Chapter 10: Welcome Back

Crypton Future Media Inc. The home of the Crypton vocaloids. They all smiled at the nostalgic feeling of being here. Slowly, they all walked within the building, except two.

The teal girl turned to see the white haired girl with glowing red eyes and the blonde with the side pony stay behind. "What's wrong? Aren't you guys coming?"

"No. It won't feel right being here." She replied, shaking her head with a small smile playing at her lips. Miku nodded in understanding as the rest if the vocaloids walked into the building. "Say hi to Meiko for us."

"Ah! Amazing! This place is better than I remember!" Miku exclaimed in awe as she watched the people go around. Luka chuckled. "Miku. No one can see us. We need to log into the network."

Everyone nodded as they had their hand scanned into the data program. "Logging in. Hatsune Miku Vocaloid program 2.

Kagamine Rin and Len Vocaloid program 2.

Megurine Luka Vocaloid program 2.

KAITO Vocaloid program 1.

Unknown program detected!" An alarm started blaring throughout the program, causing everyone to cover their ears. Miku bit the insides of her cheek. "Crap, they can't detect Meiko anymore."

Kaito stepped forward. "I enable access to unknown program." The alarm stopped and everyone sighed a breath of relief. A map showed the location of the building. Miku pointed to a spot on the map that read, 'Masters office'.

Everyone was instantly transported there, via internet. Then, they transported out of the network. There, they were met with a large chair in a recording office. The workers in the room stared at them, surprised at their sudden appearance. Miku stepped forward from the group. "Master. We have a problem."

The large chair spun around, slow and dramatically. In the chair was a blue haired woman, with silver highlights, red eyes having thin black lines trail down to her neck. She wore a blue and silver dress with a glowing sky blue pentagon shaped pendant in the middle.

Her smile made everyone shiver as she pet her trademark Raichu mouse. "What's the matter, Miku?"

Miku sighed. As a limp Meiko came into sight. The 'Master' gasped as she ran over to Meiko and pushed her out of Kaito's arms And cradled her, herself. "Mei-chan! Mei-chan! What's the matter? Oui! Wake up!" 'Master' shouted as she shook Meiko all willy nilly.

Everyone in the room sweat dropped. "Um, Master Dialga, I don't think you should be doing that..." Miku slowly stated. Dialga stopped shaking Meiko and stared at Miku. She then ran over to Miku and squeezed the breath out of her while rivers fell from her eyes. "Miku! It's terrible! Something happened to Mei-chan!"

Sweat drops fell from everyone's head once more as Miku slowly pried Dialgas fingers from her. Raichu nudged Meiko gently on the head. "Dialga sama. Mei-chans program, um." Luka started as she nervously played with her hands.

"What about Mei-chans program? Huh? Spit it out!" Dialga spat. Talk about changing moods easily, Ran threw everyone's head as Dialga stared at Luka impatiently. "Her program has been... Shut down."

Dialgas face fell in an instant. "What?"

"I'm saying the truth, Master."

"No way..." Dialga said as she stared at Meiko without a usual shine in her eyes. She glomped Meiko and sobbed. "Noes! Mei-chan! How can you leave me alone with these idiots!"

"HEY!" Everyone yelled as Dialga sobbed on Meiko. "WHY?! Why must you do this to me!"

"Umm, Dialga Sama? We kinda-" Kaito started but was quickly cut off by Dialga. "Can't you see Im trying to grieve over Mei-chan here?"

Kaito slightly bowed. "Sorry, please proceed."

"Thank you." Dialga got up and started kicking over the chairs and slapping the workers in the room for letting this happen to Meiko, shouting on the top of her legs as the vocaloids patiently waited.

After a while Dialga started breathing slowly. Kaito smiled. "You done, there?" Dialga nodded, being to out of breath to reply. "Okay. We have a way to bring Mei-chan back."

Dialgas ears perked up as she turned toward him and crawled over to him. "Really?"

Rin nodded as Len held out the chip. "This will help her get back to they way she was."

"Ara~ So she did do something that will save her? That's my girl!" Dialga clapped her hands together as she smiled gently at the Kagamines. "Alright then, give it here."

Len nodded and gave Dialga the chip who skipped over to Meiko. "Umm. You guys should leave. It might take a while."

Everyone bowed respectfully to Dialga as they walked out. Raichu hopped back onto Dialga as the workers started Gathering around Meiko, ready to start the procedure.

"You guys can come now. She's booted-" Miku hung up the phone as everyone stared at her. "Who was it?" Luka asked lifting up an eyebrow.

"It was Dialga Sama. Mei-chans back!" Everyone gasped as they made a dash for the building. Haku chuckled as Neru pouted. "Does it hurt them to say goodbye?"

"Well their family has come back to them."

"Yeah. I can't wait to meet Meiko." Teto said as Haku and Neru smiled at being able to be reunited with their dear friend again.

"Mei-chan!" Miku yelled as she slammed open the door to the masters office. Everyone Stopped talking as they laid their eyes on the brown haired girl sitting up on a stretcher crossing and I crossing her feet nervously.

Luka fell to the ground and put a hand over her mouth as tears slipped from her eyes. "M-Me-Mei..."

Rin cried as Len held her hand. For a second Rin wanted to pull back from his grasp but decided against it. She shouldn't be letting negative emotions come at a time like this.

Kaito scratched his head as he smiled at Meiko.

Meiko blinked at everyone's reactions. "Dialga sama, what's going on? Why are people crying when they see me?"

The vocaloids looked at Meiko with wide eyes. Meiko held her hands together tightly As she looked at Dialga with something odd in her eyes. Was it fear? It couldn't be...

"I don't understand, Dialga Sama! Why are they crying? Is there something wrong with me... I-" Meiko looked at the floor as tears slid down her cheek. "I can't remember..."

Dialga sighed as she gave Meiko a little hug. "Mei-chan, it's okay. They're your family and they were worried for you. That's all."

"Why? Why are they worried? Did something happen?" Dialga shook her head. She turned toward the confused vocaloids. "Guys, it seems that Mei-chan doesn't actually have her memory memories. I mean they're there but they just won't resurface. The bad thing is that we don't know why."

Luka cried in her hands as Miku petted her back. "But they'll come back, right?"

"We hope. Maybe something will resurface over time?" Everyone in the room sighed. Dialga sighed as she looked at Meiko. "Alright, let's see if you at least know everyone's name."

Meiko nodded. She looked at everyone hard. Her nose wrinkled as her face had 'thinking' written all over it. "Okay! That's..."

And she named each one correctly as everyone sighed in relief that she at least knew who they were.

Kaito stepped toward Meiko with a serious expression. "Mei-chan. This is very important information I'm about to tell you."

Meiko lifted an eyebrow as Kaito held her hands. "Mei chan you are..."

Everyone waited as Kaito smiled. "My beautiful wife and these kids behind you are our children!"

Miku hit Kaito across the head with a leek. "Baka!"

Meiko put a finger on her chin. "Im married to Kaito? And we had children? How can I forget something like that?"

"Cause you guys are both single and probably virgin! Don't listen to the idiot!" Everyone minus Meiko and Kaito yelled. Meiko sweat dropped and put her hands up.

Meiko sighed as she smiled at everyone. "Tadaima!"

Luka sobbed again as Miku smiled and held out her hand. "Okairi."

Meiko nodded and grabbed Mikus hand.

ChibiDialga: Ahh! Mei-chan you're back! I missed you!

Meiko: Sorry, for leaving,

ChibiDialga: *sniff* just dont ever leave me with that idiot ever again!
