Celestina isn't known just for her singing talent. She's also known for marrying and then divorcing men. In the wizarding world, divorce happens, but it's definitely rarer than in the Muggle world, and Celestina had been married not once, not twice, but three times.
Each time a marriage doesn't work she puts a metaphorical bandage on her heart. Each bandage has a scribble on it, the scribble being the name of the husband that just couldn't handle her.
Celestina knows she's a handful, but she hopes the saying 'three times the charm' is true. She doesn't believe she has ever loved anyone more than she loves her current husband, Irvin Warble.
She just hopes her and Irvin are it. Forever.
