Chapter 10:

HEY GUYS! Summer is coming or already here. I know this is SUPER late but I really didn't have a computer to use up until now plus I've been working and getting my life together but either way I never forgot about you guys. I promise you that. I'll try to finish this story or at least update it more. I don't want to end it so quickly so I'm coming with short chapters. I'll try to deliver a longer chapter to you guys or at least a few of them. Anyways, I hope you guys still enjoy. Julia was pacing back to the cabin unaware of the changes beginning to happen. She was almost back when she bumped right into Felix.

"Oh! Felix I'm sorry!" She said gently touching his shoulder as he winced from the pain of their impact.

He took a breather before standing up and saying, "Right now we have something more important to worry about." Grabbing her wrist and almost dragging her back to the house.

The Ruby vixen was confused when she seen everyone, even the twins and the chaos', eyes glued to the television. She wasn't for long when she looked herself and seen her whole city in flames and innocent people running for their lives. She could see the source of it all on the castle balcony smiling and encouraging it on.

"Whaa-" She stopped looking at Daisy and Dillon. She looked to Felix who glanced back at her.

Knuckles only sighed deeply, "This is more of a mess than what Scourge did." He said shaking his head. Dillon without a word got up quickly and stomped out the house Daisy almost went after him if Felix hadn't had stopped her.

"No I'll go." Saying that he left leaving Julia to comfort Daisy herself.

"What are we going to do?" The hybrid cried onto the vixen shoulder.

"Is mom and dad going to be okay?" Alex asked as Sonia hugged him to her.

Seth sighed hugging both his siblings to him, "I'm sure they will. They can make it through anything."

Razor said nothing as did the rest of them only praying that their parents did make it… or at least will.

"Guys…" Everyone looked to Julia and with that she continued. "Rome and the others escaped the castle." Razor's eyes went wide as he got up.

"How would you know that, Uncle Ace…You didn't…" He began to glare realizing what had happened.

Julia didn't look from him as she got up, "I know what your thinking-"

"Do you really, Julia?!" Ruby yelled standing beside Razor. "You could get us all caught possibly killed!"

"What?!" Alex yelled as he began to shake from the thought. "But we didn't do anything!"

Sonia only got angry with Ruby. "Ruby!"

"What! It's the truth! They can easily track where we are because of Rome and the others!"

"Doesn't mean you have to yell it out in front of them!" Seth said pointing to the younger children.

"Why are you all coming at me!? I'm not the one that contacted her boyfriend who can get us all caught!"

With that a whole yelling match started everyone against each other. Taking up for their siblings about what is right to say and what is not. Eventually Emerald began to cry and Fang got quite fussy and hard to handle. The Chao were too afraid to go to their owners.

"STOP! We shouldn't be yelling at each other about anything!"

Everyone stopped looking at the source of the voice, Daisy. "So what she contacted Rome… They have every right to be away from my dad and his tyranny just as much as we do…" She paused looking to Julia. "What did he say?"

Julia looked to her before looking away not wanting to see the horror on her face from the next words she was about to say. "He has your mom…and Candy."

Daisy tried her best but the tears came and at full speed but she wouldn't let that stop her. "Did….Did he hurt her?..."

"….I don't know…" Julia said shaking her head as Daisy sat down finally letting the sob escape from her. Giz could only sit next to her and hold her. This was her mother too, so of course she was hurt and stressed about how and who was going to save her mother but she also angry with her half-siblings father and the pain he was causing everyone she knew and loved.

"I was going to go to them and bring them with us…" Julia added getting everyone's attention again.

Ruby finally picked up Emerald to calm her down saying, "You're not going alone."

"No…She isn't." Razor said. "I'm going."

"I will too." Sonia added getting a look from Seth.

"I don't think so!"

"If anything happens I can run fast and it'll help them out."

"And that case I'm going as well." Felix said coming in with Dillon behind him, who seemed quiet and in thought. "We didn't go too far."

Julia smiled saying, "Alright we leave in the morning, but… um Felix are you sure you're going to be alright?"

Felix chuckled, "I'll be better knowing nothing happened to my sister." Julia rolled her eyes but was grateful either way.

"All right, so its Julia, Felix, Razor, Sonia and-"

"Me…" Everyone looked to Daisy but she wouldn't look at anyone.

Felix kneeled in front of her. "Are you sure?"

Daisy only looked him right in his eyes with a gaze that told him and everyone else was there was nothing they could, would, or should say and/or do that would stop her.

"I'm sure…"

Scourge sighed angrily clutching Fiona to him. "Whoever you are come out…There is no need in you hiding like a bitch." Fiona rolled her eyes but stayed right under Scourge as the back-up lights came on.

From that they could see a rough looking wolf in front of them smirking. "Well…there, there now there is no need for such words in front of small children now is there?" He asked with a thick Australian accent.

Buns held her children close to her as Sonic and Ace came from the back with Tails. They looked to the rough newcomer knowing he was nothing but trouble.

Scourge chuckled. "Didn't I whoop your ass once?"

The wolf chuckled. "I see becoming a family man didn't change you all that much."

"Of course not…how much weaker can he get."

Everyone looked to the figure coming up behind him their eyes going wide with hatred and resentment.

"You…" Amy growled. "You monster!" She yelled pulling out her hammer and going for a hit but of course the wolf used his elbow to block it.

"Now now, I don't like putting my hands on the ladies, but fugitives…well, that's another story." With that he flipped with his foot going straight for her but Amy was fast and used her hammer to block it but the power he put in the kick pushed her back.

The sakura hedgehog only growled. "Where is Rosy!?" She yelled glaring at Million.

The porcupine paid her no mind as he only watched Scourge and Scourge watched him.

"Everyone go…" He said getting a glare from Fiona and a worried look from Sally.

"Scourge-"

"This is my fight…." He continued not taking his eyes from the man who was trying to ruin his family, his home and his happiness. Fiona looked to Sonic in a pleading way.

Sonic sighed letting Amy help Ace with Tails as he walked over to Scourge. Sally, Kintobor, Buns, Lunar and Luna grouped up with the Ace, Amy and Tails so they would get ready to go when Scourge gave the say so. Sonic got on the opposite side of Scourge, as Fiona was revising to leave him. Scourge looked at neither of them only keeping his glare on the person before him.

"There is nothing you can say Sonic…Find the children and then find a way to get an army here to stop this mad man." Scourge said as Sonic looked to the porcupine and wolf who only continued to watch Scourge.

"This isn't a fair fight." The blue speed demon stated. He wasn't about to leave his friend against a 2-on-1 battle.

Million scoffed. "Leave us." He said to the wolf.

With a shrug he replied. "Suit yourself." Before disappearing.

Scourge sighed still looking at Million and said, "Go…while you guys have the chance or that tough ass will come after you." Sonic nodded walking away but not before trying to get Fiona to come.

"Go…I'll catch up…" Was all she said glancing back to him and the others.

That was the only thing that made Scourge take his eyes off Million and into the blue sapphires that matched his own. Sally was going to protest but Sonic made them all go but not before taking one last look at the hedgehog-vixen couple. He smiled knowing that Fiona would catch up…she always did.

Scourge fully turned to her cupping the side of her cheek, "What in the hell are you doing?"

Fiona chuckled lowly saying, "Last time I left you…I won't do that again."

Million smirked before he began to chuckle and before his chuckle turned into full blown laughter getting the couples attention. The wolf came back in view with a smirk of his own.

"So this fight is definitely on!"

Fiona glared at the roughen, "I knew you didn't leave, even if I knew my husband could easily take you and this asshole on I wouldn't dare let him. We have a family to return to." She said making Scourge smirk.

Million smirked as well shaking his head and saying, "Well, isn't that sweet…you got to enjoy your family…while you separated me from mine."

Scourge's smirk dropped, "What right did you have to do that? None. She was a child, she had no right going through what you put her through. Even from what I did doesn't compare to what you did to her."

Million got angrier with every word he spoke. "And you thought you would make amends by being her little hero!? Defeating me while I was caught off guard was one thing…but you won't defeat me again…I'll have my family back and I'll make you and your little bastards PAY!" with that he and Scourge went at it.

The wolf began to laugh as he took a match out and looked to Fiona. "Let's up the stakes a little." With that he threw it setting the entire place in flames.

Fiona only glared at him cracking her knuckles. "Let's just get this over with because I'll be damned if I let you touch my children."

With that she went after him landing some punches with him also landing his own. But this wolf wasn't just physical, he liked to play dirty.

"That daughter of yours, I wouldn't mind touching her though." He chuckled but this wouldn't cause Fiona to lose her focus which surprised the roughen and it gave her an opening to kick him right in the jaw.

The wolf chuckled spitting the blood to the floor. "Wow, I can see why he married you."

Fiona smiled punching him so hard she broke his blocking stance. "Shut up and fight me." After that she didn't let down giving it all she had the only thing running through her mind was seeing her home, her children, and her emerald hedgie happy again.

Scourge slide back as Million did after giving each other a good hit that knocked the other back. Scourge dodged some burning debris that fell. The smoke was getting to him but he wasn't going to let that stop him. The father was going to do whatever he needed to keep this tyrant away from his family and his own children for their own safety.

Million glared at him, he could tell the smoke was getting to him but he going to make sure that Scourge didn't stand in his way EVER again.

"I should have known from the first day your bastard son and daughter started playing with my princess that you would take everything away from me."

Scourge only rolled his eyes. "How sick are you? You didn't deserve what you had. Putting your princess through that day in and day out…Daisy heard everything you did to her mother, saw every bruise. That night…she finally stood up to you."

Million growled coming at Scourge with a powerful punch that Scourge only blocked with his foot trying to deliver his own punch that Million ducked from and delivered a punch to his stomach that made Scourge stable for a bit making him lose his breathe and breath in the smoke causing him to cough and choke. He jumped back from the porcupine just in case he yellow bastard tried anything. But then that caused Scourge not to be able to see him through the smoke.

Million chuckled. "Having all those little bastard as seemed to wear down on you…"

Scourge only chuckled lowly. "No…making sure Daisy and Dillon didn't grow up acting like you was part of the job too."

The smirk from the porcupines face was wiped off making him angry as he ran right for emerald hedgehog with everything he had.

"I'll fucking kill you! YOU WON'T EVER COME BETWEEN US AGAIN!"

Scourge knew he was getting old because the smoke was really getting to him and he could barely keep up with the hatred that porcupine was throwing at him. Soon he was taking blows, his body was growing weak from breathing in so much of the smoke. Million could see this and ignored his own need for fresh air as he punched Scourge through a wall.

Fiona was listening at everything and heard the impact, "Scourge!" The wolf took this opportunity to deliver a powerful blow on the vixen but Fiona was quicker and found an opening to counterattack and kicked the wolf right through the front door of the clinic before running off and looking for her hedgie. She was ignoring her own need for fresh air and realizing it now, they needed to get out of there and fast.

She eventually found the hole that Scourge was kicked through and she seen Million holding a knife high above his head ready to finish the downed hedgehog.

"I don't think so…" She growled swiftly kicking Million away from Scourge while he was caught off guard. She quickly helped Scourge up before dodging more drops of burning debris. "I know you want to finish babe but we can't…We gotta get outta here…"

Scourge said nothing only taking what strength he had to hold Fiona bridal style and sonic booming it out of there. The porcupine watched as the couple speed off before he almost blacked out. He felt someone help him up and drag him out of the falling building.

"…This is…only the beginning…." He grumbled before passing out.

Julia, Felix, Razor, Sonia and Daisy were going so fast everything was a blur but they had to hurry anything could happen well they were out there. Julia was leading the group reading her communicator for help to find Rome and the others.

"We're getting close guys!" She stated speeding up as everyone else did as well.

Rome wanted to watch outside the cave for Julia and whoever she was bringing with her but he knew that they could have been followed so that would be a bad idea. He paced the floor of the cave waiting. Not knowing that he didn't have to wait for long because Julia and the others speed right into the cave with her stopping right in front of him. The two teens could only hug each other being thankful that they were both alive and at least okay.

"I'm so glad you were able to get out of there." The ruby vixen said burying her face in neck. Rome only hugged her closer.

Felix and the other smiled before looking at Kevin, Pearl and Roma. "Are you guys ready?" Razor asked as they began to helping them up.

"I'm ready to get far away from here and him…" Pearl said glancing sadly at Roma, who only moved away from Razor when he tried to help her up. "She hasn't said anything but how sorry she is since we left."

Felix was going to go towards her till Daisy stopped him and walked over to the fox herself. Daisy walked slowly, she noticed Roma's disposition as soon as they arrived. She kneeled down in front of her slowly reaching for her hand.

"Roma…"

Roma backed up so hard she hit the wall of the cave and the look Daisy saw in her eyes told her all too well what was wrong.

Daisy looked to the ground before looking back at the traumatized girl. "I'm sorry." The hybrid said lowly taking her hand.

Tears escaped from Roma's eyes as she fell into Daisy holding her tightly and Daisy held her in return.

Felix looked to Rome who was watching the two girls. "What happened to her?" He said walking up beside Pearl, who was shredding tears herself.

Pearl only shook her head as Kevin came up to her to give her support. "I don't know but she hasn't really spoken or eaten anything. She just has been sitting quietly refusing to even answer us or even look at us some times."

"We had to drag her here." Kevin added. "Or Pearl did…She wouldn't let me or Rome touch her."

Daisy slowly got up helping Roma stand as well. "He did something to her…And I know what that is…" She said holding Roma closer to her.

Julia, Felix, Razor and Sonia knew what she meant but Rome, Pearl and Kevin were confused about what was going on.

Sonia saw this saying, "We'll explain at a better time we need to get out of here."

Daisy climbed on Felix's back with Roma looking to him visibly shaking, "It's okay….trust him." Daisy said reaching her hand out to the poor girl. Roma reluctantly took it as Felix slowly scooped her up bridal style.

Razor picked up Pearl who seemed to rather be held by Felix herself but Razor paid that no mind. Sonia let Kevin climb on her back as Julia picked Rome up bridal style.

"This is very uncomfortable." The prince said only making Julia giggle.

"You'll be alright." She said getting ready to speed off.

"WAIT!" Razor yelled stopping her.

Julia rolled her eyes. "We've wasted enough time already…" She said slowing as Razor looked at her and Rome communicators. "Oooooh." She dropped hers and Rome dropped his own before Razor stomped on them, breaking both.

"Now let's go."

With that they speed off hoping that they could hide for a little while longer before anyone would find them…anyone other than their parents that is.

I'm not going to leave you guys with a cliff hanger this time. That would be cruel. Tell me what you think thus far.
