Well hello there! This is the extra chapter for reaching 50 reviews!
This is a chapter about Beast Boy. He can't sleep, so, of course he's thinking about the Titans... Well, mostly Raven... This is another one of those pure fluff and romance stuff that I can't believe I'm able to write, but I write it anyway. :)
And it's important to remember that I don't own 'Teen Titans'! Just a reminder, because I think this chapter needs one.

Chapter 10 : The night before the trip
It was late. Everyone was sure to be asleep. All but Beast Boy. He couldn't fall asleep no matter what he tried. He couldn't stop thinking about this war they were fighting.
The Titans we're heroes. They always fought against evil. From the very beginning they swore to protect those who couldn't defend themselves. But every time the threat seemed to be bigger and the villain more difficult to defeat. Beast Boy always thought that wasn't a bad thing. He was always the optimistic Titan that was sure they'll win. He thought the same thing now, but he couldn't stop thinking about the danger Raven was in. All this was harder for her. And he couldn't shake off the feeling that there was something going on that they weren't seeing. Something they didn't take into consideration. Like plot taking place without them noticing.
"I wonder if I'm the only one thinking this way." he thought out loud. "How in the world am I supposed to protect the ones I love if I don't even know what's threatening her... Them!" he continued frustrated. Then he realized what he just said. 'Love'... He never admitted it out loud. Yes, he did mention the word before when he was talking to Raven, but he never said 'I love you.'. But even if he never said it before he knew it was true...
Beast Boy could remember every single moment he shared with Raven ever since he met her. Not all were happy memories. They used to fight so much. He was so relieved that they were so close now. It sure took a while, but they became closer and closer as the time went by. He remembered the incident with the Beast... And their first hug. That was a little awkward... That hug shocked him so much that he didn't even know how to react. Maybe if Cyborg wouldn't have disturbed them... And then when Trigon attacked the first time... He felt so lost when she left.
But the best memories he had with her were recent. They were like two magnets. After all, opposites attract. When they were in a battle, they had each others back all the time. It was an unwritten rule in the Tower. Everyone knew that they have each other covered and they respected this choice. They protected each other just as much as they protected Jump City... Putting their lives on the line. As time passed, they talked more and more and spent more time together. Finally, they knew about each other more than Starfire and Cyborg. Beast Boy started talking to Raven first about his problems instead of Cyborg. And Raven shared her fears with him instead of Starfire. They didn't distance themselves from the others, but became closer themselves.
It was better for everyone. The Tower was much calmer ever since the usual Raven vs Beast Boy arguments stopped. No one got thrown out the window anymore and the insults stopped falling like raindrops. Sometimes, Raven defended Beast Boy when he was arguing with Cyborg and so Cyborg couldn't always get back at Beast Boy for some prank he pulled or breaking something. Those were the times when Cyborg complained and said that it was better when they were arguing because Raven would get angry at them for disturbing her reading and throw Beast Boy out the window. Of course that was just his anger talking, not him, and they all knew that he wasn't serious, but Raven got fed up with being reminded of the times she was so mean, and told Cyborg that if he wanted to see someone thrown out the window, she'll help him out, and she threw him out, straight in the water and repeated this until he promised to stop complaining about her being different. Beast Boy had an advantage ever since and when he was arguing with Cyborg he sometimes told him that he could tell Raven to throw him out the window.
There was a knock on Beast Boy's door just then. He sniffed the air and grinned. He got up and opened the door. Sure enough there stood Raven.
"Oh, Raven... What's up... I was just having a nice dream and-" he said, faking a yawn trying to fool her.
"Mhm... Sure.. Snapping you out of daydreaming must be the worst thing I've ever done to you." she said raising an eyebrow.
"Aww... I never managed to fool you." he whined.
"Beast Boy, when are you going to learn you can't lie to an empath?" she asked.
"Never. I like playing mind games with you." he said.
"Not much of a game here..." she said.
"So, you want to come in?" he asked as he realized that again, she had the upper hand in the discussion.
"Can I?" she asked.
"Can you?"
"Okay then." she said as she walked past him, inside.
"So, what's wrong?" he asked.
"What makes you think there's something wrong?"
"You have that worried look in your eyes. You only get that look when something's bothering you really bad."
"Okay, okay... I just can't get rid of this feeling that there's something going on that we just can't see."
"I've been thinking the same thing..." he said sitting down next to her, on the floor, leaning on the side of his bed.
"At least we're making some progress with gathering allies..." she said looking towards the window.
"You're worried that we're going to loose aren't you?"
"Yes... A little.. Ok a little more..." she said. He put an arm around her.
"We'll win." he said.
"How can you be so sure?" she asked.
"Because, I love you and I won't let anything happen to you." he said.
"I love you too!" she said, scooting closer to him.
There it is! It's a little short, but I think it's ok like this, because adding to it would just change the idea. Now, I bet you're wondering what happens on Tamaran.
