good point and very well-reasoned."
"Yeah I know now let me focus." Naruto started weaving hand signs. "Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu! (Water style: Water Dragon Jutsu) Naruto finished the hand signs and a large water dragon rose up and fired at Gaara who dodged and he started weaving his own hand signs and growled out.
"Ryūsa Bakuryū." (Sand Tsunami) a huge wave of sand exploded outward and layered itself over the water that covered the ground and absorbed the water and then three more layers of sand pilled on the others and the final layer flew towards Naruto whose eyes widened and he looked for an escape route seeing none Naruto activated his Mangekyō and his Susano'o rose up to its initial height and then it rose up to the height of the arena.
"Interesting Gaara I never thought that you would force my Susano'o out of me but now our dance is over Gaara." Naruto channeled chakra into the Susano'o's palm. "Yatsaka Magatama." Naruto fired the String of Magatama at Gaara whose sand rose up to do defend him but Naruto showed no mercy and jumped into the air and his Susano'o swung it's blades at Gaara who had to dodge and Naruto weaved more hand signs. "Katon: Gōka Messhitsu!" Naruto exhaled a large blast of fire but the sand rose around Gaara forming a Sphere of sand. Naruto's sharingan instantly detected the change in Gaara's chakra as it turned from blue to red indicating that Shukaku's influence hat started to spread in Gaara.
"Well this doesn't look good for you of course if you wanted to barrow some of my chakra you'd be more than welcome to."
"Hang on Kurama I wanna try something." Naruto started weaving hand signs. "Mokuton: Mokuryu no jutsu." Naruto fires off the wooden dragon and it wrapped around the sphere but sand spikes rocketed out and destroyed the dragon. "Ok that didn't work." Naruto channeld chakra into his Susano'o's palm again. "Yatsaka Magatama!" Naruto fired off the attack again and it exploded against the dome and several cracks and eventually the explosion faded and the cracks started sealed themselves.
"Damn that thing is solid I thought that Yatsaka Magatama would but it but what do you think we should we do now?"
"No choice it's time to bring out that mode."
"Kit you aren't serious you can only maintain that mode for a short time. In this battle that mode is just too risky."
"No choice Kurama let's show our power."
"Alright kit if you're sure. I'll support you in this but know I want payment for this later."
"The usual?"
"Yep." Naruto deactivated his Susano'o and then started channeling chakra around him and survivors of the Kyubi attack 13 years ago started trembling in fear and Hiashi's eyes widen in shock as 6 tails rapped around Naruto and he entered his version 2 state. The fox skeleton wrapped around Naruto and he glared at the orb of sand.
"ROAR!" Naruto roared and channeled chakra in front of his face and the blue and red chakra and they compressed into a purple ball which Naruto swallowed and his stomach expanded and Naruto opened his mouth.
"I'm ready when you are kit."
"Same Kurama." Naruto prepaired to fire his attack then the sand ball cracked and Gaara emerged in his half transformed state.
"MAKE ME FELL ALIVE NARUTO UCHIHA!" Gaara roared.
"Biju Dama!" naruto fired the blast of condenced chakra and it blasted Gaara back and then it exploded but the sand protected Gaara naruto was then forced to exit his version two. "Looks like one Biju Dama is still my limit."
"What do you expect kit that jutus takes a lot of chakra it's called the ultimate attack of the biju for a reason."
"Less lip more refilling my chakra please."
"Alright I'll have you back to full strength in a minute."
"INTERESTING UCHIHA!"
"Crap." Naruto slammed his hands together to form a Mokuton jutsu when suddenly a large rain of feathers started falling from the sky.
"Is it time naruto?" Kokuo's voice echoed in naruto's head.
"Yeah it is lead Gaara away from the village."
"How?"
"Looks like that answer is about to present itself." Baki, Temari and Kankuro landed in front of Gaara who had transformed back because he used too much chakra defending himself from the Biju Dama.
"Can't you see the operation has begun you fools!?" Baki growled. "Take Gaara and make sure his chakra recovers then get him to participate no matter what NOW GET MOVING!" Temari and Kankuro grabbed Gaara and ran off.
"Follow them!" Kurama roared at Kokuo and Han who instantly leaped off toward east after Gaara and company.
"Now you and I have a snake to skin." Naruto sand as he turned to the Kage box where a large purple barrier had erected itself.
