Red: Hello! This is Red, Lin-san was too lazy to get her sleepy butt up today, so Blue told me to introduce the new chapter for Royalty Sucks! *reading everything from a script*
Me: Red... shut the hell up before I go over there and smack your weak ass.
Red: ...Blue's fault...
Me: Ugh, I'll get her later. So, this is a new chapter for Royalty Sucks... I'm really tired guys since last chapter... Lyn, you mind finishing it?
Lyn: Sure! Enjoy the chapter and remember that Lin-san (A.K.A, me) doesn't own Pokemon. Plus, she wants to thank Republic Empire again and sapphirewith565 for the submissions!
Me: Thanks. Now then... Blue... something you want to explain?
Blue: O-oh, hi Lin-san. H-how was your nap?
Me: GO DIE IN HELL. *I start chasing Blue around the place*
Blue: I'M SORRY, JEEZ!
Green: *sigh* Women...
Me and Blue: SHUT UP, GREEN!
Chapter X: Journey Through the Forest
Lyn's P.O.V:
"F-forgive me... Yellow... Platinum... please, wait for me..." I muttered. I saw Red running up to me, along with Green and Gold.
"Lyn!" Green said, helping me up. I said a small thanks to him and looked at Red, who looked like he wanted to kill me right now.
"What happened?" Red asked in a very serious tone. I gulped.
"Y-Yellow and Platinum got k-kidnapped..." I said. I flinched when Red punched a nearby wall.
"Dammit!" he exclaimed. He looked back at me.
"Where did they go?" he asked. I pointed towards the gigantic hole in the wall.
"T-there. B-but that's all I know..." I said.
"WELL THAT'S NOT GOING TO HELP, NOW IS IT?!" Red exclaimed. I started crying again, and this time, Gold came to me as well.
"Red," I looked at Green, who was looking at Red sternly.
"I know you are very furious with Lyn right now, but please take it easy on her. She did nothing wrong." he said calmly. Red's anger suppressed, looking at me.
"Sorry. I'm just really worried about them." Red said. I nodded. "I-it's okay..." I replied. Red then sighed, looking at Gold and Green.
"We're going. Now." he said firmly. Gold and Green both nodded, Green muttering, "Take care" before walking outside from the huge hole in the wall.
"I'm coming as well." I said, standing straight. Red shook his head.
"You can't come." he said, turning towards the hole. My eyes widened at his statement.
"But I have to g-"
"No! I want you to stay here, enough trouble has happened," Red said, looking back at me. He sighed. "I want you to stay here and take care of mother; she's worried sick right now." I felt tears coming again.
"Red, I-"
"Please, Lyn. I... don't want anything bad to happen to you." he said, looking away. I started shaking my head, allowing the tears to fall.
"I don't want anything bad to happen to you either," I said. "It's my fault this happened, and it is also my responsibility to get them back. So please, let me go." I said. Red looked back at me.
"I'm sorry. But please stay here for your own safety." Red said, grabbing his sword and walking outside. I held out my hand to call him back, but retreated it, dropping it onto the floor. I then stood up, walking towards my room.
"No... I won't listen this time..." I muttered to myself, locking my bedroom door. I changed out of my torn dress and grabbed some materials I needed into a bag. I checked under my bed, grabbing my sword. I then opened the window, about to jump until two sudden voices called to me.
"Let us come with you!" I turned, smiling to see my two friends prepared and ready. I nodded.
"Just make sure not to get killed." I said, jumping out the window. They followed without hesitation. I avoided and cut some bushes that were in the way so that I wouldn't get any scratches.
After landing safely on the ground, I ran towards the forest, with the two following close behind.
"Instead of being protected, now I will fight with you." I thought to myself, continuing to run even faster inside the forest.
Which was also Red's first destination.
Red's P.O.V:
"Hey! Wait!" I turned around, seeing two teens running up to us.
"May I ask who you two are?" Green asked. They both looked at each other and nodded.
"I'm Ruby, an A class Sniper Ranger. And-"
"I'm Sapphire! Nice to me ya!" Interrupted the brunette, shaking my hand up and down. The boy sighed.
"Sapphire, must you act like that every single time? This is the prince of Kanto, Red Crimson," Ruby said. He bowed. "Pleasure to meet you, Red." he said. I rubbed the back of my neck awkwardly.
"Um... pleasure is all mine...?" I said/asked. Ruby nodded, looking at Gold and Green.
"Oh, I'm Green, former S rank samurai." Green said, bowing.
"And I'm Gold, knight for the Kanto residency!" Gold said. Ruby and Sapphire both nodded. I looked at both of them.
"Why are you two here?" I asked. Sapphire pulled something out of her pocket, showing it to me.
"Sir Steven's orders. We were sent here for a serious mission against the Dragon Master." Sapphire said. I read the paper, handing it back to her.
"And you plan on coming with us?" I asked. They both nodded.
"Do you know anything about this Dragon Master?" I asked.
"He wants something very precious. Ever heard of the Dark Flame Dragon?" Ruby asked. I shook my head.
"Well, the Dark Flame Dragon is the most powerful dragon ever to exist. It has hot, scorching flames that can kill a person within a second. The Dragon Master is planning on finding the jewel, the Coral Orb, in order to find and control the legendary beast." Ruby explained.
"But because of some accidents that happened back in Hoenn, the orb was transferred somewhere else, and from Sir Steven's research, it's somewhere here in Kanto." Sapphire then added. I nodded.
"So, that's why you're sent here, to find it before the Dragon Master does?" I asked. They both nodded. I smiled.
"Fine, you can come along, just don't cause much trouble." I said, walking towards the forest. Green and the rest followed.
Deep within the forest...
Blue's P.O.V:
"Blue, where the hell are we going now?" Silver asked, running close behind me. I turned my head to see him.
"Going to follow that Red boy and the others, that's what!" I called back to him.
"Why in Arceus' name would we do that?" he asked. I stopped running, looking at Silver in the eye.
"I... feel bad for them, okay?" I said. "I want to do something better with my life other than stealing." I said. Silver sighed and smiled.
"Alright. Let's go." Silver said. I smiled, continuing our run.
After a couple of minutes, Silver pointed at a direction.
"They're over there." he said, running to where he pointed. I nodded, running after him. Once we got close enough, I saw them. I cupped my hand over my mouth.
"Hey!" I called. They all turned, getting their weapons ready. I automatically raised my hands in defense.
"Whoa, whoa... hold UP! I didn't come here to get killed, y'know." I said. I inspected them closely, and the one that got my attention was the spiky brunette guy, the same one who almost choked Silver to death that day.
"You..." I muttered. I shook my head and then looked at Red.
"Red, my good man, won't you let us join your little group journey?" I asked. He held up a hand so that everyone could put down their weapons and looked at me.
"Why should I? After all, you two are thieves. How much do you think I can trust you?" he asked. I sighed, placing a hand on my hip.
"As a thief, I know where a lot of treasures are hidden. Plus, I can be very helpful in combat." I said. Red eyed me and Silver suspiciously and then nodded.
"Fine, but if you do anything sneaky, I'll make sure you see clouds the next day." Red said in a dark tone, walking away. I shivered at his statement, but followed him hesitantly along with Silver.
"By the way, brunette boy: Green, kid with bow and arrow: Ruby, brunette girl: Sapphire, guy with black spiky hair besides me: Gold." Red said. I nodded.
"So, what's the plan exactly?" I asked. Red turned to me.
"We're going to save Yellow and Platinum from the Dragon Master," he said. "And didn't you say you knew where treasures are hidden?" he then asked. I nodded.
"Then tell me, where can we find the Coral Orb?" Red asked. My eyes widened.
"Y-you're looking for that?!" I exclaimed. I also saw Silver's eyes widen in surprise. He nodded. "Is there a problem?" he asked. I shook my head.
"N-nothing's wrong with it. It's just that you'll get killed the moment you step inside that building." I said. All of their eyes widened.
"What do you mean?" Sapphire asked. I sighed.
"The Coral Orb was an ancient gem everyone wanted to get their hands on because of its beauteous color and lustrous gleam. The dragon of the orb was very friendly with everybody, until it was possessed by darkness. This happened when a man wanted the orb, but accidentally broke it into shards, releasing the anger and darkness that was sealed within the orb and returning it to the dragon, making it go insanely mad. It was unstoppable and killed the man. It never left the building again, that's now known as the Forbidden Tower," I explained.
"The tower lies in Lavender Town. But because of a certain incident that happened a few days ago, the entrance is blocked off, so people can't enter the tower even if they tried." I said. I saw Red clench his fists.
"We'll try, even if it takes us days. Weeks. Possibly months and/or years if it was that impossible to get through." Red said. I swallowed hard; is this kid insane?!
"Are you sure about this?" I asked. He nodded.
"Anything for the one I love." he muttered, continuing to walk forward. I followed, uneasy about joining the party now.
A few minutes later...
"Hey, Silv," I called. He looked at me.
"What is it?" he asked.
"Doesn't this place look familiar?" I asked. He looked around at his surroundings, and then nodded.
"Yeah, we got chased by villagers here. So what?" he asked. I smiled.
"We get to meet those three again." I said. His eyes widened and I turned around.
"Red!" I said. He turned to me. "What?" he asked.
"I know some friends around here that I think can help us on our journey." I said. He crossed his arms.
"Oh really now?" he asked. I nodded, walking to my right. "This way." I said, walking. The others began to follow.
Once we reached a wooden house, I knocked on the door.
"Hello~ Anyone home?" I called. The brown haired guy opened the door, his eyes widening when he saw me and Silver.
"Y-you guys again... what do you want?" he asked.
"I need you three to help us." I said. He rolled his eyes. "And what do we get out of this?" he asked.
"Anything. As long as you help." Red interrupted. The boy sighed, turning his head around.
"Hey, Blaze! I need some help with these guys." he said. I heard a loud groan from inside the house.
"What? More Lightning demons? I thought you took care of them all, Forrest." a reply called. The boy, Forrest, face-palmed.
"No, it's these two again." he said, jabbing a thumb at me and Silver. The blond haired girl, known as Blaze apparently, walked over to Forrest, spotting us instantly.
"Oh, nice to see you guys again. What do you want?" she asked. I held up a a hand.
"Wouldn't you let your guests in first?" I asked. The two looked at each other and sighed, opening the door a bit wider.
"Come in." They both said in unison but with a bored tone. I smiled, walking inside.

"And that's why we are in need of your assistance." I said. Blaze nodded.
"I see. Well, I guess it's necessary; you'll get easily lost and possibly die in this forest because of its vast structure and deadly demons..." she said.
"Wait, demons?" Gold asked. Blaze nodded again.
"Yup. There's element demons crawling all over the place," she said, turning to Forrest. "And you might want to help Aqua in the back, she's trying to take down some Fire trolls right now." she said. Forrest nodded, walking towards the back. She turned back to us.
"Anyways, these demons will annoy the hell out of you, and are pretty good fighters if you mess try and with them." she said. I looked at Blaze.
"Is there any way we can avoid them?" I asked. She shook her head.
"No way around them. Pesky little ones, may I tell you." Blaze said, shaking her head.
"So... can you help us then?" Red asked. Blaze shrugged.
"Depends. What are you guys looking for anyways?" she asked.
"The Coral Orb." Red said. Blaze stood up, picking up something from the cabinet.
"You mean something like... this?" she asked, holding up a round, small pink ball. Ruby and Sapphire's eyes widened.
"Yeah! That's it!" they exclaimed. Blaze set it down on the table.
"Well, unfortunately, this right here is a replica. Completely hallow on the inside." she explained, tapping it. Ruby and Sapphire sighed.
"But I do know where the real one is." she said. "Where?" I asked.
"In a grove near the Forbidden Tower. But because the thing was broken into shards, the most you can ever find is one shard. It will take you almost days to find all of the pieces." Blaze explained. I slumped in my chair.
"Well then this is pointless..." I muttered. Red slammed a hand on the table.
"Don't ever say that! We need to find it before the Dragon Master does, or else something bad will happen to Yellow and Platinum!" Red exclaimed. Blaze's eyes widened.
"Wait, did you say Dragon Master?" she asked. Red nodded.
"Yes, why do you ask?" Red asked Blaze. Blaze looked down at the table, her hands slightly trembling.
"He's there... I can't lose him again..." Blaze muttered. She looked up at Red. "I'm coming with you guys." she said, standing up straight. The back door then barged open, and Forrest and Aqua came inside, with dirt and sweat on their faces and clothes.
"We're coming too!" they both said. I smiled and nodded.
"Great! But let's get you guys cleaned up first." I said, noticing a bunch of scratches and burn marks on their skin. They both nodded.
I wonder how Yellow and Platinum are doing, though...
Yellow's P.O.V:
"And here's your new cell, ladies!" a grunt said, throwing me and Platinum inside the same cell. After he locked the cell, I stood up.
"What do you want us for anyway?" I asked. The grunt chuckled.
"Oh, nothing serious," he started, walking towards the exit.
"But the outcome may be fatal." he ended. My eyes widened in fear as he started to laugh and walk away. I sat down, feeling tears coming.
"Red... please..." I muttered.
Find us soon...
OOOOkay. I lied; this chapter was supposed to be 5,000 words or more but whatever. IT'S FINALLY DONE! Jeez, that took longer than I thought. Anyways, I hope you liked this chapter, it took a while (despite it being, like over 2,600 words, but whatever). More to come later, so make sure you keep reading. And I now promise to make the chapters longer this time.
Real quick, I also want to thank Republic Empire and sapphirewitch565 again (I do this too much...) for the OC submissions, something you can still submit! I'm trying to fit more than two evil OC's, so if you guys want, you can certainly submit more, I don't mind!
Until then!
