AN: Hey so this chapter came out a little early this week because I'm going on vacation from the 5th to the 16th! So I won't be updating for a while... Sorry guys hang in there. It's killing me too knowing that I won't be able to update for a while. But don't worry, I'll be back! Don't forget to review and enjoy!

Jellal supported himself against a wall. Sweat dripping from all over his body. The so called remedial therapy he had just received from Erza felt more like some form of medieval torture. He had always been sure of the things Erza was capable of, but after today his thoughts were different. Everyone knew she was a sadistic bitch at times but not to this degree!

He loudly gasped for air trying to regain a somewhat neat composure when Erza walked over to him. The scarlet beauty was completely fine, there wasn't a single drop of sweat or hair out of place. "Don't be getting too exhausted. We still have more training."

"You've gotta be shitting me right now?" His arm came up to wipe his sweaty forehead. "We just finished one torture session and now you want to start another one? Just how malicious are you?"

"Oh not very." She toyed.

"And, why aren't you all sweaty and disgusting as well?"

The knight clicked her tongue ignoring him completely and sat into her hip. "Just go get cleaned up. It's getting late and you have training tomorrow." Erza sauntered up to him and slowly leaned toward his lips. They were millimeters away from touching when the knight gave a light shove to his chest. He cringed with pain. "And don't be late." She breathed and and left the room with her usual sadistic grimace.

Jellal woke with a familiar tinge of pain surging through his muscles as he sat up in his large bed. At this point the discomfort was becoming a daily norm, but he couldn't let this slow him down he thought clutching the sheets between his fingers. Erza made it very clear to him about the consequences of showing up late to his 'therapy'. With those thoughts being enough motivation Jellal quickly got ready. The king let out a few pathetic whimpers as he left his room. Not because he was sore, but because he could only imagine the torture Erza would put him through if he were to show up late.

"Hydrotherapy?" He raised a blue brow as the two stood in front of a large natural pond within the castle courtyards.

The knight shrugged. "It's the only way."

"You're not doing this just to see me shirtless are you?" He asked with no expression.

"No I am not. I'm doing my job. It's not my fault you make it so difficult." She snapped. Jellal let out a small sigh before removing his shirt and sitting on the water bank just before Erza began to read over and mumble to herself the training exercises for today. "Okay." She sighed tugging off her clothes to reveal a simple black swimsuit.

The king tried his best not to look. "E-rza… What are you doing?"

"I'm not just going to jump in wearing my uniform am I?" She reasoned before getting into the water.

Jellal gingerly followed behind her and got in as well, cringing from pain. "Don't push yourself." The scarlet knight sighed as she took his arms in hers and extended them out to the side. Starting the first workout. "The goal here is to press your arms together but keep them as straight as possible while repeating the movement several times. And make sure your arms are in the water." She instructed.

He nodded submissively. The second Jellal started his chest seared with agony, he groaned trying to alleviate the pain. "Damn, this hurts." He whimpered.

"Don't complain, it's only helping you."

"Your encouragement is uncanny." He laughed.

"Whatever. just keep going." She rolled her eyes.

After about twenty minuets of therapy Jellal found himself in the exact state he was yesterday. Exhausted, flustered and still questioning why Erza wasn't sweaty yet, probably because they were in water. "How… are you… not tired.." He gasped.

"Oh please, the exercises I do make the ones we're doing look like child's play" The knight scoffed.

A couple exercises later…

The king's voice whined. "Erza. This is like hell…" He complained running his fingers though drenched blue locks.

"Your not making any sense."

He looked back at her. "You know what I mean. Can we stop now?"

"No, we aren't even close to finishing, and it's going to take even longer if we don't get back on track."

"Please." He asked splashing water in her face playfully with his good arm.

When the water made contact with her skin she wasn't hesitant to shoot him a venomous glare. "Did you just splash me?"

"Yeah…." He chuckled nervously, sinking down into the water.

Erza's eyes gleamed as her calloused palm skimmed across the water splashing him back with a more massive wave. Jellal slowly wiped the the water from his eyes. "You may be the knight, but I am the king." He remarked before the two began a massive water fight. Normally Erza would never engage in such childish activity but this was a matter of strength. She couldn't let him win. As water flew every which way, laughs escaped their lips.

"You're not going to win! You're still injured remember?" Erza playfully yelled closing her eyes tightly.

The king laughed in response. "Don't doubt my abilities!" The shots fired between the two grew more rapid and wild. Jellal felt the pain in his chest grow more intense. He had to find a way to end this water battle without surrendering, and he knew just how to do it. The blue haired king ducked under water and swam over to the vulnerable red head. Once he surfaced he caught Erza's wrist so she would stop splashing. In one quick motion he pulled her into a deep kiss, feverishly meshing their lips together. Erza's eyes shot open at first, but relaxed for a few seconds. Just as Jellal's tongue traced her lips begging for entrance, the knight pulled away.

"We shouldn't be doing this." Erza sighed, trying to hide the scarlet blush that matched her hair.

As much as he wanted to protest, Jellal's respect for Erza wavered his opinion. "Okay… I agree it's pretty risky. Lets just get back to work okay?" She nodded and began instructing as if nothing had happened once again.

Jellal drug himself up on the water bank and lazily rested on his back. His chest heaved causing the water droplets on his skin to cascade down into the grass. "I want to say it's embarrassing that I can't keep up with my own girlfriend, but then again you are a military captain so I'm not worried about it."

"Jellal! Don't just go addressing me like that in public!" She said sharply.

"What, no one can hear us." The king adjusted to sit up and look at her. "We've been together for about a week now, I honestly don't think it matters anymore."

"Yes, it does." She said calmly. "I don't want people believing that I spread my legs just to get this position."

Jellal wanted to argue, but what she said was one hundred percent true. There were people who believed it, and he knew no way to change their minds. If they announced their relationship, not only would her reputation be tainted, but his as well. "I understand." He said pushing on the ground to stand. "I'm going to take a shower."

"You do that." Erza said, he was obviously trying to fluster her.

Jellal stood with a contorted expression as he grasped his chest. "God this hurts." He complained. "Hey… Erza…" He began nervously. "I seriously need a shower… but I'm really sore.. could you…" The kings face flushed.

"You want me to help you shower?" Erza crossed her arms over her chest.

"Please?" His voice laced with pain. "I really need a shower and I don't think I can handle raising my arms up to was my hair again."

This was a tough decision. The captain side of her wanted to say no completely and scold him for even bringing it up. But she was more than just a captain now, the knight was also his girlfriend and even though she didn't eloquently express it, she did care about him. If he was in pain she wanted to help even if that meant sacrificing herself. But what if someone saw? They could be caught and it would be hell trying to explain what they where doing in his shower… But hearing him beg for help seeded her sadistic pleasures. The smartest thing to do would be to say no. "Oh, alright." She agreed. "But I'm not helping you with anything else." She said getting out of the pond.
