Chapter Nine: Dreadful News to Share…

Toby's P.O.V.

"Exactly but, I think we might have to make another submission on it again," Ben sighed tiredly causing me to scowl "But, only to keep with the latest updates and I'm going to call in a few favors because apparently, we're the ones that started the exchange student program with scholarships to transfer schools and all that," he explained.

"Sounds good but, Jay mentioned the Dailey Prophet is complete rubbish why don't we subscribe the Quibbler since it seemed legit, both Jay and Cameron believe that the Quibbler is more truthful more than once during our conversation," I began to say with a tired sigh "And even if we're principle's that doesn't mean we're that powerful to do that kind of stuff although since you're the Minister in the American Wizarding World I suppose we have to … use our connections without anyone finding out," I sighed pacing back and forth after putting a silent charm inside the house not wanting to be overheard from unwanted snoopers "Although… if we add a bit of magic into the mix I supposed it might help but, we're going to have to keep under wraps without Isabella's knowledge since she doesn't know we have any magic and I like to keep it that way until Ariel or Aqua tell us what happen since they're still in school on what's happening with Mia," he explained.

Ben gave a defeated sigh "Yeah I figured you might say that; come on we have to check with the Manor. I'm going to call Yuki and a few friends see if they can help since we have a week to fix the place up," he explained.

"And I'll call Tai see if he can help too and bring back up in case there's trouble I'm sure he'd love to come visit here,"

"Same here…. I just wish I knew what's going on… I hope I'm wrong about this little brother…. I mean there's no way she would leave Hogwarts unless it was a good reason right with her two best friends Harry and Ron they're practically tied to the hip really,"

"I don't know... Ben… from Jayden's tone I wouldn't be so sure,"

"What do you mean?"

Toby furrowed his eyebrows "I'm not sure… I just … I have a bad feeling…Jay wouldn't get into details...to be honest…speaking of uncle Charlie did you talk to uncle Charlie since we both know his house has no room whatever so ever," he explained.

"Considering I just found out today with everything going on no not yet but, I will talk to uncle Charlie in a bit though I have a feeling he's going to take care of the arrangements after we help him with it without Isabella finding out—" Ben pondered for a long moment pinching his nose pacing back and forth laying out the blue prints to extend our uncle Charlie's house adding the secret bedrooms without Isabella's knowledge we made sure of it "As far as I know Mia, Ginny and Luna will share with Isabella in her bedroom…" his voice was tense which I didn't blame him since neither of us don't get along with our estrange cousin Isabella for hurting our uncle "Ariel and Aqua will use the secret guest room that we're going to add across from Isabella's bedroom… then Fred, George and Neville will share the other guest room and use to be uncle Charlie's office it's a bit small but, we're going to extend it bigger so they'll have room due to many furniture and the last two rooms, the first one will be for Neville's grandmother Augusta that's across from uncle Charlie's bedroom…and the last room not sure what's that about but, Cameron and Jay insisted we add 4 bedrooms instead of 3 so we'll keep that for uncle Charlie's office until further notice. I told him it was a good idea, so I'll have to let uncle Charlie know about the plan on that," he explained.

"Good… good since Jay and Cameron called us this morning without warning that they're leaving within a week to live in Forks, Washington in the last minute we have to plan everything under 2 ½ hours since we only have a week," I explained.

"Yeah I know do you know what day they'll be arriving though?" Ben asked.

"Wednesday in the 12th so that's … under a week," I pointed out.

"Right… right…bloody hell we have a week to prepare everything for our sisters and our friends arrival in Forks," Ben cried out "How the bloody hell are we going to prepare everything under a week,"

"Relax BJ I got everything prepared… we just have to add the bedrooms and help with the furniture," I began to say with a tired yawn "And we have to sign a couple of forms for the school to add eight new students in the school system easy peesy," he explained.

"Really? How did you managed to do that so quickly?" Ben asked.

"I know people," I smirked at this causing Ben to chuckle "Besides…you're not the only person who got connections around here," I explained.

"True… very true," Ben murmured.

'We only have a week …this is going to be a very stressful week adding the drama with our estrange cousin Isabella,' I scowled 'It's a lot to take in … let's just hope she doesn't bully our sister because I swear I will straggle her,' I thought to myself.

"Good, what about the school they're going to attend which I hate to admit this Ben but, Geo won't let go he wants Hermione and her friends to be in their school—it was hard bargain but, I managed to fight back and won the battle?" I explained.

Ben pinched his nose "Don't remind me," he sighed looking at the classes after 2 ½ hours preparing everything for their sisters and their friends arrival it took some time but, they managed to get everything settled in "Okay since we have a week to plan this … so first thing first the school Ariel, Aqua and Hermione which school do you want them to attend?" he explained.

"LaPush High there's no way in bloody hell I'm letting them attend there not only there's a lot of gossipers since we both know they refused to associate with them and like to keep their life private so the only place we'll both agree is LaPush High," I argued back.

"Could've agree more little brother," Ben smirked grabbing the forms "So they'll be with Sam and the pack in LaPush since we both agreed that they're attending in this school instead of Forks High… not only our estrange cousin attends there but, the Cullens… who are vampires no way in hell I'm letting them near them," he scowled at this causing Toby to nod in agreement "Okay that's good… so Ariel, Aqua, George and Fred will be 11th grade since they're enrolled thanks to us with no problem however…for Mya… and her friends Ginny, Luna and Neville was a bit difficult because of Geo's meddling," he explained with a scowl.

"Geo what did he do this time," I complained at this.

Ben pinched his nose "Well apparently Geo wants our sister Mia and her friends to attend his school instead of LaPush Jr which wasn't a problem since you're the principle there," he explained.

"I know and I'm not planning on separating them if that's what you're thinking and there's no way in hell they're going to Forks High," I scowled "Especially with the Cullens and Isabella there hell no," he explained.

"Trust me I know I wasn't planning on bringing them there anyway," Ben scowled "I honestly don't know why he's insisting to have our little sister and her friends to be in his school when we both know I won't let anything happen to our family again not with his meddling Merlin knows what will happen if that happens," he explained.

I swore under my breath "Damn it I didn't think he found out that quick how the bloody hell did he find out … please tell me you manage to fix the situation though because the last thing we need is anyone in Forks to find out that our little sister and our friends coming to Forks like they did to Isabella," I scowled "We only just found out today," he cried out.

"I honestly wish I knew…and we've been working on this under 2 ½ hours...trust me no one won't find out in fact I managed to arrange a test for Hermione, Ginny, Luna and Neville just to see what their level of education is but, seeing I don't want them separated—if things go well then they'll be attending in LaPush High with Ariel, Aqua, Fred and George—except being a freshman—after hearing what happen from Jay and Cameron not in so many words I wasn't going to take any chances since I know Geo—he'd manipulate anyone to have his way which is why I called an old friend of mine—as he has some unfinished business with the guy," Ben rambled over the story while Toby listened to his brother and whistled at this "Anyway I finally talked to uncle Charlie before we met up a few minutes ago and he told me he took care of that—you know how Mia is when it comes with fishing trips she loves to spend all her time with uncle Charlie just like the rest of us including Sam and the pack who are invited to the trip so I'm sure they'll be acquainted by then—" he explained.

"What about their beds and the furniture? It won't be delivered for another two weeks" I asked titled my head all confuse.

"Uncle Charlie told me that the beds and the rest of the furniture are taken care of with uncle Billy, uncle Harry and aunt Sue's help they should be arriving before Mya, Aqua and Ariel with our friends arrival under a week instead of two weeks I may've persuaded them a bit," Ben explained.

"Well they are our godparents and know people," I pointed out.

"I know which it's a big help now as for Cameron and Jay… I managed to talk to mom and dad they confirmed that Cameron and Jay said was true apparently mum talked to uncle Charlie the day before we found out apparently it was all Hermione's idea that they wanted to start fresh over in Forks, Washington in America no less," Ben sighed pacing back and forth sipping his tea "I just wish I knew what's going on … I feel like mum and dad are holding something back," he explained.

"Really what did mum and dad tell you since I haven't got a chance to talk to them since I've been busy with my side of the plans for their arrival in Wednesday under a week," I explained.

"Dad didn't get into details either since mum was fretting and worried sick over Hermione…although when I asked dad about it he just waved it off after trying to get any details from him but, he's too distraught by the whole thing as if he failed Mya for being their father…that literately broke my heart… whatever happen to Mya it's bad Tobs… so I called uncle Charlie after we hung up asking him if he knew anything. He told me that Hermione, Ariel, Aqua, with their friends are coming to live in Forks so he called uncle Billy, uncle Harry and auntie Sue to help fix the house that mum and dad bought a few years ago so he can keep an eye on mum considering she's expecting the twins and been very discreet with the details about the whole thing as well," he explained.

Toby furrowed his eyebrows deep in thought "So basically dad won't tell us what's going on or uncle Charlie then?" he drifted off causing Ben to slowly nod at this which he pinched his nose in annoyance "Well… at least we know some parts considering we just learned that Ariel, Aqua, and Hermione with their friends are coming here within a week so we have a lot to prepare for their arrival. I'm glad we had some help from our godparents and I'll go call uncle Charlie in my lunch break once I'm done with this see what else he knows… "I drifted off deep into my thoughts then shook that thought out "I just hope we don't bump into our estrange cousin she's more annoying than she was as a kid," he scowled in low tones.

"That makes two of us bro and you haven't missed anything although… I feel bad for Jake poor kid is heartbroken," Ben growled sadden over our friend Billy Black is our godfather so we're quite protective with his kids Rebecca, Rachel and Jacob 'Jake' for short as our siblings but, blood being our cousins they don't know that yet "I just wish we know how to help him," he whispered.

"Me too he doesn't deserve to be with a bitch like our estrange cousin…" I explained.

"No, he really doesn't but, we're still keeping an eye out on Sam and the pack as usual right?" Ben asked.

"Yeah we are," Toby began to say but, before he can continue they were both interrupted by another beep sound coming from the two-sided mirror which left them puzzled so I answered. Apparently it's our youngest sisters Ariel and Aqua who looked tired with lack of sleep "Who could be calling at this hour?" he asked.

"Oh look it's Ariel and Aqua," Ben pointed out.

"Brilliant hold on let me answer it," I pressed answered revealing our sisters Ariel and Aqua "Hello?"

"Toby, can we talk?"

Ben and Toby blinked their eyes dumbly seeing our sisters who looked like hell.

"Ariel is that you where the bloody hell were you? I been trying to call you all weekend since I've been wondering either you were going to call but—" Ben stopped mid-sentence squinted my eyes a bit "Cherry no offense but, … you look rather err… different than usual are you… alright…?" he explained.

Ariel gave a sad smile "I had a bad nightmare but, I'll be fine big brother just haven't been sleeping well…it's been … rather … reckless from the past week…" she murmured looking around nervously until Aqua came into the picture next to her who looked like she's been crying a lot.

"Oh, and thanks for the last-minute warning for letting us know that you guys are coming under a week mind telling us what's that about?" Ben asked sarcastically says.

"It was necessary Benjie trust me," Ariel murmured.

"Did something happen that we don't know about?" I asked.

"Are you and Benjie alone by any chance we need to talk to you both like now," Aqua asked ignoring our question.

"Not until you tell us what the bloody hell is going on?" I blurted out.

Aqua sighed "Look … we'll tell you until you tell us if you guys are alone or not?" she argued back.

"Yes, we're alone why? Wait a minute … where are you guys?"

"Bathroom but, don't worry about who's coming down since it's the Perfect's bathroom,"

"And why are you both in the bathroom…?"

"Will you please focus and forget about the bathroom Toby look I know you guys are probably confuse or wondering why we're coming to Forks with no warning to you both which we want to apologize in advance on that…we haven't talked since last Friday Benjie but, we've been busy from the past weekend well five days so far and been preparing under two weeks although it's been five days feels like two weeks but, we're leaving in Wednesday," Ariel sighed tiredly "And we've been debating either or not we should tell you guys the truth but, will you do us a favor for us first?" she explained.

"I rather you tell us now Ariel?" Ben asked.

"I know but, will you please just do this one favor and we'll tell you afterwards pinky promise," Ariel pleaded at this "Please…"

Ben looked conflicted about to argue but, noticing Ariel and Aqua's eyes were red "I—okay… okay… if we do this favor will you tell us what's going on?" he asked.

"Yes,"

"Okay," Ben sighed tiredly "What's the big favor?"

"We have some documents for you guys to sign under our names before we arrive to Forks so that way it will be already in the school system it's really urgent I just want this to get it done with without no problems for us,"

"What kind of documents and how am I supposed to do that?"

Ariel muttered under her breath where a few documents appeared onto Ben's desk leaving us to gape at them like a fish "There now can you sign the bloody documents?" she hissed at him.

"What exactly am I looking at and how did you do that Ariel?" Ben gawked at this "Since when can you transfer documents without anyone finding out,"

"That's the information for uncle Charlie since he needed our information for our school since he's enrolling us to school he needed some information and everything's all in there," Ariel pointed out pausing for a moment "And I learned a thing or two over the years," she explained.

Ben raised his eyebrow "Riiiight but, I told uncle Charlie that I would take care of the school thing?" he asked.

"I know which is why I'm giving them to you since it needs both your signature yours and Toby's for this to accept eight new students in our school duhh," Aqua pointed out.

Ben and Toby blinked their eyes owlish "Oh… " they both murmured.

"You know… just because Ben and I are … the head principle of the school that doesn't mean we can use the power under our family name to let just anyone inside the school right,"

"Yes, yes, I realize that but, we even told mum and dad that we wanted to enroll to LaPush High and LaPush Jr High when we arrive there not Forks High or other schools since those schools have the biggest gossips and neither of us wanted that we were very pacific on where to enroll school and what not," Ariel argued back "So are you going to sign your names or not since we need both your signatures Benjie so it wouldn't be a problem when we arrive there," she explained.

Toby sighed tiredly "Ben and I been working nonstop from the past 2 ½ hours without warning that our youngest sisters and our friends are arriving under a week without any magic or any explanation which you failed to tell us," he argued back.

"Just do it Toby?! And to hell to bloody magic you are enrolling us into LaPush High and LaPush Jr High now" Aqua hissed at this as she kept blinking her tears away holding her robes tightly "Pleaseeeeeeee we don't want to go in Forks High we rather be enrolled in LaPush High away from the gossip pleaseeeeeeee big brother pleaseeeeeeee," she pleaded, her eyes were red from crying.

Ben and Toby frowned noticed both Ariel and Aqua were crying as it broke his heart to see their sisters this way and felt themselves soften up a bit.

"Okay… okay…we'll sign the papers just… relax… and take a deep breath there's no need to cry over this huh since you still owe us an explanation," Ben explained.

Ben signed his signature then passed the documents towards Toby who did the same then handed the documents to their youngest sisters Ariel and Aqua who took a deep breath to calm them down.

"There… it's all signed now will you please tell us what the bloody hell is going on since we weren't aware that you guys are arriving to Forks to live here no less under a week with no warning until 2 ½ hours from Cameron and Jay calling us about the whole thing?!" Toby exclaimed

'Good thing that we still have the silence charm around the office or that would've been embarrassing. We don't need snoopers to find out,' Ben sighed into his thoughts.

"Thank you…" Aqua voice was hoarse steading her breathing putting the documents inside her book bag "We made copies for you both to use for the transcripts for school it should be there now," she muttered under her breath revealing the transcripts for Hermione, Ginny, Luna, Neville, Fred and George with a distant look .

"Aqua … you're …doing it again," Toby flatly replied.

"Doing what?" Aqua asked ignoring our question.

"Ignoring our question?!" Ben cried out "Why are you guys coming here? I mean a bit of a warning would be nice ya know," he gave a flatly tone.

"I thought you said Jay and Cameron told you guys we're coming in Wednesday next week to Forks 2 ½ hours ago," Ariel asked.

"They did but, they didn't tell us in much details on why you're coming except that something bad happen and kept swearing like a sailor wanting to kill some kid so why don't you indulge us huh since we all know that Cameron doesn't usually cuss that much" Toby explained.

Ariel and Aqua winced at this knowing their brothers being protective.

"I'm—I'm sure it's nothing for you worry about big brother… all you guys need to know is that we're leaving Hogwarts for good to live with uncle Charlie… start fresh … I know it's last minute and no warning to you both along with everything else prepared for us under a week but, I can't be here anymore…"Aqua whispered.

"Why? You love being in Hogwarts you all do since we graduated from that school a few years ago don't you want to graduate from Hogwarts?" Ben asked.

"Of course, I do… but, things changed… I just… I really can't be here?" Aqua murmured.

"What about Cedric or your friends?" Ben cried out.

Aqua closed her eyes sadly looking away steading her breath "Well… it's officially been five days since Cedric and I aren't talking …" she whispered.

"Why aren't you guys talking?" Toby asked noticing her sad tone.

"Because… "

"Because what…?"

"Because we bloody broke up are you happy now," Aqua cried out causing Toby and Ben to jump from her outburst "Sorry... I just… it's a bit … sensitive for me to talk about… as for my friends they'll be fine… I just need to be away for a while… away from the memories… and I want to go home… see Leah and my friends… I miss them," she whispered.

"Break up? Wait what you two broke up why I thought you two are in love…"

"We were and yes… something like that…"

"I'll kill him,"

"Benjie, so not the time,"

"I know but, I warned him not to break your heart,"

"Well he did because we had an argument… and I don't blame him for being angry with me…"

"Why did he break up with you?"

"Because he found out that Mya is our sister… by accident… I assumed that Mya thought Cedric knew about her being our sister… being in Gryffindor … telling him who are were… who we really are being a pureblood family one of the ancient and noble houses known to man from both our parents side of the family and he didn't take the news very well… and he's right… I hide the truth from him… because you know how I don't want anyone to treat us different just because we're purebloods…although I didn't tell him that… and I don't blame him for being angry… we didn't talk since Saturday...so it's been four long days until yesterday we got into another argument and... I rather not get into details if you don't mind" Aqua bowing her head sniffing causing Ariel to hold her close into a comfort hug wiping her tears away "Besides it doesn't even matter anymore… we have a lot on our minds besides our boyfriends being angry with us… so I guess in a way … it's taking a huge toll out of me—us I mean being perfects… we didn't even find out what happen when we talked last week in Friday Benjie when we learned the truth which he's right I haven't been honest with him… and despite everything… I did lie to him… it's just how it is I guess," Aqua explained.

Ben and Toby soften their eyes "I'm sorry Aqua I know how much you loved him…how you meant to each other… he'll get over it..."

"No, he won't…" Aqua sniffed at this blinking her tears and wiped them quickly "He—he made his feelings very clear this morning… he probably hates me…more than he did then yesterday"

"I don't believe that he would ever hate you far from that… I know Cedric in the back of my head there's no way in a million years from now he would ever hate you yes you kept that secret from him among other things but, if he really loves you he'll come back to you Aqua and if not… then maybe it's just not meant to be… just give him a few days to cool off… and what exactly happened in Friday after we talked?"

"Yeah maybe…but, I doubt it" Aqua drifted off lowering her eyes sadly clearing her throat and rapidly changed the subject "Well, you know when you asked us to wonder where Mya was and why she hasn't talk to you both from answering both two-sided mirror or our cell phones even though the electricity doesn't work here?"

"Yeah…. That was barely five days ago… which made me worried when you guys didn't call me back because of it—and Mia never not picked up our phone calls before we always talk around 6-7ish in our time and hers would be in the afternoon around 12? Does that mean you know what's going on with her?"

"Yes… we do…"

"Well what is it since Cam and Jay refused to tell us anything including mum and dad so you two better tell us what the bloody hell is going on now?"

Nobody's P.O.V.

Ariel and Aqua held their breaths looking at each other that Ariel spoke up "You know how Percy is Head Boy giving us crazy schedules instead of just boy and girl—he decided to change it to two boys and two girls? From both perfects patrolling depending on the schedule," she explained.

"Yeah…I remember we always knew you guys would've end up being a Perfect being in Ravenclaw after me, Toby, Jay and Cameron which I have no doubt Mia would do the same and—"Ben drifted off noticing Ariel and Aqua's face expressions realizing something "Toby and I congratulate you thru the two-sided mirror before you went to meet up with mum and dad—you were so happy even Mia was happy for you guys as she couldn't wait to be a Perfect when she's old enough. What does that have to do with Mia?" he explained; he's starting to feel that bad feeling again and he isn't liking it one bit.

"Well that night—Ariel and I were in patrol with Cedric and Jordan sometimes we switch from Slytherins, Hufflepuff, or Gryffindor's—sometimes twice we were so busy that we failed to see that Mya was in trouble—at first I thought she was stressing over homework because she looked paler than usual and had bags under her eyes but, I had no idea…that Mya was in trouble… it was so horrid Benjie…" Aqua explained choked in her tears by covering her mouth that Ariel took over to talk who was trying to be brave holding her hand as she squeezed back.

"Trouble… what do you mean by in trouble…what was so horrid Aqua?" Toby argued back.

"If you just let us finish and it has everything to do with it big brother can I continue please?" Ariel huffed at this "It's a bit annoying being interrupted ya know,"

"Sorry go ahead," Ben murmured.

"Thank you… so during the patrols Aqua and I were patrolling in the east side and I saw a small light from the Astrology Towers so I got curious thinking it might be the older kids trying to sneak out so curiously go the best of me…and Benjie… Toby… if only you guys saw what happen to 'Fire—you would've murdered them," Ariel covered her mouth closing her eyes sadly by holding back a sob "She—'Fire… was in the corner shaking… and when I got a closer look thinking it was someone else but, I saw her…Mya…so I immediately ran to her and she was covered in bruises and cuts everywhere all over her body it was so horrible to watch…" she explained.

"WHAT?!" Ben and Toby exclaimed; Ben nearly fell that Toby caught him in time shaking as if memories came through our mind from primary school it happened before with the bullying we thought they stopped after she went to Hogwarts but, I guess we were wrong.

"Are you telling me she was full of cuts and bruises all over her body… when you found her why didn't you take her to the hospital wing or better yet tell auntie Minnie? And who would hurt our sister …who was it…why didn't you call the teacher on whoever did that to her"

"Yes… it was… it was all over her arms to her neck down to her stomach… she was bullied again except this time it was more physically… much, much worst then in primary school which I thought we were done with bullying from muggles but, I guess you can't really walk away from that kind of stuff… especially bullying considering she was tortured in a horrid way … "Aqua choked in her tears "And Mya told us the last time she told auntie Minnie her friends wouldn't talk to her for weeks due to the fact they've been fighting a lot this past few weeks and even if she did … it would've made things worse at least that's what she claimed anyway. I assume auntie Minnie was too busy with other things to realize it was that horrid to realize it, after they told us what happen we realized we couldn't rely on the teachers anymore because of it and we would've took her to the Hospital Wing but, she was too weak to move so Fred offered to take us to the R.O.R. to talk things through that's when she told us what happen with Ginny who's also one of the victims that happen… after realizing how late it was that's when we had to move them to our secret room in the Ravenclaw Tower that's been in our family for generations for the time being since then," she explained.

"Bloody hell…" Ben began to say running his hand through his hair "Who was it? Who was the one that bullied Mia and Ginny," he explained.

"Who was who?"

"The one who bullied Mia and Ginny that would leave all sorts of cuts, bruises all over her arms and down to her neck to her stomach… who was it…they're both okay right"

[no answer]…

"Guys…"

"Guys … they are okay right…"

"GUYS?!"

Ariel held her breath "Yeah … she's fine… I healed her wounds… at least the ones that I healed both Mia's and Ginny's wounds"

"How bad was it… "

[no answer] …

"Ariel … Aqua… how bad was it … and who was it that did that to them…"

[no answer] …

"I bet it was Malfoy wasn't it! I knew the Malfoy's were bloody gits but, bulling our baby sister that was—that was low even for them," Ben spats pacing back and forth muttering under his breath getting revenge against the Malfoy family "Damn it guys who was it?!" he exclaimed.

"We thought that too—but, it wasn't from Malfoy or the rest of the Slytherins… "Aqua drifted off "But, it wasn't them… Mya and Ginny both confirmed that it wasn't them…"

"Well if it wasn't the Slytherins … then who was it ... it's not in Ravenclaw right because there's no way that house would do that since that's my house when I was a student there?"

"We know Benjie and no sorry…. as far as I know anyway…" Ariel muttered under her breath "Although… they did bully another student who's the same age as Ginny though…but, no they didn't bully Mya…"

"Okay… but, why would they bully their own house … if it wasn't Mya and Ginny then who was it … was it in Hufflepuff?"

"It was one of Mya's friends… Luna… Luna Lovegood she met her through Ginny since they're neighbors and best friends with one another and no …it wasn't Hufflepuff either…this bully is totally different than then the one that Luna was bullied from but, don't worry we took care of that bitch she and her friends won't be bullying her anymore since Luna been staying with us they all were... since it happens"

"Lovegood huh… their a nice family a bit weird but, rather nice and that's good I'm glad they're all staying with wait—" Ben realized it was Gryffindor house was left that his face drained, causing him to stress out than usual "No…no…no way…there's no way…" he was shaking his head "Please don't tell me it's from Gryffindor her own house… no….?" his voice was cracked causing Toby to cut him off.

"Guys …it's not in Gryffindor is it…" Toby voice was cracked "Because that's impossible… Gryffindors don't have bullies there," he whispered.

Ariel and Aqua closed their eyes blinking their tears "How'd you guys know… it was from her own house… believe me I didn't want to believe it either but, it was…" Ariel choked in her tears covering her mouth "Sweet Morgana… this is so hard… I can't even … Aqua you do it… I can't… I'm going to be sick," she cried out as she ran covering her mouth to the toilets which left Aqua to wince at this hearing Ariel throwing up "Oh bloody hell…" she murmured.

"Is she okay?"

"She'll be fine… it's just… really hard…to talk about it … when … sweet Merlin… this is so hard…I can't even say it either…"

"Guys you're scaring us … that was just a lucky guess… and I didn't expect for Ariel to get sick…" Ben began to say whose having a hard time breathing which left Aqua closing her eyes looking away blinking her tears "Aqua…please tell us… are you guys saying that—no—no… Percy wouldn't allow that," his voice was cracked staring at them in disbelief while Ben was covering his mouth with his fist from screaming "Gryffindor's aren't bullies Aqua you probably heard her wrong… no… they wouldn't do that… I know they wouldn't…" he shakes his head in denial as he walked backwards in his chair in defeat "Percy can be a lot of things but, he wouldn't allow bulling in his own house… he wouldn't… his family of siblings are in that house," he cried out in protest.

"Trust me we know…I feel like I failed her guys…. we both do… we didn't even know until we went onto patrols in Friday…" Aqua voice was cracked while Ariel slide down on the bathroom wall closing her eyes blinking her tears away "Georgie and Fred were in shock too when they found out—considering Mya wasn't the only person who was bullied that night… their youngest sister Ginny was also one of the students that were bullied as well—along with Neville and Luna but, that's a different manner and Benjie if you saw what really happened to her it was so horrible…I felt like I couldn't breathe for weeks and when we looked through her clothes you can practically see her ribs as if she hasn't eaten or slept well for weeks…." she explained.

"You didn't fail her... if anything it's our fault," Toby whispered.

"How is your fault you weren't even there"

"For not being there for her... when she needed us...if we weren't so busy with Quidditch practice, with our friends and our boyfriends we would've known that Mia was in trouble… and we couldn't even do that…"

"Guys..."

Toby's P.O.V.

"It's true Benjie…I feel like no matter what I do… it's never good enough to stop them from bullying Mya… why do they always have to bully her she never did anything wrong … if anything it was," Ariel sniffed shaking her head "It wouldn't matter all we know is that… Mya wasn't the only person who got bullied, Ginny, Neville and Luna among other people were also bullied too which is why we're going home… we want to start fresh with the kids…" she explained.

"You're kidding…" Ben cried out in protest.

"No, we're not … Fred and George learned the same as we did," Aqua pointed out.

"How?"

"I don't know we never got a chance to ask but, all we know is that they were in the same room as us when we found Mya,"

Bloody hell? Fred and George's little sister was bullied too from the same bully that was bully our sister" Ben voice was cracked "What about the teachers or even aunt Minnie she wouldn't allow any bullying in Hogwarts wouldn't she? And why weren't they notified by this… and—who the bloody hell would torture our sister and where were you guys when this occurred" he whispered.

Ariel and Aqua paled at this not answer looking away in silence "Well… we didn't even realize she was in trouble… we were so busy … being a Perfect, Quidditch practice, homework while hanging out with our friends and having a boyfriend tends to keep us busy but, I didn't realize it was this bad…" Ariel whispered bowing her head.

"Guys… it wasn't your fault…" Toby whispered.

"Yes, it was," Ariel and Aqua cried out causing them startle by their outburst "If only you saw her Benjie… it's like I couldn't even recognize her…"

"What do you mean…?"

Ariel choked up in her tears "Benjie… do you remember when Mya was bullied in primary school…"

"Yeah…."

"Well it's nearly like that except much worst… she had all sorts of bruises everywhere…it's one of the reasons why we told them to stay with us because we didn't want that to happen again. the only time she sees them are in their classes…I feel like I failed her…"

"Ariel…"

"It's true Toby … I'm a horrible sister…" Ariel choked at this.

"Makes two of us…"

"Guys… you shouldn't be so hard on yourself… I'm sure she doesn't blame you know how Mya is…"

"Yeah we know … she didn't want to burden us with her troubles… it's been like that with her… I can't even… I don't really remember us keeping secrets from each other before… so why start now…"

"Well… things have been changing a lot… you shouldn't be so hard on yourself… at least you know now…"

"Yeah… "

"But, who was it though…"

"Who?"

"The one who bullied Mya remember?"

"….."

"Ariel… Aqua…who was it?"

"…"

"Well why aren't you guys answering? You know who it is don't you… we deserve that much to know who would bully our baby sister as much as you guys," I cried out "Ariel... Aqua... you two are really starting to really scare us ...you better tell us right now before we apparate to the bathroom,"

"Okay…okay… we'll tell you keep your knickers on…" Aqua sighed tiredly with sad eyes "Mya told us that auntie Minnie wouldn't listen to her— "she choked in tears "It didn't even help much towards Professor Snape as he favors the Slytherins—and taking out points for no apparent reason… he's worst then any bully in that school or Professor Flitwick and Professor Sprouts but, they been busy to listen," she spats in anger.

"How does that involve our sister being bullied guys?!" Ben cried out in anger.

"If it wasn't for that bloody bastard Harry wouldn't end up being this evil since Professor Snape been taking out his anger on him since his first day," Aqua snarled.

"I don't care about stupid Snape?! I know he's a bloody git but, he's in our side... I don't know how but, he's a double spy for Dumbledore because he's a stupid bloody Death Eater and that's never going to change" I snarled and took a deep breath to calm down "Are you saying the teachers didn't even—why are you getting mad at Harry he barely did anything and— "he paused for a moment as their sisters grew quiet and felt that uneasy feeling again "Wait Harry… as in Harry Potter, Hermione's best friend since their 1rst year…what are you guys talking about? Why would he be evil … it can't be Harry because he's a good guy he went against 'you know who' which I still don't know how a baby can destroy a dangerous wizard but, that's besides the point—who was it… I know you know guys…we're her brothers we have every right to know what's going on with our sister," he demanded.

"The last time that Mya told auntie Minnie they ended up getting the whole house in Gryffindor against her because of it even Ollie was being a bit of a git when we learned what happen I nearly wanted to scream at him but, the damage was already done and even if she told auntie Minnie it wouldn't do any good… since she's too busy or wouldn't listen just like Professor Flitwick or Professor Sprouts… and don't even get me started with Professor Snape… as if that wasn't bad enough …Mya didn't want to get caught… because they'll know it was her because they're in the same house as her as they used to be best friends since—" Ariel stopped in mid-sentence gasping covering her mouth "Oops… oh bloody hell …there goes my blabber mouth again " she muttered under her breath.

"What— "Ben and I faces drained by her news "A—ar—are you telling me the bully used to be best friends with Mya— "I hoarse; you can tell my voice was cracked "And let's not forget Malfoy I know he's a huge bully against Mya and her friends because if it was him that did this I swear to Merlin I'm going to kill him," he growled.

"We told you it's not Malfoy or his friends... I know he's been bullying Mya and her friends since their first day of Hogwarts but, it's not him... believe if it was Malfoy ... Mya would've told us but, it's not him..." Aqua argued back.

"Then who the hell is it then if it's not Malfoy or any of the Slytherins?!" I exclaimed waving my arms dramatically "Or any of the students from Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw... who would bully and torture our little sister if they're best friends with her?"

"Benjie we just told you," Aqua blurted out.

"No, you didn't,"

"Yes, we did,"

"Then refresh my memory who was it then?"

"Who else would be her best friends besides Sammy, Leah, Bex, Rae, Jake and Seth in Forks…along with us there's only two people in Hogwarts that are her best friends…"

Ben and Toby furrowed his eyebrows "Who?"

"Oh sweet Godric you guys are so slow sometimes" Ariel swore under her breath "It's HARRY AND RON!? They're the ones who tortured and bullied our little sister," she cried out in anger.

"Excuse me what do yo—wait what..." I paled at this after realizing what she just said "What did you just say Ariel….as in Harry Potter and Ron Weasley"

Ariel was practically shaking "Yeah you heard me Toby it was Harry… and Ron… as in Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred and George little brother and older brother to Ginny… Harry Potter and Ron Weasley…best friends with Mya since they saved her from the mountain troll in their first year if it wasn't for Ron she would've died if it wasn't for Ron's stupid mouth the same two people whose been bullying and tortured her for Merlin knows how long… apparently they been … fighting a lot this past few weeks… we had no idea that it was this bad guys .. first it was because of the broom that Harry had on owl mail that Mya thought it could've been dangerous and got it confiscated from auntie Minnie from checking any hexes or anything… they both thought it was completely barbaric that she did that behind Harry's back… when she's only trying to look out for him with Sirius Black on the loose wanting to kill him…she was only thinking of Harry's safety of course they wouldn't think that at all… they didn't talk for weeks… then they made up when Harry went to talk to her… after rethinking what Hagrid told him after scolding them for treating her like that they made up only then they got into another argument except this time it was about Crookshanks and Ron's old rat he claimed and practically blamed Mya's cat for eating his rat Scabbers and how he got away with that I have no idea… since the only pets that are allowed is owls, frogs and a cat yet he got a rat…" she scowled and shivered at this "Until they went to visit Hagrid and found Scabbers hiding … that left Hermione in a foul mood demanding for his apology which didn't work out until later that week when they went to Hogsmeade it's been pretty stressfully for Mya and that's when they things started to be really bad between them…that Harry couldn't even go to Hogsmeade trip because his relatives wouldn't sign the form but, he ended up sneaking away how I have no idea" she explained.

"Bloody hell… "Ben blurted out "What the bloody hell. Why on earth would they bully and torture Mya for? I thought they're best friends?" he cried out in anger.

"Mya is going to kill me but, it's for her own safety… okay look … you remember her friends … Harry Potter and Ron Weasley…"Aqua sobbed after calming down leaving us to nod at this "Well it started last summer when Harry snapped at his estrange aunt from his uncle's side ...from what Mia told us apparently she was taunting Harry's parents that led him angry because his powers were growing out of control that his aunt started to blow up like a balloon and all that," she sniffed wiping her eyes rather quickly.

"Well I would've felt the same way if that scoundrel women were to make fun of our parents too despite how it's far from the truth," I scowled "How is that possible that he came from being the good kid to being evil. It doesn't make any sense guys," he explained.

"I know … Ariel and I were swearing under our breaths when Mya told us this when she got a letter from Ron but, that's not all Harry's uncle sister Marge I think that's her name stated that they died in a car crash which is completely bullocks since they didn't die in a car crash they were murdered from that … monster…" Aqua spats in venom.

"Believe me we know … it's not something anyone talks about but, it's the main topic of the Potter's in England as far as we know…" I murmured.

"We know from what Mia told us was that scoundrel women was taunting Harry about his parents, stating that they died in a car crash among other things "Aqua murmured wiping her eyes rather quickly.

Whooooooo I'm done with this chapter. If you noticed there's a few changes that I thought, I fix especially the errors in each chapter of the story. I decided to skim a few things adding—Hermione's brothers point of view in a way because not only I added Hermione into a big family I wanted them to have a close relationship which they do but, since Ben and Toby been living in America since they graduated Hogwarts they were—being the last ones to learn what's been happening with their little sister Hermione but, anyway don't forget to read and review.
