"Last time on Total Drama: Pahkitew Island, the final three created their own challenges. Sky's challenge had hurdles; she jumped them, and Shawn and Jasmine botched them. Shawn's challenge was more entertaining than a monkey wielding a chainsaw, and Jasmine won that. Jasmine's challenge was what brought the final three to an end, with Shawn soup-ing up the drama and epically failing. Jasmine and Sky became the final two, our first female final two I might add, and Shawn came clean with Jasmine before he bid her goodbye. What's in store for our final two? Will the Outback have someone to cheer for? Or will the Olympics have to get a spot ready? Find out here on the finale of Total Drama: Pahkitew Island!"

Cries, and One Big Prize

The night before the day of the finale, Sky was sleeping well as opposed to her night of sleep the first time around. Perhaps because she already knew what it was like to fight for a million dollars, she was relatively stress free.

(Confessional- She actually had a second chance)

Sky- "You'd think I was really stressed out about the million dollars, but I actually wasn't. Even though Chris's challenges are pretty insane, I think I have a pretty good idea of what he has in store for Jasmine and I. Just think, in a matter of hours, I'll have the million!"

Up above the treehouse, Jasmine was still wide awake. For the past few hours, she had tried to sleep in order to be ready for the following day, but for some reason, she just couldn't rest. Once she had relented to the fact that her eyes would not close, she found herself gazing at the night sky, staring at the twinkling stars.

Sighing in boredom and exhaustion, she glanced up at the branch of the tree that Shawn occupied for a portion of his stay on the island. It was empty. Seeing the bare branch, she frowned.

(Confessional- First time in the finals)

Jasmine- "I know I should be asleep, but for some reason, I just can't. What's so different about tomorrow that makes me refuse to rest? I'm just going to be fighting for the million like I have been the last couple weeks. Though, maybe the fact that the million dollars is so close now has something to do with it. Then when I think about the money, I think about how he was eliminated, and how he told me that he had plans of keeping the money to himself even after he agreed that we would split it between us. I want to be mad at him, but I can't. Why does my head have to get all messed up right before the finale anyway?"

As Sky snoozed away the night, Jasmine hopped down to the treehouse. Peering inside the girls' room, she saw the gymnast sleeping peacefully. Then as quietly as she could, the explorer entered the room, and crawled into one of the bunk beds on the other side across from Sky's set of bunks. As she stretched out on the bunk, her legs poked out the bottom of the covers, and she found the feeling of a bed soothing. Resting her hat over her eyes, the Australian girl was soon out like someone on sleeping medicine.

(Confessional- Looks like she solved her own problem)

Jasmine- "Okay, maybe this whole time I just needed to sleep in a bed instead of a tree. Wow, had I known that sooner, I would've done it already."

(End confessional)

The two girls slept until the sun rose, and then they were startled awake by a bullhorn.

"Sky! Jasmine! Meeting area, now!" Chris loudly announced.

While both girls were shaken awake by the message, Sky was not shaken enough to not notice the presence of someone else in the room.

"Oh, hey… good morning." She greeted as soon as she saw Jasmine in a bunk across from her.

Groaning, Jasmine removed her hat from over her eyes. "Good mornin'." With that, she plopped her hat back down.

After quickly assembling a breakfast of forest foods, the two females went to meet Chris.

"Today, I fire one of you from a cannon, and then start my vacation." Chris began to say.

"Not without handing one of us the million dollars, right?" Jasmine eyed him warily, hands on her hips.

Chris folded his arms as he glared at the Australian girl. "I haven't forgotten, Jasmine. I was just focusing on the parts that would bring me the most joy."

"Any idea what the challenge will be?" Sky asked.

"Of course, your challenge is so physically demanding that the lawyers insisted each of you get a helper; which isn't so bad since they'll be able to help find your bodies." At that last bit, Jasmine's eyes widened while Sky rolled hers in annoyance. "So, which of the past contestants will you like as a helper?"

"Shawn, definitely Shawn." Jasmine answered.

(Confessional- Advice: Pick anyone but Leonard)

Sky- "I've got a few choices I suppose. If I pick Shawn, I have no idea how that team-up will go down, but I'm pretty sure that Dave, Topher, Ella, or Rodney would be great help."

Jasmine- "My choice was between Shawn, or Samey. They're both my closest friends I've had in this game, and the rest are either bonkers, or just not the right kind of help I'm looking for."

(End confessional)

"You didn't let me finish. Which of the past contestants will you like as a helper after I introduce them?" Chris continued, pulling out a remote, and pressing a button on it.

Off to the side, two sets of bleachers rose out of the ground. One set of bleachers had a flag that was green while the other had a flag that was red.

A wind started blowing around the area as Chef's helicopter touched down, and the door on the side of it opened up. One by one, the rest of the contestants from the season filed out. Most contestants like Shawn, Sammy, and Dave were happy to be back while Amy, Max, Scarlett, and Sugar were all mad.

"Welcome back Shawn, Topher, Dave, Sugar, Scarlett, Max, Ella, Samey, Rodney, Amy, Leonard, and Beardo!"

"Hey guys, great to see you again!" Sky greeted Dave, Topher, Beardo, and Ella as they passed by her.

"I knew you could do it! Congratulations on making the final two, Sky!" Dave praised her, giving her a thumbs-up.

Beardo put a hand to his mouth, and made a sound like a noise maker. "Final two!"

"Jasmine! It's so great to see you again!" Sammy gave the Outback explorer a hug.

"Good to see you too! Standing up to your sister still?" Jasmine asked.

"Oh yeah, and she's tried to take control of me again, but she's failed miserably." The younger twin smirked.

"Atta girl! Keep it up."

Chris spoke up, bringing the attention back to him. "The eliminated contestants will now take a seat in the Peanut Gallery, choosing who they want to win the million. Jasmine's supporters will take the bleachers with the green flag, and Sky's will take the bleachers with the red flag. This ought to be interesting."

Jasmine's bleachers were soon occupied by Sammy, Shawn, Leonard, Sugar, Rodney, and Scarlett. Sky's bleachers were occupied by Dave, Ella, Beardo, Amy, Max, and Topher.

"Well, can't say I was expecting it to come to this." Sky admitted.

"Don't think too highly of yourself. I only chose to sit over here because Samey is over there." Amy pointed at her sister.

Sugar glared at Sky. "And I'm sitting on this side because I don't like you, and Ella is on the other side. At least the wizard has some taste in who should win when I can't. Isn't that right, Wizard?" To emphasize, she pulled Leonard in for a hug.

"Are you sure we can't cheer for Sky? She was on our team after all." Leonard questioned as Sugar hugged him.

"And she also likes that no-good Ella! She doesn't deserve the million bucks, let alone people to cheer for her."

"Don't listen to her! She's just a sore loser!" Topher called out to Sky upon Sugar's exclamation.

"Shut up, you ugly traitor!" Sugar released Leonard, and hollered at Topher with a glare.

"Can we move this along? Thank you." Chris called for the attention again. "Now, Jasmine and Sky have to still pick their helpers. Chef!" The gruff cook rolled over a TV as Chris handed out two small remotes to the finalists. "Jasmine and Sky might have their supporters, but their helpers might not be all that supportive. The faces of ex-contestants will spin on the screen, and it's up to Jasmine and Sky to try and land on who they want helping them during the final challenge. They each have one attempt to pass who they land on, and spin again. If they pass though, that might hurt someone's feelings, which would be hilarious! Since 'J' comes before 'S' in the alphabet, Jasmine will spin first. Jasmine?"

Jasmine raised a finger to her remote as Chris spun the screen. She focused on the pattern of the faces, who came before and who came after. The ex-campers paid rapt attention, wondering just who she intended to get.

Once she got a good idea of how the spin worked, Jasmine jabbed the button on the remote. The roulette stopped on a brown-haired boy with a green beanie.

"Shawn! Jasmine gets Shawn!" Chris announced.

"Yes!" Jasmine pumped her fist.

"Yes!" Shawn pumped his fist, and hopped off the bleachers to run over to her. Shawn and Jasmine shared a quick embrace before they turned their attention to Sky.

"Alright, Jasmine has chosen Shawn. Now, it's Sky's turn to choose her helper." The host spun the screen again.

Sky raised her finger to her remote. "I can do this…" She murmured to herself.

Everyone watched the screen with great interest. Dave looked quite frantic as the faces on the screen spun again and again.

Furrowing her brows, Sky quickly pressed the button to stop it. The screen landed on a boy in a blue shirt.

"Looks like Sky chooses Dave!" Chris declared.

Relieved that she didn't select someone that wouldn't be helpful, Sky sighed.

"Don't you worry, Sky. We'll definitely win this." Dave said as he approached her.

"Helpers are settled! Time to begin the final challenge of Pahkitew Island!" Chris announced, turning off the TV. "When the island malfunctioned, it actually gave us some pretty interesting challenge locations. We haven't had a chance to use them up until now, the perfect time to try them out. All the finalists have to do in order to win one million dollars is survive a 2000 foot ice cliff, wade through really deep mud, and run a two mile field which I'm pretty sure has no dangerous obstacles." At the last bit, Chris and Chef started to laugh. "My point is you may or may not survive."

Dave, Jasmine, Shawn, and Sky all started to raise their voices in protest. In response, Chris ignored their complaints completely, and Chef tossed them all helmets.

"For the first part of the challenge, the lawyers insisted I give you guys these. When you get to the top, it might be a good idea to build a bobsled, otherwise it's going to be a bumpy ride down!" Chris shouted the last bit of advice as an intern flew a helicopter over to them. The Peanut Gallery was forced to shield their eyes from the dirt being kicked up by the wind. "Grab onto the ropes, and you'll be taken to the top of the cliff!"

The four teens did as instructed, and they were all taken up into the air.

Sugar glared at the retreating forms of the finalists and their helpers once she could see clearly again. "There is no way a friend of Ella's is winning this pageant." She muttered crabbily, and snuck away from the Peanut Gallery.

Scarlett also snuck away from the bleachers, a scowl on her face.

Meanwhile, the finalists and their helpers arrived at the top of the ice cliff. Everyone except Dave landed on their feet.

"Dave, you okay?" Sky asked in concern.

Dave got up, and brushed off snow. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just not as athletic as you guys."

Shawn walked over to observe a pile of junk standing before them. "Aw man… how are we supposed to build a bobsled out of this stuff?"

Jasmine glanced around, and spotted a pair of skis. "Forget about building a bobsled, we can just ski our way down."

Shawn gave her finger guns. "I like the way you think."

"Hop on, mate." Jasmine laid the skis in the snow, and Shawn climbed up on her back for a piggyback ride.

"Let's roll!" Shawn cheered, and the pair started to descend down the mountain.

Sky searched through the junk pile. "Skis, come on, more skis…"

Dave poked his head around the pile. "You looking for skis like these?" He held up skis identical to the ones Jasmine and Shawn had just left on.

"Yes! Way to go!" Sky raced over, and took the skis. She wasted no time in getting them on, and heading over to the slope. "Come on!"

"Are you sure we should do this? Chris advised a bobsled would be better." The hypochondriac pointed out.

"It's Chris. He probably lied."

"Good point, let's go." Dave hopped on the skis, and linked his arms around Sky's torso for safety.

"Hope this works…" Sky whispered to herself, and the pair descended down the slope.

The race was projected on the TV Chris and Chef left behind for the ex-contestants.

"Go, Jasmine! You can do it!" Sammy cheered from Jasmine's bleachers.

"Sky, Sky, she's going to fly, and when she passes Jasmine, she's going to say good-bye." Beardo rapped, adding a few beats here and there.

Ella clapped her hands happily. "Oh, that's a lovely song, Beardo. In fact, it makes me want to sing my own cheer song."

"You shall not!" Max declared, effectively cutting Ella off from starting a song. "Last time you sang around here, you called me a gnome! You have lost your singing privileges for that!"

"She may not be able to sing ballads of luck," Leonard stated as he stood up and pulled out his wand, "But I can still perform spells of luck. With my powerful magic, there is no question that Jasmine will win."

Amy groaned, and rolled her eyes. "Oh my gag, somebody make the nerd shut up! He's almost annoying as Samey."

Topher glanced around. "Hey, has anyone seen Scarlett, or Sugar?"

Ella put a finger to her lip. "I think they both went to the little princess's room."

Amy stood up at that. "I'll go see if I can find them. At least this will get me away from Samey and the nerd." She walked off without protest from the others.

Rodney, who had been very quiet throughout the race so far, finally added his voice to the commentary. "Wait, if Amy's going to go find Scarlett, and Jasmine is in the finals, all my new girlfriends are gone! Maybe I should help Amy…" He stood up to go follow her.

"Rodney, sit down. I doubt Chris would like it if nearly half the Peanut Gallery blew off the finale." Topher told him. "Besides, if they're taking a leak, then they'll probably be back soon."

The country boy sat back down, and rested his chin in one of his palms. "Maybe you're right."

Shawn glanced up behind him and Jasmine, and saw Dave and Sky. "Here they come!"

"Don't worry," Jasmine smirked, "They're way behind us. There is no way they can catch up to us."

She just had to tempt fate.

Jasmine and Shawn crashed through a mogul, hindering Jasmine's sight.

"Ah! I can't see!" She cried out, trying to keep her balance and clear her vision simultaneously.

"Watch out!" Shawn warned her as more moguls came in front of them. "Left! Right!"

(Confessional- Jasmine is just chilling out)

Jasmine- "Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!" She shivered.

(End confessional)

"Haha! They keep hitting moguls!" Dave chuckled from behind Sky.

"And we're not going to hit them. Hang on!" Sky began to swerve around some.

"Yeah! Keep it up!"

They continued to expertly swerve around the moguls. Sky may have been trained in gymnastics, but her athletics allowed her to dodge the moguls with the right timing and power. They were almost near Jasmine and Shawn when Dave noticed an obstacle that Sky didn't.

"Sky, watch out for that last mogul!" He pointed it out to her.

The gymnast gasped, and tried to swerve, but they were too late. The duo was forced to crash.

"Whoa!" They both screamed as they flew off the obstacle, soaring into the air.

Further down the mountain, Jasmine and Shawn reached the bottom without any more problems.

Shawn got off Jasmine's back, and started walking in the direction of the mud pit. "Nice w-w-work, J-J-Jas-Jasmine!" His teeth chattered while he attempted to warm back up.

Jasmine shook off the rest of the snow she had collected on the way down, and wrapped her arms around her body as she shivered, doing her best to follow the conspiracy nut to the next leg.

Both Dave and Sky finally descended back to the ground, but because they were on a mountain, they fell on a slope and continued to tumble down. As they rolled, they collected snow, and eventually formed a giant snowball which bowled down to the bottom. Moments after the snow ball came to a stop, the duo poked their heads and one of their arms out.

"Well that worked out nicely." Sky noted sarcastically as she and Dave tried to break free of the snow.

"That was the best thing I've seen since Ella getting hurt twice in one day!"

The duo looked up from their efforts to see Sugar approaching them. Sugar laughed while holding her sides.

"The way you two were all 'Aaaaah!' and 'Oof!' and went 'splat' on the ground. Too funny!" The pageant queen snorted.

Dave gave her an exasperated glance. "Sugar, what are you doing here?"

Going from having a good time back to being Sugar, she glared angrily at them. "I'm here to make sure Ella's favorite doesn't win. If Ella's favorite doesn't win, then she'll be so crushed, and I can laugh in her face! If I can't win, then Ella and her friends can't either!"

"And how do you plan to make sure we don't win?" Sky questioned.

"Simple," Sugar grinned with pride before she placed her hands on the giant snowball, "I'll just roll you back up to the top of the mountain. That'll give Jasmine plenty of time to win, and then Ella will cry when she realizes you lost! Up we go!" The pageant queen began pushing them back up the snowy terrain.

"What?! Sugar, stop!" Sky demanded, struggling again to get free.

"Not a chance." Sky let out a groan of frustration at Sugar's answer.

"Now what are we supposed to do?" Dave questioned. "We're stuck in a giant snowball, Jasmine and Shawn are getting further ahead, Sugar's trying to make us lose, and we're about to run over a cute little cat."

Sky's eyes widened in realization. "Cute? Little? Cat?" Soon enough the cat bot that had attacked Topher and Sugar a few challenges ago was in her view. Of course! The cat bot was there the first time around, and it was what got her and Dave out of their snowball.

Upon hearing the word 'cat', Sugar stopped rolling the snowball. "Cat? Where? I don't see no cat."

Seizing the opportunity, Sky raised her voice. "Hey, cat bot!" The little kitten's ears perked up, and paid the gymnast attention. "Yeah, that's right. I'm talking to you, you robotic flea bag!"

(Confessional- Please do not provoke the robot animals)

Sugar- "Okay, I'm positively sure I heard of a cat bot before. I can't remember where though…"

(End confessional)

Dave winced concernedly as he heard Sky call out the robot. "Sky, what are you-"

"Quiet," She hissed to him, "I'm getting us out of here. Just duck for cover. Hey cat bot, are you programmed to lick your butt, and poop in a box?!"

Cat bot did not take kindly to what Sky just said, and its eyes went red while it opened its mouth to charge up its flamethrower. Dave and Sky took this as their cue to duck while Sugar still stood plainly behind them.

"What's going on?" She asked confusedly upon hearing the sound of the flamethrower building up power.

The flamethrower built up its charge, and fired straight at the trio. Just like Sky knew, the flamethrower melted the snowball. When the flames died, the robotic cat returned to its cute state, and pounced off.

Looking themselves over, Sky and Dave came to the conclusion that they were no longer confined. Sure they were a little damp from the snow turning to water, but they were fine.

"That was one bad cat…" Dave declared quietly as he watched the cat disappear.

"What in tarnation just happened?" Sugar's voice snapped them out of it, and they turned to her. Once they turned towards her, they immediately winced.

"Ooh…" Dave visibly cringed.

"Did not expect that to happen…" Sky murmured with a hurt frown.

"What? What has you two acting like my dog after he got fixed?" Sugar inquired. Hesitantly, the two looked at each other, unable to come up with a proper response.

"It's just… well…" Sky tried to say.

"Your hair… it…" Dave stammered, reaching his hand up to his head to help explain.

"What about my hair?" Sugar finally appeared on camera, and she reached up to her head. When she felt her head, she gasped.

Her blonde hair that had once been up in a bun was completely gone. The flamethrower was aimed at just the right angle where it burned the bun clean off, leaving the remaining hair on the sides of Sugar's head and all the curly hair on the back of her head. Without her bun, her head of hair made her look like a badly shaved blonde poodle.

"My hair! My beautiful, curly hair! Noooooooooooooooooo!" The pageant queen wailed, falling to her knees.

"Sorry, Sugar… I didn't think that would happen. I just thought the snow would be melted." Sky apologized.

Sugar's bawling didn't last all that long after Sky spoke, and she stood up. "This is all your fault! You ruined my beautiful hair!" The badly shaved blonde poodle declared, her eyes alit with vengeance.

"Sky, you think we should run? Not just to get away from her, but to catch up with Shawn and Jasmine?" Dave asked the finalist with concern.

Sky gave a small nod. "I think that would be a good idea right now."

Without warning, the duo darted past Sugar, and started running in the direction Shawn and Jasmine went.

"Hey, where you going?! Get back here right now! I'm gonna beat the raccoon out of you both!" Sugar screamed, chasing after them.

The footage was paused, revealing Chris and Chef, who were watching the finale on a TV screen somewhere else on the island with popcorn in their laps.

"This finale is getting out of control! Jasmine is in the lead, but Sky might just catch up. Will she, or won't she? Can Sky and Dave outrun Sugar? Can Jasmine and Shawn keep their lead? And just where is Scarlett? We'll find out when we come back here on Total Drama Pahkitew Island!" Chris announced. Once he spoke the last word, he and Chef heard a hissing sound, a strange smoke started to appear, making them cough until they fainted. The smoke faded away, showing Chris and Chef unconscious on the ground.

A close-up showed a pair of feet stood in front of them, and the camera widened to reveal Scarlett standing there with a devious smirk on her face.

"Scarlett is right here." She said, folding her arms over her chest.

When the show came back, Chris and Chef were shown to be tied up back-to-back, and were still unconscious. At least, they were unconscious before Chris started to stir. When he opened his eyes, he found Scarlett in the seat he had originally been sitting in before he was knocked out. In her lap was a laptop, and she smugly clicked away at the keys before pausing to glance at him.

"Nice to see you're awake, McLean." She regarded him.

"Scarlett, what is going on? Why am I tied up?" He questioned confusedly, attempting to squirm out of his bindings.

"Good question, but let me pose another. Where is the million dollars?" Her smug gaze gave way to a serious frown.

"Why should I tell you that?"

Chef moaned, and opened his eyes, quickly becoming alert to the fact that he was in a different position than he was before he was knocked out. "Chris? Chris, what's happening?"

To answer his best friend's question, Chris jerked his head in Scarlett's direction. "Ask her."

"What's going on, girl?" Chef inquired to the psycho genius. "What the heck do you think you're doing?"

"Taking the money that I rightfully deserve. I was blindsided by you two, and all those idiotic twits that voted me off. That should not have happened. By all logic and reasoning, there was no necessity in having me be eliminated. I should be in this finale, and I should be the one winning the million dollars." Scarlett's hair started to stand on end, despite being in a bun, and she removed the bun, letting her hair wildly fall down her back. Her mild frown transformed into a full glare as she walked over to them. "Now tell me where the million dollars is located, or I will make this island fall and you will be dragged down along with it!"

Chef snorted in disbelief. "And just how do you plan on doing that, Evil Chick?"

"Chef Hatchet, are you calling my bluff? Need I remind you that I am a genius? When I was stuck at that loser lodge, I managed to hack into the island's system. With one click of a key, I can have this island combust. So I have a proposition, tell me where the million dollars is, and I'll let you, all of you, live. Every time I ask you where it is, and you refuse to answer, a section of the island will sink, just like your beloved original island." She explained, circling around them like a vulture.

"Are you kidding me?" Chris scowled, "I can't have another island sink! Do you have any idea how much it costs for a millionaire like me to find and buy a new island? Or, do you know how much it cost to build this place?!"

The psycho genius stopped next to Chris, and smirked. "So then we have an agreement?"

"Heck no! Only the winner of the finale, or moi, get to touch that money!"

"Chris!" Chef exclaimed.

Scarlett's glare returned. "Very well, it begins." Returning to her seat where she had left her computer, she placed it in her lap and entered some commands. As soon as she hit enter, the island began to shake.

Chris and Chef's jaws dropped in shock as they glanced around. A cut away from them revealed birds fleeing into the sky above the treetops in fright, tweeting and cawing alarmingly.

The Peanut Gallery all had shared expressions of terror. Beardo sounded an earthquake alarm, and Sammy and Leonard were both screaming at the top of their lungs.

Elsewhere in the forest, Amy was walking along when she lost balance, and fell down onto her knees. "Oh em gee! Like, what is going on?!"

In a view of the island from afar, it appeared that the elimination area started to crumble, descending into the water along with some outcroppings further out.

Scarlett smirked in Chris and Chef's direction. "That was a sample of what will happen if you don't answer me. Willing to answer now?"

Chef shot her a look. "Don't expect me to answer that. I was getting the challenge ready. I don't even know where Chris put it last."

"Chris, is there something you would like to say? Maybe something like the million dollars is…" She gestured for the host to fill in the blank.

"Not going to be yours!" He spat back.

"I loathe you, McLean. I really do." Scarlett turned her attention back to her laptop, and entered another string of commands.

At the mud pit, Jasmine and Shawn stood waiting for Chris to show up, after a few more moments of standing around, they looked behind them to see Sky and Dave approaching them.

Dave bent over, and panted wearily. "Oh thank goodness we caught up to you. I was starting to think the delay from Sugar was going to make it impossible to catch up with you guys."

"Sugar tried to hold you guys back? Isn't that kind of cheating?" Shawn questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"Heck if I know." Dave shrugged.

"Even if Sugar did delay you two, then we're still fair and square since Chris is delaying us by keeping us waiting for his instructions." Jasmine looked around with a critical eye. "Now where is he?"

The ground rumbled again.

"Another quake? That's the second one within a few minutes!" Sky exclaimed, her eyes wide. "What's going on?"

A shrill scream from Shawn got the other three to look at him, and he shakily pointed in the direction they came from. The three of them gasped as they witnessed some of the landscape sink and crumble. When all was said and done, the rumbling stopped.

Still shocked by what they had witnessed, the four teens glanced at each other, and simultaneously blurted out what they were all thinking, "We have to find Chris!"

"Forget about going through the mud pit, let's go around it. It'll be faster." Shawn declared, ready to bolt.

"I second that." Dave agreed, and the four went around the pit.

The Peanut Gallery saw the four rush off their TV screen, and simultaneously exclaimed as well, "We have to find Chris!"

Topher was the first to get to his feet. "This way!" He pointed off in a direction, and they all, except one, followed him.

"That heathen! Betraying her superior to go off and do her own evil scheme? Not if I have anything to say about it!" Max decided before heading off in the same direction.

Back at Chris and Chef's location, Amy emerged from some bushes. Visibly annoyed, she sauntered over to Scarlett. Once Chris and Chef saw her, their expressions became much more positive.

"Amy! Oh thank you, you're here. Untie us!" Chris demanded, struggling to get out of the ropes by himself. To his shock, Amy ignored them, and went over to the psycho genius.

"Scarlett, there you are! Like oh my gag, I've been looking for you and Sugar everywhere. Come on, we have to get back and join Samey and all those pathetic dorks to watch the rest of the finale… What are you doing?" Amy raised an eyebrow at Scarlett working on her laptop, not even sparing a glance at Amy's presence.

"Just attempting to take what is rightfully mine. And I apologize, but I cannot join you." Scarlett responded. Pausing her work, she blinked at her computer, and then scowled. "So, we have rescue teams, hm?"

"Haha!" Chris laughed. "I knew the other contestants would come to the aid of their beloved host! Bet you didn't think of that, did you, Scarlett?" He smirked.

Bobbing her head, Scarlett responded as she began to type again, "Oh, I took the others' interference into account. Now to make sure they don't interfere." She pressed the enter key.

"Chris! Chris, where are you?! Scarlett!" Sammy cried out as the Peanut Gallery hurried through the woods.

"Sidekick! Answer your master! I command you to relinquish your power to me at once!" Max roared.

Rodney looked around, cupping a hand next to his mouth as he called, "Scarlett! Amy! Jasmine!"

"Oh, this is most troublesome. We need to find them before the entire island sinks, and we are left adrift." Ella fretted. Something caught her eye, and she appeared to see animal silhouettes from afar. She gasped in delight. "My friends! We can get help from the animals of the forest." She waved to the animals. "Hello! Wondrous creatures, we ask for your assistance!" She closed her eyes, and sang a few notes.

As if triggered by Ella's song, the eyes of the silhouettes opened, revealing red.

Topher gulped, and took a step back. "I don't think those animals are friendly…"

"They must be under a curse." Leonard mused.

The animals jumped into the light, revealing them to be robot animals. The robots growled aggressively, glaring at the teens with their red eyes.

"Run!" Beardo called out, running off with a cartoonish running sound effect. The others were quick to follow his lead, and scrambled away, screaming in terror. The robots roared their mechanical screeches, and pursued.

Meanwhile, Jasmine and Sky's group had made it to the two-mile clearing.

"Oh good, no mud pits to fall into here. I mean, we didn't fall into the one back there, but you know." Dave said as they ran.

"Yeah, and there haven't been any more quakes. Though, I have a gut feeling that the danger isn't over yet…" Shawn frowned, trying to figure out what was bothering him.

Out of the blue, trees that had been lined up along either side of the path started rocketing into the sky.

"Rocket trees?!" Jasmine exclaimed in surprise.

"Watch out!" Sky hollered, and sidestepped to avoid being crushed by one coming back down. Shawn, Jasmine, and even Dave succeeded in dodging the large oncoming projectiles. When the last tree crashed, clouds started to roll in.

Dave frowned, perplexed at the clouds' arrival. "Clouds?"

Remembering what they did last time, Sky groaned inwardly. "Oh no…"

(Confessional- Finally, another one)

Dave- "This island is messed up! This is just like when the computer malfunctioned, except it's like there's a method to the madness! What is going on around here?"

(End confessional)

Amy sat in a chair next to Scarlett's, gleefully punching in commands on the laptop. She laughed, "You were right. This is fun! Too bad Samey's not in the same area. Oh well, making her friends miserable is just as enjoyable."

Scarlett, on the other hand, was not as amused as the evil twin. The psycho genius glanced over to Chris and Chef, "Okay, I think you've had ample time to think it over. Now answer me, where did you have the million dollars last?"

Chris stopped his futile attempts to undo the knots, and glared at her. "Like I'd tell you where the million is? I will tell you where you're going to go once this is over. You're heading to juvie!"

The psycho genius scowled. "A brain like mine has no business going to some pointless confinement." She turned to Amy still playing with Sky's squad. "Give me that." Snatching the computer from the cheerleader, she switched to her other program.

"Hey! I was just about to pelt them with golf ball-sized hail while they stumbled through snow!" Amy complained, folding her arms over her chest in a huff.

Ignoring the cheerleader's whining, Scarlett had another sector of the island sink.

With the Peanut Gallery, they were all running from the robot animals when the ground shook again, and something caught Topher's eye. As the leader of the bunch, he had a clear view of what was going on. Alarmed by the sight, he immediately put on the brakes, throwing his arms out to his sides.

"Everybody stop!" He commanded. Sammy, Rodney, and the others nearly bumped into him, but stopped just in time. Max, who wasn't paying attention, collided with Leonard and Ella's backs. Topher pointed forward. "Look!"

Right in front of their eyes, part of the island fell apart, splashing into the water.

Sammy glanced behind the group, seeing the robots closing in on them, and quickly looked around for another direction. "This way!" She pointed, and the group went. Max, still not listening to whatever the others said, smoothed out his outfit while grumbling to himself. He looked up, and yelped when he saw the robots getting closer, quickly taking off after the other eliminated campers.

Sighing in frustration, Scarlett leaned back in her seat. At the same time, Amy snatched up the computer. "My turn again!" She said snobbishly, switching back to the clearing. "I have a great idea." A wicked smile grew as her fingers flickered across the keyboard.

"Hey, isn't th-th-th-that the f-f-finish line that we were supposed to cross?" Jasmine asked Sky, pointing to the checkered flag at the end of the stretch. Her hand started to get cold again, so she tucked it back underneath her arms.

"Yeah, I th-th-think so! Maybe it'll lead us to Chris." Sky guessed, forming a smile of relief despite the chills running through her.

The four fast-walked together, showing no sign of stopping until the ground rumbled. Instead of the ground-shaking feeling like it was far off, it felt like it was more centralized near them.

"This… could be bad." Shawn uttered as the four of them halted. They all regarded the ground beneath their feet with uncertain glances.

In an instant, their surroundings changed. The ground they were on shot up like a pillar, raising them high above the island.

Looking below them, Sky could only shout, "Oh crap!" After that, there was a fade to black.

Up in a tree, Sugar frustratingly searched around. "Crud! I can't see anybody from up here. How am I supposed to find Sky and stop her from winning now?" The ground shook again, and she held onto the tree for dear life. "Not this again!" As soon as it came, it disappeared again. She glanced around again. "Huh, that wasn't too bad I guess." She heard a faint cry. "What was that?" Looking in the direction of the sound, she saw a giant mountain of sorts. "I'm guessing Sky's that-away."

(Confessional- Sugar is back on screen… joy)

Sugar- "I had to climb that tree. I lost that Ella-liking Sky's trail so I thought maybe if I looked for a bus stop or a train station, I might find her. It worked, just not like Granny said it would."

(End Confessional)

"Okay, somehow this isn't the strangest thing to happen to me today." Jasmine quipped as the group of four took in their surroundings.

"What are we going to do now? We're stuck up here." Dave griped.

Shawn attempted to placate him. "Now, now, we're not stuck up here. Maybe we can climb down or something."

"You guys might be able to climb down, but I'm not a climber, which means I'm stuck up here. Oh, this is the worst day I've had since my accident in preschool!" Dave laid down on his side, and hugged his legs in misery.

Sky kneeled down next to the pessimist. "Dave, we're going to figure this out. Just hang in there. We can do this." She gently laid her hand on his upper arm.

"You're just saying that…" Dave whimpered.

Meanwhile, Jasmine scoped out the situation near the edge of the pillar. She had realized that with them being so high up, they could possibly use that to their advantage. After a little bit, she spotted something. "Hey, mates! I think I found something!" Shawn and Sky, who had been trying to ease Dave's nerves, looked up, and walked over to join the Outback explorer by the edge. Not wishing to be left alone curled up in a ball, Dave got to his feet and joined them as well. "Check it out." She pointed to a particular spot she had been looking at.

"That's… that's Chef, Chris, and Scarlett! I can see their flat-screen! We found them!" Shawn deduced.

The group was a bit far away, but even then they could make out Chef's large form, Chris's smaller one, the widescreen TV, and some occupied chairs from their angle.

Sky stared at their desired destination. They had to get there, and stop Scarlett. Somehow, they just had to. Glancing down at her feet, she took note of the ground beneath them.

"I have an idea." Sky announced to the group. "If we jump up and down with enough force, this can topple, and we can ride the following avalanche all the way over there."

Dave looked very frazzled. "What?! Sky, are you crazy?! We could die!"

"We won't," Sky assured him, "Trust me. We won't if we're expecting what happens afterwards."

"There's still the chance of us dying!"

"This might sound like some insane, messed up logic here, but we won't die. Since when do contestants ever die on this show? It's always the interns that get seriously hurt." Shawn pointed out.

Jasmine nodded along with him after processing his thought. "He's got a really weird, but very good point. It might be worth the risk."

Dave stared at the trio before calmly stating, "Have I ever mentioned how messed up this show is?"

"Plenty of times." Shawn answered casually.

"Okay, when I say three, we jump. Ready?" Sky questioned, and received three nods of confirmation. "One. Two… Three! Jump!"

With all their might, the four of them jumped up and down on their pillar. With each and every jump, the ground cracked and cracked some more. In a matter of moments, the ground finally gave way. Despite they were all anticipating the results, they still let out screams as they began to fall.

Back in the woods, Rodney glanced over his shoulder. "I think we lost them! We should be safe now."

"That's good news. It's really hard to run in a cloak." Leonard said, huffing breaths of exhaustion.

"Um, pardon me," Ella spoke up, a bit more alert than before, "Does anybody else hear something?"

While looking around, Beardo's eye caught something, and whatever it was made his eyebrows shoot up. He pointed, and began sounding off alarm bells.

He was pointing at the avalanche.

"Oh no!" Ella fretted, her hands going to her cheeks.

"Jasmine and Shawn might be up there!" Sammy cried out. She ran ahead, beckoning for the others to follow. "Come on!"

Max came to a halt, and jabbed a finger in the air defiantly. "Evil does not listen to inferior sisters!" A warning, mechanical growl rumbled behind him. He looked back the way they had come, and thought he could see silhouettes of their pursuers. "Agh! Wait for me, inferior!" He scrambled to catch up.

At Chef and Chris's camp, Scarlett was having a stare down with Chris and Chef, holding the laptop in her lap while Amy waited impatiently for her next turn.

"Tell me-!" Scarlett began to demand again, and was immediately cut off.

"For the hundredth time, no! I am not telling you where the money is. Get it through your stubborn, thick head!" Chris shouted.

"You better tell me soon. You don't have a whole lot of island left." Scarlett readied to send another chunk of island underwater when rumbling and crashing could be heard. "Um, I didn't enter a command yet." Screams from Chris and Chef made her look up from her computer, and quickly shot her gaze to her left when she heard Amy scream and jump out of her chair, moving in Chris and Chef's direction. Turning her head around, Scarlett stood up to see a giant mass of tumbling snow and rocks came in their direction. Holding her laptop protectively, she stepped back towards her captives.

The whole way down, Sky's group screamed as loudly as they could as they tumbled in the snow until finally the entire thing came to a stop, and they were concealed under snow. It all stopped just a few feet in front of Scarlett and her captives.

"What the heck just happened?!" Amy shouted with annoyed confusion.

"Apparently there was an avalanche." Chef answered for her.

Amy scoffed and folded her arms over her chest. "No duh."

Chris, Chef, and Scarlett stared at the huge mounds of snow before them, and were quickly taken aback when four familiar faces popped out of the snow. Jasmine was first to emerge, and despite her body being really cold from all the snow, ran over to assist Chris and Chef. Shawn emerged next, and quickly got to work digging Dave out.

"Scarlett!" Sky called out as she clambered out of the snow.

Dave shivered as Shawn tugged him out. "So cold… so cold…"

"Easy pal, we'll all get warmed up soon enough." Shawn murmured to his friend.

Scarlett backed away from Sky as she ran towards her. "Keep your distance from me!"

"Scarlett, your plan is over! Give me that laptop!" Sky reached for the computer, and attempted to pry it out of the evil genius's hands.

"Hey, keep your hands off my property!" Scarlett pulled back.

Jasmine untied Chris and Chef. "You both okay?"

Chris got to his feet, and wiped his shirt clean of dirt. "Yeah, we're fine. All she did was tie us up."

"She is going to be real sorry she messed with Chef Hatchet." Chef muttered darkly, curling his hands into fists.

"I said keep. Your. Hands. Off!" Scarlett hissed as the two girls fought over the laptop.

"Not a chance!" Sky, in one last bout of strength, managed to pull the computer away from its owner's possession. Before Scarlett could attempt to take it back, Sky did the first thing that came to her mind, and threw the computer at the nearest tree full force. It was no surprise when the laptop snapped to pieces upon impact.

"NO!" Scarlett roared in outrage. She glared at Sky, who looked back at her expectantly. "Do you have any idea how long it took for me to perfect that program? Do you have any idea how many files I had saved on that?! Do you?!"

"Should've thought of that before you went and tried to take over the show. It's over, Scarlett. It's all over." Sky retorted sternly.

"You're darn right that it's over." Chris added as he and the others walked over. "By the way, the money was in the helicopter the whole time. Hah! You're definitely not getting it now." He scoffed smugly, folding his arms.

Scarlett was practically gnashing her teeth at everyone that surrounded her. Amy stood off to the side, not caring in any way at what was happening.

Just then, the most unexpected thing happened.

A puff of green smoke went off, filling the area quickly, and it disappeared as fast.

"Sneak attack! Stop the mighty foe that is Scarlett!" Leonard declared as he and the others appeared on the scene.

Unfortunately, when the smoke cleared, it was revealed that Scarlett was missing from the group. Everyone gawked at the sight of her disappearance, and quickly scowled at the cause of the escape.

"Leonard!" They all bellowed irritably.

"You let her escape!" Topher reprimanded the role player.

"But, where did she go?" Rodney asked, looking around for any sight of the red-haired villain.

Chris gasped in shock. "The helicopter!"

As quickly as possible, Scarlett arrived at where the helicopter was supposed to take off, carrying Chris, Chef, the winner, and the rest of the contestants away. With it in her sights, she darted forward, eager to claim her money. She was three quarters of the way to the transport when she was tackled to the ground.

"Just what do ya think you're doing?" Sugar barked as she and Scarlett engaged in a wrestling match.

"You? Where the (bleep) have you been all this time?!" Scarlett snapped sharply.

(Confessional- Wow, Sugar did something right for once)

Sugar- "After I climbed down the tree, I forgot which way Sky was. So, I guessed." She shrugged.

(End confessional)

When the confessional cut back to the action, Sugar had Scarlett's hands and feet tied up with her red hair. Sugar patted her hands after she finished. "Done!"

By that time, Chris, Chef, and everyone else arrived at the helicopter loading zone.

"Sugar?!" Sky, Dave, Jasmine, Shawn, Sammy, Leonard, and Ella all said incredulously.

"I stopped her from stealing the helicopter. You're welcome." Sugar answered.

"Sugar," Ella started to say as Chris walked past them, "Scarlett wasn't trying to steal the helicopter…"

Chris climbed into the helicopter, and came back out with the silver briefcase. "She was trying to steal the million dollars."

Sugar blinked, and then threw up her arms in an annoyed fashion. "Well, that's plum ridiculous. Who would steal one million dollars when they could steal the fancy helicopter?"

Sky sighed and facepalmed. "Only Sugar…"

"Wait," Shawn interrupted, "If Scarlett interrupted the finale, then who won? Do Jasmine and Sky still have to do the final challenge?"

Jasmine and Sky glanced at each other, wondering the same thing.

"Actually," Chris replied, "I think I can figure out a winner for this. After all this, we don't need the final challenge since this will make quite the finale itself. The winner of the money should be the one who did what was most important, and that person is…

"Jasmine!"

"What?!" Everyone queried loudly except Chef.

"Why did Jasmine win? Why not Sky?" Dave continued to ask.

Chris walked over to the teens. "Jasmine wins because she did what was most important, and that would be saving me. So, congrats Jasmine, you win one million dollars." Chris held the case up in front of Jasmine, and opened it up so she could see the stacks of cash within.

"No!" Scarlett cried out, struggling to get out of her own hair.

"She won? She won!" Shawn cheered, hugging the shocked Jasmine. The others stood silent for a moment before joining in on the cheering, and began congratulating Jasmine on her win. Amy and Sugar, who didn't care either way, stood off to the side.

Jasmine gave hugs all around. "Thank you, all of you."

"What do you say, Jasmine? Will you take the prize money?" Chris asked the tall girl.

Jasmine gazed at the offer silently, and glanced in Sky's direction.

Sky was quiet as well. She deserved it, she thought. Jasmine was such a big help throughout this whole thing, played fairly, and if not winning meant her own reputation would remain intact, then she was okay with it. She gave Jasmine a small nod.

Jasmine understood the message perfectly. "I will." She reached out, and took the case from Chris, leading to more cheers from everyone else.

A little while later after Scarlett had properly been detained, all the campers boarded the helicopter to leave the island.

"Finally, let's get out of here. I don't want to be here no more." Sugar complained as she climbed on.

"That goes double for me. Not only did I lose, I lost before Samey did." Amy added.

Topher was climbing onboard when he stopped to talk to Chris. "Hey, Chris, that was great. Definitely an awesome season. By the way, have you talked to the producers or anything? Maybe about a junior hosting position or something?" He hinted to the host.

"Nope, get on." Chris jabbed his thumb towards the helicopter door.

"Right, gotcha." Topher nodded, and continued to get on.

"You know, it's too bad we don't get to stay here. A mechanical island would be an amazing safe zone from zombies." Shawn thought out loud to Dave as they got in.

"No way," Dave paused, "I never want to come back here. If I have to be on another season at some point, I really don't want it to be here." Behind him, Jasmine urged him to keep moving.

"Let's go. You're holding us up." She told the boys.

"I'm going. I'm going." Dave clambered on with Jasmine following.

Sky was the last contestant to board. As she set one foot on the helicopter, she peered over her shoulder, giving the island one last look. After spending the same season there twice, she thought she might actually miss the place. Nonetheless, she joined everyone else on the helicopter, Chris completing the boarding process afterwards.

The helicopter whirred to life, and ascended into the air.

The finale is over, and man was it hard to change as part of the story. One of the first things I did was include the Peanut Gallery, which I felt should've been there like it has in past seasons sans All-Stars. Then I knew Scarlett still had to have her big moment of villainy. It was hard to plan out and write, but I think I did pretty well. It was challenging to keep alternating between three different parts of the storyline, but it worked out as best it could. On top of all that, I wanted someone to lose their hair like in the actual season, and I knew straight from the start that I wanted Amy or Sugar to be on the receiving end. Now, this story is almost over. Just one more chapter to wrap things up before this is complete.
