The Hunt is on!
The mysterious woman Rose comes to Mamiya's village with some disturbing news.
"So, you're saying that Bison is back?" said Ken.
"Yes and the first step to prevent anymore danger is to defeat him once again." said Rose. "He will attempt to take over S.I.N. and now he's gathering more warriors to do it as we speak. If he takes over, there is no hope for this world."
"In that case, I say we find Bison right now and stop him before it's too late." said Guile. "I'll call some of my men to search…"
"That won't be necessary." said Rose. "I can lead you to him right now. It's why I came here. He's nearby as we speak."
"What?" said Ken. "Bison is here in this area?"
"Yes! As of right now, he's planning his next attack by allying himself with other warriors…warriors that are right here."
At Souther's palace, Souther sits at his throne, surrounded by numerous other warriors, thinking about the battle with Guy. Impressed by his skills, Souther wonders who he really is and what his purpose is.
While in the middle of his deep thoughts, Yuda, along with his warriors and women slaves, arrives at Souther's place. Someone has summoned Yuda to meet up with Souther.
"Yuda!" said Souther. "It's been quite a while."
"I was summoned here by a certain guest." said Yuda. "So I assume you were expecting us."
"Yes and soon, our special guest will arrive here shortly. In the meantime, make yourself at home. For you and your people."
"I am very grateful, Souther." said Yuda. He then turns to his female slaves. "You all will go and clean yourselves up. You should never be covered in dirt. It's very ugly."
"Yes, Lord Yuda." said the women.
A little while later, inside of the Shadaloo helicopter, Bison and his men see the two Nanto Seiken warriors at Souther's palace as they head their themselves.
"This is perfect!" said Bison. "Two Nanto Seiken warriors teaming up, just as I had planned. Soon, I'll take over S.I.N. and destroy Kenshiro!" Vega looks at his cybernetic hand, thinking back to his fight with Rei, swearing revenge. Balrog pumps his fists, already eager to fight anybody.
The helicopter lands at the palace and Bison, along with his henchmen, steps out and approaches Souther and Yuda.
"Greetings!" said Bison. "I am Bison, Master of Shadaloo and the one who arranged for this meeting."
"Yes, I am aware." said Souther. "You wanted us for a special purpose."
"Of course!" said Bison. "And I promise that the reward would be worth it if it's successful…but for it to work, we must take over S.I.N."
"S.I.N.?" said Souther. "So you want us to assist you in taking over? What would we get in return?"
"Power!" said Bison. "Power that is far greater than any warrior in the world. The kind that turns warriors into gods among men. S.I.N. has been capturing warriors all around the world for that specific purpose but soon, all of that could be yours. But first, we must kill the man behind it. Once he's gone, you both can become part owners of S.I.N."
"Hmm…interesting!" said Yuda. Yuda begin imagine himself much more powerful than Rei, who he once trained with. Yuda always envied Rei's "beautiful" style and has never forgotten it since.
"I must admit, you have me intrigued." said Souther. "If such a thing is true, then it's worth a try. Very well! We shall start making our move as soon as possible. Just tell us the location."
Back at Mamiya's village, the warriors prepare themselves to find Bison, with the help of Rose's connection, having already sensed that Bison has arrived. During this time, Cammy and Chun-Li, along with Guy, return to the village.
"Hey, they're here!" said Ken. "Thank goodness! I almost got worried."
"Hey, isn't that Guy?" said Ryu. "I didn't know he was coming here too."
"You're right! That is Guy."
Bart and Lynn rejoice while Guile sighs in relief.
"It's good to finally be back." said Chun-Li. "That sure wasn't an easy task."
"But we still managed to get it done." said Cammy.
"Really?" said Guile. "So what have you got?"
"Well, Shadaloo is still around after all." said Cammy. "We just don't know who's behind it."
"It's Bison. He's back."
"What?" said Chun-Li. "But that's impossible! You said he was destroyed!"
"Yeah but it turns out that he's come right back from hell. Don't ask me how, though."
"I'm not surprised." said Guy. "I can only picture Rose being here because of that."
"Who?" asked Cammy.
"So you already know who Rose is?" said Guile.
"Yes! Her connection to Bison is far greater than anyone else's. If she's involved, then it must be very serious. Don't worry, she's a reliable person and the best help we need for now."
"So is there anything else you two found out?"
"Yes, we know the location of S.I.N." said Chun-Li. "It's in the South Pacific. Yuda said so himself."
"Great job! Now I think everything is working to our advantage. We take care of Bison again and then head to the South Pacific to take care of S.I.N."
Rei overhears the conversation, specifically the part about Yuda's reveal of S.I.N. He wonders how Yuda obtain such information, as he's never known Yuda to work for such a corporation.
"Now I want to know what has happened here since we left?" said Cammy. "Who is this 'Rose' woman that you're both talking about?"
"Okay, I'll explain everything so listen." Guile explains the incident with C. Viper and Rose's warning of destruction.
In S.I.N.'s secret location, Viper, having failed in her mission to bring out Kenshiro's best abilities, has returned to explain herself to her boss Seth. Viper, who usually always succeeds in her missions, is disappointed in her own failure to accomplish this one.
"Forgive me, sir." said Viper. "He was far better than I expected. I couldn't even keep up with him. That Hokuto Shinken style is very strong and what's worse, he was also holding back. I think we need more lethal styles to stand a chance."
Seth remains quiet for a while. Viper expected Seth to be angry at her failure but instead, he remains very calm and even begins to form an evil smile across his lips.
"Such good news." said Seth. "The stronger this style is, the more interesting this becomes. You may not have been strong enough to bring out his best but I know other warriors who are." He looks at the screen, which shows Bison meeting up with Souther and Yuda. "That's right, Bison. Keep doing the hard work; gathering the strongest warriors together for me."
The next day, the heroes prepare to set out on their search for Bison, with Rose leading the way. Guile now has a truck big enough for all of them.
"Alright, buddy. You're ready for this?" said Ken.
"Yes. No doubt about it." said Ryu, as they fist bump.
"Please be careful, big brother." said Airi
"Don't worry, Airi." said Rei. "I won't lose. Trust me."
Ken turns to look at Airi and starts getting ideas.
"Kenshiro, are you prepared for this?" said Toki. "Remember the warning we received from Rose. If you lose, it's all over."
"This is the only way to find out for sure, even if the odds are stacked against me." said Kenshiro. "I will not turn away from a threat to the world, especially one like Bison."
During the conversation, Bart and Lynn approach Kenshiro. Bart looks at Lynn with a rather nervous look on his face before saying "Ken, we, uhh…we'd like to go with you." said Bart. "So can we?"
"Please, Ken?" asked a teary eyed Lynn. "Please, let us come?"
As Kenshiro takes a long pause for a moment to think for an answer, Guile responds instead, saying "This is going to be very dangerous. You two shouldn't be involved in this."
"Yeah, have to agree with Guile on this one." said Ken. "It's hard to fight and keep an eye on you two at the same time. I think you two can sit this one out. It's too risky."
"We disagree!" said an energetic Sakura, who is standing next to Chun-Li, Cammy, and Mamiya. "If anything happens to them, we'll be right there to protect them! Isn't that right girls?" she said while striking a fighting pose.
"Well, if that's the case, then maybe I'll allow it." said Guile. "Just make sure they're away from any enemies nearby. That means no jumping in unless I say so, you got it?"
"Yes, sir!" said Sakura as she humorously salutes.
Mamiya turns to the village elder, saying "I have to do this for my village and the world. I promise I'll be back and everything will be safe"
"Do whatever your heart desires, Mamiya. You are our leader for a reason. Do not forget that." said the elder.
They all gather in Guile's truck, who takes the wheel with Rose sitting in the passenger seat, Sakura, Bart, and Lynn in the back seat, and Kenshiro, Toki, Rei, and Mamiya sit in the trunk. Ken decides to drive his own car with Ryu, Guy, Chun-Li, and Cammy inside. Rose uses her senses to direct Guile while Ken follows.
In Souther's palace, Bison's preparations to go to the South Pacific is complete and now he patiently waits for the arrival of a new plane.
"At last, S.I.N. will finally be under my control." said Bison to himself. "Now with the Nanto Seiken warriors at my side, the road to world domination will be short."
"Rei!" said Yuda to himself. "For the first time, it will be you falling before my beauty!"
"Only the Emperor's Body is worthy of such power." said Souther to himself.
But as the three wait, one of Souther's henchmen is sent flying near his area.
"What is this?" said Souther.
"Lord Souther! We have trouble." said one of the men.
In the distance, the Emperor could see two vehicles approaching.
It was both Guile and Ken's vehicles. Once stopped, they quickly jump out of the vehicles, along with everyone else.
"There he is!" said Guile. "So it looks like we made it just in time."
"Hmm…how unacceptable!" said Bison. "To be interrupted by a bunch of pests! But it doesn't matter, for you shall experience just how much stronger my new body is now!" He then looks at Kenshiro, thinking of their previous battle. Kenshiro stares back, vowing to make him wish he was still dead.
The battle is set between the Street Fighters and the villains.
