Third Person [Percy, Piper]
Control Freak
This morning we got a new student. It was a girl that seemed to know Percy. Her name was Piper McLean.
She was beautiful. One that aroused most of the boys in the room. Even Percy. Annabeth pouted at him as if to say, "Hey, look at me too!"
She was wearing shorts that were once jeans but cut to be short. She kept her hair long tidy. It was sparkling in the morning sun. As the introductions were finished, the
teacher asked her where she would like to sit. That? She already chose. She walked to the guy sitting next to Percy and flashed him a smile and asked sweetly, "Hey, mind moving?"
The aroused teen gathered his stuff and moved to an empty seat his face flushed. She sat down in the chair and Percy noticed something was wrong, but he decided to push it out of
his mind. Then class started. Everything seemed normal. Everything felt normal... except lunch. Percy and Annabeth sat in their usual spots with their friends. Piper follows Percy to
where he was sitting and there was no room in the table at all. She flashed a smile.
Nico stared.
Jason blushed.
Grover ate.
The girls looked pissed.
"Hey Jason," Piper started. "Mind moving so I can sit next to Percy?" Percy watched carefully. Jason's eyes went blank, as he agreed happily and moved to a different table. His thoughts were
confirmed. This might be the girl that Sarah mentioned back in the dream. Percy looked at her eyes. She looked at his. "Hey," She flashed a smile. "Mind meeting me in my room later?" Percy agreed.
Percy showed up after school at her dorm. Before he knocked the door opened. Piper was on the other side wearing an apron, a small skirt, and a tank top. "I was just cooking. Why don't you go sit
down and wait until I'm done okay?" He nodded in response and sat down at her couch. The room seemed a bit bigger. Was she rich? About 10 minutes later she finished baking some cookies.
She got some milk and put the cookies on a plate and put it all on the coffee table. The apron was put away and she sat next to him on the couch.
"Percy, before we get started," she flashed a smile. "Why don't we get to 'know' each other first?" She pinned him down on the bed, but Percy resisted. She looked shocked. "W-who are you?"
Percy took out his coin and showed her. "You already have your second ability it seems. So, what's your primary?" She began to chuckle. "I can't believe it. I finally found one. Someone who's like
me." She hugged him out of joy. "Now, let's continue where we left off shall we?" She grabs the bottom of his shirt ready to pull it off. Percy closed his eyes, ready to take in what is about
to unfold. He hears her scream. He opens her eyes to... well another wet girl. "Well... that explains... something..." Percy was still unable to process what happened. He didn't even know he could
control it. He felt nothing when it happened. It's like his senses just closed off from him and then water appeared from thin air.
"From the looks of it, you don't know how to control it yet." She snaps her fingers and fire dances on her index finger. "If you want, I could train you to control your water like I can with fire."
She flicks the fire on his clothes and it catches on fire. Percy starts to scream, but he notices that the fire doesn't hurt, it's not even burning. "When you gain enough control like I do, you
can make it so then fire doesn't burn, or singe your clothes, but in your case it would be to keep others dry while their wet, turn heat up when combining with my fire, or make it freezing. So,
what will you do? Will you accept my offer to train you?" A single word decides whether or not he will be trained, or if he will not. It's up to him if he wants to harness his own power, or make
it rot.
"No."
Hm... I don't know if I should have the story as a third person, first person, or both together.
