"So, we aren't going to stop?" Dean asked as he walked around the front of the car. They had just stopped for gas and Sam woke him up.
"That's the idea."
"That's just awesome," Dean said, getting in the car and starting her up.
"We'll get there faster," Jenna said, joining the conversation.
"Yeah…alright. Let's get goin' then."
They drove and never stopped. Sam and Dean switched places over and over again, and once or twice, Jenna filled in. When Dean was driving, they finally got to Howe, Idaho, a little ways from Idaho Falls.
"We stop here. We'll get there tomorrow, in the early afternoon," Dean pretty much ordered.
"Good, I'm tired of sitting in this car," Jenna growled.
"It was your idea!" Sam raised his voice.
"Oh, shut-up," Jenna said, getting out of the car and getting her stuff out of the trunk. She walked to the motel and left Sam and Dean to check in. They got the key and went to their room. Jenna set her stuff on a bed, laid down, and sighed. "Night," she said, and curled up into a ball. Dean went to sleep on the other bed; he felt they all needed some space.
They all woke up around the same time. Dean packed the car while Sam checked out and Jenna took her shower. They all headed toward Cobalt by eight.
Dean got to Ellis, right near Cobalt, when Jenna said something.
"I got another email from Ash…or that Crocotta. It says to meet Jo in an abandoned Warehouse…"
"How dumb does it think you are?"
"Fairly dumb, apparently."
"Well, let's get to a motel in Cobalt. We can figure out what to do after," Sam said as Dean drove passed the sign that said 3 miles to Cobalt. He drove for four more miles, getting to the center of Cobalt, and pulled right into a small motel.
"We're here," Dean growled. It was only nine so they were all bored.
"Now what?" Jenna asked.
"Well, there isn't really anything to investigate. When was the last time you looked at something about Cobalt?"
"Almost a week ago…a lot can happen in a week. I'll look stuff up when we get inside," she said as she took her things from the trunk. They walked into their room after checking in and Jenna set up. "Don't bother me or I'll punch you," she growled. She sat down on the bed and opened her laptop. Jenna looked at hospital records and recent deaths. She found out the two people have died in the last week and one person is in jail for trying to kill a person. "Um, guys. I've missed a lot in this past week. Two people are dead and one is in jail."
"Wow. You have missed a lot."
"Thanks, Sam. That really boosts my enthusiasm to the max," Jenna retorted.
"Sorry."
"Yeah, whatever."
"So, now we need to find where the son of a bitch is and gank it."
"Good luck. I guess we'll have to narrow it down. You'll be investigators."
"Got it. Get dressed up, Sammy, we're investigators."
"Shut-up, Dean," Sam said, getting up and going to the closet. He quickly changed and by the time they left, it was nine thirty. Jenna stayed at the motel until she got bored, which was about fifteen minutes after the boys left. She wandered around town, until she came up to a small house with 'DISGUSTING' written all over it. Jenna walked up to the door and knocked. She waited until a fairly thin man came and opened the door.
"Um, hi. My name's Lily Celta and I just saw your house and how…er, sullied it was," Jenna said, making sure to use the word sullied, a synonym for dirty, that the man wouldn't understand.
"Sullied? What's that supposed to mean?" the man said gruffly.
"It, uh, means different. Different from the other lawns."
"Different how?"
"Different with all your…decorations."
"Oh, thanks, I guess. What do you want?"
"Can I step in?"
"I guess, do you have any weapons?"
"I'm a seventeen year old girl? Do I look like I have weapons?"
"No, Ms. Celta."
"Thanks," Jenna said, stepping into the vulgar home. She took one sweep of the home and realized where she was at. There was a computer and a phone. And more nasty things lying around. "So, what was your name, sir?"
"Name's Jon Teffer."
"Nice to meet you, Jon. Thank you for inviting me into your home, but I must be going. Good-bye," Jenna said, trying to step aside the man. He let her pass and she walked out. She ran back to the motel and went online and looked up some more stuff on Crocottas. A message box popped up. It wrote: Hello, dear. Why didn't you come to see me?
Jen6: Who is this?
SHA33: It's your mom, Jenna.
Jen6: Mom?
SHA33: Yes, dear.
Jen6: What do you want with me? You're dead.
SHA33: Because I want you to come to me. I miss you. Come to me.
Jen6: I can't…you're dead.
SHA33: The poltergeist is back. It's at 5893 Aliyanna Drive. Come to me.
Jen6: I took care of the poltergeist already, mom. Sorry, I have to go.
Jenna went to shut her computer when it turned black and mirrored. 'Come to me' was written over and over again. It kept writing for five pages until Sam and Dean walked in. Jenna was next to her bed, crying. She knew what it was but it reminded her of her mom.
"Jen, what's the matter?" Dean asked, throwing his stuff on his bed and taking off his jacket. Jenna embraced him as soon as he came over and looked at her computer.
"It was my mom. I went to the place it told me to go before. I know it's him," she said shakily.
"Well, you know what is, right?"
"No duh, Sherlock. Now, c'mon, I'll be bait," Jenna said, wiping her eyes. She hated it when the boys saw her cry. It made her feel weak.
"Whoa, whoa. You're not gonna be bait," Sam said, shutting the lid to Jenna's laptop.
"I agree with Sam."
"It knows who I am, but it doesn't know what I know. So, I'll just go visit the thing and finish the job off."
"No," Sam and Dean said at the same time.
"I'll go over there," Jenna looked at her watch; it said three o'clock, "around six. I'll be crying like a baby saying I'm lost. He'll invite me in and I'm done. Easy enough, right?"
"Yeah, until it catches on," Sam mumbled.
"I'll be fine, I promise," Jenna said, leaning in to give Dean a kiss.
"I'll be back soon," Dean said after kissing with Jenna for a bit. He walked out of the room and Jenna and Sam were standing there awkwardly.
"So, um…you, er, lick the guys' lips?" Sam asked, looking away from her.
"Really, Sam? You're asking me that? Why don't you just try it for yourself," Jenna said, fixing her shirt.
"But what about you and—"
"Dean? We're not dating. Just…friends. You can be one, too, if you want." Sam walked right up to her and kissing her. She parted from him and she licked his lips and he smiled.
"So that's how you do it," Sam mumbled. He started taking off her shirt when Jenna shoved him away. "Wha…?"
"I'm afraid Dean will come back. I don't you two to fight over me. I'm not a sex toy used only for your pleasures," Jenna said, sitting up and a few minutes later, Dean came back.
"What I miss?"
"We just, uh, worked out a small plan."
"What's the plan?"
"I was going to wear my knee-high boots and put knives in them. I am gonna put a knife in my pants as well."
"Three knives, not very much, I'd say."
"I don't need much. I'll be fine, promise."
"Fine," Dean said, walking over to her and kissing her forehead. He kissed her lips, only shortly because Jenna didn't kiss back. He tried again and she eventually kissed him back. They only kissed for fifteen seconds, but that was enough to hurt Sam a bit.
"Where does the monster…live?" Dean asked.
"5893 Aliyanna Drive. Get there at six ten exactly. I can't afford more," Jenna said. They didn't do much, but around four-thirty, Jenna got her make-up on and splashed her face. She got her boots on and walked out of the door at 5:04. She walked to Jon's house and by the time she got there, she was fake crying and it was 5:45pm. Jenna knocked and covered her face with her hands.
"Lily?"
