One year later...
Tali was a senior in high school and she wanted to go to culinary school. She passed her driving test on the third time and Tony and Ziva bought her a car. Tali and Jake would take turns driving to school. AJ was now a freshman in high school. When Jake would drive, AJ wouldn't have to take the bus because they ended up going to Tali's house after school anyway. On the first day of school, Jake picked up Tali and Jake.
"Thanks for taking my brother to school," Tali said.
"It's okay," Jake said. "I don't care," Jake held her hand as he drove.
"I'm so glad that we have baking and English together,"
"Yeah same here," Jake smiled. When they pulled up to school, the three of them got out of the car and they went into the building.
"I'll meet you in baking," Tali said to Jake.
"Okay," Jake said and they kissed. They parted ways and Tali took AJ to his homeroom.
"If you need me, just text me. I'm sure you'll be fine," Tali said to AJ.
"Thanks," AJ smiled.
Tali pointed to the classroom, "Also, this teacher is pretty chill," Tali started to walk away, towards her homeroom. Her homeroom teacher took attendance when everyone was there.
"Tali DiNozzo?"
"Here," Tali said and went back to texting Jake. Tali stood up and walked up to her homeroom teacher, "Can I use the bathroom?"
"Yeah go ahead," Tali nearly ran out of the room with her backpack and she met up with Jake. He was leaning against the wall outside of the bathrooms. "Hey,"
"Hey baby," Jake smiled and leaned down and kissed her. Tali kissed him back and then pulled away.
"We're in school," Tali giggled and blushed.
"So what? We're seniors now. Who cares?" Jake said and placed his hands on her hips. He leaned down and kissed her on the lips.

Ziva was home doing some laundry when Tony walked in. He wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Hey Tony," Ziva said and leaned into him. "I thought you were at work?"
"Yeah. I asked Gibbs if I could come home for lunch but I have to go back," Tony explained. He kissed her cheek and then let her go.
"Wanna skip lunch?"
"Yes,"
"Good," Ziva smiled. She opened her neck up for him and he kissed and sucked her neck. Ziva smiled and turned in his arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him arm on the lips. Tony kissed her back as he held her hips. He pulled away and smiled.
"Are you happy I refrained from picking you up?" Tony asked.
"Yes," Ziva smiled and gave him another kiss. She pulled away slightly. "Let's go to bed," She breathed. Tony grabbed her hand and led her to the bed. Ziva climbed onto the bed and Tony followed in suit. Tony started to kiss her neck as his hand went up her t-shirt. Ziva moaned and rolled them over. Just as she did that, Ziva's phone began to ring. She groaned and picked up her phone. "Hello,"
"Hello, Mrs DiNozzo?"
"This is she. Who is this?"
"This is Edward R. Rooney, dean of students. I'm here with Alexander and we need you to come to the school right now,"
"I'm on my way," Ziva said and hung up the phone. "Sex is going to have to wait. AJ is in trouble at school," Ziva got off of Tony and grabbed her keys and put on her shoes. She drove to the night school and went right to Mr. Rooney's office. She saw AJ sitting outside of his office.
"Mrs. DiNozzo, sit down,"
"Mr. Rooney, why am I here?"
"It seems as though Alexander here, has caused a disturbance in the cafeteria today,"
"Mr. Rooney, it's the first day of school. How much trouble could AJ have caused?"
"It seems that he and the rest of his friends started a food fight but then it got out of control and Alexander started to throw some punches,"
"What?" Ziva was shocked. "My son knows better than to do that sort of thing, Mr. Rooney,"
"Mrs. DiNozzo, we have it on tape,"
"Can I see this tape?" Mr. Rooney turned his computer screen and showed Ziva the tape. "I don't understand; this isn't my son," Ziva said, pointing to the figure on the screen. Mr. Rooney's eyes bugged out of his head and viscously turned the computer towards him. Ziva stood up and walked over to the door. "AJ, get in here," Ziva walked back to the seat she was sitting in and sat down as AJ walked in. He sat in the seat next to his mother as she turned to Mr. Rooney. "Show him the tape," Mr. Rooney did what he was told and showed AJ the tape. AJ looked at it and then his eyebrows started to join together. "What lunch do you have AJ?"
"Third,"
"And Mr. Rooney, what lunch did this occur in?"
"First," Mr. Rooney answered. "You may go,"
Ziva and AJ stood up and walked out of the office. "We have to talk about this later. With your father,"
"But mom, I didn't even do anything wrong?"
"I know but I want him to know why we got interrupted before," Ziva said. "Oh! Also can you give this to Tali?" Ziva handed AJ a ten dollar bill.
"I don't know where she is," just then Tali walked by and AJ noticed her. "Tali," AJ said and she looked at them. Tali walked over to them and have them a questioning look.
"What's going on?"
"We'll talk about it later," Ziva answered. "I have to go but since you wanted to me to give you money for after school, I gave it to AJ to give to you,"
"Thanks mom,"
"Aw you have to have mommy drop off your milk money for you?" Some pretty blond girl said to Tali. Tali looked down and quickly snatched the money out of AJ's hand.
"I'll see you guys later," Tali said and headed to lunch. She found Jake and sat down next to him. He looked at her and nudged her.
"What's wrong?" Jake asked and put his arm around her.
She looked up at him and smiled, "It doesn't matter anymore,"
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. I'm sure," Tali leaned into him and took his clementine. She started to peel it for him because she knew that he couldn't do it.
"Thanks," Jake said as Tali reached into her backpack to get her own lunch.
"You're welcome," Tali smiled and started to eat her lunch.
...
Later that day, when school was over, Tali and Jake went to her house and they went to her room to do English homework. They were sitting on her bed and leaning against the wall. Tali pulled out the book they were reading and she turned to Jake.
"I have a feeling that this book is going to suck,"
"Yeah," Jake said. She started to read the book and Jake did the same thing.
…
"Well that sucked," Jake said. He turned to Tali and she looked back at him. Tali leaned into him and kissed him. She dropped her book on the floor and so did Jake. Jake pushed her down on the bed and Tali wrapped her legs around his waist. Jake pulled away and smiled. "Do you want this?"
"Yeah,"
"I don't have any condoms," Jake said.
"We can do it Friday?" Tali suggested and Jake leaned down and kissed her. Tali lowered her legs as she wrapped her arms around his neck. There was a knock on Tali's door and the two jumped apart.
"Tali, I'm going to go get Sammy,"
"Okay," Tali answered and heard Ziva walk away. Tali looked at Jake and smiled. "I hate when that happens,"
"Yeah," Jake said and Tali moved over to him to sit in his lap. Jake placed his hands on her thighs and she smiled. She leaned down and kissed him. Jake kissed her back but pulled away.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing," Jake smiled. He looked into her eyes and she smiled back at him. "I love you, Tali,"
"I love you too, Jake," Tali smiled. "Do you wanna stay for dinner?"
"I promised my mom that I would be home for dinner,"
"Okay," Tali said and got off of him.
