Chapter 10

Kim POV

"Okay Jack has changed so much since you have come to this school, Kim. It's insane." Grace said in awe.

"Yup. Maybe I just have that impact on people." I said confidently and flipped my hair for dramatic effect.

While we were walking, Jack was running straight towards me. Once he got to me he crashed his lips against mine, and broke off for a second to tell me something, and then continued kissing me.

WHAT THE HECK?! He is so confusing.

When he broke off for that one second, he said, "I'll explain later, just go with it."

To be honest, I think he just wanted to kiss me.

After a few seconds, Grace cleared her throat and said,

"Well as much as I enjoy watching you guys practically eat each other, NOT. Kim and I were discussing something really important so, uh."

Jack broke off from the kiss, finally, and stuck his tongue out at Grace. Then he gave me one last peck on the lips and ran back in the same direction he came from.

As much as I hate him, I am addicted to his kisses.

Wow. I never thought I would ever say that. I am addicted to Jack Brewer's kisses. Jack. Jack Brewer, the baddest boy in school. I still didn't even fully comprehend it.

Pretty soon, the bell rang and if was time for first period. I went straight to my seat, in front of Jack.

As I sat down he got up and put his chin in the crook of my neck.

"Hey Kimmy." He said.

I rolled my eyes.

"So do you wanna explain why you spontaneously kissed me?" I asked.

"No, I think I am good." He responded.

"Uh, well no you are not. You promised me you would tell me."

"I didn't promise anything."

"Uh, yeah you kind of did." I said in frustration.

"Whatever. It doesn't even matter anymore."

"You know what Jack? You don't even matter anymore. Just leave me alone." With that I shoved his head off of my shoulder.

To say I was mad is an understatement. I wasn't going to fall for Jack's dumb games.

Line Break at school

Jack POV

Okay, I don't need Kim. She is getting on my nerves. She has been ignoring me all day.

Whatever. She is just some dumb girl anyway. I don't need her. I don't need anyone.

I was standing with Jerry and Grace, even though I knew that Kim would be coming soon.

I was right. She came over to our group and sat next to Grace, the farthest seat away from me.

"Hey Grace, Jerry. Do you want to come over to do homework at my place tonight?"

"Yeah sure. Sounds fun Kimsters." Jerry replied.

Grace smiled and started jumping up and down excitedly. She has been wayyyy to perky ever since she started dating Jerry.

I guess he makes her happy. It's sweet, but really nauseating.

Kim didn't talk to me all day, or even make eye contact with me. She was really mad. Whatever, I am not the one to apologize anyway.

Line Break at Kim's house

Kim POV

I was setting up some snacks for Jerry and Grace, when I heard the doorbell ring.

To my surprise and utter disgust, they brought along Jack.

Why does he have to get involved in my life! He is so annoying! Ugh! Oh great I sound like a whiny five-year-old.

"What are you doing here?" I snapped at Jack.

"Uh, I came to do 'homework,' duh." He said, trying to sound smart.

"You know what, I will save myself from arguing. It's a waste of time." I said loudly.

Right as I turned around, Jack wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me towards him.

"Look Kim. I am not as bad a guy as you think I am. I would appreciate it if you could cut the attitude." He whispered.

I was so angry, I elbowed him in the gut. It looked as if he hadn't even been touched. I tried elbowing him again, but it didn't work.

He was really strong, I'll give you that.

"Just let go Jack."

"No. Not unless you be nice to me again."

"No. Never gonna happen."

"Well, I guess we will be staying like this forever."

I was super ticked off. I managed to turn my self around so that we were face to face. It was much worse. I didn't realize how close we were.

He still had his arms around my waist, making it all the more awkward.

"Jack, please, please, PLEASE. JUST FREAKIN LET GO!"

"Now what fun would that be?" He said leaning towards me even more.

His face was now super close to my mine and I hated it.

"Look Kim, I like you. Just admit that you like me too."

"Ew gross, NO!"

"Really? So every time I kiss you, you don't like it?"

"Of course not. Not even the slightest bit." That was a lie. I hated him, but I loved his kisses.

"Mmhmm sure." With that he started kissing my face, on my cheek, on the tip of my nose, on my forehead.

I wanted to get out of his grip so badly.

So I did the one thing a five-year-old would do.

I screamed. I screamed as loud as I could. I wanted Jerry and Grace to at least hear me so that they could get me out of this.

"Kim! What's wrong!" Grace ran in frantically.

"What is going on?" Jerry asked in a concerning tone.

Once Grace saw, her eyes widened and she tried to pry Jack off of me.

Jerry wasn't helping because he approved. He knew that Jack liked me and he wanted us to date. That was never, EVER going to happen.

I needed to find a way for Jack to leave me alone. This time, it would have to actually work.

You just wait, Jack. You just wait.

Okay guys there is my chapter. I know it's probably a little boring. I kind of ran out of ideas for this chapter. I will be updating more often during the summer. I hope you guys keep reading my stories and reviewing! Love you all! Keep reviewing!
