Chapter 10: I'm sorry did you say Twins

"Noah? Noah?" Pucks mom had tried to get him revived in the last twenty minutes. Finn stood off to the side debating on telling Ms. Puckerman why her son had fainted from the mention of Rachel Berry having twins.

Even Finn Hudson couldn't even handle the fact that Rachel was having twins. Rachel was like a little sister to him, and the thought that she was having Noah Puckerman's (Puck's) kids freaked him out a bit.

"I don't think anything's going to work Aunt Abby. He's into much shock to wake up," Quinn looked at him with a 'are you sure you should tell the grandma' look.

"Don't say it Hudson," Puck said moaning as he sat up holding his hand to his head.

"Oh Honey you're alright," Aunt Abby said as she helped her son sit up on a chair.

"Yeah just a little shocked,"

"About what, it's not like you and Rachel are together," she said with a slight pout to her face.

"Actually I was just getting ready to ask her when she passed out," Puck said. Finn, Quinn, Santana, and Sam all looked at him in shock.

"You were?" she asked her pout melted and a bright smile grew in its place.

"There's something I need to tell ya Ma,"

"Alright sweeties go ahead," she said encouraging him.

"Rachel's pregnant," Quinn Finn, Sam, and Santana all rolled their eyes.

"Yes I know sweetie pour dear,"

"No mom," the look of realization hit her in the face her expression so fast they didn't get it.

"You're the father?" she asked her voice shaky, "Rachel's having my grandbabies," then a smile formed on her lips. "my grandbabies," she smiled bigger and hugged her son as tightly as she could. "My grandbabies," and that's all she kept saying.

"Mom?" Puck yelled. "Rachel, can I go see her,"

"Of course, she's resting right now, but she's perfectly healthy,"

"Thanks ma," and with that he ran into the room his ma had told him.

When he entered he saw her there sleeping so peacefully, yet so fragile too. He saw her move a little bit. He sat in the chair next to her bed taking her hand into his and rubbed soothing circles with his thumb. Her eyes slowly opened

"Hey," He said quietly.

"Hi," she croaked, her voice dry from lack of use.

"Need some water?" He asked her. Rachel nodded her head and Puck got up and got her some water. When he came back Rachel was staring at the millions of cards that the Glee club had given her with just in the day. She laughed slightly as she took the water from him and downed the whole cup within seconds.

"Better,"

"Much, thank you Noah,"

"It's my job Rachel; we are all in this together. I'm not just gonna leave my kids and I most defiantly not gonna leave you,"

"I'm sorry, did you just say kids?" Rachel asked not believing her ears.

"Um I thought they told you," he told her shrugging his shoulders. He watched as Rachel passed out for the second time that day.
