Well, I'm back from my two year absence. So much has changed in that two years. These hard times that I'm facing led me back here. So without further ado, the newest chapter of the Boy, the Girl, and the Biker.

At the Seville household

"Alvin? Are you okay?"

"Hey Si. No, I'm not. Somebody took Brittany and I have no idea who. I don't even have a place to start looking."

"What about Matt? You always said you had suspicions that he wasn't who he said he was."

"I found him battered and broken in the store they were at. There's only a slim chance that it was him."

"... don't rule out anything as a possibility Alvin."

" I won't Si. I won't…"

Simon talked with Alvin all through the night about possibilities on who took Brittany and reassuring him that it wasn't his fault she was taken. After their talk Alvin laid down and tried to sleep. But the sheer thought that Brittany was out there, somewhere, in the hands of some maniac frightened him.

That next morning

Alvin hadn't slept a bit. It was visible too. Everybody knew what was on his mind, but nobody dared to bring up the subject. Alvin started to grow bitter due to the treatment he was getting. So he decided to bring up the subject himself.

"So what are we going to do about Brittany?", Alvin asked.

No one had an answer for him… which was exactly what he feared.

Somewhere on the other side of the neighborhood

Tom Zened had just woken when his phone started ringing. He breathed deeply. It was way too early for this. But he answered it anyway.

"Hello?"

"Tom it's me, Alvin."

"Alvin? You know that I'm usually asleep at this time in the morning."

"I know Tom, but it's important… somebody has taken Brittany…"

Tom's jaw and the phone both fell to the floor. He couldn't believe what he had just heard. Someone had taken one of his friends right out from under Alvin. After he recollected himself, he hung up the phone, woke Nicole, got dressed, and headed over to the Sevilles' house.

At an abandoned apartment building in downtown LA

Brittany's POV

When woke up I didn't know where I was. It took a few seconds to remember what had happened. The store, Matt, the chloroform. It all rushed at her at once. What she didn't realize was that she wasn't in the room alone.

"Well, well, well. Look who's finally awake"

"We are going to get to know each much more… personally."

"Back off Luke. NOW!"

"Why? She was left in our possession. We could do whatever we feel like it to her."

"Not without answering to me…"

"... are you threatening me?"

"That's a promise Luke. Now back off!"

The one named Luke scoffed, turned to the one to his right, and said, "come on Larry let's get out of here." And with that, they walked. The one who had defended me turned and looked at me. There was something about those eyes. The other two had looked at me with a certain type of hunger that I didn't want to think about. This one was different. There was something else in his eyes. What was it? Sympathy. That look was sympathy. And then he too left the room.

Back at the Seville household

Alvin knew who was knocking on the door. It was Tom and Nicole. Alvin had already explained what had happened with Brittany and Matt.

All Tom could do was shake his head. "What of monster would do such a thing."

"Do you any clues as to where to start looking?", Nicole asked.

"No clue", Alvin replied.

"Well, anything you need Alvin, just let us know."

"Thanks Tom, I appreciate the support… hey, if you hear anything suspicious or any clues as to Brittany's whereabouts, could you tell me please?"

"Sure thing Alvin. If it helps bring her home."

"Thanks again Tom… things got so screwed up so fast…"

Okay, where to start… I would like to apologize to anyone who reads my stories. I told you all that I was back for good. Then, not only did I leave again, but I left unexplained for two years. Well I'm going to TRY to be updating my stories regularly now. That basically covers everything I wanted to talk about. Once again, I'm sorry for the long and unexplained hiatus.
