Hedgehog calamity
Synopsis: Shadow is sick and tired for being mistaken for a Sonic clone and challenges the blue blur to a brawl to show who the true hedgehog is and whoever wins will be crowned the superior hedgehog of brawl!

"Hey Sonic! Can I ask you something?" Nathan Drake asked Sonic the hedgehog.
Or at least, what looked like Sonic.
It was really Shadow the hedgehog, he was currently sitting on the chair in the main smash room and reading a book, Shadow looked up at Nathan with an annoyed look on his face.
"Oops, sorry Shadow, thought you were Sonic" Nathan said as he walked away and said "I didn't know Sonic had a clone" Shadow angrily growled at Nathan and turned back to his book.
"I'm not a clone!" he barked at Nathan, the treasure hunter only walked away faster from the angry hedgehog "stupid human, thinking I'm clone".
"Hey Sonic! Want to play baseball?" Ness asked Shadow as he and Lucas walked up to him, Shadow placed his book upon his lap and looked at the two boys with a stern face "oh, sorry Shadow, I thought you were-"
"Go away" he growled, Ness nodded and walked away while Lucas ran for dear life.
"Don't hurt me!" he cried as he ran past Bowser and Sweet Tooth, the two looked at each other and then at Shadow.
"Looks like the sonic clone made the kid break" Sweet Tooth whispered to Bowser.
"I agree" Bowser replied, Shadow got up from his chair and turned to the two, he extended his arms in the air and-
"Chaos blast!" he yelled and a huge wave of chaos energy sent the two flying across the mansion, Shadow angrily grumbled and walked out of the living room.
"Stupid smashers, why can't they see that I am not a sonic clone!" Shadow said "that faker is probably mocking me behind my back right now!"
"Hi Shadow!" Sonic said as he ran towards his arch-rival and stopped in front of him "what's up?"
"What's up? I'll tell you what's up!" Shadow said as he pinned his finger against Sonic's chest "people have been mistaking me for a clone of you all day! That is what's up!"
"Hey, calm down buddy" Sonic said as he moved Shadow's finger off his chest "it's all just mistakes! It's just like when you were re-activated and people mistook you for me! Only difference was the hair!"
"The hair" Shadow said as he brushed his pointed hair "was the only thing people could tell us apart from!" Shadow walked past Sonic while bumping his shoulder into Sonic's, Sonic turned around to see Shadow walking away with anger pouring over him, Sonic even saw a small raincloud forming over him!
"Shadow wait!" Sonic shouted.
"No!" Shadow angrily yelled, Sonic just looked on and shrugged.
"His lost" Sonic said as he walked the other way.
Later at dinner…
Smashers and battlers gathered around the table as they talked about their day and ate dinner, the only smasher that wasn't enjoying himself was Shadow, he poked at his and grumbled some words under his breath.
"Hey Shadow, what's wrong?" Ike asked Shadow.
"Nothing" he muttered.
"Something's wrong, just tell me please" Ike said, Shadow slammed his hand down on the table and angrily looked at Ike.
"You want to know what my problem is. I got a whole bunch of annoying people thinking I'm a clone! That's what my problem is!" Shadow angrily shouted and walked out the room, looks were exchanged from one smasher and battler to another, no one spoke a word, and not even Crazy Hand spoke!
"What just happened?" Silver asked.
"I have no clue" Sonic said as he got up and walked away "I'll go talk to him".
"Sonic, you know that Shadow won't even let you in 100 inches of him" Nazo said.
"Just watch me" Sonic said and left the room, he walked into the hallway to see Shadow standing against the wall and mumbling some words to himself "hey Shadow!"
"Go away Sonic!" Shadow yelled furiously and held up his gun, Sonic screamed and ran down the hall "and stay away!"
"Okay! Geez!" Sonic said.
In the break room…
Lucas and Nana played on the Wii U, Kratos and Samus talked at the counter, Roy and Kat kissed passionately and Shadow read his book while imaging the scenes with him and Amy Rose in them.
"Oh thank you Senor Shadow! You really are the most handsome and bravest hedgehog in the world!" Amy said, an open shirt Shadow nodded and held her close to him, the two began to seal the gap between them and…
"Hey Shads!" Sonic said as he jumped out from behind the couch and sat next to Shadow, the dark hedgehog groaned and only paid attention to his book "Shadow? Want to hear a joke?"
"No" Shadow said.
"You sure? It's a great joke!" Sonic said.
"I said no" Shadow said.
"Okay! I'll tell it!" Sonic said, Shadow rolled his eyes and groaned "okay, there's this guy and he walks into a bar and…Wait, let me start over…Okay, this guy walks into his house and-"
"Chaos blast!" Shadow shouted and a huge chaos blast sent the blue blur flying out of an open window and into the garden.
"That hurt!" Sonic shouted.
"Moron" Shadow said to himself.
Later that night…
Shadow tossed and turned in his bed and dreamed about him and a date with Amy.
"Why yes Amy, I do work out five times a day" Shadow muttered and began to kiss his pillow, thinking it was Amy.
"Hey! Amy's my girl!" Sonic shouted, Shadow opened his eyes to see Sonic sitting on Shadow's chest.
"AAAHH! OHMYGODWHATTHEHECKAREYOUDOING?!" Shadow screamed at the top of his lungs, Sonic screamed as well and Silver and Nazo woke up screaming also. Shadow looked at Sonic with all his anger bottled up inside him while Sonic only chuckled nervously.
"Well…Technically not my girl yet" Sonic nervously said, Shadow lifted his chaos emerald in the air and teleport himself and Sonic out of the room.
The two appeared over a cliff, Shadow held Sonic by the neck and released him into the rocky water, Sonic screamed all the way down.
"I like to see him come back after that" Shadow said to himself and walked away.
The next morning…
"Good morning everyone" Shadow cheerfully said as he walked into the mansion living room, he didn't see Sonic at all and began to think that the blue blur was now dead "I trust everyone slept well".
"Yep, like a baby!" Silver said.
"Wasn't talking to you" Shadow said, the front door to the mansion suddenly swung open and Sonic walked in, much to Shadow's dismay.
"Hey everyone" Sonic said, his whole body was covered in muck and his fur was wet "sorry I'm wet, a certain dark hedgehog thought it was funny throw me into the sea!" he narrowed his eyes at Shadow while Shadow growled at Sonic "you know, it's not very friendly for a hedgehog to throw one of his own kind into the sea!"
"That's it!" Shadow yelled "I am sick and tired for being mistaken for a Sonic clone! Or a fake hedgehog! Or even a twin of you faker!" he pointed directly at Sonic and growled.
"What's wrong?" Sonic asked.
"Did you not just hear me? Well it's the final straw!" Shadow said "I challenge you to a brawl Sonic! And we shall see who is the superior hedgehog and whoever wins, will be crowned superior hedgehog of brawl!"
"I like it! You're on!" Sonic said.
"Very well! To the brawl!" Shadow said and the two ran off, Silver and Nazo looked at each other and shrugged.
"I don't know why, but seeing who's the more superior hedgehog really ticks me off" Nazo said.
"Agreed" Silver replied.
Later in the brawl room…
Sonic stood on one opposite of the room while Shadow stood on the other, the dark hedgehog had his arms crossed and eyes narrowed while the blue blur grinned and gave a thumbs up, from the window of the room was Master hand and Mistress hand.
"Select your stage" Master hand said.
"Subspace" Shadow said.
"Music?" Mistress hand asked.
"I am all of me" Shadow said.
"Hey wait a minute! How come you choose the location and music?" Sonic asked.
"Because I'm better" Shadow said.
"But-"
"Begin the brawl!" Master hand shouted, the brawl room warped Sonic and Shadow into the subspace stage and "I am all of me" played.
"Let's end this faker!" Shadow shouted.
"I couldn't agree more!" Sonic replied and curled himself up into a ball and spin-attacked Shadow, he was thrown up in the air but he fell back down on his feet and shout a wave of chaos spears at Sonic, the blue blur ran out of the way of the attack and spin-dashed Shadow in the face, intense pain went through his face but he kept his anger towards Sonic.
"Die Sonic!" Shadow shouted and aimed his hand at Sonic "chaos orb!" a ball of chaos energy shot right at Sonic and shot him in the chest, Sonic was thrown out the stage.
"Sonic down!" a voice boomed on the speakers, Shadow pumped his fists in victory for the first round, Sonic reappeared and the second round was ready.
"No fair Shads! You cheated with a power not available in the shorts!" Sonic said.
"Shut up!" Shadow said "and stop breaking the third wall!" he sent another wave of chaos spears at Sonic and pinned him to a platform, Sonic struggled to get loose but Shadow walked towards him and created a chaos spear in his hand.
"Uh…Shadow? What are you doing?" Sonic nervously asked.
"Ending the game!" Shadow said as he lifted the spear in the air, Sonic kicked him in the arm and Shadow yelped in pain, dropping the chaos spear.
"Oh yeah! This game is only getting started!" Sonic said as he broke loose and kicked Shadow in the chest, Shadow went flying into the air and was thrown out of the stage.
"Shadow down!" the same voice boomed on the speakers, Shadow jumped down from the air and landed in front of Sonic.
"I have only one brawl life left faker" Shadow said.
"So do I" Sonic said "whoever kicks the other hedgehog out of the stage wins and is crowned superior hedgehog of brawl" Shadow nodded and hit Sonic the face, the blue blur landed on his back and groaned.
"And that hedgehog who wins will be me" Shadow said and created another chaos spear, he threw it at Sonic but he jumped out of the way and spin-attacked Shadow in the chest, the black blur was thrown onto a platform.
"No way Shads! That hedgehog who wins will be me!" Sonic said as he spin-dashed Shadow, he went flying into the air and landed on his back, Shadow got up on his feet and weakly stood up, a light shone down on him and he looked up to see a smash ball.
"Yes" he said with hope, Sonic saw the smash ball too and the two looked at each other, Shadow jumped up in the air and Sonic spin-jumped, the smash ball was suddenly grabbed by someone else and the two landed on the ground.
"What the? Who stole the smash ball?" Sonic asked as the two looked around.
"We did" a voice replied, the two looked to see Silver and Nazo standing behind the them with the smash ball in Silver's hand.
"Hey! Give that me!" Shadow said.
"No! Give it to me!" Sonic said.
"No me!"
"Me!" the two hedgehogs began to argue and that argument became a fight with the two tackling each other and hitting each other while Silver and Nazo looked at each other.
"That is it!" Silver shouted, Sonic and Shadow stopped fighting and looked at the white furred hedgehog.
"What?" they asked.
"We are sick and tired of you both fighting each other and this superior hedgehog of brawl thing isn't making things better!" Silver said "not only that, but me and Nazo are irritated by this superior hedgehog of brawl thing too!"
"So we suggest that you two just give it up and forget about this whole thing already!" Nazo said, Sonic and Shadow looked at each other, both seemed to be a little embarrassed by each other and smiled weakly.
"I guess I did let my temper get the best of me" Shadow said "I was just so tired of everyone calling me a sonic clone".
"Dude, if you were tired of that, I could've just asked them stop" Sonic said, Shadow's weak smile became a frown and his eye twitched.
"What…" Shadow said and suddenly lunged at Sonic and began to strangle him.
"Shadow! Shadow!" Sonic shouted as he tried to break free but Shadow held onto his neck.
"What didn't you do that in the first place?! What the hell is wrong with you?!" Shadow yelled as he strangled Sonic harder, Silver only groaned and tapped onto the smash ball ad became Super Silver.
"You guys made me do this!" he said as he attacked, Sonic and Shadow only looked as Silver attacked them.
Later at the hospital…
Sonic and Shadow had casts all over their bodies as they laid down on opposite beds with medical wire attached to their arms and two heart monitors measured their heart beats. Silver, Nazo, Kratos, Spike, Link and Lucas were in the room to visit the two.
"Okay, one groan yes and two groans for no" Silver said "do the casts itch?" Sonic and Shadow angrily groaned once "okay, do you guys want me to itch the spots?" the two hedgehogs groaned twice "okay, are you guys still mad at me for using the smash ball at you both?" a bird suddenly flew in through the open window and just when both hedgehogs groaned once, the bird knocked over the heart monitors by flying past them, the heart monitors landed on their chests and both groaned in pain, Silver thought the answer was no and became filled with joy "Yay! We're friends again!" he said as he flew over to the two and hugged them, much to their dismay.
