Last time on Jake and the titans I left Cyborg on an operating table after he fought a man pterodactyl (a minor dc character) hybrid and got nothing I hope to get a review here
Ps sorry about the long wait writing this chapter was like pulling teeth (without anesthesia)
Jake and the titans
Chapter 10
Robin was typing code on the titans computer "come on come on" he muttered before the screen went green "bingo"
"Friend Robin you have spoken the nameo of the dog is that good" Starfire asked Robin nodded
"I've been tapping into a GPS in Cyborgs com link and found him he's in a lab on the coast it's owned by a doctor Chang"
"Well then let's go" Raven said before the titans could take a step an alarm blared showing Cinderblock was rampaging downtown Robin banged his fist against the console
"Jake take Raven and Beast boy to rescue Cyborg Star and I will be enough for cinderblock"
Jake nodded unsure but he followed Robins orders anyways
Beast boy in rhino form broke through the wall Raven teleported in and Jake leapt through the hole landing on Beast boys horn he flipped off just as BB changed
"This doesn't seem like much security" BB commented just then alarms blared and men in white hazmat suits rushed out carrying glowing red laser weapons
"You just had to say something" Raven deadpanned glaring at the green titan
In room where Cyborg was kept doctor chang and Dolor looked up when the alarms started to blare
"The titans are early" Dolor said "what you assured me the titans wouldn't find us"
"I said what I had to say continue your work doctor" Dolor said walking away from the table "and for your sake as well as his he'd better live" Dolor vanished without a trace very much like the most infamous man in Gotham
Doctor Chang went back to work powering up the Xenothium reactor and carefully inserting nodes into the cyborgs armor the cyborgs and more importantly his life rested in the hands of this procedure
Jake tackled one of Changs henchmen sending him flying raven binded more with a metal beam and Beast boy continually shifted animals to keep the enemy from figuring out his moves
The remaining minions regrouped and were about to charge again when a single clap stopped them in their tracks
"Uh dudes what's going on" BB asked "I have no idea" Raven admitted
"I think I do" Jake held Gerodynamos out in front of him his free hand resting against the enchanted metal
"So these are the teen titans or at least some of them" Yaiba said the minions parted like the red sea clearing a path between her and the titans
Yaiba was dressed differently she wore a black body suit with grey circles making a line along her legs with steel greaves and a chest plate and on her arms gauntlets Jake was all too familiar with
"Careful there are hidden blades in those gauntlets plus she's very powerful hand to hand fighter" Jake warned Raven nodded while BB's eyes narrowed dangerously
"I know you" he said walking forward Yaiba looked at him like his face may seem familiar
"Oh and what did we do when we last saw each other" Yaiba asked "would really jog my memory"
Beast Boy began to shake his already slit eyes became more narrow his fangs were bared "you killed them"
Yaiba smirked evilly before she looked at her nails "you'll have to be more specific Titan I've killed a lot of people"
"You know who" Beast boy grabbed his temples and charged turning into a bull horns aimed to take Yaiba's heart but Yaiba smiled she ducked under the bulls center of gravity and flipped sending him flipping through the air
"If you're so angry go join them" Yaiba twisted on the balls of her feet and aimed a punch towards BB's heart the blades came out
But before the green shape shifter could die a dark bubble surrounded him Raven floated between Yaiba and beast boy releasing her hold on him she turned her attention to Yaiba
"Nobody hurts my friends Azarath Metrion Zinthos" Raven called sending a wave of dark power Yaiba crossed her arms to block it the impact sent her sliding across the floor Jake was above her head his sword aimed for her throat
Yaiba bent her back dodging the decapitating attack placing a hand against the floor for support she flipped her legs upwards kicking Jake in the sides
Yaiba landed with the grace of a jungle cat "is this really all you three can do maybe your leader and the Tamaranian could give me a better fight"
Jake pulled himself up and charged "don't underestimate me"
Yaiba smiled "I'm not low swing" she called leaping up dodging a low swing from Jake "followed with a high slash" Jake did just that "which is a feint for a stab to my heart"
Yaiba's blades stopped Gerodynamos in its tracks the blade inches from her chest plate
"How are you-
"Knowing what your going to do before you do it" Yaiba interrupted pushing Jake back she pointed her ring finger at her temple "it's all in your head little brother"
"No way are you a telepath I would sense it" Raven argued Yaiba turned on her heel kicking Raven in the head knocking her down "I never said I was a telepath"
Yaiba's blades retracted and she calmly walked away "your friend is on the second floor lab 1C but I'd be more concerned with the beast"
"What Beast"
ROOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH a loud roar sounded echoing off the ceiling and shaking the floor
"that beast" Yaiba said calmly walking off tapping a button on her chest plate her armor began to glow
"You called me little brother" Jake said getting up "then that means you know-
"We're family yes I do but that won't stop me from killing you if I have to Jacob" Yaiba vanished in a flash of light
Ugh my head hurts and I have no idea where I am and for some reason it's drafty wherever I am I stumble almost blindly through the halls until I see the big green monster
It's as big as Cinderblock or Plasmus and covered in dark green hair with black claws and big feet maybe it's bigfoot maybe it's friendly
ROOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH it roars before it charges
"Ok you aren't friendly" I say trying to charge my sonic cannon but it won't activate for some reason
I don't have time to run diagnostics so I go with old reliable my fists I charge and punch the furry thing hard in the mouth then follow it up with an uppercut
Somethings different I feel faster I feel stronger it roars again and tackles me sending us both through a wall and outside which wouldn't be as big a problem if we were on the first floor
We weren't I grab onto it's fur and pull twisting so it'll be the one to hit the ground I manage just in time it punches me sending me through the air I land making a crater
It gets up and spits out a tooth it growls glaring at me "Uh sorry"
Yeah it didn't accept my apology because it charges again swinging it's claws wildly I cross my arms blocking the attacks I duck down sucking in my gut and I kick off with my feet going with an old linebacker blitz then I follow it up with two hammer fists to it's chin I then knee it in the stomach sending it back
It roars grabbing my head and throws me sending me flying into a wall I curse and pull myself out
Something warm is dripping off my arm I look expecting to see oil but instead I see blood why am I seeing blood
It roars again sniffing the air as if it's looking for something it takes a step towards me but it stumbles and falls
"Ha boooya in your face fuzzy" I watch as it begins shrinking turning into BB his clothes are gone his chest is heaving his skin is all scratched up like he'd been thrown in a wood chipper green blood is dripping from everywhere in his body
"Beast Boy" I rush over to him this is when Raven and Jake come out
"Cyborg" Jake asked
"Yeah man of course it's me"
"then you may need a new name Cyborg may not cut it anymore"
I see my reflection in the water and they're right I'm not a cyborg anymore I look like me like Victor Stone but the old me couldn't have survived against whatever happened to Beast Boy
So what was I now?
Dolor turned off the monitor which was done showing his patient the fight "so then after witnessing that will you go through with the procedure"
The man in the tank appeared to nod "hook me up doc I'll do whatever to get back at the people who did this to me"
"I'm no doctor I am simply Dolor" Dolor said walking away "but you Kane you will be so much more very soon"
Yes this is the chapter and I promise that you will not have to wait as long for the next one you will have to wait till September though ha ha
