Chapter10

"I'm so tired" the dragon slayer stretched his arm above his head as he yawned feeling the pain all over his body. He looked out from the train's window seeing the crowd in the station. 'It's been awhile for not feeling this exhaustion' Natsu thought as he put his hand on his chest resting his elbow in the window.

"See" the blonde Lucy started. "I'm not the only one tired here, you feels tired too" Lucy said puffing her cheeks. "You don't really know when you stop, Natsu!" Natsu looked at her from the corner of his eyes.

"Whose rent do you think we are doing it for?" He asked. raising a brow meeting his eyes with hers.

"Yes, but-" before she could continue the sentence he cut her off.

"No buts you have to bear it". The three mages Natsu, Lucy and Happy were in the train heading to do another job for having fun like Natsu wants and for paying rent like Lucy wants. And about Happy, he just wants to eat fish. They had just rid the train that's why Natsu's mood was still good because he didn't get the motion sickness of his yet. He looked at the outside again. Then he heard the blonde cough to clear her throat.

"I think you really became stronger, ne?" Lucy said gesturing the words to the salamander. Natsu looked at her. "You know the last mission we had together and you suddenly fought with all your might" she stared at him.

"Ah, yeah I think so too" Natsu looked at his own hand "I feel it inside me" his eyes widened of what he just said. Not astounded of having a power like that but astounded of being to catch up with his old power this quick.

"Stronger or..?" Lucy asked trying to tell him what she wants to say in another way that may not hurt his feelings. Natsu smiled at her question.

"I caught up but... I want to surpass my old limt" the pink haired guy said the last sentence while looking out from the window. Suddenly the train started moving then his face turned blue as he started vomiting.

Three days have passed after that mission that they were gone to and the rent was finally paid and everything went alright and perfect. "Where's Natsu?" Asked the barmaid gesturing her question to the blue cat who was eating fish.

"I don't know" he said quietly while sitting in the bar's table crossing his legs on the.

"That's right I haven't seen him since the morning." Stated the scarlet mage surprised as she looked at the white haired.

"This is strange." the blonde said scanning the guild to see if she might find him.

"He might be training" Gray from the last chair of the bar yawned. "It was a good nap" he stretched his arms.

"Ah, that's right the s-class exam is after three weeks from now" stated the barmaid cleaning a mug. Erza looked at her as she kept the fork inside of her mouth. "That guy is refusing to get some rest again." The Titania said angry. Mira gave on a smile.

"You can't help it, there's only three weeks" she said as she placed the mug down.

"Ne ne let's go spy on him" stated the blue cat giggling as he stood up. "Let's see if he is doing well".

"Don't say spying but say see if he is doing well" the blonde scolded him. Happy ignored her and moved his head towards the red head as she took the last bite of her cheese cake waiting for her answer.

"Ok"

"Hey" the ice mage called taking of his shirt. The group's head snapped towards him. "Don't you feel that the weather got hotter than it was" asked the black haired.

"You are right" the blonde stretched the neck's cloth of the shirt that she was wearing trying to cool on her self a little. They were in the middle of the forest away from Natsu's place with around 20 meters. Erza changed into her normal clothes

"Now you say it" they continued to walk and stopped after they finished the 20 meters.

"Oh God!" The whole area was burned down with fire. The trees, the grass even the dust had a smell of fire on it. There was a pink haired standing in the middle of the area bending down and resting his hand on his left knee.

"Natsu.." called the flying cat as he started to head to the salamander.

"So the hot weather was because of you" Lucy said following Happy to reach the dragon slayer.

"Did you have to burn the area?" Erza followed but Gray stayed there glaring at the pink haired narrowing his eyes at the sight of the panting mage.

"Here" the blonde handed him a bottle of water "We brought food too" they forced him to sit down on the ground as they started to take care of him.

"Umm I'm so hungry" Natsu finally spoke pushing a sandwich inside of his mouth. The dragon slayer paused a little "It tastes like Mira's sandwich" he looked at the large sandwich.

"Yeah Mira made the food for you but she wasn't able to tag along with us to see you" Erza said sitting down beside them. Gray finally neared the group as he sat in front of them.

"Pathetic" Gray whispered but it was enough for Natsu to hear. He earned a glare from the dragon slayer but Natsu ignored him knowing that he might die if he started a fight with the ice mage because the Titania. With a little move the salamander did, the shirt he was wearing was ripped to pieces. Natsu groaned as he felt a soft aura hit his skin. The group of girls stared at his muscles that was perfectly appearing in front of them.

He looked at them in wonder. "What?!" He asked as he found that their faces moved to another places avoiding his stare. Gray opened the bag that he was holding and took out a blue shirt.

"Here take" he stretched his hand while his face was in another side. The pink haired stared at him.

"I don't wear other's clothes" Natsu stated taking another bite from the sandwich.

"I didn't wear it, I had it in my bag because I bought it yesterday" Gray stared at the some ashes that were beside him. Natsu stared at the ice mage pausing. He scanned his face to find that a light pink color that someone might have when he is offering some help. Before Natsu could do a thing. Lucy grabbed the shirt to ease on the dragon slayer doing a lot.

"Look Erza, the shirt's color is amazing" Lucy said trying to raise the black haired's spirit. Lucy winked to Erza with her right eye. Erza understood quickly and looked at the shirt.

"Ah, look at this sketch on it" she grabbed the hem of the shirt stretching it. Gray kept his eyes away from them. Then, Natsu grabbed the shirt as he kept looking at it.

"Not bad, it won't affect my style in clothes" Natsu looked at the ice mage. "Thank you" he whispered.

"Let's return to the guild" sounded the Titania as she looked at the dragon slayer who was doing some exercise. Natsu didn't answer instantly instead of that he continued his exercise with his pushing-ups.

"I'm... not" he panted taking deep breath. "Going... with you" Natsu suddenly fell to the ground. He whinced from the pain. It was really hard for him doing push-ups with only one hand. The last days he was only doing the easiest exercises and only running. But now, he push himself to extreme limits.

"Are you alright?" Asked the blue cat as he touched the salamander's back with his tiny hand.

"I'm fine" stated the dragon slayer as he lied on his back panting and gasping for a breath so hard. Worried eyes were landed on him, realizing it but simply ignored it. He put the back of his hand on his eyes and kept silent.

"Natsu" the blonde mage called sitting next to him. Lucy grabbed the hand of his. "You don't need to push yourself this much" she gave on a soft smile trying to ease on him. "We all know that you a hard worker guy... I think you already surpassed all of us" she stated realizing that the salamander eyes were closed. Natsu opened it and stared at the pure blue sky, he started to feel his heart beats go lowly. He sat up staring at his lap. Natsu suddenly took his hand away from the mage girl putting it on his other shoulder. He squeezed his shoulder hard as he gritted his teeth. Natsu squeezed his eyes shut lowering his head a little down.

"Natsu!" The Titania called worridely. Everyone gathered around the dragon slayer as they kept calling his name worriedly. Natsu couldn't hear any of them because every time he remembers what happened that only happens to him.

"Black men... black dragon... red blood... white roar" Natsu mumbled these things. The more he say something the more he squeeze his shoulder harder. A slap was hit across Natsu's face that when he finally woke up. His eyes went wide as he finally started to feel what's happening around him. He looked at the front to find his friends with those worried eyes staring at him and the black haired ice mage his hand instantly in front of his face.

"What is wrong with you?!" Asked Gray shouting at him. Natsu kept staring not getting the idea of what happened.

"You have been mumbling strange things. Are you really alright?" Asked the blonde worridly.

"Uh.. huh! Yeah I'm" he then stood up "I need to take a shower" he left them heading to the exit. The group's eyes widened as they stared at the dragon slayer. Natsu walked away from them with around 10 meters from them. Erza took two steps away from the group. She stared at the pink haired from far away with a sad expression.

"Guys, we need to make him talk, he will never be healed with just staying silent"
