Chapter 10: fugitive
Shadow: Welcome Readers of all ages to the epic 10th chapter of this story. We must thank all of you who have taken the time to read and taken more time to review this story thus far. This chapter is the true beginning of the epic saga. But before we go into this new chapter we need a brief recap.
Katara: Last time we learned that Danny and I shared a birthday so Jake planed a party so that we would become boyfriend and girlfriend, the plan worked by the way. Once Danny learned that we shared the same birthday he made it his mission to make it the best birthday ever and it was. Danny also ran into one of his old rivals, Katana, whose name sounds a lot like mine. And most importantly at the end of the chapter Danny and I finally kissed.
Dani: You forgot something.
Katara: What?
Jake: I don't know, maybe it was the fact that you spied on Danny while he had no shirt on and completely drooled over his form.
Katara: No I didn't. *Blushes*
Shadow: You know you are a terrible liar.
Katara: Can we continue with the bloody story?

She cried. All she could do was cry at a sick joke that Fate was. Just when she thought her life was finally and truly amazing fate decided to attack. She finally got what she wanted an amazing birthday and an amazing boyfriend but now he was being sentenced to Die.
Katara struggled against the guards that held her back. She screamed. She yelled out hopping her voice would be heard. But her supposed friend just stared ahead as his royal advisor tied a hang rope around Danny's Neck. She couldn't believe the lies coming from his mouth.
"Zuko, you're worse than OZAI! You're a Monster!" Katara yelled. "He's innocent of the lies you accuse him off."
The Fire Lord flinched violently.
"I'm sorry Katara but he's no good." Zuko said quietly before he looked forward. He'd lost a friend this day but he'd protect his Nation and the needs of many outlived the needs of one.

The group of teenagers were finally ready to leave Ba Sing Se. They stayed a few days after Danny and Katara's party but they were needed in the Fire Nation.
Apparently the Fire Nation kept on getting attacked by Rogue Spirits and the Fire Lord was having trouble keeping things in order.
Danny was doing some last minute checks on the Phantom Drive.
"Are you always so focused on your boat that you have no time for your girlfriend?" Katara asked.
"No. I did spend the past few days with you didn't I?" Danny said before he turned around and kissed Katara. "And the Phantom Drive is a ship."
"That is true. You did spend a lot of time with me." Katara said.
"Yeah so you're crying over nothing." Danny said. "And either way I'm captain of this ship so I have to make sure that she's ready for travel."
"I'm pretty sure you've done that multiple times today." Katara said. "So please stop worrying about your ship and watch the sunset with me."
"No problem." Danny said. "But can I choose where we watch the sunset this time?"
"Okay." Katara said.
Danny then grabbed her hand and teleported away.
The two then appeared on the top of a mountain that had a waterfall that lead to the ocean right next to them.
"Wow, you pick the nicest spots you know that?" Katara said.
"Do you think it's good enough for a picnic?" Danny said.
Katara then noticed the picnic blanket and basket that was waiting for them.
"You are probably the best boyfriend in the world." Katara said.
"I know." Danny said with a smile as they sat down.
"You know?" Katara asked as she cuddled next to him. "What happened to the humble boy who didn't want a reward for saving people?"
"I can't be humble all the time. I need to let my cockiness show at times." Danny said. "Either way, I'm humble when it comes to hero business as I don't need a reward to do the right thing."
"You are truly a hero." Katara said.
They then sat in a comfortable silence for a bit as they enjoyed their picnic. But as they sat Danny couldn't help but think that something bad was coming and that this was the calm before the storm. He couldn't help himself but worry about what was coming and how it affected his new friends.

The Next day the Phantom Drive had left Ba Sing Se and set sail for the Fire Nation Capital. The entire ride Danny thought about what it was that was making him nervous. He still had the feeling that something bad was about to start. He made sure that everyone thought nothing was wrong but he could feel it. And that sense of foreboding was increased when they descended over the Fire Nation Capital.
But unknown to the teenage halfa an older halfa watched as his ship slowly landed and was forming a plan.
"If Eclipse is correct then Daniel has lost his memory and that could work to my advantage. As long as he doesn't recognise or remember me then I'm fine." Vlad thought. "I need a plan before he realises who I am but what should I say… Oh yes the truth always seems like a good idea especially when it's stretched to fit my needs."
Vlad crafted his plan carefully and made sure it was fool proof. He saw the Fire Lord walking up to him and decided it was the best time to begin his plan.
"Fire Lord Zuko, I am worried about this flying ship that is descending over your fair city." Vlad said.
"You don't need to worry Vladimir." Zuko said. "I received a messenger Hawk telling me about this unusual arrival."
"I know that sire but that isn't what worries me." Vlad said. "Every time you asked me about the village I came from I merely explained it was too difficult to talk about as it was destroyed. The person who destroyed it is remarkably powerful and he wears the symbol aboard that ship."
"What?" Zuko asked.
"Yes. I fear he might have tricked your friends into thinking he's their ally so that he can come here to kill you and conquer your kingdom." Vlad said. "If he is aboard that ship then I will point him out to you. But I suggest you arrest him on site. He harnessed the abilities of dark spirits. I have something I can give your men to capture him."
"Very well." Zuko said.
Vlad then walked off with a smirk before he fetched his ghost failsafe. He picked up a few gauntlets and gave them to the guards and he explained how to use them.
Vlad then watched as the Ship landed and then a red wisp of hot air escaped his mouth. The older halfa shuddered. He had either felt two very powerful halfas or Daniel's power had increased tremendously since he turned the planet intangible. He just hoped his plan would work.
"Fire Lord Zuko, there he is." Vlad said. "He is the one I was talking about."
Zuko looked at the scrawny teenage boy with ruffled black hair and was shocked; this kid was what destroyed Vlad's village? This kid supposedly harnessed the power of dark spirits. He then remember his first encounter with Aang and how he under estimated him because of his looks. And by the look of sheer fear on his royal advisor's face he knew this teen shouldn't be taken lightly.
"Guards, when I give the order I want you to arrest that criminal in the white and blue clothing." Zuko said.
The young king then watched as his friends walked off the ship and went to great him but he remained focused on the new comer. He was about to give the order when Katara said something that made his job harder.
"Zuko, meet my boyfriend Danny Fenton." Katara said. "He owns this ship and he's the guy I told you about in my letter."
Then for what seemed like hours, but was actually a second, Zuko's brain processed this information. If he gave the order then he would be certain Katara would unleash her anger. And quite frankly Zuko was afraid of Katara's anger. The girl could hold grudges and she was defiantly the most powerful waterbender out there. She might just kill him with a flick of her finger and she had already threatened to kill him on multiple occasions before they became allies.
"Yes, my royal advisor told me about your boyfriend." Zuko said.
"Wait, are you telling me Vlad knows Danny?" Katara asked.
"Yes and based on what he told me I must act immediately." Zuko said. "Guards arrest the boy they call Danny."
The guards then reacted and activated their gauntlets. Glowing green ropes then shot out and wrapped around Danny's arms, torso and legs.
"Zuko what are you doing?" Katara screeched but Zuko didn't answer.
"Daniel James Fenton." Vlad said darkly. "You are under arrest for your crimes against your village, your Nation and the world. You will be kept in custody until you receive a fair trial."
Danny was shocked, the others were shocked, Zuko was calm and Katara looked like she wanted to kill someone.
"What are the charges?" Katara demanded with a growl.
"Murder, genocide, assassination, pirating and attempted hostile takeover of multiple villages as well as the Fire Nation." Vlad said calmly.
"Wait… what?" Danny asked.

Within a few minutes all of them were by the Fire Nation prison as Danny was put into a holding cell. He was still tied up as the cell was reinforced with ectoranium the only material he couldn't phase through.
Katara was ranting, the others were backing her up but they let her do most of the yelling, screaming and trying to claw Vlad's eyes out.
Vlad was inwardly smiling. If this plan went correctly then there'd be no Danny Phantom soon but that wasn't his only problem at the moment. Katara was also a threat and he knew that from the time he had come into this universe a while ago for specific reason. But he'd deal with her so for now he continued to ignore her.
Katara was growing angrier and angrier by the second and wanted answers ASAP.
"Guards make sure he remains here. Use lethal force if he tries to escape." Vlad said as he ignored Katara's rant. "You children can stay as long as you want but I have important matters to discuss with the Fire Lord."
He began to walk away but then Katara snapped. She then grabbed the royal Fire Nation advisor and swung him into the wall with so much force it cracked.
"I've had it with you evading the point Masters." Katara growled. "I want answers and I want them now. Tell me why you prosecuted my boyfriend.
"Uh is you're sister meant to be that strong?" Jake whispered to Sokka.
"No, maybe it's the fact that she's the new moon spirit." Sokka whispered back.
"You will learn of the atrocities your boyfriend committed in his trial." Vlad said before he pushed her off. "Now if you excuse me I have more important things to do and those do not involve socialising with children."
Vlad then walked away.
Katara then growled and punched the wall casing cracks to appear in it before she stormed off. Danny who was watching from his cell would have let his jaw drop if his mouth wasn't gagged by material that was made of the same materials of the ropes that currently bound him.
"Whoa who took the sugar out of Sugar Queen?" Toph asked after a minute of silence.

The next day was the trial. Everyone was sitting in the court house while Danny, now chained up, stood in the lonely accusation corner surrounded by multiple guards. The trial wasn't public and only Fire Nation Nobles and Fire Sages were present alongside the full group Team Avatar and select allies.
Zuko continuously watched the prisoner but then his gaze shifted over to Katara. When Katara saw his gaze she only glared back then sent a stronger glare at Vlad. The temperature in the room literally dropped with her ice cold glare.
Vlad stood calm and collected as he went over his words again. It was what he needed to make sure Danny Phantom was killed and to make sure the trial proceeded as planed he had bribed Judge Ibin-Ra.
When the judge came in Vlad took a deep breath in as he readied his mind to speak out and once he was given the chance he would give the performance of his life trying to persuade the people in this room that one of the most noble people he knew was a murderous monster. All he had to do was tell the truth and so he began.
"Most of you here are all curious as to what an innocent looking teenager is doing surrounded by so many guards standing trial; well I'm here to explain to you that this teenager is no innocent child. He is a monster, an agent of chaos who will stop at nothing to gain what he wants. And what he wants is conquest and blood." Vlad said.
"Excuse me please explain how the very person who saved several world leaders and the entire Earth Kingdom wants nothing but conquest and blood?" Azula spoke up.
"Simple. He only manipulated you. He made you believe that he was your friend so that you could open up to him and let him into your lives. He let you believe that you welcomed him but in truth you were playing right into his hands." Vlad said. "That is what this boy does. This is how my village was destroyed. But before you learn of his betrayal to his people you must learn of the people he came from."
Vlad then cleared his throat.
"One hundred and fourteen years ago when the war started the people of my village didn't want any part of it so we tried to shelter ourselves off from the rest of the world. People from each nation came in to protect themselves and we created our own utopian society that based our knowledge on spirits." Vlad said. "We became advanced and united with the spirits. They brought in new things that we couldn't comprehend at the time."
As Vlad said this Katara began to think about everything Danny had. If what he was saying was true then that would be where Danny got his equipment from. But she doubted his story. She could tell Danny had a pure good heart and that anything that came from this guy's mouth was a lie.
"A few generations later our utopia had a break through when the parents of this… monster gave us new possibilities with spirits. Their break through led to young Daniel James Fenton gaining his abilities. But Daniel was corrupted by power. He wanted more so he went into the spirit world and did something unimaginable. He made a deal with Vaatu." Vlad said. "Vaatu promised him power. He promised that Daniel would be made into the Dark Avatar."
A collective gasp went around the room.
"Daniel snapped at the bait and took his power." Vlad said.
"That's a lie." Katara and Aang said.
"I would be able to feel the power of Vaatu as I have the power of Raava inside me." Aang said. "If he had a dark spirit of such power then the two of us would naturally not get along. We would have met and clashed instantly."
Vlad internally cursed so he came up with a quick solution. "It is unknown if he took the full power of Vaatu. All we know is that he made a deal with Vaatu for power." Vlad said. "Daniel then pretended to be a hero just as he did for you. He was loved by all. He fought dark spirits and ghosts. Some of us even contemplated sharing him with the world to help end the war. But then he turned on us. He attacked. He killed his family, his friends, my family and multiple more. He went on a rampage. Killing and tearing down the city. He even tried to escape during the last year of the war and was successful."
Katara's anger was rising at these false tails.
"He went into the spirit world and attacked. He then used his power to set multiple dark spirits on the world. He attacked the moon spirit…" Vlad was then cut off.
"How would you know this?" Katara asked. "Not even the Waterbenders knew the Moon spirit had chosen a new host."
"We kept in contact with the spirits we were told stories by them." Vlad replied simply. "Spirits claim they saw his symbol floating around the Spirit World on these attacks. So we decided to take drastic action and erase his memory, hoping he would be given a second chance but that was not the case."
Danny was surprised Vlad just admitted he stole Danny's memory. He didn't remember any of the stories that Vlad was telling. It seemed completely wrong.
"He was good momentarily but the dark spirit inside of him caused him to attack once more and this time he killed everyone. I can still remember the look my son had as he died. We decided that it was in our best option to get rid of the problem. We sentenced him to die but that was when he… he killed almost everyone. I was lucky to survive with my life. I watched him laughing over the burning corpses with my last bit of strength I was able to inject a toxin into him that would kill his memories another time before I passed out." Vlad said. "So all I ask is you do the correct thing for this nation and finish the job we started. Sentence Danny Phantom to Death."
At those words the room exploded. Waves of water crashed into the room and circled the only person in who could do such a thing.
"You liar." Katara yelled.
Everyone took notice that her eyes were glowing… yet glowing bright blue and her hands were also glowing with bright blue energy.
Her hair was also changing. Her hair was becoming whiter and whiter until it was snow white just like Danny's, when he's in Phantom form of course. Everyone then noticed a silver crescent moon shape with the Watertribe symbol appearing inside appear on her chest as her clothing changed. Her clothes changed from the Southern Watertribe outfit into legendary skin tight waterbending robes that were made of an ancient material that provided great armour but allowed all manner of flexibility. The outfit was mostly blue but had white gloves and purple shoes alongside a cloak that seemed to me made of water but was solid to the touch.
"I can see that you're lying." Katara said as her eyes continued to glow brighter and brighter. "You are just trying to kill Danny. You are the person who took his memory and probably the one to blame for all these attacks."
She began to float higher and higher into the air as the water around her turned into ice spears.
To say Vlad was terrified was an understatement. This was the most unexpected thing that had happened and right now he was pretty damn scared.
Before anyone reacted one voice rang out.
"Katara stop. Think about your actions and their consequences." Danny said firmly. "Calm down and come back to the clever and logical side of life. This anger isn't you."
Katara then floated back to the ground as her form reverted back to normal.
"Vlad if what you say is true then I accept my fate. If I really killed my family alongside yours and the rest of the city then please end the threat that is Danny Phantom." Danny said.
Everyone became silent.
"Couldn't I take away his bending and allow him to do community service?" Aang asked.
"No, you would not be able to energy bend this child any more than you would a spirit." Vlad said. "He must die and since he has accepted his fate he will die, but Judge it is your final decision that tells us whether or not the child lives with his crimes or dies to protect others."
The judge thought for a while but his choice had been made long before this trial.
"I plead Daniel James Fenton guilty of all charges and sentence him to hang by the neck till dead." The judge said.
"Can I at least have a last request? A final day with Katara?" Danny asked.
"No." Zuko answered. "You have caused too much suffering and misery and must be dealt with as soon as possible. You have already infected people around you with your powers and you pose a risk too great to take chances. So by my decree you will be dead by the end of today so that tomorrow the world is free of your influence."
The rest of team avatar was shocked as Danny was dragged out of the room.
"Katara I know you must think that creature loved you but…" Zuko began but he was cut off.
"That 'creature' you just allowed to be killed without at least trying to hear the truth from him was my boyfriend." Katara growled. "He was a hero that did the correct thing. You can't trust that lying snake you call a royal advisor but you are too naive to see the truth. I guess I was wrong about you, you are just the same as Ozai."
Zuko, Azula, Aang, Sokka, Suki… heck everybody was shocked by what she just said.
"What?" Zuko asked.
"Read my lips, I hate you and I should have left you to die when Azula hit you with lightning." Katara said as tears streamed down her cheeks before she ran out.

Danny walked at the top of the Fire Nation prison with his hands shackled together.
He could faintly hear the sound of Katara crying. She had come to stop this but was being restricted by Zuko's guards Danny's other friends were there also trying to talk Zuko out of this idea but it was proving futile.
Danny saw Vlad standing there with the rope that would mean the end of his life. The teenage halfa walked past Vlad and stood at the edge.
"It's such a shame that such a versatile adversary is leaving this world but in truth it is required." Vlad said as he tied the rope around Danny's neck. "If only you had become my apprentice then none of this would have happened. But I guess that's chess. Now I can use several teenage pawns to topple a king. So Daniel, remember these words as your last. Checkmate."
Danny's eyes then widened as he remembered a series of memories. He saw Vlad turning into a halfa, Vlad attacking him multiple times, Vlad trying to kill his father and marry his mother, Vlad getting his sister and friends to attack him and more images. Vlad wasn't a victim he was an enemy. He was his enemy and that meant.
"Fruit loop." Danny muttered before he changed Vlad's plan. He then swung around and hit Vlad in the face before he snapped the chains on his hands. Danny then grabbed the rope that was hanging off the edge and threw it around Vlad's Neck. Danny then jumped off the building and since the rope around Danny's neck was the same one around Vlad's, the other halfa fell onto the roof of the building. Danny then cut the rope and therefore saving his life before he fell to the ground and landed without any injury.
"Sorry for the run Plasmius but I'm not going down for something I didn't do." Danny said before he took off on a run. The cuffs he had been wearing had inhibited his abilities so he was stuck as Fenton for now but it was no problem. Danny could handle himself pretty well even without his powers.
Guards came to stop him and he used a technique he called Parkour free running to avoid them.
"Gotta hide then clear my name." Danny said before he continued trying to get through.

It had been two days since Danny was supposed to die and since then security had increased. Danny's ship was constantly patrolled by Fire Nation guards and so was the palace.
Katara had been placed under house arrest as Zuko figured Danny would go for her. This made Katara several times angrier at Zuko. She had to be with an escort at all times and what made it worse was that none of the others got this treatment.
Right now she was with her other friends, minus Jake, Azula and Suki in her room as they discussed their favourite halfa.
They were trying to think of where he could possibly be and how they could help prove his innocence.
"From what I saw Danny was ready to die." Katara said. "But something Vlad said caused him to change his mind."
"Do you think he remembered the truth about Vlad?" Sonia asked.
"It could be possible. Danny's always remembering his enemies during the fights. Maybe this was a delayed reaction." Sokka said.
"My one question is why Vlad would even want Danny gone." Aang said. "He looks like a regular person that would hold no grudge against Danny. Everyone else you guys have faced all have spirit powers."
"Maybe he's a halfa like Danny." Toph said nonchalantly.
"That actually seems possible." Katara said. "Skulker said that there were six halfas and he was only allowed to hunt three. I'm one, Danny's one, his family member Danielle is one, Yue is one, Danny told me his friend Sam is one so the last one must be Vlad."
"That's not a good thing." Onji said.
Before their discussion could continue they heard a knock on the door.
Katara opened the door and saw a new Guard standing at the door. He was pretty tall and looked pretty strong. More like an Earth Bender than a Fire Bender.
"Ms Katara. I am your new escort." The guard said. "Fire Lord Zuko requires that you speak to him."
"Tell Zuko that I don't want to talk to him." Katara snapped and was about to slam the door but was stopped by the guard. He looked around to make sure no one was watching and when he was certain he spoke again.
"Zuko really wants to talk to you and I understand why you feel like he's not worth your time but truth be told it's not his fault. He's been manipulated by that Fruit Loop Vlad Plasmius from the beginning." The guard said. "They're currently looking for your boyfriend all over the city but they don't know where he is. I do."
"Wait you do?" Katara asked.
"Yeah he's right under their nose." The guard then removed the helmet revealing the face of Danny Fenton. "They don't even know that one of their new guards was recently knocked out by him and that he is posing as the said guard. Can I come in?"
"Danny…" Katara said with tears of joy in her eyes. She then pulled him inside shut the door and gave him a kiss.
"Ag so oogie." Sokka said but the couple ignored him.
"How did you get here? And what happened to you?" Katara asked.
Danny then shrunk back to his regular size.
"I changed my physiology." Danny said with a shrug. "As for getting here. I stole a guard's armour and used it to sneak in. Vlad suspected that I'd use my abilities to sneak in so he has the entire place ready to pick up ghosts. That's why I'm in my human form. Vlad's a genius but can often times forget little details."
"So what's the plan?" Sokka asked.
"Whoa, am I hearing correctly or is Sokka asking for a plan?" Toph asked.
"Hey I'm good but not as good as Danny." Sokka said.
"Well, all we have to do is expose Vlad. He's the real evil one. He's a halfa like me and Katara. But has two years more experience that the two of us… okay 21 for Katara. He's pretty powerful but I think I'm more powerful." Danny said.
"You think?" Sonia questioned.
"Hey I still don't have my memories but I know what Vlad told us at my trial was a lie." Danny said. "But here's the plan. Vlad is with Zuko right now as they wait for Katara to go and talk to them. And that's what she's going to do."
"Boyfriend, say what now?" Katara asked as she raised an eye brow.
"Hear me out okay." Danny said dryly. "When you arrive you're gonna accuse Plasmius of well… being Plasmius. You're going to accuse him of specific thing I'm going to tell you in a moment. Aang that's where you come in. you are going to keep an air bubble around Zuko as you get rid of all the air in the room. It must be completely unbreathable in there. Toph will seal the doors and I'll keep Vlad from escaping."
"What will that do?" Aang asked.
"In our ghost form we don't need air so Katara, Vlad and I will naturally turn into our ghost forms to protect us from the lack of oxygen." Danny said. "Oh and are those Huntsclan guys that attacked you when Jake arrived still in the prison?"
"Yeah." Aang replied.
"Good. Sokka, Onji and Sonia you're mission is to get those guys out of there as soon as possible and bring them here while I Katara has her chat. Find Jake he'll be able to get you there quickly." Danny said before he handed different people a pair of Fenton Phones so that they'd remain in contact.
"Will this work?" Sokka asked.
"I hope so." Danny said.
"Same here." Katara said as she gave Danny a good luck kiss as well as a just in case this fails and blows up in our face kiss.
Danny then altered his body so that he was taller and looked stronger before he put on the helmet. He then walked out with Katara and towards the throne room. On their way Danny explained to Katara what to say about Vlad.
They walked in. Zuko looked a bit hopeful, as he believed Katara had stared to warm up to him again but one glare from the girl cancelled his suspicions.
"What do you want Zuko?" Katara asked sourly. "Unless this is about you being wrong about Danny then I don't want to hear your sorry excuses."
"Katara I had to do this for the good of the Fire Nation." Zuko said firmly.
"Oh, how would you like it if I sent Guards from the South Pole to hunt and kill Mai?" Katara spat.
Danny could obviously see Katara was still angry.
Zuko was silent and decided to change the subject from his love life. "Katara, I need to know what you know of the ware bouts of the Halfa." Zuko said.
"Zuko I don't know anything and even if I did I wouldn't tell you." Katara said. "And also I'm not sure if you know this but he's not the only Halfa. There are two more in this city, in this room in fact."
"What?" Zuko asked.
"Me." Katara exclaimed that word in such a way that it reminded him of the day they went after her Mother's Killer. "And the snake in this room that you call Vlad but I like to call Plasmius."
Zuko was shocked, he looked to Vlad but he had a similar expression on his face alongside possible nervousness.
Katara then began talking about Plasmius and she kept on accusing Vlad of being the dark halfa.
The two were so shocked that they didn't notice the drop in air pressure nor did they notice an air bubble beginning to appear around Zuko.
They only noticed when it was too late.
"There's another thing I learned since Vlad is a halfa he doesn't need air when he'd a ghost." Katara said.
She Danny and Vlad then felt the air rushing out of the room. All firebending stopped and the sound became muted as without air both things could not exist but neither could humans.
Katara converted to her ghost form and so did Danny. Vlad tried to retain his human body but his body couldn't handle it so he forced into his ghost form.
"Fire Lord Zuko, meet the seriously crazed fruit loop Vlad Plasmius a villain and a constant pain in the ass." Danny said.
"Danny." Katara said as she slapped her boyfriend.
"And if you still don't believe. Take a look at who comes through this door and what they decide to do." Danny said as he shot a few ecto blasts at Vlad before the door opened.
Zuko watched as members of the Huntsclan burst into the room and then they noticed Vlad being attacked by Danny so they decided to attack the teenage halfa.
Danny saw their attacks coming and quickly countered them into Plasmius before he captured Plasmius and the Huntsclan in a net.
"Zuko I'm pretty sure you have heard from Azula how she conquered the Earth Kingdom and how it was before her interference?" Katara asked.
Zuko's eyes widened he looked at his royal advisor. He had been played like a fool and this made him angry beyond reason.
"Katara, Danny. I'm sorry for the way I acted. I should have listened to you. I hope you two can forgive me?" Zuko said as he did a respectful bow, it seems even now he had had things to learn.
"I will admit I was wrong to compare you to Ozai…" Katara said which brought relief to Zuko, "but that doesn't mean you're easily forgiven nor does it mean you will be forgiven any time soon."
Katara then walked out of the room as she reverted back to her human form.
Danny walked up to his captured prisoners and lifted hem.
"I can forgive you no problem." Danny said. "That's what Vlad does. He manipulates all odds to get what he wants. But in this game he's not in charge someone else is pulling the strings."
"Very Perceptive Daniel. Perhaps I've taught you something after all." Vlad said with a smirk as he was led out of the room.
"So what should I do with this traitor?" Zuko asked as he walked alongside Danny.
"I won't allow you to sentence him to the Death Penalty but I don't trust leaving him in any random prison so I'll keep him prisoner aboard the brig of my ship." Danny said.
"That's risky."
The two black haired teens looked forward and saw the others walking towards them.
"I got to agree with Sokka on this one." Toph said. "Keeping your worst enemy so close is risky."
"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer." Danny said. "Vlad is too dangerous to leave anywhere else and…"
Everyone then saw a flash of purple light and then they saw Danny, Aang and Jake fall onto their knees and yell into the air. Danny's eyes were glowing ghostly green, Jake's were glowing red hot red and Aang's were glowing bright white.
"Oh no…" Vlad muttered. "Not now. Clockwork changed it all."
Danny, Jake and Aang then stopped yelling as their eyes went back to normal.
"Guys we have to leave now." Danny said.
"We have to split up and travel to three different locations." Jake said.
"Something's happening and the three of us need to be there ASAP." Aang said.
"What is it?" Sokka asked.
"Were not sure but we know it's important." The three said at once.

In three different areas in the world an anomaly occurred when a purple flash of energy blinded everyone in the near vicinity.
