"Gosh Lucy, you're so pathetic! I even changed my last name and everything, but I still act like the old me."

"Hey Natsu, you can let go of my hand now." I could feel the blood literally sprinting into my cheeks. Happy chuckled.

"Hoho, is someone in love?" Happy asked. UGGH! How could he ask that? Now I felt even worse. And Natsu was still holding my hand. I guess Natsu noticed the atmosphere and eventually let me go.

"Oh, I'm sorry about that" he replied. Then there was an awkward silence for a while. I didn't know what to say to lighten to mood but before I could think of anything, Natsu's voice interrupted my train of thought. "How about I walk you home it's the least I could do."

Happy chuckled again. My face remained quite red.

We walked in silence again for the next few minutes. My home was near the port so it shouldn't have taken a long time to get there, but the awkward situation made it seem like it was taking years. My breath felt heavy. What's bothering me the most is how Natsu seems to be unfazed by all of this. Does he care about me at all? Am I the only one whose feelings remain? I want to ask him about his past but I don't know how-

Then a strange thought popped into my mind. The mirror! Of course! Maybe if I mentioned something about it, he would remember. I thought of the small print on the mirror and thought that I should bring it up. "Hey Natsu, have you ever heard of 'Edolas'"? His body jerked a bit, so I became afraid of how he would respond.

He hesitated for a moment to think about it. "W-What is that?" Why did he stutter? Did he subconsciously remember what it meant? Not wanting to come off as pushy, I let the subject drop. Thankfully, we arrived at my house so I didn't have to think about conversing with him again tonight. I let out a deep sigh. Gosh Lucy, you're so pathetic! I even changed my last name and everything, but I still act like the old me.

"Lucy you okay? You look down." I gave him my best smile and assured him that I was A-OK. "I'll come back back tomorrow morning so we can go to the guild together." I nodded.

Happy chuckled again. "Consider it a date okay?" Grrr this cat was making me mad! Natsu laughed again and then turned to leave. I felt so empty now that he left me again. At least this time, he promised to see me the next day.

Natsu

"Something about this seems really familiar, but what?"

"Is something wrong Natsu? You've been keeping your mouth shut, a feat I never thought you could achieve" Happy giggled. I was too deep in thought to reply to his sarcastic remark. I feel like I've met this girl before, and not only that, she smelled really good, a very familiar scent. Her hair was blonde, but shone golden in the moonlight. Something about this seems really familiar, but what? Edolas, Edolas, Edolas. What is that? Why don't I know what it is even though I feel as if I should?

Lucy

"Who was this girl and why did she need my help?"

I jumped on my bed the moment I entered my house. I was feeling so depressed. The person I searched wholeheartedly for completely forgot who I was. I bet he didn't even think about me on his way home. I let out a deep sigh.

"...help...me..please..." Good job Lucy. You've gone so insane that now you're hearing voices in your head. I sat still for a moment and didn't hear the voice again. I must have really lost it. Does this happen when you're in love? My face turned red. L-love?

"please..help..me" The voice spoke to me again. It sounded really close, but who was it? I looked around the room, but I couldn't find where the voice was coming from. I looked outside my window to check but was only greeted by a beautiful full moon. In the corner of my eye, I noticed the mirror Natsu gave me shining in a bright, golden light. What the heck is going on? When I picked it up to look in my hair went golden then the image of me disappeared and I was greeted with the face of another girl.

"WHOA!" I dropped the mirror in surprise but luckily was able to catch it before it hit the floor. Who the heck was this girl? It wasn't me that's for sure. "Who are you?" I asked hesitantly.

"..s..nna" the voice said. Huh? I couldn't make out what she was saying anymore.

"What's your name?" I asked again.

"...anna" So her name was Anna huh? That's all I could hear of her name. "he..lp.." Who was this girl and why did she need my help?

"How can I help you? What do I do?" I became quite frantic, the image started disappearing.

"Only..on..full...moon..tell...Natsu...my...lov..." the voice faded away.

Then the image of the girl disappeared and the image went back to normal. I immediately became weak in the knees. Who was that? How did she know Natsu? Love? Does she love Natsu? Does he love her too? I was trembling at this point. I looked back into the mirror with confusion. It was me again and nothing extraordinary.

What the heck was going on?
