Chapter 10: Meet the Mauraders

Bella Pov

The next morning, I woke up in a weird position. I had fallen asleep eagle spreader, so you can only imagine what happened when I woke up in the morning with five little first years at my side. "Ahhh!" I screamed, and swung up, hitting one in the face by accident. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." I repeated while she cried.

"What happened?!" Lily came in yelling at the noise. The girl I hit by accident was sobbing and holding her nose.

"I-! She… She just came out of nowhere. I reacted quickly, I'm… What were you guys doing on my bed?!" I screamed, and then turned to Lily. "I thought you said that we were the only two in this dorm!" I yelled, making one of the other first years squeak.

"We're sorry miss, we… We were curious. We had snuck in because we heard there was a new girl who fell out of the sky, and she was Voldemort's bride." She said squeakily, and I scrunched up my face in disgust.

"Bride? No. Sister? Yes." I said wisely, but that just made the other girls grow paler. "Voldemort's-!" The girl who had opened her mouth to speak was elbowed in the ribs by her friend.

"Oh, sorry. You-know-who has a sister?" She asked me, and I shrugged. "Well we're not blood related, (A/N: Not that she knows yet) but we were adopted by the same family. And before that, we were each other's only friends. We were closer then any siblings you can speak of. It was only the two of us against the whole orphanage at that old place." The girls listened to me with awe, but still looked a little shaken.

"Ladies, I'll have to ask you to exit the dorm please, but you girls can talk to Bella later. She's had a really rough trip and needs rest." Lily said with a defiant eye, but the first years were adamant.

"Not before we introduce ourselves Evens!" The girl whom I hit snapped, and turned to me with a smile. "I'm Mary."

"Anastasia."

"Andromedra." (A/N: Snort. Tonks mom, and since I'm Juliunna Malfoy, Andromedra Black is my Aunt, "REMOVED AND MARKED AS BLOOD TRAITOR")

"Marissa."

"Patricia." They said, and so I smiled at them to be nice. Frankly, I didn't really care. But they were so cute!

"Well it's nice to meet you all, but like Lily said, I need to get some rest." I smiled, and the girls waved and blew kisses on their way out. "Bye Bella! Bye Lily!" They smiled, and Lily slammed the door behind them. What's wrong with her?

"Lily, why do you hate-!" But I shut up when she turned around with the biggest smile ever on her face. "Sorry, but I couldn't tell you with them in the room. We're going to Hogsmead! And we've been excused from all classes for the whole day to go and get your stuff! Well, you were already excused, but still you know, I got excused!" Lily squealed, and I watched her prance around the room giggling.

"Oh I can't wait to rub it in James and Sirius's faces. They are going to freak!" She squealed, and then to my surprise, she jumped over to me and pulled me up. Grabbing my money bag under my bed with all the lists and passes we'd need, I slung it over my shoulder.

"Come on, Bella, let's go before they leave for breakfast." Lily smirked at the thought, and so I decided to just follow her. "Lily, how old are you?" I mused quietly on our way down the stairs.

"Oh, I'm thirteen. Why?" She asked. When we reached the bottom of the stairs, I noticed four interesting looking boys sitting near the fireplace. They were watching Lily and with curiosity.

"Just curious Lils. I'm seventeen." I said, and no sooner had I spoken, then the four boys stood up. They came up to my neck at the most, Heh.

"Hello, my name is Sirius Black. It's very nice to meet you." He smirked, and reached for my hand. He raised it gently to his lips and planted a kiss on my knuckles.

"Sirius Black, the womanizer." Lily muttered, not even caring to keep her voice down.

"My names Remus Lupin." A smart looking boy carrying a book murmured, and held out his hand to shake mine. When are hands parted, Lily had something to say about him too.

"Remus Lupin, the bookworm." She muttered, and Remus's face went red.

"James Potter. I believe that we've met out on the grounds last night?" James smiled widely at me, but I could see the arrogance dripping off his smirk.

"James Potter. The arrogant Quidditch player who thinks he can strut around the castle like he owns it just because he doesn't crash on his broom." Lily snarled at him. Obviously, she hated him the most.

"My name is, Peter Pettigrew." A smaller, cute rounded face boy said, and shook my hand. I smiled wildly at him, making him blush. He reminded me of the small children at the orphanage. The one's that were ten.

"Peter Pettigrew, the following-!"

"Shut up Lily! No one cares!" I snapped at her, making her stony look wipe off. I glared at her, until finally she adverted her eyes to the ground.

"Sorry about her boys, I think she's jealous. Or has a crush on one of you, one or the other." Lily glared at me, obviously embarrassed.

"I do not! There all just obnoxious jerks, you'll see!" She practically shouted, and then huffed. "Anyway, Lily and I were going to go school shopping, what are you guys doing?" I mused, and Lily stood up straight, ready to brag.

"Oh, we were just going to head down to Grand Hall, get some breakfast-!" James shook his head to clear it, and then shouted. "Wait what?!"

"Lily Evens and I are going to Hogsmead. What are you guys-!"

"What?! But the Hogsmead weekend isn't for a week or so." Sirius snapped.

"Actually Black, Bella and I have a special pass to go to Hogsmead. See!" She held up two pink passes that said 'Hogwarts V.I.P.' in a huge scrawl.

Sirius and the other boys leaned forward to press their noses against it. "But… But how?!" Remus said in awe.

"Bella didn't have enough time to get her stuff, plus she's of age. So Dumbledore was kind enough to lend us passes, and even money. Not that Bella needs it anyway. She's part of the Peverall family." Lily stuck her nose in the air, and tried to drag me away from them. But the Mauraders reactions were hilarious. They seemed to look at each other and then leaned in to whisper. While I as trying to find out what they were talking about, they all of a sudden turned back to Lily and I, and then shouted. "Get Them!"

James jumped and wrapped his arms around my waist, causing me to fall to the floor. Lily screamed and tried to run away, but Sirius and Peter jumped on her. Lily merely screamed, whereas I kicked James in the stomach. Remus grabbed my legs and pinned me down while James coughed and sputtered for breath on the floor.

"What the heck are you four doing!" I screamed, but the rest of them waited until James got his breath back. "Please take us with you! We'll be good, we promise!"

"No, don't do it Bella!"

"We were only playing around please?! Please, pretty please with a cherry on top?" Peter begged, and so I just had to say yes.

"Fine then." I groaned, and James smiled weakly. "Ger-! Off me!" Lily grumbled, and pushed Peter off her. "Sorry." He muttered.

"So, when are we going?" Remus said happily, making me smile. "Let's go now. I need a change of robes." I smirked. The boys turned a light shade pink as we ran out of the Portrait door.

Hmm, Hogwarts is starting to look up. I wonder if after all this time, Tom has kept that locket necklace I gave him. You know, worn it for over twenty years in remembrance of me. Aww.
