Okay I am SO SO SO SORRY that I have not undated in so long. The world got to me I'm sure you all get that but here you are. Okay there are things in the chapter that I did change and did follow the books by please bare with me and again this is not edited. Please I know I don't deserve it but please review you are all great!

Chapter 10 (Harry's POV)

Everyone was still at the table. Mrs Weasley was making dinner and everyone were in there own little conversations. Remus still haven't said anything and was just stare down at his empty plate in front of him.

"Sirius, Thank you for what you said but I don't have to stay here. I can go back to the Perkins" Ginny started but before Sirius said anything I jumped in.

" Gin, what did I promise you before we came down. I said that I will not let you go back there and I will keep to that." I said

" Yeah I'm not having you go back to there no matter what Dumbledore or your father here say" said Sirius who looked over at Remus. He finally looked up from he plate.

"Do you really thing I would let her go back there after everything I heard. No your lucky I haven't gone over there and kill that family yet." He said.

"But what about school. I start back in September" she said.

"And you will go, I know there is a school not to far from here that you can go to. I think It's called Smeltings I heard it's a good school." he said as Mrs Weasley had just put down the food and people were now digging in. But Ginny and I froze at the name. We both knew the school in question well because both of our cousins go there.

"Smeltings, she can't go there" I say. Sirius and Remus just looked at me in question.

"Why not pup I hear It's a great school." Said Sirius

"Because both of our cousins go there they have since I was 10." Ginny said. Remus and Sirius just looked at each other in pain.

"Were sorry guys but that's the only school in the area that you could possibly attend." said Sirius. I looked over at Ginny to see if she would be okay with this but she was looking down at her plate. She said in a small voice.

" It's fine I'll go." she said I looked at Sirius and he looked sad. Remus looked pained. I just went and ate my dinner.

After dinner Mrs Weasley had us all help with cleaning the house I was in a room with Hermione and Ron cleaning.

"WOW lot of stuff going on huh and they still haven't said anything about what going to happen about you and your exploitation." said Hermione.

"Oh thanks for reminding me Hermione, not that I don't need anymore stress huh." I said. She looked at me in unapologetic way.

"Sorry but don't you want to know whats going to happen" She asked.

"Hermione course I do but I have bigger things to deal with." I said and went back to dusting the shelves.

"Yeah question about that, so are you and Ginny together" asked Ron from across the room. I turn to look at him.

"What do you mean together." I asked.

"Oh come on Harry, they way you look at her and you put your arm around her and always making sure she okay. I just seems to me that something more is going on. So are you dating her or what." said Ron. Hermione look shocked at Ron.

"Whoa and I thought you had the emotional rage of a teaspoon."she said and I laugh at that.

" No nothings going on between her and me. It's just, I've know her since I was a child and she been my best friend and her and I been though everything together." I said I was at a lost for words to describe Ginny. That's when the door opened and Mr Weasley came in.

"Harry, could I talk to you down stairs please."He asked and I nodded and fallowed him down to the kitchen where Sirius and Remus were also there. I sat down next to Sirius.

"We wanted to talk about what happened yesterday with the dementors." said Mr Weasley who went and sat with Remus across from me.

"Okay whats going to happen. Mad-eye said I wasn't going to be expelled yet." I asked Remus spoke up at this.

"Yes, Dumbledore has been able to get you a trail at the Ministry on August 12th. But we want to know what happen." He asked and I told them the story of who Ginny and I were at the park then our cousins came, the sky went dark, we ran, Dementors came, Stag and Doe came, then we went home.

" Okay there's really nothing you can do now. Just tell them that story but don't say anything about Ginny's doe and that should be okay." said Sirius.

"I'm just amazed that Ginny was able to help at all" Mr Weasley said.

" Yeah I just told her to think of something Happy and she grabbed my arm and there was the doe and I didn't know you could produce more magic if you held on to someone." I said

"Well that's the thing people can't. And the fact that Ginny produced something is something different." said Remus. " I mean with no magical training whatsoever she should not even produce any mist let alone a doe."

"Well that's Ginny for ya. When we were kids she did a lot of things. Thinking back on it now she was more powerful then me." I said. Remus looked shocked and in aw of this.

"Wow she's just like her mother she is." said Sirius. Remus looked at him with a sight smile on his face at this. "Looks like her to."

"Yeah I saw a picture of her the day Ginny was born." I said, Remus looked at me in question. "She found a picture in the attic of her aunts house last summer. She showed me when she saw the picture I had of my parents wedding day." I say Remus nodded.

"She had a rough life hasn't she." he asked. I looked down at the table.

"She has, I knew that she was beaten but I never knew about the rape and trust me when I say the next time I see Peers and Dudley I'm going to hurt them." I say in a voice that they could tell I mean every word I say. " I feel so sorry for leaving her there and going to school. But she wont even let me feel bad. She says that if she had the chance she would have taken it, but I can't help but feel bad you know." I say. Sirius put his arm on my hand in a conformity matter.

"Pup, the thing you need to know about girls is that they will never let you feel bad about anything. Trust me your father and Remus spent so much time learning that." he said, Remus just started to laugh and nod.

"Oh yeah, Lily and Meliena never let us do anything of the sort. I beat you anything that Ginny has inherit that from her mother, and her god mother no doubt." said Remus.

"Wait, god mother?" I said Remus and Sirius just smiled.

"Yeah Lily was Ginny's god mother and James was her god father." said Sirius. "Your parents wanted to take Ginny in but Remus here told them that she was going in Dumbledore hands, said she was safe going with him." he said. Remus looked sad at this.

"I shouldn't have done that, I should have just listen to them and gave her to them." he said looking mad.

"But think about it now, if you gave her to my mum and dad she could very well be dead right now. She could have died that night along with my parents." I said they just looked at me with pity, that's when we heard a scream coming from the other room.
