New School

Blossom POV

I was extremely excited it was going to be our first year of Primary School, I was now at the front door with my bag anxiously waiting for my sisters to get ready, I had been so bored over the winter holiday's if it wasn't for my friends I probably would have gone insane from boredom. I smiled as I saw Buttercup and Bubbles floated down the stairs now wearing their winter clothes like I was due to it still being snowy and freezing cold outside "geez Blossom you must be the only kid in the world who's excited about going to school" Buttercup huffed out.

I ignored her and I looked at Bubbles, I could tell that she was nervous about going to a new school "hey don't worry Bubbles it won't be much different than kindergarten most of our friends are going to be there, especially Boomer" I said and I gave her a nudge in the side making her giggle.

Our dad then came up to us holding our lunch's "here you go sweet hearts" he said and he put them in our bags "I hope you all have a lovely first day of Primary School" he said and he gave Bubbles and I a kiss on the head before pausing at Buttercup "behave yourself" he said and then he gave her a kiss on the head as well.

We then all began heading towards Pokey Oaks Primary School, as we flew I took a deep breath of the clean crisp winter air "ah nothing like crisp air to make you feel alive" I said happily before we arrived at our new school. Some teacher's guided us to where we had to go and soon we were all in the assembly hall, all of the preps were standing up at the front so we could see all of the students at the school. I looked to the sides and saw some familiar faces I saw Robin, Julie, Elmer, Princess, and the Rowdyruff Boys, after a brief introduction the students were sorted out to find out which class they were going to be in. The preps were split up evenly into two classes, naturally my sisters and I were put into a class together, fortunately Robin was in the same class as us where as the others were put into the other class, once we found out where our official class room was I told our new teacher Miss Proudly about the hotline and she said it was fully okay so I plugged it in and put it on a table.

Bubbles POV

I was scared and uncomfortable about this new school, it brought back memories of what happened when we moved to Citiesville "hey Bubbles relax" Blossom said as she rubbed my back

"thanks Blossom" I said and we began listening to the teacher while we all sat on the floor.

"okay kids why don't we start off by introducing our and telling us a bit about yourself, let me start off first I'm Miss Proudly and I'll be your teacher for the rest of the year, I chose to be a teacher because I love children and I love helping them to grow and learn new things, now when I say your name come up and tell us about yourself, first up..." Miss Proudly went through all of kids in the class until finally she came to Blossom "Blossom Utonium" she said Blossom then stood up and floated to the front of the class and landed next to the teacher

"thank you Miss Proudly hello class as you just heard I'm Blossom and I'd like to tell you a bit about myself, first off I am the leader of the superhero team the Powerpuff Girls, my sisters Buttercup, Bubbles and I have committed ourselves to fighting crime and the forces of evil right here in the city of Townsville, as you know Townsville has its share of crime, unfortunately a majority of our time is spent fighting crime. Now for things I like, I like using my super powers especially my ice breath it's gotten me out of some jam's and it has gotten me into trouble regardless my breath is always fresh. Another super power I like is flying, I like flying because it's good for the environment, it's easier than taking the bus and it always sets me up for a dramatic entrance. Some other things I like are reading books and playing dress-up theres nothing like a good relaxing game of dress up after a long day of saving the world. Lastly I also have one special wish that wish is that all of the good stuff we do will inspire the children of the world to follow our lead and feed the home-less, help a child from a third world country, and do all of their homework. So in summary I'm Blossom, I fight crime, I have ice breath and I like to play dress up, thank you... oh and I like pink" Blossom said, everyone in the room was silent until Miss Proudly began clapping

"my word you really are a gifted speaker, you're going to do well in life with that kind of talent" she said and Blossom sat back down.

"okay now Bubbles Utonium" Miss Proudly said and I floated up to the front of the class, I took a deep breath and slowly let it out "hello my name is Bubbles, but I guess you knew that already because Blossom introduced me, well okay so um I like ponies and pretty flowers and fluffy clouds and saving the world from bad guys. Um I also like drawing pretty and cute things oh oh and I also like candy and my friends and my friend Boomer's big soft belly and I like feeding him lots of food as well...oh and my favourite colour is blue" I said happily

"why thank you Bubbles that was very insightful" she said and I went to sit back down "okay lucky last Buttercup Utonium" Miss Proudly said Buttercup then stood up and floated to the front of the class and landed next to the teacher

"yeah I'm Buttercup, I have green eyes a green dress and super powers, the end" she said and was about to head back to her spot when Miss Proudly interrupted her

"uh Buttercup wouldn't you like to tell us anything else?" she asked

I saw Buttercup roll her eyes before sighing "alright, but before I say anything else I'd like to remind everyone that telling people about yourself is a sign of weakness, anyway sometimes on the weekends I like to volunteer at Townsville Prison"

"oh well that's nice" Miss Proudly said happily

"yeah I like to stand outside the gate and hand out knuckle sandwiches to all of the hungry inmates, it gives me a warm feeling like I'm making a difference in the community" Buttercup said making Blossom face palm at that "I also like hanging out with my sisters, I also enjoy beating up that stupid monkey Mojo Jojo and kicking Fuzzy Lumpkins and thrashing that creep Him and squashing the Amoeba Boys and gouging the Gangreen Gang and pummelling Princess and playing dodge ball. I don't like Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, that stupid blowfish monster, Mojo's robots, the Boogie Man-"

Miss Proudly then cut her off by clearing her throat "um Buttercup is there anything ELSE that you'd like to tell us" she asked

"oh yeah what I REALLY don't like is when people see us flying around the town and they say 'hey look there's the Powderpuff Girls' it's POWERPUFF Girls, there's nothing powdery about us, so if any of you wanna-"

Miss Proudly interrupted her again "Buttercup why don't you share something happy with us" Miss Proudly said

"fine, saving the world is cool and everyone should try to do it at least once a day...or at least stay out of our way, thank you very much, the end" Buttercup said

"um take your seat Buttercup" Miss Proudly said and Buttercup headed back to the spot where she was sitting with everyone moving away from her

"way to introduce yourself" Blossom whispered to Buttercup

"yeah I know" Buttercup said back with a grin.

Buttercup POV

I was proud at my introduction, I had sent the message 'don't mess with me or else' across to all of the kids in the class "okay then class now it's time for you to know the school rules" Miss Proudly said and she wrote them down on the black board.

1. We keep our hands, feet, and all objects to ourselves.

2. We raise our hands and wait to be called upon when we want to talk.

3. We walk at all times.

4. We listen and follow directions the first time they are given.

5. We clean up after ourselves and put things back where they belong.

6. We take care of all school property.

7. We work together cooperatively and share.

8. If someone is doing something we do not like, we first ask him or her nicely to stop. If they do not stop, we tell the teacher.

9. We always use kind words- no 'name calling' or using 'put downs.'

The teacher then began splitting the class up by telling us which table we were supposed to sit at once we had been assigned to our certain seats she gave us 10 minutes to interact with each other, unfortunately my sisters and I were placed on separate tables but it was fine it just meant I could make some new friends I guess. I grinned as I saw how nervous 2 out of the 4 of us were "what's the matter, you're not scared of me are you?" I asked they slowly shook their heads in union

"well I'm not scared of you" the boy sitting next to me said, I recognised him as Jeice "oh really, whys that?" I asked

"because I know you won't hurt me" he said

"really and what makes you think I won't hurt you" I said while raising an arm

"because 1. We're in school and 2. You're a superhero so you wouldn't hurt an innocent person" he said proudly.

This kid was starting to get on my nerves "and who's to say that I won't" I asked

"go ahead and punch me in the face" he said

I just looked at him the grin on his face was practically daring me to punch it off. I gave a sigh and lowered my arm, once my arm was down I crossed my arms and huffed out "you just made an enemy for life"

"we'll see" he replied smugly

once the 10 minutes were up Miss Proudly put a small rectangle piece of blank cardboard paper "okay class these will be your name tags that you'll put on the front of your school tub so write your name on them and draw whatever you want on it you can be as creative as you want" she said and we all got to work.

Robin POV

I wrote my name out on the piece of cardboard in different colours and I began drawing red and green apples on it, as I drew Miss Proudly put a shallow brown tub in front of me, I looked around and saw that now everyone had a tub similar to mine in front of them. Miss Proudly then put a roller of tape on each table "ok children once you finished your name plates stick them on to the front of your tub and put all of your books in the tubs, once you've done that bring your tub over here and I'll put it on the rack" she said happily. Once I taped my name plate onto my tub I got my books, which I had labelled, out of my bag and put them into my tub before I carried it over to the rack and slid it into place before heading back to my seat. When everyone had put their tubs into place the bell rang "okay class get your play lunch and remember to put on your coats, mittens, and anything else you used to keep yourself warm" Miss Proudly said, soon we were all dressed up and had our play lunches out "now meet back here when the bell rings again" she said and we all headed outside.

As I exited the classroom I quickly met up with the Powerpuff Girls, then we joined up with the Rowdyruff Boys, Julie, and Elmer, we sat down as a group on a wooden bench that surrounded a tree and began having our play lunch "so how do you guys like Primary School so far?" I asked

"its awesome, Mrs Applebee is very funny and nice" Boomer said with our friends in the other class agreeing

"yeah our teacher is fun too" I said happily with a giggle.

"How did your introductions go?" Bubbles asked

"it went well except when Princess introduced herself, it was like nails on a chalk board" Brick said as he began eating one of his three sub sandwiches he had brought to play lunch.

We all laughed at that "well when Blossom introduced herself I thought she was never going to stop" Buttercup said

"no argument there" Bubbles and I said in union and we all laughed as Blossom pouted.

Buttercup POV

After we had had play lunch we all began playing in the snow, as we played I realised that the Rowdyruff Boys weren't wearing nearly as thick clothing as we were "they aren't you guys cold?" I asked

"nah, all of this fat is keeping us nice and warm" Butch said before he threw a snowball at me.

I ducked and avoided it "ha you missed" I said before I was pelted in the back by a barrage of snow balls

"keep firing!" I heard Blossom shout as I turned around and I began deflecting all of the snow balls back at everyone until they stopped

"ha I win" I said before a massive snowball landed on top of me, I heard Butch laughing above me followed by everyone else laughing around me. I then shot out of the snow ball and began chasing Butch around the school "come back here!" I shouted, after a bit I was amazed "how can you be so fat and quick!" I shouted before we stopped as the bell rang "we'll continue this after class" I said to him and we flew back to class.

When we were back inside the warm class room we all took off our winter clothes and sat back down in our seats "okay class I want you to get out your pencil cases and your English books" Miss Proudly said, she sent us up one table at a time so it didn't get too crowded. Once we had our books she began writing something on the board, she wrote 'I like having fruit for lunch' on the board "okay class this is going to be a writing exercise, I'd like you to write this down on all of the first 10 lines in your book, go" Miss Proudly said and we all began writing it down. For the rest of the class session she wrote different sentences on the black board and we had to keep writing them down until finally the bell rang again signalling that it was lunch time "okay class get all dressed up again and also for lunch there are 2 bells the next bell you'll hear is the half lunch bell and then the bell after that is when you come inside" Miss Proudly said we then grabbed our lunch's and left the class room and we all met up at the same table as before and we had our lunch with our friends.

Brick POV

I was now having 2 litres of chicken soup, 5 beef sandwiches, 5 chicken foot long subs, and five blocks of chocolate, normally all of that wouldn't fit in a small bag like mine but thanks to the Powerpuff Girls dad he had made some mini ring portals that went straight from my bag to where my lunch was on the bench at home. All I had to do was reach into the portal, grab my lunch and pull it through; my brothers also had the same thing in their bags as well, he had made them for us as a thank you for our mum letting him use her lawyer to get 50 million dollars from every company that had made products involving the Powerpuff Girls as well as getting 10% of the profit that every item they make of the Powerpuff Girls sells for so they were now very wealthy.

Anyway I was now stuffing my face with my 3rd chicken sub, having guzzled all of the chicken soup, and eaten all of my beef sandwiches; my brothers had had the same stuff as me, unfortunately my brothers were ahead of me Butch was starting on his 1st block of chocolate and Boomer had just finished his whole lunch. I scowled as Boomer grinned at me, I hated when my brother's beat me at eating we kinda had an unofficial contest going on like who could finish their meal the fastest or who could eat the most and unfortunately I lost every time but I never let it get me down it just means I had to try harder. Once everyone except me had finished lunch they headed off to play, I was about to give a sigh when I noticed that Blossom hadn't left yet "what's the matter Bloss aren't you going to play with the others?" I asked

"nah I thought I'd stay here with you" she said as she sat down next to me and leaned against me before she gave me a happy sigh. Once I had finished eating I looked at Blossom and saw that her eyes were closed, I couldn't tell if she was asleep or awake so I decided to just let her keep using me like a pillow, she sat up with a jolt when the half bell went "hi there sleepy head don't worry that's just the first bell" I said

"oh sorry Brick I must have dozed off, you really are comfy to lie on" she said

"yeah I know come on we've still got half an hour of lunch" I said, I then quickly put my bag back inside before coming back out and Blossom and I went off to play.

Blossom POV

Soon the second bell rang and we all headed back to class, once we were all in class Miss Proudly told us to get out our maths books and pencil cases as she wrote some painfully easy maths equations. Once I was back at my seat I wrote down the problems and answers in my book she then wrote down some more and I wrote them down and answered them just as fast once she was done she wrote down a final equation just as a gag for the class I guessed. She then began asking kids if they knew the answers and to come up and write the answer next to the equation and finally she came to the last equation and now can anyone here tell me what 345x45+56-2033+5= is?"she asked

"I know" I said while raising my hand

"okay then why don't you write it up" she said as she extended a piece of chalk out to me all of the kids except for my sisters and Robin giggled as I floated over to Miss Proudly and took the chalk and wrote after the equals sign '13553'

"that's the answer right" I said

I watched Miss Proudly grab a calculator and typed the equation in "she's right" she said and the whole class went quiet as I sat back down now with a proud smile on my face. Soon the bell rang signalling that school was over for the day, we all got dressed up in our warm clothes and took our bags before we exited the school, we all said goodbye to our friends and we headed home. "So how did you girls like your first day of Primary School" I asked my sisters

"it was great and very fun" Bubbles said

"its school" Buttercup said blankly, I rolled my eyes at that and we continued heading home.
