Hi al! I'm sorry for the somewhat late update. I hope you enjoy, and feel free to leave a comment!
Over the next few weeks, Cupa and I trained every day in combat. Oftentimes, we would have to make several iron swords because the legendary blade would cut through the worn iron ones. Every now and then, I would feel as if someone is watching us over our shoulder, but when I look in that direction, nothing is there. We had a successful base, mine and farm going. When we needed items that came from mobs, such as bones for bone meal, or gunpowder, (yes there were still hostile creepers, for whatever reason) for TNT, I would use my sonic punch as Cupa affectionately called it, to hone the ability. Endermen were another story, because they were able to teleport away before I could punch them, but the legend sword cut right through them. We eventually were able to enlarge our house, and made a obsidian-secured safe for valuables: diamonds gold, redstone, etc. Our relationship grew with each other as we trained. Cupa and I would go out on dates, picnics and many other things on the days we weren't training. Then came the day we had to go to the village. I closed the last chest. "Not in here, Cupa!" I yelled to where she was standing over another chest. We were looking for a Notch apple so we could test the effects on me. We didn't have enough gold, and our mine already covered most everything in an 100 block radius. The closest known available gold would be in the village that almost killed Cupa a few days after I made my shack…. I jogged over to where she was standing in the safe as she was closing the chest, shaking her head. I had 23 emeralds, and that would be enough to get the gold that we need and then some, but it's just the village and Cupa knows that is what I'm thinking about. "We should go there, I don't think that there will be any trouble." I shook my head, "No," I stated flatly, "last time I show my face, I held someone at sword point." She gave me that look again, where she was going to do what she wanted, with or without me. I sighed, "Fine, I'll go, but We're going in the enchanted diamond, just in case. I don't think that the Iron will suffice if something goes amiss." We walked up to the armory, put on the set of armor which was pretty much the same, everything enchanted with protection 3 along with the other best enchants (pretty lucky day at the enchant table). I stored everything else that I didn't need: saplings, seeds for the farm, a spider eye, other useless crap. I carried two swords, my diamond 'Fire Rod' (I'm sure you can guess what that entails) and the legend sword, which had not a scratch even though it's been used a lot of times. Maybe that's one of it's perks: self-repair. We left the house after getting geared up. I had the emeralds, and we were walking through the forest. Soon, the sun set, and mobs started to pop up around us. Cupa took a couple hits from zombies surrounding her, but was relatively unfazed. She slashed through them all in a clean slice. Skeletons took their aim at me though. It was as if they were trying to do something, because they were aiming at my legs, and not my head like they had previously, back when I met Cupa. Anyhow, I killed them all with ease. We continued to the village by walking into the open plains. We meet back up with the forest, where more mobs attack us. We enter the village limits, we pass by a bar that has music and cheering coming from within, a set of houses, a blacksmith, among other stores. I look into window as I'm passing by, to see mothers ushering children to somewhere safe. Soon we reach the town center, where five men in enchanted diamond armor stand in our way. They are about 20 blocks from us. I put my hand protectively in front of Cupa, "We mean no harm. We just want to trade." I say to them. "Yeah, right!" says one, and the group steps closer. I draw my regular enchanted diamond sword, "We just want some gold, and we will pay well for it, too. Like I said, we mean no harm." The one in the middle draws an enchanted gold sword, and I know who it is. The guy from that night. "You want gold, fine, but you're going to have to take it from us. This time it's fair and square, no bows, no tricks, and you two won't see the next morning. The crimes against you are: trespassing, threatening an official, and you," he points at Cupa,"You are no different than any mob." The other four draw their swords. Cupa takes a defensive stance. "Let's pick them off one at a time, just don't kill them though," I tell her, and she nods in confirmation. The first guy, the one that talked earlier, rushes to me. I parry his blind charge and swing, and follow it up with a combo on the side and legs. Only small gashes, but enough to take him out of commision. The next two come at us, one for each of us. Cupa gets knocked back, but I turn to see my opponent coming around on a slash. I quickly shift my blade to block it, and hit him squarely on the chest. I hope his enchants included fire protection, because the next thing that I saw that he was a ball of flame. Soon he dropped to the ground to put himself out. I hurried over to where Cupa was launched, uggh knockback effects are annoying. Cupa's guy was standing over her, ready to bring his sword down over her exposed head. I guess her helmet was knocked off on impact. I run towards them, and lunge just as the sword starts to come down. The next thing I know, I'm holding the legendary sword, and the other sword falls beside me. I shouldn't describe what the legendary sword went through, but in short, Cupa was unharmed. I immediately pick up the guy and carry him into the nearest house, all the while, he's screaming bloody murder. The people inside look at me in contempt, they all saw what happened. I tell them, "He needs medical attention," and I leave. Cupa is already back on her feet. The other two that attacked me were still the ground, unconscious, but being taken care of by 'brave' people of the village. What? We weren't going to attack them. I guess we looked intimidating though. I turn my attention back to where the men were standing. I noticed one missing. The leader, with his gold sword drawn, says that he ran away like the wuss he was. I know he attacked Cupa, but this is my fight, and I should finish it. "Cupa, get somewhere safe," She looks at me, "No I'm no-" I kiss her and interrupt her, "I'm not asking, I'm telling, at least until the fight is over." She slowly nods and runs to somewhere. I turn back to the man, "I'm the mayor of this fine town, and you think you can waltz in here and do anything that you want?" After he's done with the sentence, he runs up to me, and somehow manages to take the regular sword that I had re-equipped, and threw it out of reach. "Let's see what you have stupid little punk!" I told myself that I wasn't going to use the legend sword unless it was the last thing that I could do. I readied my fists, and hope I could end this quickly. He decided to strike first, and I blocked it with my forearm, covered in diamond armor. I immediately return with a solid punch to the gut, amplified by the sonic punch. He flies back, losing his sword mid-air, and I walk over to him, "I told you I meant no harm," and I helped him up. He was still reeling from the punch, "What are you?" He asked in a strained voice, laced with pain. "Why don't we all sit down and have a nice chat?" I said and we started heading to the local bar.I half-carried half-dragged him inside. People inside the bar created a path, not wanting to be near me with a five foot pole, or so it seemed. I don't quite throw him into the chair, but forcefully sit him down at a table in the back. "So you want gold, huh? Here take all that you want." He says as he hands me two stacks of the metal. I go for my emeralds, but he stops me," No need, you beat me fair and square, but I gave you something you wanted, so now I want something in return, I want to know how you were able to fling me like a pebble with your bare hands." I think of my options, and go with the truth, "Well to be honest, only I will be able to attain that ability… there are things that you can't stop no matter how hard you wish for them. So, like I said, you won't be able to attain the ability, unless you manage to get a knockback sword." I finish with a smug face. I knew that I had cornered him, if he accepts it then he is weak in front of his own people. If he wants to learn more about it though, I'd be happy to give a second demonstration. He fidgets a little, "Ok, maybe this will be enough to motivate you to tell me." I'd thought that he would have brought Cupa, but I'm glad he didn't, but I'm instead staring at a tall girl in all black clothing. Suddenly, my back starts to burn like hell, and I think I know who I'm looking at: The Princess of the endermen.
