To Ryan's relief they didn't have to fake a scene again. Sean gave them a pregnancy test the next day. Emily had prepared before hand when they finally did get the test. Unfortunately they had to wait another week before Emily could pretend to take the test. Ryan didn't know exactly how Emily was going to fake the test but he just hoped that it would work.
Ryan paced the room as he waited for Emily to come out of the bathroom. He just about jumped out of his skin when the bathroom door finally opened and Emily came out with the test.
"So?" Ryan asked immediately. Emily walked up to him with a passive face up until she was right in front of him. She held up the test so he could see the results.
"Two lines." Emily said excitedly.
Ryan looked at her slightly lost. "So…"
Emily smiled a giant smile. "I'm pregnant." Emily told him.
Ryan's face broke out into a huge smile. He wrapped his arms around Emily's waist and lifted her up, spinning her around. Emily laughed.
Sean opened the door to their celebration. Grinning, Sean waited for them to calm before he spoke. "What are we celebrating?" He asked.
Emily blushed still smiling but Ryan set Emily down with his smile slightly fading. Sean caught a glimpse of the pregnancy test in Emily's hand and smiled.
"Congratulations." Sean told them. He left them their meal before leaving giddy that Emily was pregnant.
When the door closed Ryan and Emily turned to each other grinning wildly. Their plan was working!

Sean had been busy ever since he had found out Emily was pregnant. He had slowly been gathering baby supplies and other items that he thought Emily might need. He knew that it would be months before she would need any of this but he couldn't help it. He was just too happy. He was just finishing up putting the items he had got earlier away when he heard banging up stairs.
Confused and worried, Sean went up stairs. The banging was coming from Emily's room door.
"Sean!" Sean heard Emily's lover yell in a panicked tone. He rushed then to open the door. The lover was standing there holding Emily in his arms. She was curled up against him with an arm around him and the other around her stomach.
"She's bleeding." The lover told Sean desperately. Sean looked behind them and saw a bloody towel. Emily groaned in pain.
"It hurts…" Emily whimpered into her lover's chest. Sean immediately became scared. Something was wrong.
"Come on." Sean said rushing them out. Sean didn't bother blindfolding the young man as that would just make them slower. Sean go the car door open and usurered them in the back. The young man got Emily in and laid her out. Emily turned into him and whimpered again. Sean hurried around the car.
Gamming the car in gear, Sean rushed all three of them to the nearest hospital. They were there within minutes and Sean took them straight to the ER. A nurse helped them almost immediately.
"What is wrong?" The nurse asked politely.
"Please help, my daughter is pregnant. She was doing fine until I got home just a little while ago. She is bleeding and her abdomen hurts." Sean informed the nurse.
The nurse quickly got Emily a doctor and they rushed her off. Sean and Ryan went to follow them only to be stopped.
"How are you two related to the patient?" the nurse that stopped them asked.
"I am her father and this is the child's father." Sean explained.
"I am sorry but both of you need to stay here for now." The nurse said with a small reassuring smile. Both men nodded and sat in the waiting room chairs. The minutes ticked by and soon became an hour and a half. Eventually the nurse from earlier came out.
"Can I have the unborn child's father please come with me?" She asked. Ryan stood up and slowly followed the nurse.
Sean began to worry. If they were just calling the young man then something must have happened to the baby. Sean placed his face in his hands and began to pray.

Ryan followed the nurse pretending to act worried. The nurse led him to a room down the hallway. There he found Emily in a hospital bed. Seeing it was Ryan, Emily grinned. The doctor and the first nurse were stand off to the side near her.
"Okay now I want an explanation." The doctor said folding his arms looking at Ryan and Emily.
"We have been abducted and held hostage by that man out there. He says he is my father but he is far from it. I am not pregnant as you already know but it was the only thing we could think of for the man out there to take us both out of the house. I need you to call this number and tell them that we are here." Emily explained snatching paper and pencil then writing down a number.
She gave it to the doctor. The doctor looked at Emily skeptically but the look in her eyes made him believe her.
"Alright wait here." The doctor said walking out of the room pulling out his cell phone.
Emily and Ryan looked at each other. They may have just pulled this off.
