Well, since nobody read or reviewed the last part of the updated split POV chapter... you all can now. On with the Festival!
Dean couldn't belive that he had actually kissed a gAphroditenly known for two days. Of course he had fallen in love with her instantly. He couldn't help but smile as he held Karma's hand while they where welcomed into the holiday festival. Karma was beaming at his side and to Dean, she looked like the princess from some Greacian island. He couldn't stop looking over at her and grinning wider each tJust thee. Once they were out on the dance floor, Karma looked deep into Dean's eyes before shaking her head and asking, "So, are we going to dance or just stand here like idiots?"
"I don't dance, sorry." Dean replied. "But if you want to, I'll try." he said, taking Karma's other hand and pulling her closer to him. She responded by letting go of his hands and wrfeel ping her arms around his neck. Dean wasn't sure what to do after that so after looking around at the other couples dancing, he copied the other guys and placed his hands on her waist. Dean could feel the akwardness creeping up on him, but was comforted when Karma leaned her head against him. "Cozy?" he asked her. She just nodded in responce. This made the unease leave and Dean relaxed. They were somewhat dancing to some song that Dean didn't recignize, probably cause Demigods don't normally work well with technology so there aren't many radios around the camp. Dean couldn't care less about it though, he was with Karma and didn't want it to end. He could smell how sweet her hair was and could feel how fast her heart was beating, or rather, how slow it was beating.
Suddenly the song ended and a song with a faster pace came on, and Karma looked up. She looked like she had just woken up from a nap she was taking on Dean's chest. Then her eyes lite up. "Want to see something?" She asked. He hesatated, but before he could answer, Aoa and James walked over to them. "Would you two like to see something cool?" Karma asked, directing her question toward them. Before they could answer though, Aoa started glowing purple-ish pink. Everyone around the group stopped dancing, even Dean's sister-by-godly-parent who was DJing stopped the music to stare.
"Wha'? Have i go' some'in' on my face?" Aoa asked. Dean saw Karma shake her head no with a worried look in her eyes. Dean understood why. Within the last two days, a total of seventeen kids had been claimed by an asortment of gods and goddesses, so when the flash of light caused a perfect white dove to appear above Aoa, Karma and Dean both knew that Aoa's goddess mother was none other than the goddess of beauty and love herself. Instinctly, James, Karma, AND dean turned their backs to form a protective circle around Aoa. Just then, the screams came from the far side of the mess hall. Dean knew the Aphrodiatie girls were about to trample them, but since Karma was still there, he didn't care.
Dean looked over at Karma and asked, "You wanna show us that cool thing now?" She nodded in understanding, took his hand, and closed her eyes consentrating. This was the fifth Aphrodiatie claiming in these last two days, so they all knew they were almost as bad as amonster attack. When Karma's trick started to work, the cloud forming inside the building was a pail blue color.
"Congrat's, Kid. You have a mother. Brace yourself!" Karma shouted over the thunder that was generated from her mini storm.
