Ezra and Kanan just got back to the ghost from the dr.'s office, from what the dr said Ezra has to be on strict bed rest .
" Kanan is it alright if I can get out of bed to walk around the ghost for about an hour or so?" Ezra asked Kanan
" No Ezra the dr. said for you to stay in bed till you are better." Kanan said
" but Kanan!" Ezra started to protest and gave Kanan the puppy eyes
" no buts ezra do you wanna end up in the hospital." Kanan said as he rose his eyebrows
Ezra turned his back to Kanan and crossed his arms.
" Ezra I'm only doing this because I care about you." Kanan said and put his arm around Ezra's shaking shoulders
" I know Kanan but you know I hate being in bed just doing nothing ." Ezra started to say but was interrupted by Kanan.
" Ezra I know how hard it is to be laying in bed since you like to bounce off the walls." Kanan said
Ezra started to sneeze uncontrollably, " kanan can you get me some more tissues." Ezra asked while sneezing.
Kanan walked over to Ezra's desk and grabbed his tissue box and handed him the box.
" thanks Kanan I hate being sick even more now." Ezra said as his voice is clogged with congestion.
" I know you do kiddo but just try to sleep it off hopefully you will feel better after your nap." Kanan said and left Ezra to have his nap in peace.
" where's Ezra at Kanan?" Sabine asked Kanan
" in his room taking a nap, so nobody go in there to wake him ." Kanan said firmly gazing at Chopper indirectly
" Kanan should we be doing something to be making Ezra feel better ?" Hera asked Kanan
"you can get Ezra some more tissues , and some water." Kanan said to Hera
" What should I do?" Zeb asked
" you can give Ezra a massage because Ezra really needs one since he's been tensing up alot lately." Kanan said
Zeb stood by Ezra's bedroom door in order, to not startle him
" hey Ezra, Kanan sent me to give you a massage since you've been tensing up alot lately ." Zeb said.
Ezra's glassy blue eyes looked into Zeb's green eyes and rolled over so Zeb can start on his massage.
" this should make you relax Ezra." Zeb said
Ezra started mumbling in his sleep.
Zeb noticed how congested Ezra sounded.
Zeb went to the med bay to get the humidifier and a towel for Ezra to decongest his chest and to put over his head.
" hey Zeb how is he doing?" Kanan asked
" not so good he is really congested , I got the humidifier for him to breathe easier." Zeb said .
Kanan went to Ezra's room to put some vapor rub onto Ezra's chest .
" Ezra this is gonna help you breathe better at night. " Kanan said calmly
" Kanan I didn't ask for this just a week before my birthday." Ezra said as he looked into Kanan's eyes
" I know Ezra , but I'll make you better soon try to get some sleep." Kanan said
" night Kanan ." Ezra said and fell asleep instantly.
