A man Harry had never met before strolled into the room with an air of arrogance and his stride screamed confidence. He was pale, with high cheek bones, pitch black hair and thin red lips. His eyes were as black as coal and when they gazed at Harry, it made him feel like he was a tiny insect being examined by a large magnifying glass. It made him feel a tad insecure but he straightened his back and made sure to stair straight into the other man's eyes. It seemed as though that was the right thing to do as the man gave him an appraising look and after studying Harry a moment longer and he turned to the others and spoke in loud voice "Well, the boy certainly looks like one of us, let's get on with this, I have some errands to run after this so do hurry up" "Yes, yes of course Mr Black" the old man behind the desk gave 'Mr Black' a knife and he swiftly cut his slightly aged palm without even flinching and watched as the red drops of blood fell into the wooden bowl that was marked with strange runes.

I felt a chill up my spine as I watched this; I didn't recognise this man at all. Who was he? Taking a deep breath In I pushed myself forward as I accepted the knife that was still stained with his blood, grimacing at how unhygienic it was I cut my left palm open and repeated what Mr Black had done.

The concoction shone white for a moment and was taken out of my hands. The old guy started to grumble something and poured the blood onto some parchment while chanting a spell that harry had not heard before. After a tense minute later the blood began to move around on the parchment and form a symbol that Harry could not see due to his height, but the others looked at him with a strange fascination. Worried about what the test revelled, he took a step backwards. Mr Black looked at him, slightly surprised about what the test had said, "Well Hadrian looks like you're coming with me. My name is Orion Black, head of the black family. I don't know where you have come from but you are indeed one of us and we Blacks take care of our own. As of now you will behave like pureblood, act like one and listen to everything I say. Is that clear?" "Yes sir" harry replied in a relieved voice, happy that the test did not revile his true identity.

Following Mr Black out of the room, he caught Mr Kane's eye for a moment and he gave Harry a nod and said "See you at school Hadrian" the door shut before harry could even reply.

He turned around and saw that Mr Black was giving him an odd look, "Straighten your back boy, and wipe that expression of your face. I'm very busy so my youngest son will be looking after you while I am away on a business trip. We have 2 weeks before school starts, God knows that isn't enough time to get rid of those foolish muggle tendencies and make you a proper pureblood. I don't want hear anything about you misbehaving, is that clear?" "Crystal clear" harry replied strained voice; he had forgotten how idiotic purebloods can be. "Good, now do keep up". Walking up to the fire place Orion grabbed onto him and spoke in a commanding tone "Black manor" and before harry knew it they were in the swirling vortex going to a place harry had not even heard of before.

He landed rather ungracefully next to Orion, why couldn't he ever get the hang of landing correctly he will never know. Checks red Harry looked up and saw Mr Blacks disapproving eyes on him and Harry's checks flared up even more. Dusting himself off he heard someone approach the room they were in, tensing he did a quick glance around, noting all possible exists and hoped to God that it wasn't a death eater roaming the dark halls of Black manor.
