Dum, Dum, Dum. So I try and force myself to stop typing and to actually get up and do something.

Then my brain is like "Noo. You must type. -.-"

And I'm like "But I need to do something else."

And then I end up on the couch, typing a new chapter.

This is what my life has become.

This is how I act when I'm single.

Which is almost always…

(Annabeth's P.O.V.)

I was searching through the garage for the bag with the Christmas tree. Percy was out Christmas shopping with his mom, Paul, Jason, Piper, Nico, Thalia, Grover and Juniper, while I was stuck her to get the tree out. 5 and a half months pregnant, and I was stuck here. Luke was sitting on the floor in the living room, making his stuffed animals talk to one another. I finally found the bag, but it was too high for me to reach, and there was no way I was going to climb up there when I was five months pregnant. I grabbed the boxes of ornaments, and walked into the house, my bare feet freezing from the garage floor. I sat down, setting the ornament boxes on the coffee table, and then looked at Luke who was looking at me now.

"What's happening in Aniville today," I asked, referring to his made-up town.

"Well, Mista Hippo is buwing fruit, for Miss. Eel since theyw getting married," He said, and I nodded, smiling at him as he continued to explain.

"I see. So have Mr. Hippo and Miss. Eel moved in together yet?"

"Yes," He nodded.

"Well mommy is going to make some food. You want something," I asked, using the coffee table to get up.

"I wants.." He tapped his chin, thinking. "Mac and cheese," He said with a grin, following me into the kitchen.

"Get me the box," I said and he crawled into one of the cupboards, coming back out with a box of mac and cheese, "Thank you."

"You welcome," He said and then toddled away, crawling back to his toys.

I made the mac and cheese, and made myself elbow noodles, "Lucas," I called and I heard his tiny feet running across the floor. I handed him the bowl, and he ran away, me shouting after him, "Be careful."

He sat by the coffee table, using his spoon feebly with his tiny hands, stuffing the food into his mouth. I sit on the couch, eating my own noodles, hand resting on my swollen stomach. I heard chatter out in the garage, and in came a flood of people. Everyone Percy had gone shopping with was now in our house. Luke looked up and screamed, "Uncle Nico."

Luke had loved Nico since he had first met him, and he now ran over to him, clutching his leg. Nico had grown considerably in the past few years, his hair a bit shorter and commonly worn in a beanie, his clothes were more adultish mostly consisting of darker jeans and dark button ups that stopped at the elbow. He had gotten a lot taller too, just barely shorter than Percy. His attitude had gotten a lot better as well, and he was no longer the bitter, quiet sone of Hades, but now one of our closest family friends.

"Hello little man," Nico, smiling at Luke and he then picked him up, "How have you been?"

"I been good. I gonna have two sisters," Luke said holding up three fingers.

Nico pushed one of the fingers down, and nodded, "I know. Are you excited?"

"Yes," Luke squealed, and then looked at everyone else, squirming to get out of Nico's grasp.

I set the noodles down on our coffee table, getting up to hug Nico, who I hadn't seen since Luke turned one, "Where have you been?"

"I went to Italy. I needed to put some things behind me, and it helped. A lot," He said, and then pulled back looking at me and whistling, "My, my you and Percy must have been busy."

I slapped his chest, which just made him smile and he raised his hands in surrender.

"Annabeth," I heard bleated behind me, and I turned getting another hug.

"Grover," I said happily, hugging my old friend tightly. He'd been off helping the other satyrs, and nymphs of the world.

"Oh Annabeth, when are you due?" Juniper asked, smiling her impish smile.

"March 18th," I said, "But with Luke I went into labor two week before my due date, so were prepared for that."

"You look amazing," Juniper said, still smiling, "You really do glow."

I smile, shaking my head, "Thank you."

Thalia and Percy were getting into it, arguing about what wrapping paper to use first. I swear those two could get into a fight over anything.

"Pregnant lady gets to choose," I shouted and they shut up. I looked down at Luke and asked him if he wanted to take a nap in mommy and daddy's bed, so we could wrap the presents without him seeing. He nodded, and I picked him up, balancing him on my hip. I walked into our room, tossing him onto the comfortable bed and he giggles. I do it every time with him, and he absolutely loves it. I tuck him in under the blankets, surrounding him by our many pillows. I walk out, shutting the light off and slowly shutting the door.

I walked out and we pushed the coffee table out of the way, and gathered all the presents, scissors, tape and wrapping paper. We all sat on the floor and started wrapping. I had never been good at wrapping presents, but watching Percy, who was absolutely perfect at it I got angry.

"This is impossible," I said angrily, as I tried to tape the corners that kept ripping.

I felt the tears begin to rush in, and I knew it was the hormones but I couldn't stop myself. I got up, leaving the present angrily behind, and walked into the closest bathroom. I shut the door, and let the tears flow out, trying to angrily wipe them away. Percy opened the door, stepped in and then closed it behind him. I looked at him, hiccuping slightly, tears still spilling out of my eyes.

"Hey, hey, hey," He said, pulling me against his chest.

"I *hiccup* couldn't do it. Like I can't take care of three children. I can barely *hiccup* take care of one," I said, crying heavily.

Percy smoothed my curly, messy hair down, the other hand rubbing my back, "I'll be there to help. We can do it," He murmured, pressing his lips to my hairline.

"No, we can't Percy. Your working five days of the week, with only few breaks. I'm going to have to go to Olympus to oversee the construction more often, and we'll have three kids," I cried, clutching his shirt with my hands. The full situation had finally hit me, and had made me crack.

"Listen, I'll do whatever we need to do to make this work. We are ready for these kids Annabeth," He said, rubbing my back with both his hands now, "If I have to I'll quit my job so we both can be here I will. We make plenty of money with the Gods as our employers. I don't want you to feel overwhelmed, or over-stressed," He said, pressing his nose to my ear. He lifted my chin up and wiped my tears off my cheeks, "We'll make it work. We always do," He said and then kissed my forehead.

A few hours later after everyone had left Percy was in the shower and I was lying under the covers in bed, holding a book in my hands. Luke was still in our bed but he was curled into my side, head in the small space between my boobs and my swollen stomach, and he was still asleep. I read the book that was in Greek, rubbing Luke's back. This had become a thing with us, just so I could make sure he didn't feel forgotten. It scared me that he would feel that, which he probably would since we were having two more babies. Percy came out, wearing sweats, and he climbed in on the opposite side. He propped himself up on his elbow, looking at Luke.

"Want me to carry him to our room," Percy asked, eyes still on Luke.

"I will when I fall asleep," I said, eyes still on the book.

"Why aren't you asleep?"

"I've been getting Braxton Hick's contractions earlier this time than with Luke," I said, and looked at Percy, running a hand through his damp, black hair, "Go to sleep. You look exhausted," I said.

"Annabeth, please tell me about things like this," He groaned and then rolled over, turning his lamp off. He turned over, so he was facing Luke and I and he fell asleep almost instantly.

I winced, and massaged my stomach. I set the book down, and got out of bed. I picked Luke up, and carried him to his room, putting him in his bed, tucking him in and giving him his eel. I walked back to our bedroom, climbing in, and lying back against the pillows. Percy opened his eyes and scooted closer to me, and up more on the pillows like I was. I turned on my side and he wrapped his arms around me and my stomach, nestling into my side. I turned my lamp off, closing my eyes for the moment, most likely going to wake up when another painful Braxton Hick's.
