Pushing off of Virgo Danny looked at Virgo. Her eyes were teary and they showed an inner turmoil. He would have to talk about this.

" Hey Lucy I'm gonna borrow Virgo for a bit okay." Not waiting for a reply the sprit warriors went downstairs to talk. Leaving the rest of Fairy Tail even more confused.

Danny led Virgo down to middle of the staircase that led up to the roof. He glanced up the stairs to make sure that none of his comrades were around to listen in on this. Seeing that nobody was listening he sighed in relief and spoke to Virgo.

" So… what's up?" he asked. The answer he got was a slap across the face. He rubbed his red cheek as he winced.

" I deserved that." Danny admitted softly. Virgo just glared at him as she spoke.

" Yes. Yes you did." She said.

Danny sat down on one the stairs as he thought. This would probally take a while so might as well get comfortable.

" Why did you leave?" Virgo questioned. Danny looked at her and saw no anger. Just sadness.

" Why would I stay in a place where I'm hated?" the Phantom questioned.

" That didn't stop you before." The maid stated.

" I was a kid and naïve back then. I'm not anymore. If they don't want me why would I stay?"

" Because that's not the kind of a person you are." Virgo said with complete confidence. Danny just snorted at this.

" Tch. It's been eleven years Virgo. People change. Besides I have a mission to complete." At the last part his eyes seemed to glow green as his fists clenched. Virgo noticed this as she came to a conclusion.

" Your after Vlad." She said.

Danny fists started bleeding as they fell through the gloves.

" I have to bring him to justice for what he did." As much as he tried to keep his voice neutral there was still an audible amount of hatred in his voice.

" The way you say sounds more like your after vengence. Not justice." She said. At this Danny shot straight up.

" So what if I am! I deserve this!" he shouted.

" Then it's not justice any more! It's revenge!" she shouted.

" What's the difference!?" His eyes were now glowing a pupiless green. Virgo still stayed strong though.

" Your just like Vlad then! You'll be consumed by hatred!" as soon as she said that the implications of what she said finally hit her.

" Danny… I …" the celestial sprit was cut off when she sensed a dangerous aura. Looking at Danny his body seemed to radiate a killing aura. It was so cold. The feeling made her want to go back and hide.

" Don't ever compare that man to me. He has no bounds while I see the line. The blood of Sephits and my innocence is on his hands. I'll make to stop him." The voice that came out of Danny wasn't his. It was much too cold to be his.

The celestial sprit shook off the feeling and finally found her voice.

" What did Vlad did to you that has made him the target of your hatred?" she asked.

" What he did?! What he did!? My hometown was burned to the ground! The guild I strived to be in was destroyed and was rebuilt in Vlad's image! My family was murdered in cold blood! The man that took me in to protect me was killed and the celestial sprit world attacked! I have become a Phantom of who I used to be! All thanks to him! So tell me does that justify my hate!" his breaths came out hoarse as he stopped screaming. Looking at Virgo he calmed himself down as he spoke.

" I'll avenge my family. I shall be the reaper of his sins." Danny spoke with cold clarity.

Virgo was not having a good day. Her King told her to bring in the person that was like a brother to her. Danny however was talking about how he's devoted his life to bringing Vlad to justice. Which sounded more like vengeance. She was torn between her loyalty for her King and for friend. She had to get this off her chest and tell him.

" Danny. The sprit king has requested that you return to the Sprit World. He wishes to have an audience with you." While she didn't tell him the entire truth the Phantom got the unsaid message. Nodding they returned to the rest of Fairy Tail.

The rest of Fairy Tail were looking curiously down the stairway that Danny and Virgo took. Sxratching their heads in confusion it was Gray who spoke.

" Oi is it just me or do the two of them know each other." He asked.

" Yeah. There seems to be a bond between those two." Lucy said.

" They must be past friends or something." Natsu suggested. Spooky was standing up holding a paw to her chin.

" Spooky your Danny's partner did Virgo ever come up in a conversation?" Happy asked. There was silence as Spooky was in deep thought. Thinking through all the conversations she's had with Danny. Trying to see if he ever said something that might have given a clue to his past. However as she thought through their conversations she came to a horrifying realization. She didn't know Danny's past either. Shrugging she sighed as she spoke.

" I'm in the same boat." She admitted.

This served to further confuse Fairy Tail as they even Spooky had no ideas on Danny's past.

" So even you don't know about his past. Interesting." Erza said. Before the matter could be pushed forward Danny and Virgo came back upstairs. Both of them avoided eye contact as they stood with the rest of Fairy Tail. There was awkward silence before it was broken by Virgo asking if she should receive punishment. Which was denied. After that Virgo quickly dug a tunnel out of the station to the street.

" Finally! Now I can stop Erigor!" Danny exclaimed. He started running as he yelled to Spooky.

" Spooky come on!" he jumped into the air expecting Spooky to catch him however he fell right on his face. Looking at Spooky he saw she was mummified in bandages tied by Virgo.

" Your cat is injured." The maid said.

It was then that Erza noticed something.

" Where's Happy and Natsu?" she questioned.

" They must have gone after Erigor!" Lucy exclaimed.

" Shit! To the car!" Gray exclaimed. Danny paled at the word car and tried to crawl away without being noticed. However before he could get away he was picked up by a metal hand and dragged to the car.

" You too!" Erza said. With that Danny was dragged into the front of the torture machiene with Titania while Gray, Kage and Lucy were in the back.

Meanwhile at the masters' meeting Vlad and Makarov were staring each other down.

" My, my Makarov. Is that any way to greet an old friend?" Vlad questioned. Makarov's expression didn't change as he continued to glare.

" Vladimir. I thought that your guild was under inspection because of an attack on it?" the third master stated. Vlad simply smiled as he spoke.

" Oh that. I appreciate your concern Makarov but don't worry. I got that cleared up in time."

" Oh? What's the trick? I could use it to get the council off my back." To this Vlad smirked as he drank his red wine. He flashed a grin as it exposed the red liquid on his fangs and his lips.

" I was very forceful in my defenses." He said. Makarov's expression darkened even more.

" Anyway tell me about your guild. I heard you got a new recruit."

" Lucy. Fairy Tail's celestial sprit wizard." The grin on Vlad's face widened.

" Excellent. Perhaps I'll show her to Lydia." Vlad's eyes glowed bloody red as he stared at Makarov.

" You sound pretty confident for someone who failed the Wizard Saint Trials." At this Vlad's glare intensified.

" I was only denied it because of the rumors. Besides, I prefer the term Honary Saint." At this a chuckle escaped Vlad's lips. He was a saint.

Back at the Fairy Tail gang they were nearing the bridge.

" Why does this thing exist?" Danny questioned. He looked like a mess. He was blue and looked like he was about to throw up. Meanwhile Erza wasn't looking so hot either.

" There he is!" the car came to a complete stop as Danny took in his surroundings. Erigor was knocked out. He wanted to do it but okay. Natsu was half naked. Gray's stripping must be contangious. Also the car stopped. Wait… what.

Jumping off the car Danny had an enormous grin on his face.

" Freedom!" landing on the ground The Phantom saw a flute on the ground. Getting on his knees to inspect it Danny saw it had a skull an it with three eyes. As he stared closer though he could see purple energy within it.

" Lullaby…" Danny mumbled. He coughed as a blue wisp of air traveled towards the Lullaby. Strangely enough he could feel something in there.

" What are you…?"

Staring at the wooden flute Danny's eyes soon became tinted with white. The flute in his eyes disappeared as a figure emerged. It was standing in purple energy and was enormous. It looked straight at him and the figure locked eyes with him.

" Phantom…" the voice whispered. Before he could ask what the thing meant is was snatched from his hands by a shadow.

Looking at the shadow the dragon slayer and all of Fairy Tail saw Kage driving away with the flute in his hands.

" Thanks for the help Fairies!" Kage yelled. As he drove away Danny started running after him.

" Oh no you don't!" Looking at Spooky he saw she finally got out of the bandages.

" Let's go."

" On it!" With that Danny leapt into the air and Spooky did too. With a green magic circle wings appeared on the exceeds back as they raced after the car. They went for a moment before Danny turned and looked at the rest of Fairy Tail.

" You guys catch up later. I'll take that guy out." With that the Phantom Dragon Slayer raced towards the last defense of Eisenwald.

Catching up to the car was no problem. Flying above it Danny gave Spooky the signal to drop him. The loyal partner did just that as Danny fell on top of the car.

However just as he got on it the bane of all dragon slayers decided to play a visit. Motion sickness. Immediately the young dragon slayer lost his balance and almost fell over the car. Luckily, he caught himself.

" Damnit. Have to fight this." Resisting the urge to puke the mage pulled himself back up the car. It was then that they noticed they were very close to the master's meeting. Only about thirty minutes at most. He had to finish this.

Focusing more than he ever had Danny forced his body to go intangible. The spell did it's job as Danny fell through the roof of the car. Sitting up the blue faced warrior saw Kage in front of the glass with the lullaby in his hand. Crawling next to the glass Danny tapped it lightly. Upon hearing the noise Kage turned around to see Danny there.

" Ugghhggh… boo." With that Danny's fist shot through the glass and punched Kage in the face. The blow caused Kage to let go of the wheel as it spiraled out of control. The sudden movement caused Danny to go to the floor. Although, Kage got control of the wheel it was too late. They crashed into a wheel as the lullaby glowed purple.

From the wreckage of the destroyed car a door was pushed open. A hand emerged and soon so did the rest of Danny Phantom. When he got out he stretched his limbs.

" Ah… so good to be on solid ground." He said. Looking back he saw that since Spooky dropped him they were only ten minutes away from the meeting.

" Mission accomplished." He said.

" Ugghhh…" the groan caused Danny to see Kage crushed under the car. For a moment Danny was torn between his options however the choice soon became clear.

Turning Kage intangible Danny pulled him out from the wreckage. After that he laid him on the ground. He was about to leave when he felt something. Turning around Danny saw the lullaby glowing purple.

" No… I…will…consume!" With that the flute flew off towards Danny. It fit itself in his hand as green energy poured from him towards the flute.

" Hey! Cut that out!"

" And I'll start with you!" Danny's vision was consumed by purple.

When the haze of purple was cleared Danny saw he was standing on hill overlooking the masters' meeting. Looking at the lullaby Danny tore it off his hands and tossed it at the ground. It started being consumed by purple energy.

" I don't know how you broke free but that's unimportant! The lullaby is alive!" When the light died down in place of the lullaby flute was giant monster. It was made of wood and in it's chest was a giant hole.

There were creaks as the jaw moved as the thing spoke. With a loud roar that was the sound of death the thing shook the land. Looking down at Danny the demon spoke.

" Now be consumed Phantom! Join the other sprits!"

The dragon slayer was staring at this thing before he closed his jaw and spoke.

" Today is not my day." He spoke. With that the lullaby fired a purple blast of magic and it consumed the area Danny was standing.

Back at the rest of Fairy Tail the members were running across the bridge when a terrible noise hit their ears.

" What is this?" Erza questioned.

" It feels like my ears are bleeding." Lucy said. Then at once the sound stopped. They all looked at each other before an the sound of an explosion shook the sound. Following the sound of the explosion they came to a horrible truth.

" Hey…isn't…" Lucy spoke slowly.

"…where Danny and Spooky went?" Happy finished her question. There was silence before Gray spoke up.

" You don't think…" his question was left unanswered as Erza started running straight ahead with Natsu right behind her. His body was on fire but Erza was still ahead.

" What are you waiting!? Let's go!" Natsu shouted. Meanwhile Erza was glaring straight ahead as she thought.

' Don't die on me now Danny! Were coming!'

A few feet ahead of the Fairy Tail group Spooky was watching the same thing.

" Danny…" she said. Tears streaming down her face. Looking behind her she saw the rest of Fairy Tail closing in. Landing she decided to give Danny some help.

Dodging the initial blast Danny avoided being hit but the force of the explosion still hit him.

" Aggghghghg!" The force made him fall down the cliff painfully onto the ground. His vision got blurry as his head wound from the car started acting up again.

" Damnit." Pushing up the wizard saw the demon aiming another blast at him.

A white magic circle opened up underneath Danny.

" Roar of…" the magic of the demon was coming at him now.

"… Phantom Dragon!" green fire spewed from Danny's mouth as it collided with the demon's attack. There was a stalemate before the demon's attack started gaining ground. Before the blast could hit him Danny stopped his attack and started running. Just as the purple magic hit a voice whispered in Danny's ear.

" Help… us…" The voice was drowned out by the explosion that Lullaby caused.

The teen stopped running to look back at the destruction the lullaby caused. However, he couldn't look long because of the giant fist coming at him. Acting quickly the teen avoided the blow as the fist struck the ground. An idea hit the warrior as he started running up the monster's arm.

" What do you think you're doing!?" The beast roared. It swung it's other arm at the teen but Danny quickly jumped over that one two and started running towards the demon's face. Just as he neared it he jumped up as far as he could.

" Frozen Fist of the Phantom Dragon!" as the green and white fist made contact something unexpected happened.

The spot that Danny punched was changing color. Purple energy seemed to be flowing out of the monster as it changed white and evaporated. As the demon roared in pain a wisp of white energy trailed in front of Danny. Although it was simply white air the teen could make out the image of a woman. She was smiling softly at him.

" Thank you." Those words rang through Danny's ears before the Lullaby slapped him down to the earth.

His body made a crater as Danny laid there unmoving. For a moment it looked he was done but his fingers started to move. Breathing heavily Danny pulled himself out of the crater. He scrubbed the blood that was flowing from his mouth and nose away. They stained his white gloves. However inside his head thousands of questions were racing through his head.

' What was that? The breath…air…sense…thing only happens with sprits. So why is it going off now?' The teen however was pulled from his thoughts when the thing fired another blast of magic at him.

Moving out of the way Danny unclipped the blade of Sephits. Running towards the leg a white aura surrounded the blade.

" Sword Dance of the Phantom Dragon!" unleashing the strikes at the leg the same thing happened. From the cuts purple energy flowed out but once it came in range of him it turned white and vanished.

" Okay what gives…" Danny asked nobody.

" You Insolent Brat!" Lullaby roared. Lifting up it's leg it tried to squish Danny like a bug. Looking up Danny saw the foot closing in.

" Damnit not enough time!" Getting into a stanc a blue magic circle opened underneath him.

" Ice Make: Spike Dome!" a dome made completely out of ice with spikes on the top covered Danny.

As the Lullaby stepped on Danny it cried out in pain. Lifting it's foot up it pulled out the spiked ice dome and crushed it in it's hand. Looking around for Danny the demon got it's answer when a voice cried out.

" Hey ugly!" looking down Lullaby saw Danny running up it's body. The teen jumped up and his leg was covered in green and white fire.

" Talons!" a left kick made contact with the demon's jaw. The purple energy turned white as Danny continued his assault.

Using his momentum Danny delivered a spinning back kick Talons at the demon. His body facing the demon the teen sucked in a huge breath of air as green fire slipped from his mouth.

" Roar!" the breath attack made the demon stumble back. Not stopping there a pair of green flaming wings covered Danny's arms.

" Wing Slash!" The force of the blow caused the demon to fall on to his knees. Using his last attack green and white fire covered Danny. He charged straight towards the demon.

" Phantom Dragon Strike!" Covered in green and white fire Danny had his sword pointed outwards as he charged towards the monster's chest.

Rushing towards the demon at high speeds the blade of Sephits made contact. It sank right through the chest of the demon and buried itself so deep that Danny couldn't see it no more. Add that and the impact Danny made. The demon cried out in pain. Blood splattered onto Danny's clothes. A blotch of it landed near the DP symbol but it was odd. It made it seem as the symbol was rising from the blood. As the demon cried out in pain Danny purple energy flowed out and turned white.

Staring at the white energy Danny closed his eyes and listened in. He could feel his sprit magic raging inside him. But most importantly he could feel these magic beings. That was when it hit him.

" They're…AHHAHAHAH!" whatever he had to say was cut off by his scream of pain as the Lullaby grabbed him in both of it's hands and stood up. Lifting up Danny so the teen was in front of his face the demon started to squeeze.

" AAAHHHHHH!'" Danny's cry of pain rang through the air. His hood fell off revealing his white hair with black tips. As the demon continued to squeeze Danny tried to turn intangible. However no matter how hard he tried he couldn't focus through the pain. He could feel his ribs breaking.

In a moment it all stopped. Opening his eyes Danny saw the beast preparing for a roar. Opening his own mouth he was prepared to counter. However, he proved to be too late. The demon fired a blast at Danny. The teen closed his eyes.

Preparing to feel pain Danny was unexpected as he felt an immense amount of energy inside his mouth. Opening his eyes Danny saw that the energy was being eaten by him. Moving his mouth he felt the energy. Smirking Danny devoured the entire blast much to the shock of the demon.

" Oi! Don't eat my attacks!" when Danny was done eating he glared right at the demon. He showed no pain. His hair was no completely snow white as well as his glowing pupil less white ones. In fact his entire body seemed to have a white glow.

Smirking at the demon Danny spoke.

" Thanks for the meal!" Pushing his arms in front of a him a huge white magic circle opened up in front of his hands.

" Secret Phantom Dragon Slayer arts…" white energy seemed to form around the circle.

"… Aura Stinger!" a huge blast of white energy raced towards the demon's face. The Lullaby had time to say one thing.

" This is going to hurt isn't it?" his only response was Danny's smirk.

Smoke covered the area. From the smoke Danny fell. His hooded cloak fell off and was now on the ground. Looking past the Lullaby Danny saw multiple people that were a translucent blue. They were all smiling at him. It was an old woman that looked at him.

" Thank you Danny Phantom." With that they turned completely white as they shot towards the stars.

Crashing on the ground Danny was breathing heavily. For some reason he felt off. When he ate the Lullaby's blast he felt so invincible. Now that feeling was gone. That power was gone. He was always told power was bad by his parents and Sephits. That it corrupted people. Though how could something that feels so good be so bad.

" Annoying Phantom!" the voice of the lullaby sounded out.

Looking at the demon Danny took satisfaction in seeing that it had a bleeding wound from where his blade struck him. It's eyes screamed murder.

" This ends NOW!" with that the Lullaby fired another blast at Danny.

" Your right. It does." A feminine voice said.

The first thing Danny noticed was that the person holding him was warm and he felt peace. The last time he felt this was with his mother. Getting up Danny was pushed back down by an armored hand.

" Rest. We'll take it from here."

Opening his eyes Danny saw Erza holding him. She wore a look of determination but Danny could see worry in her eyes. Worry for him. He hated that. Patting her head Danny spoke.

" Don't worry. Nothing some rest can't get rid off." Before he could get up he was tackled by Spooky. The cat said nothing but simply held on to him.

The teen smiled as he looked at Spooky standind up he winced at the pain and ignored Erza's glare. Instead he simply smiled at her.

" So Titania… if I remember we've defeated an equal amount of monsters. Winner takes all?" He asked with a grin. Erza returned the smile with a smirk.

" Deal."

" Okay then." Looking at Natsu and Gray Danny spoke.

" Gray and my mark let that shield drop. Natsu once that shield drop you, me, and Erza are rushing. Got it."
" Hmph."

" I'm all fired up!" Danny grinned.

" Okay then Now!" the ice shield dropped as the Fairies rushed.

The Lullaby looked down at them as they rushed.

" Fools! I will consume you all! Especially you Phantom!" A roar of death was heard.
