hey guys. I know its late but I got this up. now time for yes part of this chapter is named after the anime "Brothers Conflict" only cuz my friend has been obsessing over it recently and it was what I came up with so don't hate, kk? hope you all enjoy this!

"so, why are we needed again, brother?" Galen said as him, Sebastian, and Quinn were walking up to the mansion, Lily and Chase falling behind the group, chatting.

"I don't know. My young master only said to get you so he could speak with you three. I haven't the slightest clue why he needs you."

"so Lily, im sorry about the other night. I didn't mean to make our friendship awkward." Chase said, a dusting of a blush barely visible on his face.

"nah, its ok. I actually wanted to tell you that I like you too. I've never had a crush on anyone before, so this whole thing is weird and new for me." Chase then slid his hand into hers, both their faces turning bright red.

"having fun back there?" Sebastian asked with a smirk on his face.

"shut up Sebastian!" Lily and Chase shouted. Sebastian and Galen just chuckled at them, while Quinn looked back at them, confused. They soon arrived at the door, Sebastian opening it for them, and headed for Ciel's office.

"young master, I have brought my brothers, Galen, Chase, and Quinn. Brothers, this is my master, Earl Ciel Phantomhive." Sebastian said as he bowed to Ciel. Him and lily then stood on each side of his desk while the brothers stood in front.

welcome, brothers of Sebastian. I have very important matters to discuss with you, but first Lily, would you please step outside. I'm sorry, but this conversation is not of your concern, so if you please." Ciel got up, and walked around his desk to face the brothers.

" of course Ciel. Well, I'll talk to you guys later." Lily opened the door and looked back at Chase and waved. After she shut the door, Sebastian waited until Lily was out of hearing range before signaling Ciel that he could speak.

"let us begin. I was thinking of hiring you three on to my service. You will get paid, a space to live, and you will be here with Sebastian. I would like to make you my protectors and you would guard me and my mansion. You, of course, do not have to sign on. Any questions?"

Chase raised his hand, "what about Lily? Isn't she a protector? What will happen to her?"

"good question. Well since Trancy wanted a protector, one like her, I might as well give her to him to work in his employ. I might be able to get some cash out of that idiot." Ciel replied.

"WHAT?! That's not fair! You can't just sell her off, she's a person, let alone sell her to Alois Trancy. Sebastian told us about him, and I know that she shouldn't go there." Chase said as he stepped closer to Ciel.

"first, I don't care what you think. Second, I'm sure she'll be fine at Trancy's, she's a smart and strong girl. Anyway, what do you three say? Are you in or not?"

"I'm out. Sorry guys, but I cant see this happen to Lily." Chase said as he walked towards the door.

"well I'm in. Sorry Chase, but it's a good opportunity. We get a safe place to be and we can be with our brother." Said Galen as he stepped towards Sebastian.

Sebastian then looked to Quinn, "well Quinn, have you decided?" Quinn thought long and hard, not wanting his family split up. "ok, Ciel-chan. I agree." He then walked up to Sebastian and hugged his leg.

"Ciel-chan…..? what?" Ciel mumbled under his breath.

Chase sighed, "well, I guess I'm on my own. Hope to see you guys again, and on a better note." And he left the room. He sensed Lily in the gardens and went to go warn her.

After leaving Ciel's office, Lily went straight to the gardens. She always found it peaceful there, even if the other servants were making a ruckus out there. She hadn't been there long before she heard what sounded like Chase yelling. Lily wanted to see what was wrong, but thought against it, knowing Ciel didn't want her involved. Probably just demon problems. Not too long later, Chase runs out from the mansion and races towards her once he spots her.

"good, your ok," Chase said as he reached her, "we have to hurry and get you away from here. Ciel offered my brothers and I jobs as protectors. Galen and Quinn accepted. He then said he was going to send you to work for Alois."

"what?! But how could he? I thought that I was finally at a good place, after America." Lily whispered the last part, knowing Chase heard anyway.

" I know, but now we have to get you out of here. Don't worry, I'm here for you." Chase hugged Lily, knowing this must be hard for her to process.

"of course. Hang on Chase, I'm flying us out of here."

"wait, what..AHHH!" Chased screamed as Lily released her wings and took flight, "you have wings, let alone fly?!" Chase asked over the rushing of the wind.

"yes. I was born with them, and they have been my greatest ally." They both smiled at each other, Chase thinking how he cant wait to find out more about this girl.

Chapter Alert: there will be some small fluff next chapter and a tiny bit in ch12 and a small amount in chapter 13 so far. i'll try to squeeze in fluff between those two but there are upcoming roadbumps for them *cough cough* booty shorts *cough cough* that's all im going to say on the matter. oh and I finally has a chapter with over 1000 words! (don't think I do for chapters that were written by my friend ski) those its only over by 40 words...lol. anyway just felt like I finally put a lot.
