"Kaguri..." Sesshomaru called her over one night after she turned for the fifth time that night her being unable to sleep again that night. Its been like that for the entire week since She became the alpha of her pack. She'd end up stayin up all night and day. "What's up, Fluffy?" She asked as she leaned against a tree for support. He growled lightly at her nickname for him. "Oh come on, Fluffy. I call you this every day and your upset that I still do?" She asked putting a hand on her hip and putting her weight in the direction of said hand.
"You shall not call this Sesshomaru that disspicable nickname." He said as she chuckled. "Whatever, Fluffy. What did you want to talk to me about? I'm sure its not something about your nickname." She said raising an eyebrow. "Yes. It seems the Miko Has been sneaking off at night and returning in the morning with his scent." He emphasized 'he' with disgust. She knew what he meant. She has fought with him before. Actually he managed to find them each day untill then. She smiled as she looked up at him.
"I know. I've realized it as well. I haven't slept since I became Alpha." She laughed. Sesshomaru raised an eyebrow. "You haven't?" He asked. "Yeah I keep a barrier around us at least twenty meters radius while they sleep. That way no demon interrupts their sleep." She said, chuckling nervously as she scratched her chin. Sesshomaru nodded at her explanation before he turned to leave. "I've noticed you haven't used the sword I gave you yet." Kaguri said. "Have you unlocked any of the attacks?" She asked as he nodded. "Good." She turned and walked away silently.
He sighed as Rin walked up to him rubbin her eyes. "Sesshomaru-sama?" She yawned. "Why is Kaguri-okaa-sama walking away? Did she tell you about what she thou-" She was cut off. "What she thought of what?" "Kagome-sama." She yawned again. "No she hasn't." He said picking her up and carrying her back to the camp and placing her into her mat. Kaguri sat against a tree her eyelids laying gently on her bottom lids. She sighed. She wanted to sleep. Then a thouht came to her mind. "Sesshomaru. Sit right here." She sat patting the spot next to her. He rose an eyebrow but sat next to her with one of his legs propped up. "What is it?" He asked before she adjusted herself to where she was laying down with her head on his leg. "I'm trying a new way to sleep." She mumbled getting comfortable. He sighed as he placed his arm on his leg. "Alright." He said as he looked at the sky. She smiled as she slowly, fell into slumber.
He smiled looking down at her before running his clawed fingers through her hair. She purred lightly in her sleep as her dream went on. Her body started to glow a faint red as the he looked at the sky seeing the sky tint red. He smiled faintly seeing her precautions even in her sleep. Kaguri brought her knees to her chest and her hands cushioned her head on his leg. He opened an eye slighlty as she took a deep breathe, let out a sigh, and bit her lip lightly. He blinked as her ear twitched. "Hn..." He hummed slighlty. He focused on his hearing more or at least enough to hear a twig snap in a distance. He placed a hand on Kaguri's shoulder and shook it lightly. Everyone had been asleep for a couple of hours so they would have to be silent. She opened an eye instantly looking at him in question. He stared at her as she stood and nodded. They both walked past everyone noticing the disappearance of one of their group members. When they were far enough they sped after the intruder covering their presence and hid behind a tree where Kagome stood.
"What information do you have for me my little Miko?" A voice sounded as mist surrounded the clearing. "Inuyasha and Sesshomaru's Group is camping nearby. Though. There is a barrier around the camp." Kagome said as a hand came from the mist and stroked the miko's cheek. "You've done well Kagome-chan." Naraku said as Kagome smiled at him. "Arigato Naraku-kun." She said as Kaguri felt a silent growl erupt from her chest. Sesshomaru saw this and grabbed her wrist and running back toward the camp as she tried clawing in the direction of Kagome. "I'm going to kill the Miko... I'm going to kill the bitch!" She growled kicking and hissing when they got to camp waking everyone up.
"Who is Okaa-san talking about?" Haku asked tilting his head slightly as everyone nodded, wanting to know the answer to the question as well. And just as Sesshomaru was about to respond Kagome walked into the clearing and Sesshomaru let Kaguri go. Kaguri smiled sweetly at Kagome causing everyone's stomach to do flip flops with fright. "Kagome...?" Kaguri said in a sugar coated voice. "Yes Kaguri-chan?" Kagome replied with a smile. "Run." Kaguri's voice dripped with venom as she glared dagger at the time traveling miko. Kagome tilted her head and asked why as Sesshomaru grabbed Kaguri again just as she yelled, "Traitor!" And tried to leap on the Miko. "Leave now Miko. This woman will not calm easily with you here." Sesshomaru said as Kagome ran with fear to her new 'friend'. Kaguri growled at her. "The miko will be the first to die..." Kaguri said in a venomous whisper. "She has been giving away our location to the enemy. threatening my kits. My pack. Her death will be slow and painful." She growled thinking of thousands of ways to kill her old time traveling friend.
