Anyways… I am sorry that it is taking so long since to tell the truth *blobsobs* I forgot the plot!

Chapter 10: Which Side
As the steel beams that came raining down stopped from falling down, Hibiki, Io, and Daichi's attention were focused on the thought that Aichi was the one that was caught by the beams because of the shout that came from Alcor which Hibiki searched for the whole vicinity but he was nowhere to be found, also, if something did happen to Aichi then Silky and Tan Lim would have been gone or would have gone willd but then nothing happened to them, worried from what has unfolded the three rushed to where the steel beams are while their demons fend off attackers while they proceeded to continue going to their destination.
"Hinako-san, Keita-kun, are you two alright" Io called but there was no response from the two as they were still shocked from how fast that everything had happened but they can see that they are fine.
Keita was the first to come back to his senses and stood up then shouted "Oi!" trying to call for Aichi, and with this Hinako awoken to her senses and then stood up calling Aichi's name over and over "Aichi-kun? Aichi-kun? Please speak if you can hear us."
A while later a voice said "Move" that can be heard under the pile of steel beams to which they all identified as Alcor's and hearing his voice made them relieve that maybe wait no that Aichi is safe to which they immediately followed and ran away from the steel beam.
When they were all far away from the steel beam a razor-sharp tentacle-like wires came out of the steel beams and sliced all of it in pieces, at that same time while they were torn to pieces the wires threw the pieces onto the enemy demons killing them in the process after when all the pieces were all flown away all over the place they can see Alcor holding Aichi in his arms while the wires are shielding them.
Although Alcor doesn't show his emotion the atmosphere surrounding him is that of rage, Hibiki noticed a fainted Aichi on his arms while Alcor wore an expressionless eyes that seems to have lost all of its newfound warmth or emotions, at that moment Alcor used his wires to kill all of the demons in the area taking out the phones that the summoner uses and leaving them fainted in the process, at that point everyone can say that Alcor was going wild from his rage.
"Alcor stop!" Hibiki shouted again and again, a tentacle even found other hiding traitors from the place and sending them to their current place Hibiki can't figure out what could stop him until "AICHI WAKE UP!" Hibiki shouted with all his might.
After shouting his name Aichi started to wake up slowly, since he hasn't fully recovered, his gaze was straying all over the place and noticed a going wild tentacle like wires going wild at killing demons, he traced the user's wires to find out it was from Alcor, Aichi noticed his enrage atmosphere and it seems that no one was able to stop him and by impulse Aichi gave Alcor an embrace and called his name "Alcor…" to ease his mind to which all of a sudden all of the wires stopped moving.
Alcor, coming back to his senses the emotions from his eyes came back and the enrage atmosphere was gone, upon noticing that Aichi has woken up and is well Alcor returned the embrace "I am glad that you are fine…" all of the wires retracted but it wasn't gone as most of it are still shielding them.
Hibiki was surprised at how Alcor changed at the thought that something bad had happened to Aichi he thought of how Aichi could be able to change him, he was curios why and how but then when.
Alcor let's Aichi down, Alcor held Aichi's cheeks and pulled him for their foreheads to touch while Aichi held the hands that were on his cheeks "Don't ever do reckless things again." Alcor begged Aichi to which Aichi responded with an "I'm sorry" after that Alcor pulled away.
As Alcor pulled away Aichi almost fell but Alcor supported him and let's Aichi sit down on the ground for a moment, at that moment the five hurried to go to Aichi to check up on him while their demons even Aichi's went back then Alcor decided to hides his wires.
"Aichi-kun, are you alright?!" Io was the first one to ask "Are you hurt anywhere?" Io asked.
"N-no… but my head hurts" Aichi said while clutching his head and eyes closed.
"Maybe it was from the impact." Io speculated "Let's go check you out at the Headquarters just to be sure" Io supported Aichi up.
"We'll call people from JP's to ask for a vehicle and help on taking in the traitors" Hinako said then rapidly tapped her phone to go and contact JP's then turned around and started speaking on the other line.
Keita approached Aichi and Io "You" Although Aichi didn't understand who was he referring to but he could feel that it was him in a sense, so he responded to his call by turning towards him "How did you know that we were going to be crushed by those steel beams?" Keita asked, thinking back on what happened on the incident and how he executed his words was that he demanded an immediate answer but Aichi was too weak to answer.
"I don't think he can answer you right now Keita-kun" Io said looking at Aichi's condition "Wait, Aichi-kun" Io felt Aichi's temperature and hastily held his forehead "You have a fever." When Io found out Aichi lost his consciousness where Alcor reached for him and offered Io for him to carry Aichi to which she agreed and lets him carry him in his arms once again.
"We need to go back fast, Keita-kun, Hinako-san were you injured?" Io said trying to check up on Keita to which he lets her while Hinako finished up talking on the phone.
"They said to wait outside since they are already near here" but then while going back to the group she saw a sleeping Aichi once again on Alcor's arms "What happened?!" she said as she hurries to Aichi and Alcor.
"He caught a fever, but I think he already has it and this just made it worse." Io explained and approached Hinako who finished up checking Keita.
"It's our fault" Hinako leaned closer to Aichi "I'm sorry" then she checks his temperature to which made her sigh "I will head out and wait while everyone gather up the traitors" everyone agreed and followed Hinako's instruction while Alcor protects the sick Aichi.
~Osaka JP's HQ~
Upon coming back from their mission everyone gathered around an unconscious Aichi in the infirmary.
"How is he Otome-san" Io was the first to ask.
"I see no injury, but I don't think it's the impact of the steel beams that gave him the headache, I think it was because of his fever" Otome speculated, Otome Yanagiya, a young woman with dirty blond hair and light yellow eyes. She wears a pink nurse uniform dress with a slightly open lab coat, white tights, and white slippers. "Let me check up on him more and we'll see" Otome smiled to assure the group, after being assured the group headed to the meeting room to report to Yamato.
Upon entering back to the meeting place Yamato was already there at the said room "Yamato?!" Hibiki said in surprise it was understandable since a while ago he was in front of the screen monitor but now he is here on the flesh, which made the group confused at why he was here.
Yamato smirked thinking what is in their heads "I am the chief am I not, of course when it comes to this kind of matters I should do something about it and make things right, am I not correct" he finished then sat on the chair in front of him while the others did the same except Alcor and Keita.
"Now first things first I wanted to say congratulations at seizing the traitors, but it seems you had help" Yamato smirked at Alcor who followed them inside the meeting room. "Although something unfortunate almost happened and I wanted to thank Sendou on preventing that" Yamato closed his eyes for a moment "Did you help him, Alcor?" Alcor smiled at Yamato's remark.
"You are wrong Yamato" Alcor answered back while smiling back at him.
"Oh what ever do you mean by that" He opened his eyes and was glaring at Alcor "Are you not the holder of the Akashic Records" Yamato was trying to get answers once again from Alcor although he knows word play won't work for him.
"It was Aichi himself" Alcor did not hide the fact that Aichi was the one who was able to figure out the incident but he only just said that it was him but didn't say how he was able to.
"I knew it" Keita was the first to speak on the group which made all of them turn to him except Yamato.
"What do you mean Keita-kun?" Hinako said a little surprised and confused at his claim.
Keita answers Hinako's question "He knew the fact that we were going to be crushed by that steel beams" everyone gasped at what Keita had said then tried to recall what happened to fully explain "From the place he was originally standing, it was impossible to be able to help us from afar since the interval of the drop of the bolt would take him time and we would have been crushed at that moment, but then at that time, he was already there and pushed us away of the dropping point" Keita fidgets at his phone looking at Nicaea's video clips "It's as if he can predict the future if you ask me."
At Keita's deduction, Alcor's smile wore off since he didn't want it to be out so early but he didn't think he would say it aloud, truly when Aichi is involved everything changes, people with potential that can help change the future, his expression didn't go past Yamato who chuckled at the idea that it may be true or that it is really true "I knew that you were only following him because he was useful to you." Yamato thought that he found the truth or did he, although he is convinced that he is only using him.
Alcor's face turned sour at his comment "You are mistaken Yamato" although his claim were neither true nor false about the fact that he is following Aichi the true reason was to watch him get stronger and fulfill his promise to never leave his side again.
Everyone in the whole room fell silent as the rooms' atmosphere gets heavier, Yamato places the back of his hands to his chin and then continued "If that is so then Alcor tell us, with your reaction from our past meeting about the late arrival of Nicaea's death clip you were hinting something about Sendou and Wakui's deduction that seems like Sendou can see the future, you yourself can see and do something about it yet you let Sendou do things his way, isn't that enough that you were following him around because you were also testing him and nurturing him as your pawn." Yamato says all of this with full evidence and past events.
"People with potential can change the course of what is already written in their story and Aichi is the same, it is true that I saw potential in him, but… I did not help him to use him, but to help nurture him to use those hidden potential" Alcor answer then he added "I don't think I will make another judgment that will turn out to be a defect" he smiled and glared at Yamato trying to intimidate him but Yamato seems unfazed although it seems that it would take forever something caught their attention and stopped.
~Osaka JP's HQ Infirmary~
Around the same time before the others left the infirmary Otome had finished checking up Aichi and is getting the right medications for him to drink, when he slowly wakes up from his sleep that surprised him at the voices that he can hear but still a little hazy so he cannot seem to understand what they were talking about.
"I can see that the master is awake" a male voice that speaks in a polite and formal tone said "His excellency will be thrilled" a female with an energetic tone said upon hearing the unfamiliar voices, when Aichi had come to he searched around the room to find no one and feeling his body temperature he thought that maybe it was his fever playing on him and decided to close his eyes once again.
"I see that he is looking for us" The female chuckled at Aichi to which he hastily opened his eyes once again and searched for the owner of the voice but again to no avail.
The male sighed "Perhaps you can look at your phone to see" the male explained and as hinted by the male voice Aichi slowly reached for his phone to be surprised by the two Tico's "Eh?!" was all Aichi could say as he cannot think out how there are two people inside or in this case two Artificial Intelligence.
"Finally" the female chimed "Hello Aichi-kyun we are both Tico nice to meet you." She smiled and got closer to the screen when introducing herself or the both of them Aichi inwardly repeated the nickname kyun that the female Tico had said..
"Tico…" Aichi said making the two respond to him both, Aichi thinking this can cause confusion so he thought of a way "Since you are both Tico, to differentiate you two, is it alright if I call you Tico nee and Tico nii?" to which the two understood and nodded in agreement.
"Since the master is awake, we should tell His Excellency" the male Tico hinted to the female Tico but at the word master, Aichi felt a little uncomfortable.
"Tico nii…" Aichi called the male Tico to which he turned to him and listened "Can you not call me master please?"
"I see that you are uncomfortable, then might I call you in your name then but with an honorific?" Aichi nodded in agreement and felt his head hurt a little "I'm going to take a rest once again." Aichi excused himself and then placed his phone near his ear.
~At the meeting place~
"Your Excellency" both the female and male Tico called Alcor that made everyone look at him more intensely "He has woken up and is getting the right medications" the female Tico started "but it seems he is still feeling ill so he decided to take a rest once again" the male Tico finished to finish their sentence.
"I see, thank you" Alcor smiled at hearing that Aichi is stable but then there is a matter at hand "Might I add that I am not the only one who seeks for assistance of others" Alcor added to his last claim on Yamato to which they both need strength of powerful pawns or tools, although he doesn't see them as tools, he sees them as the beloved people that he wanted to help and raised while Yamato sees them as chess pieces that will execute all his plans according to what he wishes to.
Hibiki sighed at the two "The enemy is not each other so can you please stop" Hibiki tried to stop the fight but then he noticed something "Although I can't help notice that you both want Aichi on your side but, I won't let you use him as to how I don't plan to get used" He glares at Yamato "but I will let you help him to both his and our sake" he smiles at Alcor.
Knowing the two he knows them both really well, Yamato wants Aichi as his pawn same as how he used them in the past and then Alcor who really just wants to help humans to succeed and helps them although with little knowledge of humans even though he claims to have watch over humans for a very long time.
"To be honest I think that you guys are just wasting time" Fumi said on the other side "Why don't you just see who he chooses in the end or see if he chooses neither or let's see whether you like it or not he will choose both." Fumi bluntly said, a little tired and annoyed at the conversation the two made as the meeting seems to get longer with the two starting to fight and their opinions clashes.
"Very well" Yamato smiled and thought of an idea "Let's see who he will side in the end" hearing this Hibiki became sure that he does want to use Aichi as a pawn to which he need to think of a way to prevent it as to how he manage to himself Although he has confidence that Aichi will not choose power.
"Yamato, can you enlighten us on what the said traitors did?" Hibiki was the first to ask the question as to how they became labeled as traitor also he need not ask him about why he asked them for help as he know the answer already.
Yamato crossed his arms and puts a sour expression on his face "I knew that one day some may be idiotic enough to leave but I didn't think that it would be that many at once also thinking that they would something like that, additionaly, I don't think it has something to do with him." Yamato himself was puzzled at how the traitors were able to pull off what they did "They were able to steal JP's specialized phones and head off with some important supplies." He closed his eyes and sighed "Although I didn't think they were able to go away with the phones but they didn't with the supplies yet." He opens his eyes to hint that he is finished with his explanation.
"So what will happen to the apprehended traitors" Io asked worried about the said traitors.
"They will be sentenced to imprisonment but for now they are for debriefing" Yamato explained "Hopefully we could get some information from those idiots but for now we shall wait." Yamato stood up from his seat "Now let's get this matter at hand to its end" Yamato smiled and the meeting continues on.
~Infirmary~
After Aichi taking the medication, he was advised by Otome to call his mom that he cannot go back since it is already late and that he caught a fever, after explaining Aichi handed the phone to Otome to let her take care of the rest and as advised by Otome, he needs to sleep of the fever and see if he will be able to recover. After a while he hears voices from where he is and slowly opens his eyes.
"Oh no, we woke him up" A female voice said but since he was still a little sleepy, he can't seem to make up and recall who is the owner of the voice but then when he finally opened his eyes, he noticed that, Hibiki is standing with Daichi and Keita, while Io and Hinako is with Otome sitting down on a sofa and noticed that Alcor was looking at him with a worried expression who is sitting from a chair near him.
Upon noticing that Aichi has woken up and seems to notice him Alcor raises his hands and caresses his head and asked "How are you feeling?" And because of this action Otome who doesn't know about their relationship was the most surprised, welp to be honest all of them doesn't understand their relationship but it was certainly new to them but not Hibiki, while Hinako and Keita seemed a little suspicious of how close the two where and how they talk about it in the meeting made them more curious, well, all of them are, while Io and Hibiki smiled Daichi was still confused since he was uncomfortable with Alcor.
Aichi felt Alcor's hands as calming and warm that eased his tensions a little "I'm fine" which made the group smile and feel at ease, upon hearing that, Otome stood up from her seat and headed to Aichi bringing out a thermometer and then checks his temperature to which she smiled "Good news Aichi, your fever has come down" Aichi smiled at the news that made everyone more relax.
"So what are your plans for tomorrow?" Hinako asked with a smile who hastily stood up from her seat.
"You aren't going to give them a tour right?" Keita said with an annoyed expression already knowing what she would say next.
"Of course I am how did you know?" Hinako looked like she was surprised but then changed into a smile.
Keita, knowing what is coming upon him tries to decline the offer he knew Hinako is going to give "I'm not joi-"
To which he was already stopped by Hinako "And you are coming with us" Hinako patted Keita's shoulder that has a meaning that he cannot say no to what she says.
"Alright it's decided!" Hinako decided by herself that they will go on tour tomorrow although it's not a problem to the majority of people inside, but the problem is about Aichi, although he is doing fine he can't just go.
"But Hinako…" Otome tried to stop Hinako from her ideas "It's alright we won't push Aichi, besides it's not always that he can come here" Hinako winked her eyes to the laying Aichi who is surprised and is happy to have met people like them.
"It's alright Hinako-san, I will come back next Saturday or even Friday" Aichi smiled reassuring Hinako.
Hinako sighed in defeat "Alright" to which Keita was thankful and can make an excuse if that happens "So Keita, make sure you don't have anything on that day alright" so in the end he isn't still safe.
Everyone chatted until everyone got tired and decided to rest on their own temporary rooms in the JP's HQ while Alcor stayed at Aichi's side who kept on watching him over the night and waited for morning to come.
Outro: to be honest…. I am a little mental blocked that is why it is mostly all about talking and stuff XD so I apologize for this boring chapter. Anyways I hope I can think of something but I really won't forget this story so don't worry, just lost the plot
