"Princess! Princess Celestia!" A triple hued purple unicorn called as she raced down the corridors, her mane and tail whipping about her as she ran to find her teacher and mentor, the Lone leader of Equestria for the last ten thousand years. She sped down corridors and around guards as she, and her companion -a little purple and green dragon- that had been holding on for dear life, cairned into the very pony they were looking for.

"Um, Twilight, Spike... Are the two of you alright? You seem to be in a... slightly painful position..." Celestia said, trying not to chuckle at the antics of her pupil and friend. She had taken the Unicorn on over fifteen years ago, on the very same fillies fifth birthday when she had entered her school for gifted unicorns and passed her test. In that time the young unicorn had become more than just her student, she had even become her friend and slight confidant when she was in dire straights.

"Sorry Princess..." Spike, the small baby dragon, said from on top of Twilights back, his head spinning slightly from the collision.

"All is well Spike, neither of you did any damage... Though I think Twilight here might be a little dazed." Celestie said as she poked Twilight lightly in the side, rousing her form her mumblings about Stars, millennia and a nightmare... Which upon hearing this made Celestia raise a brow in anticipation to what her pupil was going to spout off this time.

"S-sorry Princess... I must have slipped!" Twilight said sheepishly as she regained her faculties and righted herself and smiled impishly at her mentor. "Um, Princess... I have some information for you, if you're not busy that is..." Twilight perked up at remembering her revelation she had had while in the depths of the Canterlot Library, though she had spent most her time surrounded by a mountain of books several scores high.

"Then please Twilight, don't keep me in suspense!" Celestia said cheerfully, her inner turmoil being hidden by a venire of grace and love for her student.

"I came across something in my studies... A tale about a Mare and a Creature... Both of which were dark in their descriptions... Though the Creature supposedly fought for the light while the other brought fear and destruction... Or something like that..." Twilight said shyly as she saw that her mentor had begun to walk away, her flowing mane and tail losing some of its luster as she walked on.

"Walk with me Twilight, and tell me of what you have read..." Celestia called back, making the purple mare brighten up as she shot off after her mentor. Catching up she began her report anew.

"Well, from what I read, one was named Darth... Though the rest of its name I couldn't decipher... While the other one was plain as day... Or night as the other name was NightMare Moon..." Twilight chuckled mirthlessly as she continued on. "The tale then went on to say that after the tenth cycle of the black moon the stars would aid in their return... TO either bring light or dark to the world..." Twilight finished, not noticing that her teacher had stopped walking a few moments ago, staring ahead of her -off into the depths of her mind- not even paying Twilight any mind as she rambled on.

"Twilight Dear, I think it would be best if you went back and left that old dusty book to its roost... It really has no meaning for us anymore... Its tale was told, now run along please, I have a meeting with the Minator chieftain." Celestia said, a smile adorning her features, though behind the benevolent smile was a mind laden with thoughts of the past and of hearts broken and torn.

"That was interesting..."Spike said as he followed twilight into their assigned study hall, having forgone going back to the library... though Twilight did think it was weird that she was being told not to read a book, SHE the star pupil of Celestia HERSLEF was being told not to look further into something... Which irked her even more than it normally would... seeing as it was something that had peeked her interest. The fact being that she had heard of those two names before in some of her history books... Though they were far and few between... Though she had heard of the name Darth many times before... Mostly around the invasion of Equestria era... Not to long after they had unified and such.

"Yeah spike... That was weird..." Twilight mumbled as she began to pace about the room, looking through many of her texts to see if any of the names leapt out at her from what she had read in the book -The coming of The Nightmare- By Magnus Blueblood...

"Spike... Do you think you could go and retrieve that book by Archmage BlueBlood... There was some other info on it I needed for a theses I was wanting to give to the princess Before the Summer Sun Celebration not to far from now..." Spike smiled at the request, seeing as he had also thought it was odd for the Princess to request Twilight NOT to read something... So with a small salute he went on his way, wobbling and huffing as he went.

Several days later

Twilight sighed in abject fear as she stared at the lunar calendar before her... A list of calculations and times sitting next to it... Her mind raced, her heart was drumming at an increased rate, and her hooves itched with the need to run and get as far from the city as possible... But, her need to protect her fellow ponies and her mentor was something that gave her a rock to latch on to, to steel her fleeting loyalties and make her a bulwark against he coming storm.

"Spike... I need you to take a letter... This is important..."

"Alright, go ahead Twi, I'm ready!" He had a large scroll laid out before him, with a long quill in his right hand, poised to write out his friends, and adopted sister's, letter to their de'facto mother/mentor.

"Alright... 'Dear Princess... It has come to my knowledge that within the next few days, either just before the Celebration or right after, the tenth, and last, Black Moon in the Prophecy will come to pass... I have written up my calculations over a half dozen times... Each... And found that it is within our best interest to mobilize the guard and prepare for the return of Nightmare moon... And if that is not possible, it is imperative that we at least evacuate the area around her most likely return so as to minimalize casualties... Your dear Student... Twilight Sparkle...' Did you get that spike?"

"Yeah... ...Casualties... And done!" He then blew his magical green flames across the now rolled up scroll and sent it to the Princess. He and Twilight were hoping against hope that the Princess would at least take this seriously this time... Though they did not prepare for the next message that would appear. "Do you thin-!" Suddenly Spike belched and caught a scroll in his small claws, rubbing his throat as he did so, grumbling at the slight pain it caused him.

"I think we got our answer Spike..." Twilight said begrudgingly. Just from the fact that it took no time at all for Celestia to send the message she knew it was going to be the opposite of what they had wanted. Taking the scroll up in her magical aura, she motioned for spike to go get himself a glass of water to help with the pain, she unfurled it and began reading.

"Ahem, 'My dear student Twilight... I have a mission for you... STOP WORRYING! Take the week off! Besids I need somepony I trust to go to a small little town named PonyVille for me... We are going to hold the Summer sun Celebration there, and I need somepony to make sure that everything is just right for when I come to raise the sun.

Also, MAKE SOME FRIENDS! you've been cooped up in that darned room for weeks now and I have not heard a peep from anypony about you... So go have fun! Take a load off, and stop your worrying you silly filly!'... Wow..." Twilight finished... Her brows scrunched up and an almost permanent frown had taken over her child like face as the words finally sunk in.

"What does it say twi? Anything good?" The baby Dragon asks as he walks in, carrying a pair of glasses in one hand and a pitcher of water in the other, having obviously taken care of his throat moments ago.

"No... She just blew me off again Spike... hugh... But she did give us a good reason to go and prepare for this 'NightMares' return... If only in the fact that she is sending us to someplace named PonyVille... We can at least make sure that nothing bad happens to the towns ponies... And she wants me to make some friends... GRAH! She infuriates me sometimes!" Twilight huffed as she stomped her hooves on the ground, making Spike chuckle mirthlessly at their situation.

"Well... As much as I agree with ya Twi, she does have one good point..." Spike said as he set down the glasses and began to pour them some refreshments.

"Yeah, and what's that Spike?" Twilight asked, truly interested in what her adopted brother thought of her mentors note.

"Well, she was right about you being in here for too long... And you really do need to make some friends... I mean, your friends mainly consist of Me, the librarian, the night janitor, and the two guards in front of the Library and our room... and that's respectively... So yeah... and you're not really on speaking terms with most of them anyway, you just kind of say hi and then wave them good bye when you're done so... Yeah..." Spike said as he handed Twilight the other glass, letting her take it in her aura as he went to get a pillow to sit on. She looked a little crestfallen after his crushing defeat of her so called 'circle of friends'. But she knew that she did have Spike, and for her... That was enough, for now at least.

"Well... I guess we're going to PonyVille... Princess's orders." Twilight sighed out as she went about packing a few things; books, scarves, a few sets of writing utensils and a few dozen scrolls and a light journal to keep some of her more personal notes in.

"Hey Twi! You ready yet? The trains going to leave soon!" Spike yelled as he came rushing in with their tickets, waving them back and forth as he looked for his sister. Stumbling over a set of books he found her buried nose deep in a set of historical texts about that old Darth character, though he really couldn't understand what most of what the tome was saying, seeing as it was in ancient Equestrian.

"I'm here Spike, I'm just getting a little reading done before we leave... I don't know when we'll be back and I just thought that having as much information on our possible foe would be best... So, you got the tickets just fine?"

"yeah, Old Jimmy gave me a little trouble, but it was all in good jest anyway so I really didn't care." Spike said, smiling shyly as he toned down what all had exactly happened with the old crotchety conductor pony.

"Oh, so he didn't start calling you names or anything like last time did he? Or start picking on you because of you not being a pony and all that jazz..." Twilight said, sarcasm and disbelief prevalent in her voice. Shaking her head she just let it go as she levitated her things in her purple aura and lifted Spike onto her back. "Well, we better go, don't want to be late do we?" She said smiling sadly as they left there home behind...

Many Hours Later, PonyVille Waystation

Twilight and Spike both stretched as they got off the train, their limbs aching slightly from the long ride from Canterlot. Yawning from the ten hour ride they made there way into town, both a little on the grumpy side from the bumpy ride.

Coming in through a large arch that had the name 'PonyVille' emblazoned across its crest, they entered the town proper. As they walked in they were surprised when a Pink mare, she had a VERY pink coat with a slightly deeper pink mane, gasped and ran off, leaving a small trail of pink tinted clouds behind her.

"Weird..." Spike commented from beside Twilight; who nodded in assent and shook her head.

"If that was the welcome wagon... I don't want to know what the rest of the town is like now..." Twilight said jokingly, a wry smile crossing her lips. Spike laughed lightly at her quip, the two of them shrugging off the strange happening and going on their way. Passing many of the ponies in the town, none really paid them much mind, though a few would greet them and wish them a wonderful day.

"Hmm... Well, I guess we should find this Rarity Belle... She's supposedly in charge of the Decorations for the Celebration... Now, where would she be?" Twilight mumbled aloud as she and Spike wandered aimlessly around town. The two of them though didn't notice when they had somehow stumbled into a table and knocked its contents onto the floor, a slight crash could be heard as silver-wear and a few metal glasses dashed upon the floor. The cacophony of the clashing metal bringing Spike and Twilight out of their daze and back to reality as the two of them started apologizing profusely to a very prim and proper white coated unicorn mare with a luscious -purple- flowing mane and tail.

"Oh my! We are SO sorry! I wasn't paying attention and I must have just lead us right into that table, Please, accept my sincerest apologies!" Twilight gushed as she and spike quickly righted the table and reset the dinner wear.

"Oh my! That just won't do!" The white coated mare cried out, her blue-hued aura engulfing the silver-wear and the glasses. She then went about re-organizing the table, the magic engulfed objects flying at incredible speeds as she worked.

"Um..." Twilight and Spike said in unison as they stared agape at the speed of the unicorn as she moved the dinner wear around. After a few seconds of mind numbing speed organization the two actually looked at the white mare.

"Uh, would you be a Miss Rarity Belle? The mare responsible for decorating the Summer Sun Celebration?" Twilight asked, still slightly awed by the Unicorns performance.

"What dear? OH! Yes, I am Rarity Belle, and you would be?" The, now named, white mare asked as she started working on a set of banister covers, one was red and the other was green.

"Um, I'm Twilight Sparkle, the crown designated overseer of the festival... And this is my assistant; Spike the Dragon..." Twilight motioned to her right, tapping Spike gently on the chest. The Dragon, though, was to busy to notice the contact from his pseudo sister. Having all his attention on the striking mare before him, he really didn't notice when Twilight had finished talking to the mare and had placed him on her back, walking away form her and off towards their next objective.

"Whoa, that was weird..." He said, shaking himself from his goofy looking daze. "What happened?"

"Well, it kind of looked like you just zoned out, staring at the Rarity mare... that is until I got you away from her, lover drake!" Twilight said teasingly, poking fun at his confused state. Though for Spike, this was rather interesting... He really hadn't felt anything for the mare... She was beautiful -none could really deny that- and he could see that... But she wasn't all that special in his eyes. She was... normal... Just like any other Canterlot pony that wasn't all stuck up and snotty, but still retained the veneer of high society that most craved but never got... She also came off as sounding slightly spoiled to him, though he would pass judgment later on in that regard... If they managed to live that lone that is.

Giving out a sigh of annoyance he just looked around, trying to ignore Twilight and find their next pony on the list, a Rainbow Dash, seemed to be next though... A Pegasus if the name could be interpreted correctly.

"So, who's next Spike?" Twilight asked, having just been walking about aimlessly as she looked for anything out of the ordinary.

"A mare by the name 'Rainbow Dash' it seems Twi, by the name I'd say we're looking for a Pegasus..." Spike said as he looked about for anypony that would match a name like that, one that most likely had a rainbow coloration somewhere on their body.

"Hmm..." Twilight mumbled to herself as she and Spike scanned the air and ground for their next pony-target... Not really noticing that their own target had painted a big ass bull's-eye on their backs and was now heading straight for them at break neck speeds.

"Hey Twi, Maybe we shou-" Spiek was cut off as the two of them were bawled over sideways as a cyan and rainbow colored form crashed into them. Spike was busy counting the large amount of Twilights currently circling his head as they each pranced and giggled at his currently overturned form. Twilight on the other hand was trying to dissipait the large amount of Spikes that were currently doing rather suggestive things around her head... Yeah, she's THAT kind of sister... HAHA!

"What the hay was that..." The unknown Pegasus moaned out as they got up from the ground, dusting themselves off in the process.

"Dang that hurt... Spike, are you alright there?" Twilight asked as she helped her pseudo brother up off the ground.

"Yeah, I'm fine Twi... Just a little scuffed up around the edges, nothing that wont just buff out later!" Spike proclaimed nonchalantly as he tried to rub some of the scrapes out of his scales... only to realize that he was just making them worse...

"I'm sorry 'bout that! I was trying to execute a triple back spin with a triple loop and dive... I kinda lost control in the dive as you can see... Are either of you two hurt?" The chromatic Pegasus asked, worry evident in her eyes as she scanned their bodies for any sign of injury.

"Yeah, just a little bruised, I'm twilight by the way, and this is my assistant, slash brother, slash best-friend -Spike- He's a dragon!" Twilight beamed, seemingly forgetting everything that had just happened in exchange for singing praises about her secret crush/adopted brother.

"Cool! I'm Rainbow Dash! Fastest Pegasus in all of PonyVille!"

"Rainbow Dash you say?" Spike drawled, making Twilight raise a brow for a second, "Aren't you the one that was supposed to take care of the skies around here... Like maybe clearing them for the celebration in the next few hours!" Spike bemoaned, flailing his arms about comically as he gave off a fake sense of urgency. He then smiled at the now owlish looking Pegasus. walking up, he patted her on the shoulder and snapped her out of what ever fairy tail land she had flown off to.

"I'm just messing with ya! But seriously... The sky..." HE then pointed to the cloud covered sky and wagged his finger around a little -to which twilight giggled- and looked expectantly at the Cyan mare.

"Peshaw! I can take care of that 'Ten Seconds Flat!' no problem! I just want to finish my practices before I get to it though!"

"Practices, for what?" Twi and Spike asked curiously. (Yeah, I know they all seem a little more laid back in this than in the series... but that's because its me and this is how I want it so... yeah XD)

"For the Wonder-Bolts! They're having a competition a few months from now, I just want to make sure I have the greatest chance when I enter!" She squeed as she flew through the air, preforming summer-saults, back flips, reverse barrel rolls, and a few other complex tricks as she went on about the 'bolts...

"Would you mind showing us this 'Ten Seconds Flat' you spoke so highly of then? If you want to get in with the Wonder-Bolts, then you should be able to back up your claims right?" Twilight asked a conspiratory tone taking hold in her voice as she raised a inquisitive brow at the hyper mare now in the skies above.

"Darn straight I can back my claims up little miss Purple and Pink! Watch this!" Rainbow declared as she zoomed through the air, "Purple and pink?" Twilight muttered as she watched with wide eyes as the mare cleared the skies in a matter of seconds... Possibly even beating her boast in the process...

"Dang... Fast..." Was Spikes only response as he tried to pick his jaw up off the ground, with varying degrees of success from both him and Twilight.

"And THAT is how its done!" Rainbow Dash proclaimed, stabbing her hoof into the sky in victory.

"Wow, that was amazing Rainbow! Well, Spike, check that off our list please! Also, thank you Rainbow for that performance, it was spectacular!" Twilight exclaimed, Spike rapidly nodded his head in agreement as he quickly scratched off their current objective in favor of finding their next one.

"You guys are welcome! I'll be headin' out! I got to go make sure the rest of the weather team is doing their job! I'll catch you two later!" Rainbow rapidly exclaimed as she took to the air and shot off, becoming a small dot in the sky in only an instant.

"Neat, well, lets go find this... Fluttershy?" Spike said as he looked at the name, "It says here that she is directing a bird choir for the celebration... This should be interesting, aye Twi?" Spike smiled while raising a scaly brow at his long time friend and sister.

"Sounds like it," Twilight said out loud, "Though I wonder how she got them to sing..." She then muttered under her breath, making Spike chuckle slightly at his very inquisitive sister and her hunt for more knowledge, even in the mundane. And so off they went, marching through town like a pair of adventurers on a mission, searching out the place for a butter-yellow Pegasus... With no such luck at all... Which is to be expected, seeing as she doesn't live in the bloody town anyway!

After getting some directions from a pony on the street, a mint green mare with a lyre as her cutie mark, they began to head out towards the east side of PonyVille, towards a much tamer part of the everyfree forest... And apparently a cottage... The duo began their trek heading down a winding path that lead them out into the country side, where they passed a small creek several times as the road snaked around hills and through a few groves. They even saw a large red farm house off in the distance... Though whether it was because it was on a hill or because it was just that big they didn't know.

After about the nineteenth bend they finally got within view of the cottage they had been directed to. It was a quaint little place; small wooden bridge out front, a few large trees that looked to house a few dozen different kinds of birds, squirrels, and other animals were dotted around the place. The house was a rustic yellow and brown color, helping it brighten up the slightly gloomy colors of the area around it. The house itself also seemed to be built into the side of a tree and a hill, giving it a hovel type look as it also had windows in both the tree and hill side. It was a rather humble looking structure as well, giving off a sense of peace and serenity as one would get closer to its center.

"Hmm... I guess this is it then..." Twilight mumbled as they stood not five feet from the front door.

"I would hope so, if we walked all this way and it turns out to not be it... then... I guess we can forget abou-" Spike was about to continue, that is until he and twilight heard a rather beautiful voice float out of the open window on the left side of the door. The melodies that followed were of the most soothing sort that both of them began to smile and hum along as they slowly bobbed their heads to the rhythm. That is until they both began to sing along, placing words to the music they heard... (Play: Rather be - by Clean bandit; ft Jess Glynne)

(Use your imagination dammit! XD it's more fun that way for YOU!)

The two of them went on for a good five minutes before the song ended, leaving them, and a mysterious butter yellow Pegasus rather embarrassed. Neither group had noticed the other during the song, during all the dancing, singing, and break dancing that Spike preformed... Yeah... Little purple dragon break dancing... Not he weirdest thing anypony has ever seen but eh...

"Um... Hi... I'm Twilight Sparkle... This here is Spike, my long time friend, assistant, and brother... um... Would you happen to be a miss Fluttershy?" Twilight asked sheepishly, her introduction being rather rushed and awkward. Spike waved his claw at the Pegasus and grinned sheepishly at her as she stared at him wide eyed.

As the second went by a smile started to appear on Fluttershy's face, one filled with giddy excitement as she suddenly shot forward and spoke in a fast, yet low voice.

"Oh my goodness! Is that a baby Dragon! He's so cute!" Fluttershy gushed as she hovered in front of Spike, making him lean back slightly at the marginally overzealous Pegasus. He then smiled and nodded his head affirmatively as he then placed a claw on his chest.

"Yes I am, my name is Spike, as my sister here stated for me... And you are?" He queried, wearing a lopsided grin as he looked into her sea-green eyes. Her smile widened as he spoke, making her eyes shine even brighter.

"Oh my gosh! HE can talk too!" She yelled, though it sounded like a normal person talking, and did a small back flip loop and landed in front of him again. The entire time Twilight was just trying not to cry, finally seeing somepony that would treat her brother nicer than those snobs in canterlot.

(Detour dammit! If you don't like it tough! Time to explain some shite! XD)

As the two of them had grown up together in the palace of the Princess/Ruler of Equestrai both of them had dealt with differing forms of extrication... Twilight had to deal with those in her class pranking her and calling her names , since she was the Princess's protégée... So she couldn't act out against them or else she would also be punished since she was held to a higher standard by the teachers. She also had to deal with jealous staff at the palace, guards that would overlook her troubles and pass her by, along with chiefs that had no want to even acknowledge her for food, unless the princess was around... Then everypony treated her with the upmost respect and attention. Needless to say Twilight had grown to be anti-social because of all this... Though she was fine with talking with new ponies and getting along with them... But when it came to making friends, she would distance herself from them so that she would not have to feel any of the regret should they turn out like the ponies in Canterlot.

Now Spike on the other hand was not given quite the same treatment as Twilight was... When she, or the Princess, were not around... Many bad things would happen... Guards would degrade him by tripping him up when he would be carrying any form of important work for either Twilight or his adopted mother... They would also beat him occasionally, but since he has scales none of the bruises would ever show. The maids would also join in on his torture at times, waxing a section of floor so that the young drake would slip and fall... Even setting buckets of water and other heavy material in doors among other things to take their frustration out on him with. At one point a few of the maids had tried to even kill him, along with the help of one of the guard captains... They had almost succeeded in doing so too, but Twilight and a few loyal guards, along with a VERY furious Princess had found them and dealt with them forthwith...

Though that was not all of their problems... Even when they left the Palace, when they, meaning Twilight and Spike just deciding to tag along, had to go do some research in the township surrounding Canterlot Palace they still dealt with hateful glares and such from the nobles and other citizens around them. The nobles would spit on them the instant they figured out they were the Princesses prized pupil and her 'pet' dragon... They had even been run out of a good handful of shops at many a point an time. Though through it all they only grew to trust and love each other more each and every day... Turning from acquaintances to friends, from friends to best friends, and then finally from best friends to family by the time they had reached the tender ages of eighteen -for Twilight- and fourteen -For Spike. This was only a few years ago as they were both twenty two and eighteen respectively.

(End of history lesson kiddies! Now go have fun ya bunch ah Yahoos!)

Twilights tears were well hidden as she smiled at the interaction of both the Pegasus and the Drake, watching as they got along almost like they had known each other for YEARS! It was rather sweet, but Twilight remembered that they had job to complete. Even if she really didn't want to do that... She still knew it had to be done, for posterities sake.

"Alright, Miss Fluttershy, Spike, we need to get going! I'm going to assume that everything for your Bird Choir is in place Miss Fluttershy?" Twilight asked as she went and stood on Spikes left, wrapping a bit of her tale around his leg... Showing a rather subtle form of possession to the Pegasus. Fluttershy's eyes went a little wide at what she saw, but with how her emotions were she was able to let it pass in an instant, letting her happiness radiate through as she thought about her birds.

"Yes Twilight, everything is taken care of! If you two are going to be in town later I wouldn't mind getting to know you better... IF you don't mind that is... I can tell you both have a busy schedule..." Fluttershy said with a bashful smile as she shyly ( who would'a thought?!) asked the two about a luncheon latter.

"That would be delightful Fluttershy, maybe after tomorrow? We need to finish up the preparations for the Celebration, we just have to see a couple more mares and we'll be done... One AppleJack of the Apple Family and a Pinkie Pie... Do you know these two mares by chance?" Twilight asked, not really wanting to have to ask around town, just incase they were both out in the countryside.

"Um... Yes... Pinkie can usually be found at Sugar Cube Corner... She's their resident baker... Sugar Cube Corner is located only a few blocks from the fountain in town square, can't miss it." She said while smiling brightly, "I know AppleJack too, she lives near that large Red barn over there by that hill... Just take my path back the way you came and take a right when you get to the first fork, should take you straight to her front door..." Fluttershy smiled sheepishly as both Spike and Twilight smiled at her in thanks before heading out.

"Thanks Fluttershy! Hope to see you soon!" Twilight and spike called back as they went around a bend.

"That wasn't so bad? Was it Spike?" Twilight asked, smiling at him as they walked down the path to AppleJacks side by side. Spike smiled and nodded, before starting a small whistling tune. After catching on to the jaunty tune Twilight joined in as they made an easygoing pace towards a large gate. The Gate had the words 'Sweet Apple Acers' inlaid with bright golden crimson stenciled lettering. Neither of them really paid much mind to their surroundings as they slowly made their way through said gate and onto the massive compound that is known as the residence of one AppleJack... Nor did they pay any mind to the sound of hooves beating on the ground and the sound of a dog barking as it got closer to them and their whistling.

"Look out!" Was all they heard when a dark brown blob and a bright orange, almost yellow, blob came carrening into them. Spike suddenly found himself upside down and leaning against his long time friend and sister. Twilight, on the other hand, found herself laying on er back looking at the deep green eyes of the very pony they were there to meet.

Not Twilight herself was angry or anything, but she did find her current position to be vaguely uncomfortable... And seeing that there was a fullgrown mare and her dog laying on her,one could see why. So, with all due composer warranted for the situation, she asked them to get off.

"Um, hi... Would it be... Alright with you if you, could kindly,move... I seem to be unable to move my legs." Twilight said as she tried to catch her breath.
